Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及洗衣洗涤剂组合物。更具体地,涉及包含表面活性剂的洗衣洗涤剂组合物,所述表面活性剂为甘油单酯和甘油二酯的二乙酰基酒石酸酯。
背景技术
甘油单酯和甘油二酯的二乙酰基酒石酸酯(DATEM)是食品加工中使用的乳化剂,例如用于增强面团中的面筋网络,从而增加烘焙面包的体积。它们由基于动物和植物的成分生产。
纺织品的家庭洗涤通常使用合成洗涤剂进行。这些已经被设计成在各种具有挑战性的环境中工作,例如在硬水环境中。希望的是使用可衍生自天然材料的材料洗涤纺织品。希望这类材料在硬水条件下应很好地起作用。
发明内容
在第一方面,本发明涉及洗衣洗涤剂组合物,其包含:
a)5-50重量%,优选5-40重量%,更优选6-30重量%的甘油单酯和甘油二酯的二乙酰基酒石酸酯(DATEM);
b)0.0001-5重量%的选自香料、蛋白酶、淀粉酶、纤维素酶和防腐剂的另外的洗衣成分;以及
c)0.5至40重量%,更优选1至30重量%的阴离子表面活性剂;
其中如果存在,防腐剂防止细菌、霉菌或真菌生长。
在第二方面,本发明提供了一种处理纺织品的家用方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
a)用0.15-20g/L,更优选1-10g/L的根据本发明第一方面的洗涤剂组合物的水溶液处理纺织品;
b)任选地漂洗和干燥所述纺织品。
优选地洗衣洗涤剂组合物为液体、凝胶或粉末,更优选地洗涤剂为液体洗涤剂,最优选含水液体洗衣洗涤剂。
优选地,甘油单酯和甘油二酯的二乙酰基酒石酸酯(DATEM)的脂肪酸链组分为直链或支链的,优选直链的,饱和或单不饱和链,并且含有12至20个碳原子,更优选14至18个碳原子,最优选16至18个碳原子。
优选地,脂肪酸链组分优选选自棕榈酸、顺式和反式棕榈油酸、硬脂酸、油酸和反油酸,最优选油酸和反油酸。
优选地,甘油单酯和甘油二酯的二乙酰基酒石酸酯是甘油单酯的二乙酰基酒石酸酯,更优选每摩尔甘油单酯的二乙酰基酒石酸酯含有平均1-2摩尔的二乙酰基酒石酸。
优选地,洗衣洗涤剂组合物包含选自饱和和单不饱和脂族醇乙氧基化物、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物及饱和和单不饱和脂肪酸糖酯的非离子表面活性剂;优选地,非离子表面活性剂是饱和的和单不饱和的脂族醇乙氧基化物,优选地选自具有平均5至30个乙氧基化物的C12至C20直链伯醇乙氧基化物,更优选地具有平均6至20个乙氧基化物的C16至C18直链伯醇乙氧基化物。
优选地,洗衣洗涤剂组合物包含选自以下的阴离子表面活性剂:鼠李糖脂、C12至C18烷基醚羧酸盐和具有含约8至约22个碳原子的烷基的有机硫酸、醚硫酸和磺酸的水溶性碱金属盐。这种表面活性剂的优选实例是甲酯磺酸盐、直链烷基苯磺酸盐、十二烷基硫酸盐和月桂基聚醚硫酸盐。
洗衣洗涤剂优选包含0.1至8重量%,更优选0.2至6重量%,最优选0.5至5重量%的烷氧基化聚胺。优选地,烷氧基化聚胺包含烷氧基化聚乙烯亚胺和/或烷氧基化聚丙烯亚胺,更优选地烷氧基化是乙氧基化或丙氧基化或两者的混合。
洗衣洗涤剂组合物优选包含0.1至8重量%,更优选0.2至6重量%,最优选0.5至5重量%的去污聚合物,优选聚酯去污聚合物。
优选地,洗衣洗涤剂组合物包含一种或多种另外的酶,其选自:脂肪酶、过氧化物酶/氧化酶、果胶酸裂解酶和/或甘露聚糖酶。
优选地,当为液体洗涤剂时,洗衣洗涤剂组合物具有大于或等于1cP(厘泊),优选地1至6000cP,更优选地200至1000cP的粘度,所述粘度在剪切速率21s-1和温度25℃下在任何市售应力流变仪(例如可得自Anton Paar或Malvern)上测量。该剪切速率是当从瓶子倾倒时通常施加在液体上的剪切速率。
优选地,当在20℃下以2g/L溶解在去矿物质水中时,制剂的pH为pH 3至10,优选4至8,更优选6.5至7.5。

基于甘油二酯的DATEM的实例是
DATEM制备物可以通过二乙酰基酒石酸与选自甘油单酯、甘油二酯和甘油三酯,优选甘油单酯的甘油酯之间的酯化反应的反应获得,或更优选通过二乙酰基酒石酸酐与蒸馏的甘油单酯的反应获得。酒石酸优选从酒糟(在发酵和陈化后,沉淀或通过“澄清”的作用被携带到酒桶底部的死的和残留的酵母和其它颗粒的沉淀物)获得。用于制备二乙酰基酒石酸酐的乙酸酐优选来自天然发酵的乙酸,或通过甲醇的氧化,其中甲醇从燃烧生物质产生的CO获得。以这种方式,DATEM可以含有100%的来自天然(非石油化学)来源的碳。
DATEM制备物优选含有至少40%(wt/wt),优选至少70%(wt/wt),更优选至少85%(wt/wt),甚至更优选至少90%(wt/wt),最优选至少95%(wt/wt)的单甘油酯的二乙酰基酒石酸酯。
优选地,(甘油单酯的二乙酰基酒石酸酯的重量%)/(甘油二酯的二乙酰基酒石酸酯的重量%)的比率大于1,更优选大于2,最优选大于4。
根据用于生产分散剂的工艺,也许不能获得完全由甘油单酯和甘油二酯的二乙酰酒石酸酯组成的DATEM制备物。因此,包含甘油单酯和甘油二酯的羧酸酯的DATEM制备物还可包含杂质,例如甘油三酯、甘油二酯、甘油单酯和酒石酸,酯化为甘油的二乙酰酒石酸,甘油和游离脂肪酸。优选地,这些杂质的含量小于DATEM制备物的30重量%。优选地,甘油三酯、甘油二酯和甘油单酯含量的总和小于DATEM制备物的10重量%,更优选小于5重量%,最优选小于1重量%。
DATEM制备物可包含聚甘油酯,其中聚甘油部分主要为二甘油、三甘油和四甘油,并且包含不超过10%的等于或高于七甘油的聚甘油。
在形成DATEM的反应之前和/或期间,反应混合物可有利地用惰性气体如氮气覆盖或置于真空下。在反应过程中释放的水可以通过蒸发和冷凝水蒸气或通过置于真空下连续地从反应混合物中除去。
另外的洗衣成分
香料
组合物优选包含香料,优选含量为0.05-2wt%。
许多合适的香料实例提供在由CFTA Publications出版的CTFA(Cosmetic,Toiletry and Fragrance Association)1992International Buyers Guide和由SchnellPublishing Co.出版的OPD 1993Chemicals Buyers Directory 80th Annual Edition中。

头香香料可用于提示本发明的白度和亮度益处。

蛋白酶
蛋白酶优选以0.0001至0.01重量%的含量存在。

淀粉酶
淀粉酶优选以0.0001至0.01重量%的含量存在。
合适的淀粉酶(α和/或β)包括细菌或真菌来源的那些。包括化学修饰的或蛋白质工程化的突变体。淀粉酶包括,例如获自芽孢杆菌,例如在GB 1,296,839中更详细描述的地衣芽孢杆菌的特殊菌株,或在WO 95/026397或WO 00/060060中公开的芽孢杆菌菌株的α-淀粉酶。可市购的淀粉酶是DuramylTM、TermamylTM、Termamyl UltraTM、NatalaseTM、StainzymeTM、FungamylTM和BANTM(Novozymes A/S)、RapidaseTM和PurastarTM(来自GenencorInternational Inc.)。
纤维素酶
纤维素酶优选以0.0001至0.01重量%的含量存在。

防腐剂

优选地组合物包含0.0001至1重量%,优选0.001至0.5重量%,更优选0.001至0.25重量%的防腐剂。
许多防腐剂描述于Handbook of Preservatives(M.Ash synapse inforesources 2004)中。
合适的防腐剂的实例是异噻唑啉酮防腐剂。优选的异噻唑啉酮防腐剂是苯并异噻唑啉酮和/或甲基异噻唑啉酮。
其他成分

组合物可优选包含非离子表面活性剂。优选地,非离子表面活性剂选自饱和和单不饱和脂族醇乙氧基化物、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物及饱和和单不饱和脂肪酸糖酯;优选地,非离子表面活性剂是饱和的和单不饱和的脂族醇乙氧基化物,优选地选自具有平均5至30个乙氧基化物的C12至C20直链伯醇乙氧基化物,更优选地具有平均6至20个乙氧基化物的C16至C18直链伯醇乙氧基化物。

烷氧基化聚胺
当洗涤剂组合物为洗衣组合物形式时,优选包括烷氧基化聚胺。
洗衣洗涤剂优选包含0.1至8重量%的烷氧基化聚胺。
烷氧基化聚胺的优选含量为0.2至6重量%,更优选0.5至5重量%。另一优选含量为1至4重量%。
烷氧基化聚胺可以是直链或支链的。它可以支化到它是树枝状聚合物的程度。烷氧基化通常可以是乙氧基化或丙氧基化,或两者的混合。优选地,烷氧基化聚胺包含烷氧基化聚乙烯亚胺和/或烷氧基化聚丙烯亚胺,更优选地,烷氧基化是乙氧基化或丙氧基化或两者的混合。当氮原子被烷氧基化时,优选的平均烷氧基化度为10至30,优选15至25。
优选的物质是烷氧基化聚乙烯亚胺,最优选的是具有平均乙氧基化度为10至30,优选15至25的乙氧基化聚乙烯亚胺,其中氮原子被乙氧基化。
另外的酶
除特定的蛋白酶、淀粉酶或纤维素酶之外的另外的酶可存在于洗涤剂组合物中。优选另外的酶存在于优选的洗衣洗涤剂组合物中。
如果存在,每种酶在本发明的洗衣组合物中的含量为0.0001至0.1重量%。
存在于组合物中的酶的含量优选地与作为纯蛋白质的酶的含量相关。
优选的其它酶包括选自以下的那些:脂肪酶、过氧化物酶/氧化酶、果胶酸裂解酶和/或甘露聚糖酶。所述优选的另外的酶包括两种或更多种这些酶的混合物。
优选地,另外的酶是脂肪酶。

优选的可商购的脂肪酶包括LipolaseTM和Lipolase UltraTM,LipexTM和LipocleanTM(Novozymes A/S)。
本发明的方法可以在分类为EC3.1.1.4和/或EC3.1.1.32的磷脂酶的存在下进行。如本文所用,术语磷脂酶是对磷脂具有活性的酶。
磷脂,例如卵磷脂或磷脂酰胆碱,由在外部(sn-1)和中间(sn-2)位用两个脂肪酸酯化并且在第三位用磷酸酯化的甘油组成;磷酸进而可以酯化成氨基醇。磷脂酶是参与磷脂水解的酶。可以区分几种类型的磷脂酶活性,包括水解一个脂肪酰基(分别在sn-1和sn-2位)以形成溶血磷脂的磷脂酶A1和A2;和可以水解溶血磷脂中剩余脂肪酰基的溶血磷脂酶(或磷脂酶B)。磷脂酶C和磷脂酶D(磷酸二酯酶)分别释放二酰基甘油或磷脂酸。
该组合物可使用分类于EC3.1.1.74中的角质酶。根据本发明使用的角质酶可以是任何来源的。优选地角质酶是微生物来源的,特别是细菌、真菌或酵母来源的。
合适的过氧化物酶/氧化酶包括植物、细菌或真菌来源的那些。包括化学修饰的或蛋白质工程化的突变体。有用的过氧化物酶的实例包括来自鬼伞属(Coprinus),例如来自灰盖鬼伞(C.cinereus)的过氧化物酶,及其变体,如在WO 93/24618、WO 95/10602和WO 98/15257中描述的那些。可商购的过氧化物酶包括GuardzymeTM和NovozymTM 51004(NovozymesA/S)。

该方法中使用的水性溶液优选含有酶。酶优选以0.01至10ppm,优选0.05至1ppm的浓度存在于用于该方法的水性溶液中。
酶稳定剂
组合物中存在的任何酶可以使用常规的稳定剂进行稳定,例如多元醇如丙二醇或甘油、糖或糖醇、乳酸、硼酸、或硼酸衍生物例如芳族硼酸酯,或苯基硼酸衍生物如4-甲酰基苯基硼酸,且组合物可以如例如WO92/19709和WO92/19708中所述配制。
螯合剂
螯合剂可以存在或不存在于洗涤剂组合物中。
本文所述的洗涤剂组合物还可包含除柠檬酸化合物以及甘油单酯的柠檬酸酯以外的一种或多种金属离子螯合剂。
合适的分子包括铜、铁和/或锰螯合剂及其混合物。这样的螯合剂可以选自膦酸盐、氨基羧酸盐、氨基膦酸盐、琥珀酸盐、多官能取代的芳族螯合剂、2-吡啶醇-N-氧化物化合物、异羟肟酸,及其混合物。
螯合剂可以酸或盐的形式存在,包括其碱金属、铵和取代的铵盐,及其混合物。
可用作螯合剂的氨基羧酸盐包括但不限于乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)、羟基亚乙基-二胺四乙酸(HEDTA)、氮川三乙酸(NTA)、乙二胺四乙酸、三乙烯四胺六乙酸、二亚乙基三胺五乙酸(DTPA)、甲基甘氨酸二乙酸(MGDA)、谷氨酸二乙酸(GLDA)、乙醇二甘氨酸;三乙烯四胺六乙酸(TTHA);N-羟乙基亚氨基二乙酸(HEIDA);二羟乙基甘氨酸(DHEG);乙二胺四丙酸(EDTP)及其衍生物。
含磷螯合剂包括但不限于二亚乙基三胺五(亚甲基膦酸)(DTPMP CAS 15827-60-8);乙二胺四(亚甲基膦酸)(EDTMP CAS 1429-50-1);2-膦酰基丁烷1,2,4-三羧酸(AM);六亚甲基二胺四(亚甲基膦酸)(CAS 56744-47-9);羟基乙烷二膦酸(HEDPCAS 2809-21-4);羟基乙烷二亚甲基膦酸;2-膦酰基-1,2,4-丁烷三甲酸(CAS 37971-36-1);2-羟基-2-膦酰基-乙酸(CAS 23783-26-8);氨基三(亚甲基膦酸)(ATMP CAS 6419-19-8);P,P’-(1,2-乙烷二基)双膦酸(CAS6145-31-9);P,P’-亚甲基双膦酸(CAS 1984-15-2);三乙二胺四(亚甲基膦酸)(CAS 28444-52-2);对-(1-羟基-1-甲基乙基)-膦酸(CAS4167-10-6);双(六亚甲基三胺五(亚甲基膦酸))(CAS 34690-00-1);N2,N2,N6,N6-四(膦酰甲基)-赖氨酸(CAS 194933-56-7,CAS 172780-03-9),其盐,及其混合物。优选地,这些氨基膦酸盐不包含具有多于约6个碳原子的烷基或烯基。
多官能取代的芳族螯合剂也可用于清洁组合物中。酸形式的这种类型的化合物是二羟基二磺基苯如1,2-二羟基-3,5-二磺基苯,也称为Tiron。也可以使用其它磺化邻苯二酚。除了二磺酸之外,术语“tiron”还可以包括酸的单-磺酸盐或二-磺酸盐,例如磺酸二钠盐,其与二磺酸共享相同的核心分子结构。
螯合剂可以以本文所公开的洗涤剂组合物的约0.005重量%至约15重量%,约0.01重量%至约5重量%,0.1重量%至约重量3.0%,或约0.2重量%至约0.7重量%,或约0.3重量%至约0.6重量%存在于本文所公开的洗涤剂组合物中。优选地,如果存在,则螯合剂以0.01至5重量%的含量存在。
组合物优选地含有小于1重量%的含磷材料。
组合物可以含有如WO/2019/008036和WO/2019/007636中所述的烷氧基化多羧酸酯。
助洗剂或络合剂
组合物可包含助洗剂。
助洗剂材料可选自1)钙螯合剂材料,2)沉淀材料,3)钙离子交换材料和4)其混合物。
钙螯合剂助洗剂的实例包括碱金属多磷酸盐如三聚磷酸钠,和有机螯合剂如乙二胺四乙酸。
沉淀助洗剂材料的实例包括正磷酸钠和碳酸钠。
钙离子交换助洗剂材料的实例包括各种类型的水不溶性结晶或无定形硅铝酸盐,其中沸石是众所周知的代表,例如沸石A、沸石B(也称为沸石P)、沸石C、沸石X、沸石Y以及沸石P型,如EP-A-0384070中所述。
组合物还可以含有0-65重量%的助洗剂或络合剂如乙二胺四乙酸、二亚乙基三胺-五乙酸、烷基或烯基琥珀酸、次氮基三乙酸或下文提及的其它助洗剂。许多助洗剂由于其络合金属离子的能力也是漂白稳定剂。
沸石和碳酸盐(碳酸盐(包括碳酸氢盐和倍半碳酸盐))是优选的助洗剂,其中碳酸盐是特别优选的。
组合物可含有结晶硅铝酸盐作为助洗剂,优选碱金属硅铝酸盐,更优选硅铝酸钠。这通常以小于15重量%的含量存在。
铝硅酸盐是具有以下通式的材料:
0.8-1.5M2O.Al2O3.0.8-6SiO2,
其中M是一价阳离子,优选钠。
这些材料含有一些结合水,并且需要具有至少50mg CaO/g的钙离子交换容量。优选的铝硅酸钠在上式中含有1.5-3.5个SiO2单元。它们可以容易地通过硅酸钠和铝酸钠之间的反应制备,如文献中充分描述的。表面活性剂与铝硅酸盐(当存在时)的比率优选大于5:2,更优选大于3:1。
作为对铝硅酸盐助洗剂的替代或补充,可以使用磷酸盐助洗剂。在本领域中,术语“磷酸盐”包括二磷酸盐、三磷酸盐和膦酸盐种类。其它形式的助洗剂包括硅酸盐,如可溶性硅酸盐、偏硅酸盐、层状硅酸盐(例如来自Hoechst的SKS-6)。
更优选地,洗衣洗涤剂制剂为非磷酸盐助洗的洗衣洗涤剂制剂,即含有小于1重量%的磷酸盐。最优选洗衣洗涤剂制剂不是助洗的,即含有小于1重量%的助洗剂。
如果洗涤剂组合物是水性液体洗衣洗涤剂,则优选单丙二醇以1至30重量%,最优选2至18重量%的含量存在,以提供具有合适的可倾倒粘度的制剂。
荧光剂
组合物优选地包含荧光剂(光亮剂)。
荧光剂是众所周知的,许多这样的荧光剂可商购获得。通常,这些荧光剂以其碱金属盐例如钠盐的形式提供和使用。
用于组合物中的一种或多种荧光剂的总量通常为0.0001至0.5重量%,优选0.005至2重量%,更优选0.01至0.1重量%。优选的荧光剂的类型是:二苯乙烯基联苯化合物例如Tinopal(商标)CBS-X,二胺芪二磺酸化合物例如Tinopal DMS pure Xtra和Blankophor(商标)HRH,以及吡唑啉化合物例如Blankophor SN。
优选的荧光剂是具有CAS号3426-43-5;CAS号35632-99-6;CAS号24565-13-7;CAS号12224-16-7;CAS号13863-31-5;CAS号4193-55-9;CAS号16090-02-1;CAS号133-66-4;CAS号68444-86-0;CAS号27344-41-8的荧光剂。
最优选的荧光剂是:2-(4-苯乙烯基-3-磺基苯基)-2H-萘并(napthol)[1,2-d]三唑钠、4,4'-双{[(4-苯胺基-6-(N-甲基-N-2-羟乙基)氨基-1,3,5-三嗪-2-基)]氨基}芪-2-2'-二磺酸二钠、4,4'-双{[(4-苯胺基-6-吗啉基-1,3,5-三嗪-2-基)]氨基}芪-2-2'-二磺酸二钠以及4,4'-双(2-磺基苯乙烯基)联苯二钠。
调色染料
在制剂中存在调色染料是有利的。
染料描述于Color Chemistry Synthesis,Properties and Applications ofOrganic Dyes and Pigments,(H Zollinger,Wiley VCH,Zürich,2003)和IndustrialDyes Chemistry,Properties Applications(K Hunger(ed),Wiley-VCH Weinheim 2003)。
用于洗衣洗涤剂的染料优选在可见光范围(400-700nm)中的最大吸收处具有大于5000Lmol-1cm-1,优选大于10000Lmol-1cm-1的消光系数。
优选的染料发色团是偶氮、吖嗪、蒽醌、酞菁和三苯甲烷。偶氮、蒽醌、酞菁和三苯甲烷染料优选带有净阴离子电荷或不带电荷。吖嗪优选地带有净阴离子或阳离子电荷。
蓝色或紫色调色染料是最优选的。在洗涤过程的洗涤或漂洗步骤期间,调色染料沉积到织物上,为织物提供可见的色调。在这方面,染料向白色布料给予色调角为240至345、更优选260至320、最优选270至300的蓝色或紫色。该测试中使用的白色布料是经漂白的、未作丝光处理的编织棉片。

调色染料发色团最优选地选自单偶氮、双偶氮和吖嗪。

聚合物

实施例
实验
将甘油单酯的二乙酰基酒石酸酯溶解在24法国硬度硬水中以得到0.3g/L溶液。二乙酰基酒石酸酯通过市售DATEM(来自DuPont的517)提供。在设定为100rpm的搅拌式洗净力洗衣机(tergotometer)中,用800ml溶液洗涤4个5×5cm EMPA 117染污监控品(在涤棉上的血/奶/墨水污渍)。
洗涤相当于加料6g/L的含有10重量%表面活性剂和0.001重量%防腐剂的洗衣处理组合物。在30℃的温度下洗涤花费60分钟。单独用水重复洗涤。
一旦洗涤完成,将监控品用干净的水冲洗,移出并干燥,在反射计上测量颜色并表示为CIE L*a*b*值。
污渍去除计算为ΔL*值:
ΔL*=L*(洗涤后)-L*(洗涤前)
更高的ΔL*值等同于更好的清洁。

Claims (15)
1.一种洗衣洗涤剂组合物,包含:
a)5-50重量%,优选5-40重量%,更优选6-30重量%的甘油单酯和甘油二酯的二乙酰基酒石酸酯衍生物(DATEM);
b)0.0001-5重量%的其它洗衣成分,其选自:香料、蛋白酶、淀粉酶、纤维素酶和防腐剂;以及
c)0.5-40重量%,更优选1-30重量%的阴离子表面活性剂;
其中如果存在防腐剂,所述防腐剂防止细菌、霉菌或真菌生长。
2.如权利要求1所述的洗衣洗涤剂组合物,其中所述洗衣洗涤剂组合物为液体、凝胶或粉末,更优选地所述洗涤剂为液体洗涤剂,最优选为含水液体洗衣洗涤剂。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的洗衣洗涤剂组合物,其中所述DATEM是甘油单酯的二乙酰基酒石酸酯衍生物。
4.如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的洗衣洗涤剂组合物,其中所述DATEM的脂肪酸链组分为直链或支链的,优选直链的,饱和或单不饱和链,并且包含12至20个碳原子,更优选14至18个碳原子,最优选16至18个碳原子。

8.如前述任一项权利要求所述的洗衣洗涤剂组合物,其包含非离子表面活性剂,所述非离子表面活性剂选自饱和的和单不饱和的脂族醇乙氧基化物、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物以及饱和的和单不饱和的脂肪酸糖酯;优选地,所述非离子表面活性剂是饱和的和单不饱和的脂族醇乙氧基化物,优选地选自具有平均5至30个乙氧基化物的C12至C20直链伯醇乙氧基化物,更优选地具有平均6至20个乙氧基化物的C16至C18直链伯醇乙氧基化物。
9.如前述任一项权利要求所述的洗衣洗涤剂组合物,其包含阴离子表面活性剂,所述阴离子表面活性剂选自:鼠李糖脂、C12至C18烷基醚羧酸盐和具有含约8至约22个碳原子的烷基的有机硫酸、醚硫酸和磺酸的水溶性碱金属盐。
10.如前述任一项权利要求所述的洗衣洗涤剂组合物,其中所述洗衣洗涤剂组合物包含烷氧基化聚胺,优选其含量为0.1重量%至8重量%,更优选0.2重量%至6重量%,最优选0.5重量%至5重量%,优选地所述烷氧基化聚胺为烷氧基化聚乙烯亚胺和/或烷氧基化聚丙烯亚胺,更优选地所述烷氧基化为乙氧基化或丙氧基化或两者的混合。
11.如前述任一项权利要求所述的洗衣洗涤剂组合物,其中所述洗衣洗涤剂组合物包含去污聚合物,优选其含量为0.1重量%至8重量%,更优选0.2重量%至6重量%,最优选0.5重量%至5重量%,优选地所述去污聚合物为聚酯去污聚合物。
12.如前述任一项权利要求所述的洗衣洗涤剂组合物,其包含一种或多种另外的酶,所述酶选自:脂肪酶、过氧化物酶/氧化酶、果胶酸裂解酶和/或甘露聚糖酶。
13.如前述任一项权利要求所述的洗衣洗涤剂组合物,其中当为液体洗涤剂时,所述洗涤剂具有大于或等于1cP(厘泊),优选1至6000cP,更优选200至1000cP的粘度,所述粘度在21s-1的剪切速率和25℃的温度下在任何商业应力流变仪,例如可从Anton Paar或Malvern获得的应力流变仪上测量。
14.如前述任一项权利要求所述的洗衣洗涤剂组合物,其中所述制剂在20℃下以2g/L溶解于去矿物质水中时的pH为3至10,优选4至8,更优选6.5至7.5。
15.一种处理纺织品的家用方法,包括以下步骤:
a)用0.15至20g/L,更优选1至10g/L的根据权利要求1至12中任一项所述的洗涤剂组合物的水溶液处理纺织品;
b)任选地漂洗和干燥所述纺织品。
