TABLE 2 irritation evaluation criteria
Figure BDA0003538544250000061
TABLE 3 irritation test results of repair cream products of Experimental examples 1-12 and comparative Experimental examples 1-9
Figure BDA0003538544250000062
Figure BDA0003538544250000071
As can be seen from Table 3, the results of the patch test on human skin show that the skin reactions of all the test subjects are negative when the test subjects pass the patch test on the test substances of all the test subjects, and the skin reactions of all the test subjects are observed at 0.5 hour, 6 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours and 48 hours, which indicates that the repair cream products prepared in the experimental examples 1 to 12 and the comparative experimental examples 1 to 9 of the present invention are safe to use.
Evaluation of moisturizing Effect
The moisturizing effect test is carried out on the repairing cream products prepared in the experimental examples 1-12 and the comparative experimental examples 1-9 according to QBT 4256-.
The tested population is 75 infants, the infants are between 6 months and 5 years old, the skin is healthy, no allergic history of the skin disease exists, the voluntary selection standard of the tested subject is met, and the inner sides of the forearms of both hands of the tested part do not receive skin treatment, beautifying and the like;
the test environment temperature is controlled to be 21-23 ℃, and the air humidity is controlled to be 55-65%;
testing an instrument: MoistureMeter SC (Delfin);
before testing, wiping the test piece by using dry facial tissue, marking a measuring area on a corresponding tested part, wherein the area of the testing area is 3cm multiplied by 4cm, each testing area is 1cm apart, standing for 20min, and then starting to measure a blank value, uniformly coating a sample in the measuring area according to the dosage of (2.0 +/-0.1) mg/cm2, and taking coated purified water as a blank group; and measuring the moisture content value of the skin at 0.1h, 0.5h, 1.5h, 2.5h, 4h and 6h after coating, and obtaining a moisture content increase value by subtracting the moisture content increase value from the blank value, wherein the greater the value, the better the moisturizing effect of the test sample.
The test results were expressed as the average of the change values of the water content before and after application, as shown in Table 4 below.
TABLE 4 moisturizing effect test results of repair cream products of examples 1-12 and comparative examples 1-9
Figure BDA0003538544250000081
As can be seen from table 4, the repair cream products prepared in experimental examples 1 to 12 all had good moisturizing effects, wherein the moisturizing effects of experimental examples 3 to 9 were superior to those of experimental examples 1 to 2 and experimental examples 10 to 12, and particularly the moisturizing effect of experimental example 4 was the best.
Compared with the experimental example 4, the comparative experimental examples 5-8 respectively do not contain emulsifying agents, C10-18 fatty acid triglycerides, C20-22 alcohol phosphate and C20-22 alcohol, the comparative experimental examples 1-4 respectively do not contain skin repair additives, ceramide NP, phytostanol and linoleic acid, and the comparative experimental example 9 does not contain gentian root extracts, and the experimental results show that the moisturizing effects of the repair creams prepared in the comparative experimental examples 1-9 are obviously lower than those of the repair creams prepared in the experimental examples 1-12, and the moisturizing effects of the repair creams prepared in the comparative experimental examples 5-8 are also obviously lower than those of the repair creams prepared in the comparative experimental examples 1-4 and 5. Therefore, the long-acting moisturizing repair composition disclosed by the invention can realize a good moisturizing effect only by virtue of the synergistic effect of the emulsifiers (comprising C10-18 fatty acid triglycerides, C20-22 alcohol phosphate and C20-22 alcohol), the skin repair additives (ceramide NP, plant catalpol and linoleic acid) and the anti-allergy additives (gentian root extract), and the lack of any component can influence the exertion of the moisturizing effect, and the emulsifiers (comprising C10-18 fatty acid triglycerides, C20-22 alcohol phosphate and C20-22 alcohol) have very important significance in exerting the good moisturizing effect on the composition.
Fourth, evaluation of skin Barrier repair
The evaluation method comprises the following steps: a skin damage model is established by SDS stimulation of a certain concentration, test samples are continuously smeared on damaged skin for 14 days, and the repairing efficacy of the samples on the damaged skin caused by the SDS stimulation is evaluated through skin heme and percutaneous water loss TEWL tests.
The tested population is 12 dry skin infants (age 6 months 2, 1 year 2, 2 years 4 and 4 years 4), and the inner sides of the forearms of both hands of the tested part do not receive skin treatment, beauty treatment and the like;
the test samples of example 1, comparative examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 9 to 10 were used every night for 14 days using purified water as a blank; the test environment temperature is controlled to be 21-23 ℃, and the air humidity is controlled to be 55-65%;
the skin heme index (EI value) of the test area was measured using a skin heme tester Mexameter (MX18, Courage and khazaka, germany), and the test results are shown in table 5 below;
subjects were tested for transdermal water loss at the test site (TEWL average) on days 0, 2, 4, 7, and 14 using the VAPOMeter SC (Delfin), respectively, with the results shown in table 6 below.
Note: (1) the larger the skin heme index EI value is, the higher the skin heme content is, the poorer the red removing effect is, and the poorer the corresponding skin repairing effect is;
(2) the larger the mean value of skin TEWL, the faster the transdermal water loss of the skin and the poorer the corresponding skin barrier repair effect.

As can be seen from tables 5 and 6, the repair cream products prepared in the experimental examples 1 to 12 all have good skin barrier repair effects, wherein the skin barrier repair effects of the experimental examples 3 to 9 are better than those of the experimental examples 1 to 2 and the experimental examples 10 to 12, and particularly the skin barrier repair effect of the experimental example 4 is the best.
The ratio of the three components in the skin repair additive in experimental examples 4-7 is different, wherein the weight ratio of the ceramide NP, the phytosterol and the linoleic acid in the experimental example 4 is 2:1:1, while the ratio of the three components in the experimental examples 5-7 is different from that in the experimental example 4, the experimental result shows that the skin barrier repair effect of the repair cream prepared in the experimental example 4 is better to achieve the effects of good absorption and barrier function establishment when the weight ratio of the ceramide NP, the phytosterol and the linoleic acid in the skin repair additive is 2:1: 1.
Compared with the experimental example 4, the comparative experimental examples 5 to 8 do not contain emulsifier, C10-18 fatty acid triglyceride, C20-22 alcohol phosphate and C20-22 alcohol respectively, the comparative experimental examples 1 to 4 do not contain skin repair additive, ceramide NP, plant catalpol and linoleic acid respectively, and the comparative experimental example 9 does not contain gentian root extract, and the experimental results show that the skin barrier repair effect of the repair cream prepared in the comparative experimental examples 1 to 9 is obviously lower than that of the repair cream prepared in the experimental examples 1 to 12, and the skin barrier repair effect of the repair cream prepared in the comparative experimental examples 1 to 4 is also obviously lower than that of the repair cream prepared in the comparative experimental examples 5 to 9. Therefore, the long-acting moisturizing repair composition can achieve good skin barrier repair effect only by the synergistic effect of the emulsifier (comprising C10-18 fatty acid triglycerides, C20-22 alcohol phosphate and C20-22 alcohol), the skin repair additive (ceramide NP, plant catalpol and linoleic acid) and the anti-allergy additive (gentian root extract), and the lack of any component can influence the exertion of moisturizing effect.
Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and not for limiting the protection scope of the present invention, and although the present invention is described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent substitutions can be made on the technical solutions of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention.
