The fertilizer is matched with nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and other compound fertilizers for use, can improve the nutrient absorption and utilization efficiency, regulate the growth of plants, and improve the yield and quality of crops, and particularly has more obvious yield increase effect when being applied to fruit trees and vegetables.
At present, commercially available biological synergistic assistants are various in types, complex in components and diverse in functions, but the effects of promoting roots, resisting aging and the like are not obvious enough when the biological synergistic assistants are applied alone, the requirements of plant growth cannot be met, and the research on the synergistic function is relatively few when multiple biological synergistic substances are adopted for compatibility.

Preferably, the spray drying is carried out in a spray drying tower, wherein the inlet temperature of the spray drying tower is 140-160 ℃, and the outlet temperature of the spray drying tower is 70-80 ℃.
The application provides a biological synergistic additive which comprises 85-95 parts by weight of brown algae oligosaccharide extracting solution, 3-10 parts by weight of vitamin B6 and 3-10 parts by weight of anhydrous citric acid. According to the biological synergistic additive, the brown algae oligosaccharide extracting solution, the vitamin B6 and the anhydrous citric acid are added, and the respective contents are adjusted, so that the three components have a synergistic effect, and finally, the obtained biological synergistic additive can be applied to plants to effectively promote the development of crop roots, improve the anti-aging capability of crops, prolong the growth period of the crops and improve the crop yield.

For a further understanding of the invention, reference will now be made to the preferred embodiments of the invention by way of example, and it is to be understood that the description is intended to further illustrate features and advantages of the invention, and not to limit the scope of the claims.
In view of the problem of poor root promoting and anti-aging effects of the biological synergistic additive in the prior art, the application provides the biological synergistic additive comprising the brown alga oligosaccharide extracting solution, the vitamin B6 and the anhydrous citric acid, and the active ingredients of the brown alga oligosaccharide, the vitamin B6 and the anhydrous citric acid for supplementing the biological stimulation function are realized on the basis of the metabolism of crops through the synergistic effect of the three6When the plant growth regulator is applied to crops, the plant growth regulator can activate the activity of the crop root system gravity enzyme, promote the development of plant root systems, simultaneously start the transduction process of root system cells, inhibit the peroxidation of cell membranous substances, improve the stress resistance of the crops, delay the senescence of the plants and improve the quality and the yield of the crops. 85-95 parts by weight of a brown algae oligosaccharide extracting solution;

In the biological synergistic additive, the raw material of the brown algae oligosaccharide extracting solution is polysaccharide extracted from marine brown algae, and the brown algae oligosaccharide is prepared by directional and accurate degradation, separation and purification. The brown algae oligosaccharide is linearly composed of beta-D-mannuronic acid and alpha-L-guluronic acid, and the polymerization degree is below 20. The polymerization degrees of the brown algae oligosaccharides prepared by different degradation processes are different, and the brown algae oligosaccharides with different polymerization degrees also have obvious difference on biological activity and functions. In the application, the polymerization degree of the brown alginate oligosaccharide extracting solution is 2-8; compared with the brown algae oligosaccharide with the polymerization degree of 10-20, the brown algae oligosaccharide with the polymerization degree of 2-8 has small molecular weight, is not easy to flocculate and precipitate, is easier to be absorbed by plants, and has more remarkable effects of promoting the growth activity of plant roots and oxidation resistance. The brown algae oligosaccharide is similar to phytohormone, can stimulate the growth of root systems and stems and leaves of crops, and improves the yield of the crops; can induce plants to generate resistance, improve the oxidation resistance of the plants and delay the crop aging. The content of the brown algae oligosaccharide extracting solution is 85-95 parts by weight, more specifically 88-94 parts by weight, and in a specific embodiment 90-93 parts by weight.
The vitamin B6 in the further additive is a water-soluble vitamin which is stable in acid liquor and cannot resist high temperature. Research shows that the B vitamins are water-soluble small molecular active substances which can be directly absorbed and utilized by plant roots, and comprise vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B3, vitamin B5, vitamin B6, vitamin B9, vitamin B12 and the like. The B vitamins almost all participate in important enzymatic reactions in plants, are indispensable active substances in plants and play a key role in plant metabolism. The exogenous application of the B vitamins can effectively prevent the problems of low metabolism activity and the like caused by insufficient self synthesis of plants under the adverse conditions. The application aims at the problems of insufficient root system growth vigor, easy oxidation and aging and the like of plants under the adverse conditions, the root promoting and anti-aging effects of different B vitamins such as vitamin B1, vitamin B6 and vitamin B9 are researched, and research proves that 3-10 parts of vitamin B6 are added into the biological synergistic additive of the root promoting and anti-aging fertilizer, so that the peroxidation induced by the aging of plant cell lipid membranes can be prevented, the root length, the root weight, the root development force and the root system reduction force are remarkably improved, and the symptoms of insufficient root system vigor, premature aging and the like of the plants under the adverse conditions are effectively relieved. The vitamin B6 content is 3-10 parts by weight, specifically, the vitamin B6 content is 3-6 parts by weight, and more specifically, the vitamin B6 content is 4-5 parts by weight.
The invention further researches a method for drying and pulverizing the biological synergistic additive of the fertilizer for promoting root growth and resisting aging. The brown algae oligosaccharide and the vitamin B6 adopted by the invention can not bear high temperature, and the active ingredients in the biological synergistic additive of the fertilizer for promoting root growth and resisting aging are easily degraded, oxidized and inactivated when the powder is dried by adopting a conventional high-temperature drying and crushing method. In order to ensure the functional effect of active ingredients in the biological synergistic additive of the root-promoting and anti-aging fertilizer to the maximum extent, the invention researches and develops a microdroplet pressure spray drying powder preparation technology, and 3-10 parts of citric acid is adopted to adjust the pH value of the biological synergistic additive solution of the root-promoting and anti-aging fertilizer, so that the root-promoting and anti-aging performance of the biological synergistic agent is finally realized. The content of the anhydrous citric acid is 3-6 parts by weight, and more specifically, the content of the anhydrous citric acid is 4-5 parts by weight.
The application also provides a preparation method of the biological synergistic additive for the fertilizer capable of promoting roots and resisting aging, which comprises the following steps:
mixing the brown algae oligosaccharide extracting solution, vitamin B6 and anhydrous citric acid according to a proportion, and spray drying to obtain the biological synergistic additive for the fertilizer for promoting the root and resisting the aging.
The preparation method of the biological synergist is specifically as shown in fig. 1, and specifically comprises the steps of respectively treating brown algae oligosaccharide extracting solution, vitamin B6 and citric acid in a lifter, stirring, mixing, dispersing and emulsifying, and finally performing spray drying in a spray drying tower to obtain the biological synergist assistant micro-particles. The inlet temperature of the spray drying tower is 140-160 ℃, and the outlet temperature is 70-80 ℃.
The preparation method of the invention has the advantages of uniform and beautiful micro-particles, high dissolution rate, effective prevention of degradation and inactivation of active ingredients such as alginate oligosaccharides, vitamin B1 and the like, and optimal effects of promoting root growth and resisting aging.
The application of the biological synergistic additive for the fertilizer capable of promoting the roots and resisting the aging can be carried out in various ways, for example, the biological synergistic additive for the fertilizer with the functions can be mixed with a macroelement fertilizer and then applied in plant planting, or the biological synergistic additive can be used as a supplementary functional component of the macroelement fertilizer in the plant planting for additional application. The fertilization mode can adopt bottom application, drip irrigation, flushing application and the like, and is suitable for various crops.
For further understanding of the present invention, the root-promoting and anti-aging fertilizer bio-builder and the preparation method thereof provided by the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the following examples, and the scope of the present invention is not limited by the following examples.
Example 1
The agricultural chemical test site of the embodiment is a greenhouse in Bay village of old cattle in Shahe town of Chang plain district, Beijing City, the planted crop is tomato (Jingfen No. 2), the planting time is 12 months to 2021 years and 4 months in 2020 year, the fixed planting base fertilizer is 15-15-15 of common compound fertilizer, and the fertilizing amount is 50 kg/mu; and (3) performing drip irrigation and topdressing on 20-20-20 powdery macroelement water-soluble fertilizer in the initial flowering period for 3 times continuously, wherein the interval period is 15 days, and the fertilizing amount is 5 kg/mu.
The preparation method of the biological synergistic additive for the fertilizer capable of promoting roots and resisting aging adopted in the embodiment comprises the following steps: 90 parts of brown algae oligosaccharide extracting solution (the polymerization degree of the brown algae oligosaccharide is 2-8, and the content is 15 percent), and vitamin B65 parts of citric acid and 5 parts of solution are uniformly mixed and then prepared into micro-particles by adopting a microdroplet pressure spray drying tower, wherein the inlet temperature of the drying tower is 150 ℃, and the outlet temperature of the drying tower is 75 ℃.
Meanwhile, in order to embody the functional effects of the experimental group, in this example, comparative example 1 was prepared using the following method: 90 parts of brown algae oligosaccharide extracting solution (the polymerization degree of the brown algae oligosaccharide is 10-20, and the content is 15 percent), and vitamin B65 parts of citric acid and 5 parts of solution are uniformly mixed and then prepared into micro-particles by adopting a microdroplet pressure spray drying tower, wherein the inlet temperature of the drying tower is 150 ℃, and the outlet temperature of the drying tower is 75 ℃.
The experiment was set up with 4 treatments, 3 replicates each, randomized, and 20 replicates each were selected. After the test is finished, the indexes of fresh weight, stem thickness, soluble solid of fruit, yield and the like of the tomato root are measured.
Treatment 1: blank group (no fertilizer bio-builder applied);
and (3) treatment 2: control group (fertilizer bio-builder product with similar function in market);
and (3) treatment: comparative example group (comparative example 1 prepared in example 1);
and (4) treatment: experimental group (biological synergistic adjuvant for fertilizer for promoting root growth and resisting aging prepared in this example 1)
The fertilizer biological synergistic additive products of the control group and the comparative example combined experimental group are respectively added into the powdery macroelement water-soluble fertilizer 20-20-20 according to the proportion of 1 percent, and are uniformly mixed and applied by drip irrigation. The test results are shown in table 1:

Example 2
The agricultural chemical test site of the embodiment is positioned in a sunlight greenhouse of a fourth village town agricultural Daquzhou experimental station in Quzhou county of Handan, Hebei province, and the crop is potted small rape (Shanghai green) which is planted for 9-10 months in 2020 year; the base fertilizer is 15-15-15 of common compound fertilizer, and the fertilizing amount is 25 kg/mu.
The preparation method of the biological synergistic additive for the fertilizer capable of promoting the root and resisting the aging adopted in the embodiment 2 comprises the following steps: 93 parts of brown algae oligosaccharide extract and vitamin B63.0 parts of citric acid and 4.0 parts of citric acid, and uniformly mixing the solution, and preparing the mixture into microparticles by adopting a microdroplet pressure spray drying tower, wherein the inlet temperature of the drying tower is 160 ℃, and the outlet temperature of the drying tower is 80 ℃.
Meanwhile, in order to embody the functional effects of the experimental group, in this example, comparative example 2 was prepared using the following method: 93 parts of brown algae oligosaccharide extracting solution (the polymerization degree of the brown algae oligosaccharide is 2-8, and the content is 15 percent) and vitamin B13.0 parts of citric acid and 4.0 parts of citric acid, and uniformly mixing the solution, and preparing the mixture into microparticles by adopting a microdroplet pressure spray drying tower, wherein the inlet temperature of the drying tower is 150 ℃, and the outlet temperature of the drying tower is 75 ℃.
The experiment was set with 4 treatments, each treatment was 3 replicates, arranged randomly; after the harvest of the test, 20 small rapes are repeatedly selected to measure the indexes of plant height, root length, root activity, biomass and the like.
The fertilizer biological synergistic additive products of the control group and the comparative example combined experimental group are respectively added into the powdery macroelement water-soluble fertilizer 20-20-20 according to the proportion of 1 percent, and are uniformly mixed and applied by drip irrigation.
Treatment 1: blank group (no fertilizer bio-builder applied);
and (3) treatment 2: control group (fertilizer bio-builder product with similar function in market);
and (3) treatment: comparative example group (comparative example 2 prepared in this example);
and (4) treatment: experimental group (the biological synergistic additive for the fertilizer for promoting root growth and resisting aging prepared in the example);
the fertilizer biological synergistic additive products of the control group and the comparative example combined experimental group are applied by drip irrigation in the 3-leaf stage of the small rape, the dosage per mu is 25g, and the dilution multiple is 2000 times. The results of the test measurements are shown in table 2:

Example 3
The agro-chemical test site of this example is located in Piercun village, Riyeyu, Hunan province, and the test crop is navel orange (New Holl), 6 years of age, and the test time is 3 months to 11 months in 2019 years; the germination fertilizer is 24-8-8 of compound fertilizer, 0.5kg per plant; the fruit stabilizing fertilizer is 15-15-15 of compound fertilizer, 1kg per plant.
The preparation method of the biological synergistic additive for the fertilizer capable of promoting roots and resisting aging adopted in the embodiment comprises the following steps: 88 parts of brown algae oligosaccharide extract and vitamin B66 parts of citric acid and 6 parts of citric acid are evenly mixed and then are mixed by a micro mixerThe micro-particles are prepared by a drop pressure spray drying tower, the inlet temperature of the drying tower is 140 ℃, and the outlet temperature of the drying tower is 70 ℃.
Meanwhile, in this example 3, in order to embody the functional effects of the experimental group, comparative example 3 was prepared by the following method: 88 parts of brown algae oligosaccharide extracting solution (the polymerization degree of the brown algae oligosaccharide is 2-8, and the content is 15 percent), and vitamin B66 parts of citric acid and 6 parts of solution are uniformly mixed and then prepared into micro-particles by adopting a microdroplet pressure spray drying tower, wherein the inlet temperature of the drying tower is 200 ℃, and the outlet temperature of the drying tower is 90 ℃.
The experiment was set up with 4 treatments, each of 3 replicates, randomized. After the harvest of the test, 3 navel oranges are selected repeatedly each time to measure indexes such as root system activity, biomass and the like.
Treatment 1: blank group (no fertilizer bio-builder applied);
and (3) treatment 2: control group (fertilizer bio-builder product with similar function in market);
and (3) treatment: comparative example group (comparative example 3 prepared in example 3);
and (4) treatment: experimental group (the biological synergistic additive for the fertilizer for promoting root growth and resisting aging prepared in the example 3);
the biological synergistic additive products of the fertilizers of the control group and the comparative example combined experimental group are applied in holes simultaneously with the compound fertilizer, the plant dosage is 10g, and the biological synergistic additive products are applied 1 time respectively in the germination period and the fruit stabilizing period. The results of the test measurements are shown in table 3:

63-10 parts by weight of vitamin B;
3-10 parts by weight of anhydrous citric acid.

The biological synergistic additive for the root-promoting and anti-aging fertilizer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the polymerization degree of the brown algae oligosaccharide in the brown algae oligosaccharide extracting solution is 2-8, and the content of the brown algae oligosaccharide in the brown algae oligosaccharide extracting solution is 15-20%.
3. The biological synergistic additive for the root-promoting and anti-aging fertilizer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the content of the brown algae oligosaccharide extracting solution is 88-94 parts by weight.
4. The biological synergistic additive for the root-promoting and anti-aging fertilizer as claimed in claim 1 or 3, wherein the content of the brown algae oligosaccharide extracting solution is 90-93 parts by weight.
5. The root-promoting and anti-aging fertilizer biological synergistic additive according to claim 1, wherein the content of vitamin B6 is 3-6 parts by weight.
6. The root-promoting anti-aging fertilizer biological synergist according to claim 1 or 5, wherein the content of vitamin B6 is 4-5 parts by weight.
7. The biological synergistic additive for the root-promoting and anti-aging fertilizer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the content of the anhydrous citric acid is 3-6 parts by weight.
8. The biological synergistic additive for the root-promoting and anti-aging fertilizer as claimed in claim 1 or 7, wherein the content of the anhydrous citric acid is 4-5 parts by weight.
9. The method for preparing the root-promoting anti-aging fertilizer biological synergistic additive according to any one of claims 1 to 8, which comprises the following steps:
mixing the brown algae oligosaccharide extracting solution, vitamin B6 and anhydrous citric acid according to a proportion, and spray drying to obtain the biological synergistic additive of the fertilizer for promoting the root and resisting the aging.
10. The method according to claim 9, wherein the spray drying is performed in a spray drying tower having an inlet temperature of 140 to 160 ℃ and an outlet temperature of 70 to 80 ℃.
