Abstract

本发明提供一种导电纤维及其制备方法。该导电纤维包括纤维本体,在纤维本体的中部设置有中空部,中空部内充满有导电物料,其中,导电物料由石墨烯组成,并且以平铺的方式呈网格状地设于中空部内。根据本发明的导电纤维,通过将石墨烯作为导电物料以平铺的方式呈网格状地设于中空部内从而形成连续导电芯,故而使导电性能大幅提高,且其设备成本较低、占用空间小、易于控制。

导电纤维及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种纤维,特别涉及一种导电纤维及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着生活品质的提高,人们功能纤维的性能要求越来越高,如导电纤维。导电纤维具有远高于抗静电纤维的优异的消除和防止静电的性能。
现有碳黑系纤维是将碳黑与成纤物质混合后采用皮芯纺丝法制成的导电纤维,但其缺乏韧性,不耐弯折,无热收缩能力,且涂覆在外层的碳黑易脱落,降低导电性能,且其纺制过程不易控制;现有导电型金属化合物纤维采用金属物料与聚合物熔体共混的方法纺制,其在聚合物熔体中混入导电金属介质,成本高昂,且其纺制过程不易控制;现有导电高分子型纤维,由聚乙炔、聚苯胺、聚吡咯、聚噻吩等高分子导电材料直接纺丝制成的有机导电纤维,但需要专用设备与组件,致使纺丝困难,成本上升。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于,提供一种导电纤维及其制备方法,能够在减少导电物料用量的同时,提高导电性能。
为实现上述目的,根据本发明的第一方面,导电纤维包括纤维本体,在纤维本体的中部设置有中空部,中空部内充满有导电物料,其中,导电物料由石墨烯组成,并且以平铺的方式呈网格状地设于中空部内。
优选地,纤维本体由聚合物熔体凝固而成。
根据本发明的第二方面,导电纤维的制备方法用于制备上述第一方面的导电纤维,其包括:聚合物熔体通入步骤,其将聚合物熔体通入喷丝装置的喷丝部;石墨烯通入步骤,其将石墨烯制成气雾状或液状后,通入所述喷丝装置的入料部。
根据本发明的导电纤维,通过将石墨烯作为导电物料以平铺的方式呈网格状地设于中空部内从而形成连续导电芯,故而使导电性能大幅提高,且其设备成本较低、占用空间小、易于控制。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图详细地说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1所示,本发明的导电纤维,包括纤维本体10,纤维本体10的中部设置有中空部,该中空部内充满有导电物料11。导电物料11由石墨烯组成,并且以平铺的方式呈网格状地设于纤维本体10的中空部内。所谓平铺的方式是指,在显微镜下观察时,作为导电物料11的石墨烯的晶体单元以首尾相连的方式排列。
纤维本体10由聚合物熔体凝固而成。该聚合物熔体可以是涤纶、锦纶、丙纶。
图2表示本发明的制备导电纤维的喷丝组件。图2所示的喷丝组件具有喷丝孔和入料管200,该喷丝孔包括导孔301和与导孔301底部相连的喷丝微孔302,入料管200的底部设有出料口203,入料管200贯穿导孔301,出料口203置于喷丝微孔302中,出料口203缩进于喷丝微孔302的出口,为流经出料口203外部的熔体提供外部压力。出料口203相对于喷丝微孔302的出口的缩进量为0.1~0.5mm。入料管200的顶部设有锥销201,与物料流道101内的锥孔相配合。物料流道101设于组件内,用于连通组件入料口与入料管200,物料流道101与熔体流道100开设在同一分配板的不同区域内,用以形成密闭且相互隔断的流体通路和物料通路,在其入料口处可通入气雾状或液状的石墨烯,并通过气泵或液泵将其压入物料流道101,气泵或液泵可控制石墨烯的入料量。锥销201顶部设有进料口202,石墨烯在压力下历经物料流道101后经进料口202进入入料管200。入料管200通过锥销201与物料流道101的配合来实现在喷丝组件中的固定。
本发明的制备导电纤维的方法,采用上述喷丝组件,将聚合物熔体通过熔体流道100持续通入上述喷丝孔内,将石墨烯制成气雾状或液状,然后通过气泵或液泵主动通入物料通路101,最后通入入料管200内。
原料母粒经由高温融化形成聚合物熔体,经由喷丝组件之后凝固成纤维本体10,纤维本体10由同聚合物熔体凝固而成。聚合物熔体从入料管200的周围进入到喷丝孔,石墨烯被制成气雾状或液状通入到入料管200内,聚合物熔体在喷丝微孔302的出口处从入料管200的周围流出,石墨烯从入料管200的出料口202喷出并填充到聚合物熔体的中部,石墨烯不断被填充入聚合物熔体中,形成连续导电芯。

1.一种导电纤维,包括纤维本体,在所述纤维本体的中部设置有中空部,所述中空部内充满有导电物料,其特征在于,
所述导电物料由石墨烯组成,并且以平铺的方式呈网格状地设于所述中空部内。
2.如权利要求1所述的导电纤维,其特征在于,所述纤维本体由聚合物熔体凝固而成。
3.一种导电纤维的制备方法,用于制备权利要求1所述的导电纤维,其特征在于,包括:
聚合物熔体通入步骤,其将聚合物熔体通入喷丝装置的喷丝部;
石墨烯通入步骤,其将石墨烯制成气雾状或液状后,通入所述喷丝装置的入料部。
