Abstract
The application discloses a glycyrrhizin anti-hair loss and hair-growing composition and a preparation method thereof. The prepared glycyrrhizin anti-hair loss composition has good efficacy through the synergistic effect of the glycyrrhizin and the shikonin, has the efficacy of repairing hair follicles and maintaining scalp besides anti-hair loss, and has high product safety and less side effect. The preparation method is simple, does not need complex instruments and equipment, has lower preparation cost and is easy to popularize.
Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of hair care preparations, in particular to a novel glycyrrhizin anti-hair loss hair care composition and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Alopecia is a common phenomenon that afflicts modern people. The glycyrrhizin is called as mono glucuronic acid glycyrrhetinic acid, is an extract of liquorice, has strong function of inhibiting testosterone 5-alpha reductase as an active ingredient of new generation liquorice, and can be used for treating seborrheic alopecia. The preparation method comprises the following steps: PEG-60 hydrogenated castor oil, 1, 2-hexanediol, p-hydroxyacetophenone, ethylhexyl glycerol and deionized water are added into a beaker and uniformly mixed by a magnetic stirrer at a speed of more than or equal to 1000rpm, so that the mixture is fully dissolved. The preparation method comprises the following steps: PEG-60 hydrogenated castor oil, 1, 2-hexanediol, p-hydroxyacetophenone, ethylhexyl glycerol and deionized water are added into a beaker and uniformly mixed by a magnetic stirrer at a speed of more than or equal to 1000rpm, so that the mixture is fully dissolved. Comparative example 2:
the anti-hair loss and hair-growing composition containing the liquiritin comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 3% of liquiritin, 0.8% of PEG-60 hydrogenated castor oil, 0.5% of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.5% of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.2% of ethylhexyl glycerol, 0.3% of green tea essence and the balance of deionized water.
The preparation method is the same as in example 3.
Sensory evaluation, stability test, safety test and anti-hair loss effect test were performed on the anti-hair loss composition of glycyrrhizin of examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-2, and the test procedures and results were as follows:
1) Sensory evaluation
The color appearance and fragrance of the liquiritin anti-hair-loss compositions of examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 2 were evaluated, and the results are shown in Table 1:

As shown in table 2: examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-2 the liquiritin anti-hair loss and hair growth compositions of all formulations passed all stability tests, and the liquiritin anti-hair loss and hair growth compositions of all formulations were good in stability.
3) Safety test
0.1mL of the glycyrrhizin anti-hair loss composition of examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-2 is respectively smeared on the heads of 20 laboratory workers, and after 1 day, test results are collected to observe whether the compositions have uncomfortable phenomena such as allergy and the like.
