Abstract
本发明涉及一种连续纺粘胶长丝油剂组合物。由非离子双子表面活性剂、环氧乙烷‑环氧丙烷无规聚醚、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、改性淀粉和水按重量百分比制成。本发明所制备的油剂不粘辊,能够赋于粘胶纤维较高的抱合力和平滑性,达到优良的织造效果,并且在下游染整过程中容易褪浆染色,环保无污染,容易降解。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及化工油剂领域,尤其涉及一种连续纺粘胶长丝油剂组合物。
背景技术
浆料是一种使纤维在生产过程中单丝抱合到一块,赋于纤维一定的抱合性,使其毛丝少、绊丝少、增强耐磨性、强力稳定、伸长稳定,与其它油剂混溶到一块,油剂赋于纤维平滑性和高静电性,上过浆油的纤维能够保证在织造过程中,纤维不被破坏,及提高织造的稳定性。目前市面上所用的浆料主要有聚乙烯醇类、聚丙烯酸类、羧甲基淀粉类等。以上浆料虽然在生产上也能满足需要,但是聚乙醇类浆料不容易降解,环保压力大,在一些欧洲国家禁止使用,在下游加工过程中还会出现“掉粉”现象,导致纤维断头率升高。聚丙烯酸类浆料由于回潮大,在高温高湿天气纤维容易粘连不易退绕。因此,开发新型含浆料的连续纺粘胶长丝油剂,是本领域不断研究的课题。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种赋于粘胶纤维较好的抱合力和柔软性,在下游染整过程中容易褪浆染色,环保无污染,易降解的连续纺粘胶长丝油剂组合物。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种连续纺粘胶长丝油剂组合物,由以下原料按重量百分比制成:
优选的,上述的一种连续纺粘胶长丝油剂组合物,所述非离子双子表面活性剂结构式如(I)所示,
其中n为8~40。
优选的,上述的一种连续纺粘胶长丝油剂组合物,所述环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷无规聚醚,分子量为500~3000,且乙烷与丙烷(EO/PO)的摩尔比为1~9。
优选的,上述的一种连续纺粘胶长丝油剂组合物,所述脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯,结构式为RCOO(EO)nH,其中R为C8~C22的烷基,n为12~50。
优选的,上述的一种连续纺粘胶长丝油剂组合物,所述改性淀粉为磷酸型季铵基两性淀粉、羧酸型季铵基两性淀粉、磺酸型季铵基两性淀粉、硫酸型季铵基两性淀粉和黄原酸型季铵基两性淀粉中的一种或二种以上的组合。
一种连续纺粘胶长丝油剂组合物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:按上述的重量百分比配比备料;将去离子水升温至40~70℃,先加入改性淀粉,搅拌10~30分钟,然后依次加入非离子双子表面活性剂、环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷无规聚醚和脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯,混合搅拌30~60分钟,得到连续纺粘胶长丝油剂组合物。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明的连续纺粘胶长丝油剂组合物,工艺流程短、配制简单,
2、本发明的连续纺粘胶长丝油剂组合物,在纤维生产过程中,无需额外添加浆料,就可满足纤维抱和力的需求。用于粘胶纤维长丝纺丝过程中,具有不粘辊,赋于粘胶纤维较好的抱合力,柔软性和平滑性,使织成后布面非常柔软,可以达到良好的织造效果。
3、本发明的连续纺粘胶长丝油剂组合物,在下游纺织过程中,无“掉粉”现象发生,在染整过程中容易褪浆染色,环保无污染,容易降解。
具体实施方式
下面将对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
(一)一种连续纺粘胶长丝油剂组合物,由以下原料按重量百分比制成:
所述环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷无规聚醚为,分子量为1500,且乙烷与丙烷(EO/PO)的摩尔比为2。
所述脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯为,C10H23COO(EO)16H。
(二)制备方法如下:
将去离子水升温至60℃,先加入磺酸型季铵基两性淀粉,搅拌20分钟,然后依次加入非离子双子表面活性剂、环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷无规聚醚和脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯,混合搅拌30分钟后,得到连续纺粘胶长丝油剂组合物。
实施例2
(一)一种连续纺粘胶长丝油剂组合物,由以下原料按重量百分比制成:
所述环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷无规聚醚为,分子量为2800,且乙烷与丙烷(EO/PO)的摩尔比为6。
所述脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯为,C18H37COO(EO)26H。
(二)制备方法如下:
将去离子水升温至60℃,先加入磷酸型季铵基两性淀粉,搅拌15分钟,然后依次加入非离子双子表面活性剂、环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷无规聚醚和脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯,混合搅拌50分钟后,得到连续纺粘胶长丝油剂组合物。
实施例3
(一)一种连续纺粘胶长丝油剂组合物,由以下原料按重量百分比制成:
所述环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷无规聚醚为,分子量为1200,且乙烷与丙烷(EO/PO)的摩尔比为4。
所述脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯为,C12H25COO(EO)14H。
(二)制备方法如下:
将去离子水升温至50℃,先加入磺酸型季铵基两性淀粉,搅拌15分钟,然后依次加入非离子双子表面活性剂、环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷无规聚醚和脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯,混合搅拌50分钟后,得到连续纺粘胶长丝油剂组合物。
实施例4
上述实施例1~3配制的连续纺粘胶长丝油剂组合物分别溶于去离子水中,配制成浓度为60g/L的工作液,对粘胶长丝上油处理。
采用抱合力试验机,对上过不同油剂的纤维进行测试。粘胶长丝自左向右来回钩绕在丝钩上,左侧有丝钩九只,右侧有十只,最后将粘胶长丝压紧在滚花螺母下,共绕丝20根。为了保证粘胶长丝上有适当张力,在链条末端圆环内挂上一定重量的砝码。滚花螺母下为摩擦部分,粘胶长丝在受张力负荷下能屈曲通过。当往复运行时,样品丝在上下交错的摩擦片之间进行屈曲摩擦。当有半数(10根)以上的样品丝,每根有6毫米长度的开裂,则测试即可终止,并记录摩擦次数。结果如表1。

由表1可见,采用本发明的连续纺粘胶长丝油剂组合物处理后的丝条,平滑柔顺,报合性好,无断丝现象,可满足大生产需求。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种连续纺粘胶长丝油剂组合物,其特征在于,所述环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷无规聚醚,分子量为500~3000,且乙烷与丙烷的摩尔比为1~9。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种连续纺粘胶长丝油剂组合物,其特征在于,所述脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯,结构式为RCOO(EO)nH,其中R为C8~C22的烷基,n为12~50。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种连续纺粘胶长丝油剂组合物,其特征在于,所述改性淀粉为磷酸型季铵基两性淀粉、羧酸型季铵基两性淀粉、磺酸型季铵基两性淀粉、硫酸型季铵基两性淀粉和黄原酸型季铵基两性淀粉中的一种或二种以上的组合。
6.一种连续纺粘胶长丝油剂组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:按权利要求1-5任意一项所述的连续纺粘胶长丝油剂组合物的重量百分比配比备料;将去离子水升温至40~70℃,先加入改性淀粉,搅拌10~30分钟,然后依次加入非离子双子表面活性剂、环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷无规聚醚和脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯,混合搅拌30~60分钟,得到连续纺粘胶长丝油剂组合物。
