本发明提供一种防白化PU合成革的制备方法,通过表面处理层制备是对复合聚氨酯合成的皮革胚料进行表面层处理得到表面处理层;该表面层处理制备包括调制表面处理层液、表面处理层液涂覆加工和烘烤;且调制表面处理层液是在基础溶液中引入异氰酸酯型架桥剂(HDI)为5~10份,搅拌速度为350rpm~450rpm,搅拌时间为60min~65min,溶液粘度控制在25℃时700cps~1500cps,然后将表面处理层液使用辊涂设备均匀的涂覆在皮革胚料表面;涂覆后进入烘箱干燥处理,使涂覆后的表面处理液形成固化合成革;本发明制得的合成革学振磨耗性能在1kg载荷下进行3万次往复摩擦测试无破损;且避免因耐磨剂的过度使用导致产品表面过滑的问题,同时不容易出现折叠白化和顶角白化的现象。

技术领域
本发明涉及PU合成皮革加工技术领域,特别涉及一种防白化PU合成革,以及该防白化PU合成革的制备方法。
背景技术
在汽车装饰中PU合成革因具备更接近天然皮革的优势被广泛应用于汽车中高端内饰品。聚氨酯(PU)树脂是由异氰酸酯与多元醇反应制成的一种具有氨基甲酸酯链段重复结构单元的聚合物,其主要特征是分子链中含有多个重复的“氨基甲酸酯”基团,既有橡胶的弹性,又有塑料的强度和优异的加工性能,因其具有橡胶和塑料的双重优点,可以认为是橡胶和塑料优异性能的结合体。随着汽车市场竞争的日益激烈,汽车内饰的设计也逐渐呈现多样化的趋势。其中具有代表性的是真皮和合成皮革的花纹设计日趋多样化和立体感逐渐增强。如在皮革表面进行压花、吸纹、冲孔或雕刻等加工。但是,伴随着这些外观表现形式的发展带来的不可避免的结果是,其表面物理性能的下降,如:表面磨耗性、撕裂强度、阻燃性等。尤其是表面磨耗性,随着皮革表面后加工(如打孔)的进行,表面积减小,加工面创伤等原因,导致磨耗性能大幅下降,最终影响用户体验;为此,本发明提供一种防白化PU合成革,以及该防白化PU合成革的制备方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种防白化PU聚合成革,通过对表面层和表面处理层的配方的改进,使得该合成革的学振磨耗性能在1kg载荷下进行3万次往复摩擦测试无破损;且避不容易出现折叠白化和顶角白化的现象。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供一种防白化PU合成革的制备方法,包括表面处理层制备,所述表面处理层制备是对复合聚氨酯合成的皮革胚料进行表面层处理得到所述表面处理层;
所述表面层处理制备包括调制表面处理层液、表面处理层液涂覆加工和烘烤;
所述调制表面处理层液是在基础溶液中引入异氰酸酯型架桥剂(HDI)为5~10份,搅拌速度为350rpm~450rpm,搅拌时间为60min~65min,溶液粘度控制在25℃时700cps~1500cps;所述粘度控制采用聚丙烯酸类增稠剂或其他类型增稠剂进行调整,所述增稠剂1~5份;通过异氰酸酯型架桥剂中的R-N=C=O官能团,与聚氨酯中的羟基反应,并且与水发生反应,得到胺酯基和脲基,形成聚氨酯长链;该架桥反应得到的表面处理层强度强,耐候性及耐化学品性均比较强。
然后所述表面处理层液涂覆加工是将所述表面处理层液使用辊涂设备均匀的涂覆在所述皮革胚料表面,涂布量为50g/m2~65g/m2;所述表面层溶液涂覆加工的速度为8m/min~10m/min;
所述烘烤是将涂覆后进入烘箱干燥处理,烘箱温度80~140℃,干燥时间3~5分钟,使涂覆后的表面处理液形成固化成膜。
干燥后进行切边去除周围边料后打卷入库,即得成品防白化PU合成革。
优选的,所述基础溶液的材料份数为:高耐磨聚碳酸酯消光剂40~80份;聚碳酸酯增光剂40~80份;高耐磨有机硅添加剂10~20份;硅类流平剂或其他类型0~5份;pH调整剂0~1份;异丙醇5~10份。
优选的,所述基础溶液的溶剂为50~70份,所述溶剂为丁酮MEK及其缩聚物或二甲基甲酰胺DMF。
进一步的,所述皮革胚料选用常规聚氨酯皮革料;优选所述皮革胚料包括基布层、接着层和表面层;所述基布层厚度为80μm~100μm,质量为220g/m2~320g/m2
所述表面层的材料份数为:聚氨酯50~70份,颜料10~16份,溶剂26~28份,有机硅助剂1~2份;所述表面层溶液的搅拌速度为350rpm~450rpm,搅拌时间为60min~65min,表面层溶液粘度2000cps~3000cps。
所述接着层的各材料组分的质量百分数为:聚氨酯25~30份,硬化剂55~60份,溶剂3~5份,阻燃剂10~12;所述接着层溶液的搅拌速度为350rpm~450rpm;涂覆加工速度为9m/min~11m/min,使用量为100g/m2~120g/m2
相比于现有技术,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1、与普通聚氨酯合成皮革相比,传统表面处理液中通常加入碳化二亚胺类架桥剂,进行架桥反应。碳化二亚胺类架桥剂中含有N=C=N官能团,会与聚氨酯树脂中的羧基反应形成目标产物酰胺和脲,形成聚氨酯长链,但是该架桥反应后得到的表面处理层强度较弱,无法大幅度的增加产品的磨耗性能。在聚氨酯合成革表面被破坏的情况下(如冲孔、压花、烫印等),仍然能够保证产品有较高的耐磨性能(学振磨耗9.8N×30000次以上);达到耐磨耗性能的前提下,产品折叠、摩擦、挤压后表面色泽不发生变化,没有发白现象。
2、同时普通聚氨酯合成皮革的产品表面在弯折或使用过程中会出现细微白色折叠纹,影响产品观感。而本发明的防白化PU合成革通过对表面层和表面处理层的配方和制备方法的改进,避免因耐磨剂的过度使用导致产品表面过滑,影响产品的手感;且不容易出现折叠白化和顶角白化的现象;同时该合成革的良率在97%以上。

具体实施方案为:该防白化PU合成革的制备方法得到的合成革进行性能检测,结果参见表1。
