3. The liquid biofilm manure water retaining agent of claim 1, wherein: the film reinforcing agent is 2-10 wt% of sodium tetraborate.

The liquid biofilm manure water retaining agent of claim 1, wherein: the functional synergistic substances for promoting growth, resisting stress, resisting diseases and the like comprise 1 to 15 weight percent of alginate oligosaccharide, 0.5 to 4 weight percent of chitosan oligosaccharide and 0.2 to 1 weight percent of oligomeric acid.
5. The liquid biofilm manure water retention agent as defined in claim 1, and a method for preparing the same, which comprises the steps of:
s1, biologically fermenting the high-molecular-weight polyglutamic acid and the glucan according to a weight ratio to obtain 800 kg of polyglutamic acid fermentation liquor, preserving heat at 60-80 ℃, and stirring;
s2, preparing 50kg of mixture with functions of growth promotion, stress resistance, disease resistance and the like by utilizing the alginate oligosaccharides, the chitosan oligosaccharides and the oligomeric acids according to the weight ratio, and adding the mixture into the polyglutamic acid fermentation liquor prepared in the S1 under the condition of stirring;
s3, preparing 1-5% aqueous solution of guar gum, polyvinyl alcohol and sephadex to prepare 120kg of water-soluble film forming material, adding 30kg of sodium tetraborate into the mixed solution in S2 while stirring;
s4, stirring at 60-80 ℃ for 30-60min, cooling to room temperature, discharging, and quantitatively packaging to obtain a liquid biomembrane fertilizer and water retention agent;
s5, adding the prepared liquid biomembrane fertilizer water retention agent into a compound fertilizer granulation system according to the proportion of 0.5-4%, mixing and granulating, and creating the biomembrane retention fertilizer after drying, cooling, screening and anti-caking treatment.
