Abstract
本公开实施例公开了一种显示面板及显示装置,该显示面板包括:衬底基板,低温多晶硅半导体层,氧化物半导体层,源漏金属层,弯折区域对应的源漏金属层设置有多条沿第一方向延伸且沿第二方向排列的相互绝缘的走线,显示区域对应的源漏金属层设置有多条沿第一方向延伸且沿第二方向排列的相互绝缘的信号线;走线上的信号包括由低温多晶硅半导体层所在晶体管传输的信号以及由氧化物半导体层所在晶体管传输的信号;无机层,位于衬底基板和源漏金属层之间,无机层在弯折区域设置有凹槽,凹槽上方设置有走线;柔性绝缘材料,位于弯折区域的无机层和走线之间,柔性绝缘材料填充凹槽。
