Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of food preparation, in particular to a compound traditional Chinese medicine for preventing and treating osteoporosis and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Osteoporosis can result from a decrease in bone density and quality, destruction of bone microarchitecture, etc., due to a variety of causes. Osteoporosis includes both primary and secondary categories, with postmenopausal osteoporosis (PMO) being the most common form of primary osteoporosis. Postmenopausal osteoporosis (PMO) is a common disease related to aging, mainly occurs in postmenopausal women, due to the fact that estrogen deficiency causes reduction of bone mass and structural change of bone tissues, bone fragility is increased, fracture is easy, pain, bone deformation, complications and the like caused by fracture seriously affect the health and life quality of old people, and even shorten life.
Postmenopausal osteoporosis (PMO) is mainly caused by estrogen deficiency, occurs in female patients, and is involved in multiple factors such as heredity, life style and nutrition. Family history of osteoporosis, women with special genes affecting bone mass, insufficient calcium intake, lack of physical activity, massive smoking and drinking, early menopause and the like are all high-risk factors. Therefore, for the treatment of this type of diseases, in particular prevention, is of particular importance.
Chinese patent CN104161936A discloses a traditional Chinese medicine composition for preventing and/or treating postmenopausal osteoporosis, which is prepared from the following medicinal materials in parts by weight: 28-31 parts of fructus psoraleae, 27-32 parts of semen cuscutae, 26-32 parts of rhizoma drynariae, 24-26 parts of fructus lycii, 21-25 parts of donkey-hide gelatin, 22-25 parts of raspberry, 22-26 parts of rhizoma cyperi, 23-25 parts of salvia miltiorrhiza and 22-24 parts of radix achyranthis bidentatae. However, the traditional Chinese medicine composition for preventing and/or treating postmenopausal osteoporosis prepared by the patent has poor health-care and prevention effects.

(2) putting the raw material particles obtained in the step (1) into water of which the weight is 5 times that of the raw material particles, soaking for 1 hour, then decocting for 2 hours to obtain primary filtrate and filter residue, adding water of which the weight is 3 times that of the filter residue, soaking and decocting for 1.5 hours to obtain secondary filtrate, combining the primary filtrate and the secondary filtrate, and concentrating under reduced pressure to obtain an extract with the relative density of 1.2;
(3) crushing the calcined oyster and the human placenta in parts by weight, sieving the crushed oyster and the human placenta with a 100-mesh sieve, sterilizing, adding the crushed oyster and the human placenta into the extract obtained in the step (2), and uniformly stirring and mixing to obtain a mixed paste;
(4) and (4) adding auxiliary dextrin and sucrose into the mixed paste obtained in the step (3), wherein the adding weight ratio of the mixed paste to the auxiliary dextrin to the sucrose is 10:2.5:1.5, granulating after uniformly stirring, and drying to obtain the compound traditional Chinese medicine for preventing and treating osteoporosis.
