Abstract

The invention relates to a traditional Chinese medicine oral prescription for setting a fracture, an external ointment and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine compositions. In order to solve the problems of slow effect and unobvious effect of the existing medicines for treating fracture, the invention provides an oral prescription and an external ointment for setting fracture, which take elder as monarch medicines, take vinegar calcined native copper, vinegar dried, yam rhizome, rhizoma drynariae, cucumber seed, goat blood, radix achyranthis bidentatae, teasel root and ground beeltle as ministerial medicines, and take rhubarb, frankincense, myrrh, catechu, peach kernel, safflower, pseudo-ginseng, dragon's blood, calcium carbonate, dogwood, prepared rhizome of rehmannia and cibotium barometz as assistants and guides to form monarch and ministerial compatibility, and realize the fracture setting effect with quick effect and short course of treatment by synergistic action. The oral preparation and the external ointment prepared from the pure traditional Chinese medicines are orally taken and externally applied, the active ingredients are easy to release, the absorption is fast, the bioavailability is high, the total effective rate is high, no toxic or side effect is caused, the affected part can be relieved by swelling and pain within 12 hours, and serious bone injuries such as fracture and the like can be cured within 45-60 days.

Description

Chinese medicinal oral prescription for setting fracture, external ointment and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine compositions, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine oral prescription for setting bones, an external ointment and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Fracture is a common disease in bone surgery, is mainly a disease of partial or complete fracture of bone caused by trauma, and has the main clinical manifestations of localized pain and tenderness at the fracture part, local swelling and ecchymosis, partial or complete loss of limb function. Fracture healing is a complex process of regenerative repair of bone tissue, influenced and regulated by many factors, both systemic and local. Fracture, wound infection, slow recovery of soft tissue injury, local hematoma difficult to absorb, traumatic pain, dysfunction and the like are frequently generated in the middle and later period recovery process of the wound.
At present, the fracture part is generally healed by adopting operation treatment or plaster fixation after bone docking clinically and depending on the self-regeneration capability of a patient. The treatment method has the advantages of slow callus growth, long treatment period and high cost, and causes the patients to suffer great pain for a long time. Most of the existing medicines are adjuvant treatments, the administration effect is not obvious, the phenomena of delayed healing and nonunion exist generally, and a medicine for treating the fracture with good treatment effect and quick response is urgently needed clinically.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems of slow effect and unobvious effect of the existing medicines for treating fracture, the invention provides a traditional Chinese medicine oral prescription, an external ointment for setting fracture and a preparation method thereof.
