In an exemplary embodiment, referring to fig. 1, 2 and 4, in the second direction, a second sensing element 9 is disposed at a preset position of at least one side of the positioning portion 2; the second sensing element 9 is used for sensing a preset part of a product to be pressed.
In one example, the cold pressing apparatus comprises a first clamping device 1, the positioning portion 2 being provided with a second inductive element 9 on the same side of the first clamping device 1. The production line system comprises a conveying device and the cold pressing device in any one embodiment; the cold pressing equipment is arranged above the conveying equipment. As shown in fig. 1 to 2, the conveying device may be, for example, a conveyor belt 200.
In a specific embodiment, the present embodiment relates to an integral cold pressing process using the above-mentioned cold pressing device, and referring to fig. 1 to 4, taking the product to be pressed 100 as a terminal device (the predetermined component to be pressed is the connector 102) and the product conveying direction as a horizontal direction (and from left to right) as an example, wherein the cold pressing process includes:
s1, conveying the product 100 to be pressed to the cold pressing equipment along with the conveying belt 200, and ensuring that the length direction of the terminal equipment is the same as the conveying direction of the product 100 to be pressed under the action of the guide channel 8.
S2, the first sensing element 6 above the terminal device detects the terminal device and sends a corresponding signal to the control system 4.
And S3, transmitting the terminal equipment to a to-be-pressed position of the guide channel 8. When it is determined that the fool-proof ear 101 of the product to be press-fitted 100 is close to the positioning portion 8 (in the correct direction) based on the signal of the second sensing member 9, step S4 is performed. When the foolproof ear of the terminal device is not detected (misdirection) based on the signal of the second sensing element 9, step S5 is performed.
S4, the first clamping portion 11 opens according to the control signal, the second driving portion 122 descends to drive the first driving portion 121 and the first clamping portion 11 to descend by a preset stroke, and the first clamping portion 11 contracts to clamp the terminal device according to the control signal;
the second driving portion 122 rises according to the control signal, and drives the terminal device to rise to a predetermined position.
S5, the first clamping portion 11 opens according to the control signal, the second driving portion 122 descends to drive the first driving portion 121 and the first clamping portion 11 to descend by a preset stroke, and the first clamping portion 11 contracts to clamp the terminal device according to the control signal;
the second driving portion 122 rises according to the control signal to drive the terminal device to rise to a preset position; the first driving part 121 controls the first clamping part 11 to rotate 180 ° according to the control signal.
S6, the third driving portion 123 drives the second driving portion 122, the first driving portion 121 and the terminal device to move rightward in the horizontal direction by a predetermined distance (to the position of the limiting portion or the limiting sensor) according to the control signal until the terminal device is located right above the positioning portion 2. The first rail 124 may serve to assist horizontal movement and support during movement.
S7, the second driving portion 122 descends according to the control signal, and drives the first driving portion 121 and the first clamping portion 11 to descend until the terminal device is located at the positioning portion 2, and the first clamping portion 11 opens and releases the terminal device according to the control signal. The second driving unit 122, the first driving unit 121, and the first clamping unit 11 are lifted and reset, and are horizontally moved and reset by the third driving unit 123.
S8, cold pressing process: according to the control signal, the fourth driving portion 321 of the press-fitting device 3 drives the fixing plate 311 to move downward by 100mm, the fixing plate 311 moves to drive the fifth driving portion 322 to move downward, and a press head (not shown in the figure) at the end of the fifth driving portion 322 presses the terminal product.
The fifth driving portion 322 performs cold pressing for a preset time according to the control signal, and after the cold pressing is completed, the fifth driving portion 322 sends a corresponding signal and drives the pressing head (not shown in the figure) to move upward for resetting according to the control signal, and the fourth driving portion 321 drives the fixing plate 311 to move upward for resetting.
And S9, after receiving the signal of cold pressing completion, the control system 4 controls the second clamping device 7 to move. Wherein, the second clamping part 71 of the second clamping device 7 is opened, the horizontal cylinder 72 of the second clamping device 7 drives the vertical cylinder 73 to move leftwards to the limiting part, and at this time, the second clamping part 71 connected with the vertical cylinder 73 through the rotating cylinder 74 is located right above the positioning part 2.
S10, the vertical cylinder 73 drives the rotary cylinder 74 and the second clamping portion 71 to descend, and the second clamping portion 71 contracts and clamps the terminal product according to the control signal. The vertical cylinder 73 drives the rotary cylinder 74 and the second clamping part 71 to ascend and reset.
S11, the horizontal cylinder 72 drives the vertical cylinder 73, the rotary cylinder 74, the second clamping portion 71 and the terminal device to move rightwards to reset. The vertical cylinder 73 drives the rotary cylinder 74 and the second clamping portion 71 to descend, and the second clamping portion 71 releases the products to be placed on the conveyor belt 200 according to the control signal. The vertical cylinder 73 drives the rotary cylinder 74 and the second clamping portion 71 to ascend and return.
The cold pressing process is completed, and the transmission of the cold-pressed product is realized. When the product transmission direction is from right to left, the cold pressing process is the same as the process principle, and the adaptability is adjusted.

Claims (13)

1. A cold pressing apparatus, comprising: the first clamping device, the positioning part and the press-fitting device;
the first clamping device is used for clamping a product to be pressed and driving the product to be pressed to move to the positioning part under a control signal; the press-fitting device is matched with the positioning part and is pressed and mounted on a product to be pressed and mounted under a control signal.
2. The cold pressing apparatus of claim 1, wherein said first clamping device comprises a first clamping portion and a first drive assembly;
the first clamping part is in transmission connection with the first driving assembly and is used for clamping a product to be pressed; the first driving assembly drives the first clamping part to move under the control signal, so that the product to be pressed moves to the positioning part.
3. The cold pressing apparatus of claim 2, wherein the first drive assembly includes a first drive portion and a second drive portion;
one end of the first driving part is connected with the first clamping part and drives the first clamping part to rotate by a preset angle; the other end of the first driving part is connected with the second driving part, and the second driving part drives the first driving part to move in a first direction.
4. The cold pressing apparatus of claim 3, wherein said first drive assembly further comprises a third drive portion and a first rail extending in a second direction;
the third driving part is connected with the first driving part or the second driving part and drives the first driving part or the second driving part to move for a preset distance in a second direction along the first guide rail.
5. The cold pressing apparatus of claim 2, further comprising: the first induction element is used for inducing a product to be pressed; the first sensing element is arranged at one end of the first driving assembly close to the first clamping part.
6. The cold pressing apparatus of claim 1, wherein said press fitting device comprises a press fitting portion and a second drive assembly;
the press-mounting part and the positioning part are arranged oppositely, the press-mounting part is in transmission connection with the second driving assembly, and the second driving assembly drives the press-mounting part to move in the first direction and press-mount the product to be pressed under the control signal.
7. The cold pressing apparatus of claim 6, wherein the press fitting portion comprises a fixing plate and a press head, the second drive assembly comprises a fourth drive portion and a fifth drive portion;
the fourth driving part is connected with the fixed plate, the fifth driving part penetrates through and is fixed on the fixed plate, and one end of the fifth driving part is fixed with the pressure head; the fourth driving part drives the fixing plate to move along a first direction so as to drive the fifth driving part and the pressure head to move and press-fit the preset part of the product to be pressed.
8. The cold pressing apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 7, further comprising a second clamping device; and in the conveying direction of the product to be pressed, the second clamping device and the first clamping device are arranged in sequence.
9. The cold pressing apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 7, further comprising a support structure on which said locator is disposed; the first clamping device and the press-fitting device are both assembled on the supporting structure.
10. The cold pressing apparatus of claim 9, further comprising a guide channel, wherein in the second direction, an end of the guide channel is fixedly connected to an end of the support structure.
11. The cold pressing apparatus according to any of the claims 1 to 7, wherein in the second direction, a predetermined position of at least one side of said positioning portion is provided with a second inductive element; the second sensing element is used for sensing a preset part of a product to be pressed.
12. The cold pressing apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 7, further comprising a control system, wherein both said first clamping device and said press fitting device are electrically connected to said control system.
13. An in-line system for processing products to be press-fit, comprising a conveying device and a cold-pressing device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 12; the cold pressing equipment is arranged above the conveying equipment.
