治疗结果统计:60例小儿脾胃失调门诊病历。其中男32例,女28例。年龄〈1 岁8例,1~5岁31例,5~10岁21例。病程最长3年,最短5个月。取本品开水冲服。一岁至三岁一次0.5~1.0克。三岁至七岁一次1.0~1.5克,一日3次;成人一次1.5~ 2.0克,一日3次。
疗效标准如下:
显效:无症状,主症如胃脘痞闷、上腹胀痛及纳呆等情况,次症如嗳气、疲乏、便溏等均好转或消失;
有效:主症如胃脘痞闷、上腹胀痛及纳呆等情况消失,部分次症如嗳气、疲乏、便溏依旧存在;
无效:主症如胃脘痞闷、上腹胀痛及纳呆等情况和部分次症如嗳气、疲乏、便溏依旧存在或无改善。
经过一个月的疗程,显效18例,有效35例,无效7例。取得较好结果。
实施例2
分别对实施例1中小儿健脾消食颗粒中山楂、陈皮检测方法,具体如下,
山楂:取本品3g,加乙酸乙酯10ml,超声处理15分钟,滤过,滤液作为供试品溶液。
另取熊果酸对照品,加甲醇制成每1ml含1mg的溶液,作为对照品溶液。照薄层色谱法试验,吸取上述两种溶液各4μl,分别点于同一硅胶G薄层板上,以甲苯-乙酸乙酯-甲酸(20∶4∶0.5)为展开剂,展开,取出,晾干,喷以硫酸乙醇溶液(3→10),在80℃加热至斑点显色清晰。供试品色谱中,在与对照品色谱相应的位置上,显相同的紫红色斑点;紫外光灯(365nm)下检视,显相同的橙黄色荧光斑点。

测定法分别精密吸取对照品溶液与供试品溶液各5μl,注入液相色谱仪,测定,即得。本品按干燥品计算,含橙皮苷(C28H34O15)不少于3.5%,可达5.3%。

Claims (9)

1.一种小儿健脾消食颗粒的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,
取山楂、鸡内金、陈皮、茯苓、山药和麦芽,加水煎煮三次,合并煎液,滤过,滤液浓缩至清膏,所得膏体经喷雾干燥制成细粉,加入适量蔗糖及糊精混匀,制成颗粒,干燥即得;
按质量份数计,山楂48-52份,鸡内金7-13份,陈皮18-22份,茯苓18-22份,山药18-22份,麦芽18-22份。
2.如权利要求1所述的小儿健脾消食颗粒的制备方法,其特征在于:按质量份数计,山楂50份,鸡内金10份,陈皮20份,茯苓20份,山药20份,麦芽20份。
3.如权利要求1所述的小儿健脾消食颗粒的制备方法,其特征在于:所述加水煎煮三次,其为第1、2次各煮2小时,第三次煮1小时。
4.如权利要求1所述的小儿健脾消食颗粒的制备方法,其特征在于:所述清膏在80℃条件下的相对密度1.20。
5.一种检测小儿健脾消食颗粒的方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,
用有机溶剂溶解小儿健脾消食颗粒,得供试品溶液;
将供试品溶液和对照液滴置同一硅胶G薄层板,用展开剂展开,然后取出、晾干;
继续喷入媒染剂,在365nm紫外灯下检测即可。
6.如权利要求5所述的检测小儿健脾消食颗粒的方法,其特征在于:所述有机溶剂包括乙酸乙酯、甲醇中的一种或几种。
7.如权利要求5所述的检测小儿健脾消食颗粒的方法,其特征在于:所述供试品溶液经过回流处理或超声处理。
8.如权利要求5所述的检测小儿健脾消食颗粒的方法,其特征在于:所述展开剂包括体积比为20∶4∶0.5的甲苯-乙酸乙酯-甲酸混合液、体积比为100∶17∶13的乙酸乙酯-甲醇-水混合液、体积比为20∶10∶1∶1甲苯-乙酸乙酯-甲酸-水混合液中的一种或几种。
9.如权利要求5所述的检测小儿健脾消食颗粒的方法,其特征在于:所述媒染剂包括三氯化铝或硫酸乙醇。
