Background
Broccoli, also known as broccoli, cauliflower or broccoli. The broccoli sprout is one of sprout vegetables, is rich in nutrition, and has the sulforaphane content which is far ahead in vegetable products. Sulforaphane (sulforaphane) is the strongest anticancer component found in vegetables so far, and the content of sulforaphane in broccoli sprouts is tens of times that in broccoli curd. Therefore, the broccoli sprouts are functional vegetables with obvious nutrition and health care functions for human bodies.
At present, the main problems of broccoli bud seedling planting are that the price of broccoli seeds is high, and the production cost of bud seedling is high; secondly, the seeds of the broccoli are small, and the bud seedling planting takes time and labor. Aiming at the problems, a simple and efficient cultivation method for broccoli sprouts is needed.

Detailed Description
The experimental procedures used in the following examples are all conventional procedures unless otherwise specified.
Materials, reagents and the like used in the following examples are commercially available unless otherwise specified.
The novel sprout seedling planting tray adopted by the cultivation method is used for bearing the seeding and the growth of the sprout seedling in the whole growth period and comprises a water-permeable seedling tray, seeding paper and a tray. Wherein, the structure of the water-permeable seedling tray is shown in figures 1 and 2.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the water-permeable seedling tray is a square tray, on which a plurality of planting grooves 1 are arranged in a wave shape, and when in use, sprout seeds are sowed in a narrow and narrow low valley area formed by the valleys. The bottom of the planting groove 1 is provided with a plurality of drain holes 2 which drain water smoothly to ensure the healthy growth of the root system. Wherein, the depth of the planting groove can be 1cm and is smaller than the depth of the permeable seedling tray, and the width of the planting groove (namely the distance between adjacent wave crests) can be 1.3 cm; the drain holes 2 are circular, the inner diameter is 6mm, and the drain holes 2 can be uniformly arranged.
In above-mentioned novel sprouting vegetable planting seedling dish, the seeding paper forms organ form crease by mechanical pressing, with the laminating of wavy planting groove for bear the seed and moisturize. The problems that manual crease is time-consuming and labor-consuming, poor in uniformity and the like are solved by adopting mechanical crease pressing.
In the novel sprout vegetable planting seedling tray, the tray is consistent with the water-permeable seedling tray in size and shape, namely the tray is a flat-bottom waterproof shallow tray, the size of the outer edge of the flat-bottom waterproof shallow tray is consistent with that of the water-permeable seedling tray, and the tray covers the top of the water-permeable seedling tray for shading and moisturizing in a seed germination period; in the greening growth period of the sprouting vegetable, the tray is arranged at the bottom of the water-permeable seedling tray and is used for containing the excessive water seeped from the water-permeable seedling tray after watering.
In the above-mentioned novel sprouting vegetable planting seedling tray, the material of seedling tray and tray that permeates water is polypropylene, and is safe nontoxic, is suitable for sprouting vegetable to plant, and repeatedly usable.
The thousand seed weight of the broccoli seeds adopted by the invention is 3.3 g, the sulforaphane content in the seeds is 33mg/100g, and the sulforaphane content in the sprouts is 29mg/100g FW.
The broccoli sprout cultivation method adopting the novel sprout planting tray comprises the following steps:
1. seeding
The broccoli seeds are sowed by adopting dry seeds, the broccoli seeds are placed in a 10ml plastic dropper, the dropper is slowly moved to uniformly sow the broccoli seeds at the positions of the valleys (sowing grooves) on the sowing paper, and the sowed real objects are shown in figure 3.
In this embodiment, the seeding amount of the broccoli seeds is 90-100 g/m2。
2. Seed germination period
And in the seed germination stage, the tray is used for shading and moisturizing, the seeds are watered every 3-4 hours in the daytime, the seeding paper is thoroughly watered every time, and the image of the sown and watered real object is shown in figure 4.
3. Growing period of bud seedling
And removing the shading device on the fourth day after sowing, and allowing the broccoli bud seedlings to grow green by light. Watering every 2-3 hours in the daytime, wherein the seeding paper is thoroughly watered every time, the physical diagram of the growth process of the broccoli sprout is shown in fig. 5, and the sprout can grow uniformly.
4. Temperature management
The suitable growth temperature of broccoli sprout vegetables is 15-25 ℃.
5. Harvesting
Harvesting 7-10 days after sowing at a suitable growth temperature, and the picture of the real object is shown in figure 6.
In the existing method, broccoli sprouts are cultivated by adopting flat trays, because broccoli seeds are small and easy to move, ideal line spacing is difficult to broadcast, the seeds are not uniformly distributed, and the seed consumption is 200-300 g/m as shown in figure 72(ii) a In addition, when the plant is watered, the seeds are easy to shift, and the phenomena of local seed accumulation and local seed absence (as shown in figure 8) occur, so that the growth of the seedlings at the later stage is uneven and different in size.
The method is adopted to cultivate broccoli sprouting vegetables, and the seed consumption is 90-100 g/m2The seed consumption is saved by more than 50%, the seeding is uniform, the seeds are not easy to shift when the seeds are watered, and the later-stage bud seedling growth uniformity is high (as shown in figures 3-6). Therefore, the cultivation method improves the sowing speed and the sowing uniformity, saves the seed consumption, and improves the seed utilization efficiency and the product quality.
