技术领域
本发明涉及包含一种或多种油粉末和附加的一种或多种亲水和/或亲脂粉末的面膜产品,并通过角蛋白材料,特别是皮肤的护理套装(kit)制备。本发明还涉及其用于护理角蛋白材料,尤其是皮肤的用途。
背景技术
已知的是,面膜是高效产品并提供诸如补水、保湿、美白、清洁等皮肤益处。
但是,有效和舒适的面膜并不多。
需要在更好的稳定性趋势、更好的一种或多种活性粉末的溶解速度和易于浸渍方面有效的面膜产品。特别地,需要其汁液部分可在临施加到皮肤上之前形成具有改进的稳定性和改进的一种或多种活性粉末的溶解速度的乳液并同时提供良好的皮肤调理益处,特别是更多的补水和营养感官触感、更高皮肤舒适感的面膜产品。
发明目标
因此,在一个方面,必须提供一种面膜产品,其中该面膜包括一种套装,所述套装分开包含(1) 基材,任选单独地,能够与水性组合物形成乳液的一种或多种油粉末,和附加的一种或多种亲水和/或亲脂粉末,和(2) 能够与油粉末形成乳液的水性组合物。
在另一个方面,必须提供一种即用型面膜产品,其中在临使用前,任选在物理按摩(例如手动按摩)下混合(1)包括一种或多种油粉末和附加的一种或多种亲水和/或亲脂粉末的基材部分;和(2)能够与油粉末形成乳液的水性组合物,以使一种或多种油粉末、附加的一种或多种亲水和/或亲脂粉末和不含(或含有少得多)表面活性剂的水性组合物的混合物形成乳液,然后该乳液快速浸渍基材以形成面膜产品。
本发明获得的面膜具有以下优点:
1) 更好的稳定性趋势和更多的补水和营养感官触感,这得益于在临使用前转变成乳液;
2) 更舒适的皮肤感觉,这得益于水性组合物中较少和不含表面活性剂;
4) 一种或多种油粉末在使用过程中溶解更快;
5) 与正常乳化相相比更容易浸渍;
6) 在水相或水性组合物中,多元醇的密度更低以致在与一种或多种活性粉末混合过程中的更好分散和高铺展性;
7) 使一种或多种油粉末的流动更好和缠结更少,这得益于使用附加的一种或多种亲水/亲脂粉末;
8) 改进一种或多种油粉末的稳定性,这得益于使用附加的一种或多种亲水/亲脂粉末。
发明内容
本发明人已经发现一种套装,其包括:
1) 第一套装组合物,其包含
- 至少一种基材,
- 至少一种能够与水性组合物形成乳液的油粉末,
- 至少一种附加亲水和/或亲脂粉末,
2) 第二套装组合物,其包含至少一种能够与油粉末形成乳液的水性组合物,

发明详述

油粉末
油/脂肪粉末由化妆品领域和制药领域中可接受的例如下文定义的任何油(或脂肪)组合物制成。
根据本发明的一个实施方案,油(或脂肪)组合物可由从植物种子、果肉、果实和其它部分中共同提取的一种或多种植物油制成,例如选自植物的所有精油。
根据本发明的一个实施方案,油(或脂肪)组合物可由从例如选自猪、鱼、鸡、牛和其它动物的动物体或其分泌物中共同提取的一种或多种动物油制成。

根据本发明的一个实施方案,使得油粉末在遇到水相时充分乳化并使得油粉末在制造油粉末的过程中稳定的乳化剂优选具有7或更大,更优选7至20,尤其是11至16的HLB值。“HLB值”可根据Griffin方程计算(文献:J. Soc. Cosmet. 根据本发明的一个实施方案,关于粉末形成基料,其中粉末形成基料可单独使用或任何两种或更多种组合使用,但是从甘油酯混合物的乳化稳定性和油/脂肪粉末的储存稳定性的角度看,更优选组合使用糊精和蛋白质,特别优选组合使用DE为8至45的糊精和酪蛋白。

根据本发明的一个实施方案,稳定剂可以是一种或多种无机酸或一种或多种有机酸的一种或多种盐,例如一种或多种无机酸或一种或多种有机酸的一种或多种碱金属盐,如柠檬酸钠。表面活性剂也可用作油/脂肪粉末中的稳定剂。
根据本发明的一个实施方案,油粉末还可包含离子型表面活性剂,其可以是阴离子型或阳离子型的。

根据本发明的一个实施方案,有可能将抗氧化剂添加到本发明的油/脂肪粉末中以防止由甘油酯的氧化引起的变质,由此改进储存稳定性和改进味道稳定性。抗氧化剂的实例包括生育酚、L-抗坏血酸或其盐、L-抗坏血酸脂肪酸酯、天然抗氧化剂组分、丁基化羟基甲苯(BHT)、丁基化羟基苯甲醚(BHA)、叔丁基氢醌(TBHQ)和磷脂。
作为生育酚,可溶于甘油酯的生育酚是优选的,并使用α、β、γ或δ-生育酚或其混合物。市售生育酚的实例包括“E MIX D”、“E MIX 80”(各自是Eisai的产品)、“MDE-6000”(Yashiro的产品)、“E Oil-400”、“E Oil-600”、“E Oil-805”(各自是Riken Vitamin的产品)和“MIXED TOCOPHEROLS MTS-50”(ADM的产品)。
作为L-抗坏血酸脂肪酸酯,可溶于甘油酯的那些是优选的,其中高级脂肪酸酯,例如具有C12-22酰基的那些更优选,L-抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯和L-抗坏血酸硬脂酸酯特别优选。
作为天然抗氧化剂组分,迷迭香提取物和水溶性茶提取物(儿茶素类)由于具有高抗氧化性质而尤其优选。迷迭香提取物通过用有机溶剂提取属于唇形科的迷迭香的叶而得。作为迷迭香提取物,可溶于甘油酯的迷迭香提取物是优选的。可使用上述有机溶剂提取物、使用该提取物的油性树脂制备物、使用迷迭香提取物的成分如迷迭香酚、鼠尾草酚和异迷迭香酚(isorosmanol)的制备物,并且这些提取物进一步通过减压或柱吸附进行除臭处理。其中,考虑到味道,具有20 ppm或更少的剩余溶剂量的脱臭提取物是优选的。市售迷迭香提取物的实例包括“Herbalox brand type O”、“the same type HT-O”、“the same type25”、“Duolite NMH”、“ditto NM-1”(各自是Kalsec的产品)、“Leomeal E”、“ditto IO”(各自是Lion的产品)。
水溶性茶提取物(儿茶素类)是通过用溶剂、水或热水提取绿茶、半发酵茶或发酵茶的茶叶、然后过滤和干燥而获得的提取物的浓缩物。术语“儿茶素类”是类属名,包括非表儿茶素类,如儿茶素、没食子儿茶素、儿茶素没食子酸酯和没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯,以及表儿茶素类,如表儿茶素、表没食子儿茶素、表儿茶素没食子酸酯和表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯。

作为上述迷迭香提取物和水溶性茶提取物以外的天然抗氧化剂组分,可作为实例举出苹果多酚(“Applephenone”,San-Ei Gen F.F.I.的产品)和葵花籽提取物(“Heliant”,DAINIPPON INK AND CHEMICALS的产品)。
根据本发明的一个实施方案,一种或多种油组合物以相对于油粉末的重量计10重量%至60重量%,优选20重量%至50重量%,更优选30重量%至35重量%的量存在于油粉末中。
根据本发明的一个实施方案,一种或多种乳化剂/一种或多种表面活性剂以相对于油粉末的重量计0.1重量%至15重量%,优选0.5重量%至10重量%,更优选1重量%至5重量%的量存在于油粉末中。
根据本发明的一个实施方案,粉末形成基料以相对于油粉末的重量计2重量%至50重量%,优选5重量%至40重量%,更优选10重量%至30重量%的量存在于油粉末中。

特别在甘油酯的抗氧化稳定性差或要求油/脂肪粉末具有高储存稳定性的情况下,与单独使用更高的量相比,优选组合使用两种或更多种上述抗氧化剂。生育酚、L-抗坏血酸脂肪酸酯和源自植物的抗氧化剂的混合物特别优选作为抗氧化剂。
一种或多种油粉末可包含至少一种化妆品或皮肤病学活性物质。可用于本发明的化妆品组合物的皮肤学、卫生学或药学活性物质可由以下物质组成:保湿剂、维生素(C、A、E、F、B或PP)、必需脂肪酸、精油、神经酰胺、鞘脂类、脂溶性防晒剂或防晒剂纳米粒子形式,以及特定的治疗性皮肤病学活性物质(保护剂、抗菌剂、抗皱剂等)。
一种或多种油粉末可进一步包含常用于化妆品和药品的成分,如增稠剂、表面活性剂、微量元素、保湿剂、软化剂、脱模剂、香料、酸化剂或碱化剂、防腐剂、抗氧化剂、抗紫外线剂或染料,或其混合物。
用于本发明的一种或多种油粉末可由本领域技术人员通过所有已知方式制备,例如通过除去水,这选自喷雾干燥、喷雾冷冻、冷冻干燥、冷冻粉碎和挤出造粒。
水溶性维生素可进一步作为活性剂用于第一套装组合物或油粉末。维生素的可用的实例包括维生素C(抗坏血酸)、维生素B族(例如维生素B5(泛醇)、维生素B3(烟酰胺)、维生素B1和维生素B2)、烟酸、叶酸、泛酸、这些维生素的衍生物(特别是酯)和它们的混合物,特别是维生素C,优选为干燥形式。
尤其优选使用干燥形式的维生素C。

可用的水溶性维生素衍生物优选包括3-邻乙基抗坏血酸、抗坏血酸葡糖苷或其混合物。
本发明的第一套装组合物或油粉末可进一步包含阿魏酸。
阿魏酸可广泛发现于大茴香、咖啡种子、苹果、洋蓟、花生和橙子中,以及鸭跖草类植物(如大米、小麦、燕麦和凤梨)的种子和细胞壁中。
可以提到例如来自ORYZA OIL & FAT CHEMICAL的ORYZA FERULIX之类的产品。
附加亲水和/或亲脂粉末
本发明的第一套装组合物进一步包含至少一种附加亲水和/或亲脂粉末。
附加的一种或多种亲水和/或亲脂粉末的加入可使油粉末流动更好、缠结更少并改进油粉末的稳定性。
附加的一种或多种亲水和/或亲脂粉末可选自二氧化硅、纤维素基化合物(如纤维素及其衍生物)、尼龙(如尼龙-6和尼龙-12)及其衍生物、硅酮、聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)或它们的任何组合。
根据本发明,术语“纤维素基化合物”是指在其结构中带有经β(1,4)键连接在一起的脱水吡喃葡萄糖残基(AGU)的线性序列的任何多糖化合物。重复单元是纤维二糖二聚体。AGU为椅型构象并带有3个羟基官能团:2个仲醇(在位置2和3)和一个伯醇(在位置6)。由此形成的聚合物经由氢键类型的分子间键组合在一起,由此为纤维素提供纤维状结构(每纤维大约1500个分子)。
根据纤维素的来源,聚合度差别很大;其值可为几百到几万。
纤维素的羟基可与各种化学试剂部分或全部反应,以产生具有固有性质的纤维素衍生物。纤维素衍生物可以是阴离子型、阳离子型、两性或非离子型的。在这些衍生物中,区分纤维素醚、纤维素酯和纤维素酯醚。
在非离子纤维素醚中,可提到烷基纤维素,如甲基纤维素和乙基纤维素;羟烷基纤维素,如羟甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素和羟丙基纤维素;和混合羟烷基烷基纤维素,如羟丙基甲基纤维素、羟乙基甲基纤维素、羟乙基乙基纤维素和羟丁基甲基纤维素。
在阴离子纤维素醚中,可提到羧烷基纤维素及其盐。例如,可提到羧甲基纤维素、羧甲基甲基纤维素和羧甲基羟乙基纤维素及其钠盐。
在阳离子纤维素醚中,可提到交联或非交联的季铵化羟乙基纤维素。
季铵化剂可以特别是缩水甘油基三甲基氯化铵或脂肪胺,如月桂胺或硬脂胺。可提到的另一阳离子纤维素醚是羟乙基纤维素羟丙基三甲基铵。
季铵化纤维素衍生物特别是:
- 用包含至少一个脂肪链的基团,如包含至少8个碳原子的烷基、芳基烷基或烷基芳基,或其混合物改性的季铵化纤维素,

根据本发明的一个实施方案,附加亲水和/或亲脂粉末可涂布到所用的油粉末上以使油粉末的分散好得多并且溶解得快得多。
根据本发明的一个实施方案,附加亲水和/或亲脂粉末为相对于油粉末和附加亲水和/或亲脂粉末的总重量计1重量%至小于100重量%、或5重量%至60重量%、或10重量%至50重量%、甚至20重量%至40重量%的量。
一种或多种基材
本发明中使用的基材可以是化妆品领域中所有种类的合适基材。特别选自:
(1) 水不溶性基材,其是化妆品可接受和药学可接受的基材,和/或
(2) 凝胶基材,其包含:
※A) 第一巾材(tissue)组合物,其包含至少一种作为水溶性盐的凝胶形成剂,和

水不溶性基材
对本发明而言,术语“水不溶性”是指该基材不溶于水,其浸泡在水中时也不会解体。
根据本发明的基材的材料不受限制,因此任何材料可用于其制备;也就是说,水不溶性基材是所有类型的化妆品可接受和药学可接受的基材。也可使用两种或更多种材料。
水不溶性基材是由选自天然纤维、半天然纤维和合成纤维的纤维制成的织造织物或无纺织物,例如由所述至少一种水不溶性藻酸盐的纤维独自或与一种或多种其它纤维一起制成的织造织物或无纺织物,所述其它纤维选自天然纤维,如棉、纸浆、竹和纤维素纤维,半天然纤维,如粘胶嫘萦纤维,合成纤维,如聚酯纤维、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维、聚乙烯纤维和聚丙烯纤维,或其混合物。可组合使用选自上述纤维的两种或更多种。
或者,该材料可以是由选自合成聚合物如聚乙烯和聚乙烯醇、半合成聚合物如生物纤维素和藻酸盐、和天然聚合物如多糖(例如角叉菜胶和黄原胶)、粘多糖(例如透明质酸和透明质酸钠)、多肽(例如γ-聚谷氨酸)和蛋白质(例如明胶和胶原)的至少一种制成的膜或片材。膜或片材可以是凝胶或啫喱(jelly)的形式,其可以是透明、半透明或不透明的。可组合使用选自上述物质的两种或更多种物质。

根据本发明的折叠片材可由两个或更多个层制成。因此,例如,该基材可以是包括两个或更多个堆叠层的分层基材。如果使用分层基材,各堆叠层的材料可彼此相同或不同。例如,可通过将由合成聚合物、半合成聚合物和/或天然聚合物制成的上述膜或片材层压在上述织造织物或无纺织物上来制备分层基材。
基材可制成多种多样的形状和形式,如平垫、厚垫、不规则厚度的薄片,取决于该面膜的所需用途和特征。基材通常被设计成贴合需要局部施加的皮肤区域。例如,在将面膜施加到面部时,基材被设计成对应面部形状,视需要避开眼睛、鼻孔和嘴部区域。可用于本发明的基材的非限制性实例描述在例如专利申请WO 02/062132或EP 2489286A中。
具有在其上形成的孔、穿孔状的线或切割线的此类水不溶性基材或面膜可通过在市场上可得的常规面膜上切割所需孔获得。可提到合适的市售面膜,如来自BeijingDongfang Dayuan Non-wovens Fabric Co., Ltd.的NA60RP70。然后通过使用来自Hangzhou Zhiling Co. Ltd的模切机ZG-10T在面膜上切割所需的孔,获得本发明的水不溶性基材。
凝胶基材

- B1) 至少一种水相,和

根据本发明的一个实施方案,本发明的凝胶形成剂可以是水溶性多价金属藻酸化合物,例如碱金属藻酸化合物。
术语“碱金属藻酸化合物”特别是指碱金属藻酸盐(藻酸盐)或藻酸衍生物的碱金属盐。碱金属藻酸化合物是水溶性的。
藻酸——获自褐藻或获自某些细菌的天然物质,是由经1,4-糖苷键连接在一起的两种糖醛酸:β-D-甘露糖醛酸(M)和α-L-古罗糖醛酸(G)组成的多糖醛酸。
藻酸能与碱金属,如钠、钾或锂形成水溶性盐(藻酸盐)。这些藻酸盐在pH 4的水性介质中是水溶性的,但在低于4的pH下离解成藻酸。
从天然来源中回收这些水溶性盐,尤其是藻酸钠的方法是众所周知的,并描述在例如Green, 美国专利2,036,934和Le Gloahec, 美国专利2,128,551中。
藻酸或藻酸盐可化学改性,尤其是用脲或氨基甲酸酯基团,或通过水解、氧化、酯化、醚化、硫酸化、磷酸化、胺化、酰胺化或烷基化反应,或通过这些改性中的几种改性,以形成藻酸衍生物,包括盐。
这些衍生物可以是阴离子型、阳离子型、两性或非离子型的,能够与碱金属,如钠、钾或锂形成水溶性盐,以形成藻酸衍生物的碱金属盐。
更具体地,藻酸盐可与环氧烷,如环氧乙烷或环氧丙烷反应以形成聚二醇藻酸盐/酯(polyglycol alginates)。聚二醇链段经一个或多个羧基键合到藻酸盐/酯上。通常,藻酸盐与环氧丙烷反应以形成聚丙二醇藻酸盐/酯(PPG藻酸盐/酯),而与环氧乙烷反应以形成聚乙二醇藻酸盐/酯(PEG藻酸盐/酯)。在Strong, 美国专利3,948,881、Pettitt, 美国专利3,772,266和Steiner, 美国专利2,426,125中公开了聚二醇藻酸盐/酯的制备。
优选地,聚二醇藻酸盐/酯具有大约40%至大约95%,更优选大约70%至95%的酯化度。
合适的藻酸盐具有大约20,000道尔顿至大约500,000道尔顿的重均分子量。如Martinsen等人, "Comparison of Different Methods for Determination ofMolecular Weights and Molecular Weight Distribution of Alginates" (Carbohydr.Polym., 15, 171-193, 1991)中,首先测定特性粘度,然后使用Mark-Houwink Sakurada方程计算重均分子量。
上文指示的重均分子量也适用于藻酸衍生物的碱金属盐。
各种市售藻酸盐、它们的性质和它们的来源的清单可见于Shapiro, 美国专利6,334,968,表1,第16列,第49行至第17列,第18行,经此引用并入本文。
根据本发明的一个实施方案,碱金属藻酸化合物可选自藻酸钠和藻酸钾,优选藻酸钠。
适用于本发明的碱金属藻酸化合物的代表可例如为Cargill Products公司以Kelcosol、Satialgine™、Cecalgum™或Algogel™为名、FMC Biopolymer公司以Protanal™为名、Danisco公司以Grindsted® Alginate为名、Kimica公司以Kimica Algin为名和ISP公司以Manucol®和Manugel®为名出售的产品。
在本发明的一个实施方案中,水性组合物包含至少一种水溶性胶凝剂,其可与凝胶形成剂胶凝并产生水不溶性多价金属盐。
在本发明的一个实施方案中,水性组合物包含至少一种水溶性胶凝剂,其是钙与酸的盐溶液、锶与酸的盐溶液、锌与酸的盐溶液、铜与酸的盐溶液、锰与酸的盐溶液(其中酸优选选自硫酸和盐酸)或其混合物,优选氯化钙、硫酸钙或其混合物。
更具体地,水不溶性多价金属盐可以是藻酸盐,优选选自藻酸钙、藻酸锶、藻酸锌、藻酸铜、藻酸锰或其混合物,优选藻酸钙或藻酸铜,特别是藻酸钙。

水性组合物
根据本发明的一个实施方案,水性组合物是能够与油粉末形成乳液的组合物。例如,根据本发明的一个实施方案,水性组合物包含化妆品可接受和药学可接受的水,如去离子水,任选包含不会使面膜的性质变差的一种或多种功能剂。
在水性组合物中,存在少量表面活性剂或乳化剂,甚至没有表面活性剂或乳化剂。因此,该套装可由于水性组合物中较少和没有表面活性剂而提供皮肤舒适度。
适用于本发明的水可以是花水,如矢车菊水,和/或矿泉水,如Vittel水、Lucas水或La Roche Posay水和/或泉水。
水性组合物还可包含水混溶性有机溶剂(在室温:25℃下),例如含有2至6个碳原子的一元醇,如乙醇或异丙醇;尤其含有2至20个碳原子,优选含有2至10个碳原子,优选含有2至6个碳原子的多元醇,如甘油、丙二醇、丁二醇、戊二醇、己二醇、二丙二醇或二乙二醇;二醇醚(尤其含有3至16个碳原子),如单-、二-或三-丙二醇(C1-C4)烷基醚、单-、二-或三-乙二醇(C1-C4)烷基醚及其混合物。
多元醇的加入可改进油粉末的溶解速度、可分配性和稳定性,其中多元醇优选具有低密度、高铺展性、使油粉末充分分散并使油粉末更快溶解在汁液部分中。
根据本发明的一个实施方案,相对于水性组合物的总重量计,多元醇为1重量%至20重量%,优选2重量%至15重量%或3重量%至10重量%的量。
水性组合物还可包含与水性组合物相容的任何水溶性或水分散性化合物,如胶凝剂、成膜聚合物、增稠剂或防腐剂及其混合物。
为了更好的稳定性和支持乳化,水性组合物还可包含粘度增加剂(“增稠剂”或“流变增加剂”)。代表性的粘度增加剂包括增稠剂和胶凝剂。可用于本公开的实施方案的实践的一种或多种粘度增加剂包括常规用于化妆品和药品的那些。粘度增加剂可选自例如植物胶、盐、基于丙烯酸酯的粘度增加剂及其混合物。
活性剂
根据本发明的一个实施方案,本发明的套装或产品可包含至少一种功能剂,如至少一种活性剂,其例如选自:角质剥离剂或保湿剂;脱色剂或抗脱色剂(anti-depigmentingagents);抗糖化剂;抗NO剂;刺激真皮或表皮大分子合成和/或预防其降解的试剂;刺激成纤维细胞或角化细胞增殖和/或角化细胞分化的试剂;肌肉松弛剂或皮肤松弛剂(dermo-decontracting agents);自由基清除剂或抗污染剂;张紧剂;作用于毛细血管循环的试剂;当然,以下特定活性剂,及其混合物。
在可用于本发明的所有活性剂中,特别可提到:α-或β-羟基酸,如乳酸、羟基乙酸、柠檬酸、5-辛酰基水杨酸、α-羟基癸酸、α-羟基月桂酸、酒石酸、葡萄糖醛酸、半乳糖醛酸、丙烯酸、α-羟基丁酸、α-羟基异丁酸、苹果酸、扁桃酸、磷酸、丙酮酸、乳糖酸和水杨酸。
也有可能使用抗痤疮剂,如水杨酸或过氧化苯甲酰、octopirox、右旋和左旋含硫氨基酸、它们的盐和它们的N-乙酰基衍生物,如N-乙酰半胱氨酸,或试图防止皮肤老化和/或改善其状态的试剂,例如上文提到的α-和β-羟基酸,类维生素A,如视黄酸、视黄醇及其酯,例如视黄醇丙酸酯和视黄醇乙酸酯,或视黄醇棕榈酸酯,烟酰胺、尿囊素、芦荟提取物、壬二酸、没药醇、植酸、胶原蛋白或刺激胶原蛋白形成的试剂、维生素,如维生素C或其衍生物,如抗坏血酸葡糖苷、维生素E或其衍生物、维生素A或其衍生物、维生素F或其衍生物、如上文提到的右旋和左旋含硫氨基酸及其衍生物、弹性蛋白、N-乙酰D-氨基葡萄糖、木犀草素或抗氧化剂,如绿茶或其活性成分、甘油、laponite、咖啡因、芳香精油(essentialaromatic oils)、着色剂、自由基清除剂、保湿剂、脱色剂、用于改善肤色的试剂,如二羟基丙酮或酪氨酸酯类型的人工美黑剂、皮脂调节剂(liporegulators)、柔软剂、抗皱剂、角质层分离剂、清爽剂(fresheners)、除臭剂、麻醉剂、营养剂及其混合物。也有可能使用美白剂(bleaching agents),如曲酸、抗坏血酸磷酸酯、抗坏血酸葡糖苷、抗坏血酸及其混合物。
在面膜的情况下,也有可能使用用于改善皮肤状况的活性剂,如保湿剂或用于改善天然脂质屏障的试剂,如神经酰胺、胆固醇硫酸酯和/或脂肪酸及其混合物。也有可能使用对皮肤具有活性的酶,如蛋白酶、脂肪酶、脑苷酶(cerebrosidases)和/或melanases及其混合物。
作为适用于实施本发明的活性剂的其它实例,还有药物试剂(agents fordrugs)、肽、蛋白质、可检测标记(detectable labels)、造影剂、止痛剂、麻醉剂、抗菌剂、抗酵母剂、抗真菌剂、抗病毒剂、抗皮炎剂、止痒剂、止吐剂、血管保护剂、防晕动剂、抗刺激剂、抗炎剂、免疫调节剂、抗角化过度剂(anti-hyperkeratolytic agents)、干性皮肤处理剂、止汗剂、抗银屑病剂、抗头屑剂、抗老化剂、抗哮喘剂和支气管扩张剂、防晒剂、抗组胺剂、愈合剂、皮质类固醇、美黑剂及其混合物。
可根据该套装的预期用途调节所述至少一种活性剂在第一组合物和/或第二组合物中的含量。
辅助剂
以已知方式,本发明的套装还可含有化妆品和/或皮肤病学中常见的辅助剂,如防腐剂、抗氧化剂、pH调节剂(酸性或碱性)、香料、填料、杀菌剂、气味吸收剂、着色剂(颜料和染料)、乳化剂以及脂囊泡。
无需说,本领域技术人员会小心选择这种或这些任选附加化合物和/或其量,以使所考虑的添加不会或基本不会不利地影响根据本发明的第二组合物的益处。
方法和用途
根据本发明的面膜或皮肤伤口敷料可通过下列步骤制备:
- (1) 提供如本发明中定义的基材;
- (2) 提供如本发明中定义的一种或多种油粉末;
- (3) 提供如本发明中定义的附加的一种或多种亲水和/或亲脂粉末;
和
- (4) 任选在物理按摩(例如手动按摩)下,混合1) 一种或多种油粉末和附加亲水和/或亲脂粉末,和2) 水性组合物,以在室温下形成乳液,和
其中所得乳液浸渍基材以形成面膜或皮肤伤口敷料。
得益于本套装具有两个分开的部分:(1) 干燥部分——(第一套装(包含基材和一种或多种油粉末,以及附加的一种或多种亲水和/或亲脂粉末))和(2) 湿部分——(第二套装(包含水性组合物)),与正常乳化相相比,本套装提供基材的易浸渍性和填充(filling)。
得益于本套装具有两个分开的部分(干燥部分和湿部分),在临使用前,混合这两个部分并转化成含乳液的面膜,这提供更好的稳定性趋势和更多的补水和营养感官触感。
得益于本发明的油粉末和附加亲水和/或亲脂粉末的组合,与其它一种或多种油粉末或无本发明的附加亲水和/或亲脂粉末时相比,本套装提供本发明的一种或多种油粉末的更快溶解速率和更好的分散速率。
根据一个实施方案,根据本发明的套装也可用于管理皮肤创伤、用于预防术后粘连形成或用于填充或修复骨软骨缺损等。这种用途可表现为管理皮肤创伤、预防术后粘连形成或填充或修复骨软骨缺损的方法,其包括将本发明的面膜或本发明的皮肤伤口敷料施加到所需位置。
为了储存根据本发明的两相组合物,在混合无水部分和含水部分前,无水部分和含水部分彼此分开保存在两个单独容器或优选一个容器中。在使用单个容器时,含水部分可包装在容器的主体中,其用含无水部分的盖子封闭。在无水部分和含水部分之间提供可穿孔和/或可拆除的隔膜。这些包装包括FR-A-2,476,607、FA-A-2,453、793或FR-A-2,645,740中描述的那些,全部经此引用并入本文。
尽管阐述本发明的宽范围的数值范围和参数是近似值,但尽可能精确地报道具体实施例中阐述的数值。但是,任何数值固有地含有由它们各自的测量中存在的标准偏差必然导致的一定误差。下列实施例意在例示本发明而不因此限制其范围。

III. 本发明和对比面膜或皮肤伤口敷料的评价
1. 乳液的评价
测量如上所述将包装(1a)油粉末和附加的一种或多种亲水和/或亲脂粉末和/或包装(1b)基材与包装(2)包含水性组合物(任选包含油粉末)的汁液在手动按摩下在室温下混合1分钟而导致的乳化汁液的转变。

结论
本发明的面膜具有优异的有益性质,例如优异的转变性质(以形成乳液)。总之,分开包装的样品01和05提供最稳定的稳定性结果和转变成乳化汁液的性质。

结论
关于仅油粉末的样品,其表现出与实验室规模样品相同的稳定性结果,即缠结和变色。另一方面,其它含二氧化硅2重量%的样品表现出稳定的结果并且溶解速度与T0几乎相同。总之,附加的一种或多种亲水和/或亲脂粉末的加入可使油粉末的缠结更少并改进油粉末的稳定性。

2) 第二套装组合物,其包括至少一种能够与油粉末形成乳液的水性组合物,
其中第一套装组合物和第二套装组合物彼此分开放置。
2.根据权利要求1的套装,其中所述附加亲水和/或亲脂粉末选自二氧化硅、基于纤维素的化合物、尼龙或其混合物。
3.根据权利要求1的套装,其中第一套装组合物中的基材部分与一种或多种油粉末和附加亲水和/或亲脂粉末的另一个部分彼此分开放置。
4.根据权利要求1或2的套装,其中所述至少一种油粉末包含:
- 一种或多种油组合物,其基本由甘油单酯、甘油二酯和甘油三酯的混合物组成及其混合物,任选含有所有的组成脂肪酸;
- 一种或多种乳化剂,其优选具有7或更大,更优选7至20,尤其是11至16的HLB值;
- 任选地,粉末形成基料;
- 任选地,一种或多种粘合剂或一种或多种填充剂,
- 任选地,一种或多种稳定剂。
5.根据前述权利要求任一项的套装,其中包含所述油组合物的所述油粉末由一种或多种植物油和/或一种或多种动物油制成;优选地,植物油选自:红花油、橄榄油、棉籽油、低芥酸菜籽油/油菜籽油、玉米油、花生油、核桃油、大豆油、亚麻籽油、紫苏子油、棕榈油、棕榈仁油、向日葵油、芝麻油、米糠油、棉籽油、可可脂、桐油、蓖麻油、橄榄油、低芥酸菜籽油、大麻油、Vita E等,如牛油果油(乳木果油)、小麦胚芽油和椰子油;优选地,一种或多种动物油提取自例如选自猪、鱼、鸡、牛和其它动物的动物体或其分泌物,或其混合物。
6.根据权利要求4的套装,其中所述油组合物基本由甘油单酯、甘油二酯和甘油三酯的混合物组成,其中甘油酯中包含的脂肪酸残基的多于90重量%优选含有14-22个碳原子,优选由植物脂肪制成,或由硬化植物油或其馏分制成,其中脂肪酸的甘油单酯、甘油二酯和甘油三酯包含至少一个以下脂肪酸的部分:肉豆蔻酸、十五烷酸、棕榈酸、十七烷酸、硬脂酸、十九烷酸、花生酸、二十一烷酸、山嵛酸、二十三烷酸、二十四烷酸、肉豆蔻脑酸、棕榈油酸、十八碳烯酸、二十碳烯酸、sapienic acid、油酸、反式油酸、二十碳烯酸、芥酸、二十四碳烯酸(鲨油酸)、二十碳-11-烯酸、十六碳三烯酸(HTA)、亚麻酸、α-亚麻酸(ALA)、十八碳四烯酸(SDA)、二十碳三烯酸(ETE)、二十碳四烯酸(ETA)、二十碳五烯酸(EPA)、二十一碳五烯酸(HPA)、二十二碳五烯酸(DPA)、二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)、米德酸、十八碳烯酸及其混合物。
7.根据权利要求4的套装,其中一种或多种油粉末中所用的乳化剂具有7或更大,更优选7至20,尤其是11至16的HLB值,例如聚甘油脂肪酸酯、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、丙二醇脂肪酸酯、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、卵磷脂、酶分解卵磷脂之类的卵磷脂、甘油单脂肪酸酯,和甘油单酯的有机酸酯,如乙酰化甘油单酯、乳酰化甘油单酯、柠檬酸化甘油单酯及其混合物。
8.根据权利要求4的套装,其中油粉末中所用的粘合剂选自至少一种聚合物,如麦芽糖糊精,至少一种脂肪基材料,及其混合物,一种或多种糖,如木糖醇,海藻糖,及其混合物。
9.根据前述权利要求任一项的套装,其中所述油粉末进一步包含一种或多种表面活性剂,其选自一种或多种阴离子型或阳离子型表面活性剂,例如单硬脂酸甘油酯、硬脂酰乳酰乳酸钠及其混合物。
10.根据前述权利要求任一项的套装,其中一种或多种乳化剂和/或一种或多种表面活性剂仅包含在一种或多种油粉末中。
11.根据前述权利要求任一项的套装,其中将附加亲水和/或亲脂粉末涂布到一种或多种油粉末上。
12.根据前述权利要求任一项的套装,其中第二套装组合物进一步包含至少一种多元醇。
13.根据权利要求12套装,其中第二套装组合物中存在的多元醇选自含有2至20个碳原子,优选含有2至10个碳原子,优选含有2至6个碳原子的多元醇,优选选自甘油、丙二醇、丁二醇、戊二醇、己二醇、二丙二醇或二乙二醇;二醇醚,尤其含有3至16个碳原子,优选选自单-、二-或三-丙二醇(C1-C4)烷基醚、单-、二-或三-乙二醇(C1-C4)烷基醚及其混合物。
14.根据前述权利要求任一项的套装,其中所述水性组合物还包含粘度增加剂,优选选自丙烯酸酯。
15.面膜或皮肤伤口敷料,其包含根据前述权利要求任一项的套装。
