Abstract

一种车辆用灯具,排列多个发光二极管13作为光源,具有支承多个发光二极管的底座构件7、位于所述底座构件的背侧且与发光二极管的导线端子13d连接的供电线材14和与所述供电线材连接的供电端子16。采用本发明,可降低成本,获得设计自由度的增大及环保。

车辆用灯具
技术领域
本发明涉及新颖的车辆用灯具。详细地说,涉及成本降低、设计自由度增大及环保的技术。
背景技术
有一种使发光二极管排列多个作为光源的车辆用灯具。例如我们知道,在轿车的后防风玻璃的内侧配设的停车灯是高架停车灯(ハイマウントストツプランプ)。
然而,将上述发光二极管作为光源的车辆用灯具一般采用图6所示那样的结构。
即,在由透镜a和遮住该透镜a背面的灯体b构成的灯室c内配置印刷电路板d,在该印刷电路板d上,将多个发光二极管e、e、…的端子f、f、…利用钎焊而支承在印刷电路上。
对于上述现有的车辆用灯具,由于是在印刷电路板d上支承发光二极管e、e、…,故设计的自由度受到限制。也就是说,印刷电路板d的形状,尤其是板厚方向的形状不能自由地设计,因此,存在着在灯具的进深方向不能形成较大弯曲结构等问题。
另外,印刷电路板价格高,钎焊的设备和工序方面花费成本,从而存在着成本变高的问题。
此外,从环保方面看,钎焊不是较佳。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种可降低成本、获得设计自由度增大及环保的车辆用灯具。
为实现上述目的,本发明的车辆用灯具具有:支承多个发光二极管的底座构件;位于上述底座构件的背侧、与各发光二极管的导线端子连接的供电线材;与所述供电线材连接的供电端子。
因此,对于本发明的车辆用灯具,支承发光二极管的底座构件,只要将其形成为树脂成形件,就可自由地选择其形状,设计的自由度增大。另外,发光二极管的端子和供电线材不用钎焊方式而利用例如焊接方式就可连接,不会发生环境问题。

具体实施方式
下面,结合附图来说明本发明车辆用灯具的实施形态。
图示的车辆用灯具1适用于高架停车灯,即适用于在轿车的后防风玻璃的内侧配设的停车灯。
车辆用灯具1的透镜2的后端由灯体3遮住,形成由透镜2和灯体3构成的灯室4。透镜2的向左右方向较长的前面部2a和从该前面部2a的周缘部向后方突出的周壁部2b用红色的有色透明的合成树脂形成一体。在这样的透镜2的周壁部2b的后端,形成有可安装大致呈板状灯体3的灯室4。在灯体3上,一体形成有向后方突出的筒部5。
从所述灯体3的前面的上下两端部向前方突设有支承壁6、6。在该支承壁6、6的靠前端部分的互相相对的部分上形成有支承槽6a、6a。
在所述灯室4内配设底座构件7。该底座构件7形成为合成树脂成形件,做成向左右方向较长的大致板状,在长度方向设有大致等间隔的多个支承部8、8、…。在所述支承部8上形成有贯通孔9,从该贯通孔9的前侧开口缘向前方突设有卡合片10、10、10。在该卡合片10的前端部上形成有向贯通孔9的中心方向突出的卡合爪10a,该卡合爪10a的前端面做成倾斜面10b。另外,在所述贯通孔9的前侧开口缘上突设有定位突起11。此外,底座构件7的后面中,在贯通孔9、9、、…之间的部分突设有短路防止块12、12、…。
所述底座构件7的上下两端缘部被卡合在所述灯体3的支承壁6、6的支承槽6a、6a中而支承在灯体3上。
在所述底座构件7的各支承部8、8、…上支承有发光二极管13、13、…。在发光二极管13的管壳13a的后端部上形成有大致圆形的凸缘部13b,在该凸缘部13b上形成有定位缺口13c。并且,从管壳13a的后端突出有导线端子13d、13d。
在将定位缺口13c与支承部8的定位突起11对准的状态下,所述发光二极管13的凸缘部13b的后端紧贴在卡合爪10a、10a、10a的倾斜面10b、10b、10b上。当从该状态向贯通孔9一方压入发光二极管13时,卡合片10、10、10向外方挠曲,发光二极管13的凸缘部13b通过卡合爪10a、10a、10a的位置,定位突起11与定位缺口13卡合的同时,凸缘部13b的后端面与底座构件7的贯通孔9前侧开口缘抵接,与此同时,向外侧挠曲的卡合片10、10、10返回到原来的状态,卡合爪10a、10a、10a卡合在发光二极管13的凸缘部13b的前面。这样,发光二极管13、13、…支承在底座构件7的各支承部8、8、…上。另外,发光二极管13、13、…的导线端子13d、13d、…通过于贯通孔9而成为从底座构件7的后面向后方突出的状态。
并且,作为供电线材14、14,例如,漆包线配置成与发光二极管13、13、…的导线端子13d、13d、…接触,供电线材14、14通过焊接而与各导线端子13d、13d、…连接。所述焊接可应用激光焊接、接触焊接等适合的焊接装置。在供电线材14与14之间夹装有所述短路防止块12、12、…,从而可防止供电线材14和14产生短路的现象。另外,供电线材14、14不直接支承在底座构件7上,通过与支承在底座构件7上的发光二极管13、13、…的导线端子13d、13d、…焊接而间接地支承在底座构件7上。作为供电线材14、14,不限于上述的漆包线,可使用各种形式的线材。例如,可使用将铜合金延伸成带板状的称作汇流条(バスバ—)的线材15、15(参照图4)。
大部分的配置在灯体3的筒部5上的供电端子16、16的一端部与所述供电线材14、14焊接。由该供电端子16、16和配置有该供电端子16、16的筒部5构成接线柱17,通过该接线柱17从外部供给电源。
上述的车辆用灯具1,由于发光二极管13、13、…被支承在底座构件7上而不是印刷电路板上,故可任意地设计底座构件7的形状,如图5所示,将底座构件7形成阶梯状等,设计自由度增大。
另外,由于发给二极管13、13、…通过卡合片10、10、…而支承在底座构件7上,故与仅用导线端子支承在现有的印刷电路板上相比,支承状态稳定。
另外,由于发光二极管13、13、…的导线端子13d、13d、…和供电线材14、14通过焊接连接,故不会发生用钎焊方法所产生的环境问题。另外,还可降低成本
此外,在上述实施形态中所示的各部分的形状及结构,只不过都表示了在实施本发明时所作的具体化的一例子,并不由此限定解释本发明的技术范围。
从以上所述得知,本发明的车辆用灯具是排列多个发光二极管来作为光源的车辆用灯具,其特点是具有:支承多个发光二极管的底座构件,位于所述底座构件背侧、与各发光二极管的导线端子连接的供电线材;与所述供电线材连接的供电端子。
因此,对于本发明车辆用灯具,支承发光二极管的底座构件,只要将其形成为树脂成形件,就可自由地选择其形状,设计的自由度增大。另外,发光二极管的端子和供电线材不用钎焊方式而可利用例如焊接方式连接,就不会发生环境问题。
对于技术方案2所述的发明,由于在所述底座构件背侧配设多个供电线材,在各供电线材之间配设短路防止构件,故在使用供电线材不被覆的线材或在使用被覆线的情况下,即使被覆受到破坏,也可防止各供电线材间的短路。
对于技术方案3所述的发明,由于供电线材不支承在底座构件上,故底座构件的形状不会因供电线材的存在而受到制约,自由设定其形状就更容易。

Claims (3)

1.一种车辆用灯具,是排列多个发光二极管而作为光源的车辆用灯具,其特征在于,具有:
支承多个发光二极管的底座构件;
位于所述底座构件的背侧、与各发光二极管的导线端子连接的供电线材;
与所述供电线材连接的供电端子。
2.如权利要求1所述的车辆用灯具,其特征在于,在所述底座构件的背侧配设有多个供电线材,在各供电线材间配设有短路防止构件。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的车辆用灯具,其特征在于,供电线材不支承在底座构件上。
