Abstract

本发明揭示了基础油制成膜稳定防锈油及其制备方法,方法包括以下步骤:向反应釜中加入一定质量比例的75SN基础油,升温至120℃脱水搅拌;向反应釜中加入一定质量比例的石油磺酸钡,温度控制90‑100℃,搅拌调和;向反应釜中加入一定质量比例的PE9010防腐剂、十二烯基丁二酸,温度控制80‑85℃,搅拌调和;二丁酯、苯骈三氮唑按一定质量比例预溶解后,加入反应釜,温度控制70‑75℃,搅拌调和,制备得到基础油制成膜稳定防锈油。本发明实现了制备的防锈油具有优秀的防腐性和防锈性。

基础油制成膜稳定防锈油及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于防锈油制备技术领域,尤其涉及一种基础油制成膜稳定防锈油及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着金属板材的需求量越来越大,对板材的表面质量要求也越来越高,目前,防止金属腐蚀的普遍做法是将工件表面涂上一层防锈油,传统的防锈油综合性能不良,有的防锈油防锈期短,抗盐雾能力差,漆膜不稳定。
现有专利号为CN201310134807.X一种多基础油制成膜稳定防锈油及其制备方法,包括500SN基础油、100SN基础油、150SN基础油、聚甘油脂肪酸酯、硫代二丙酸二月桂酯、4,4’-二辛基二苯胺、6-叔丁基邻甲酚、石油醚、液化石蜡、成膜助剂、丙二醇、二烯丙基胺;生产的防锈油不影响工件的外观,但是防锈油的成膜性能较弱,粘附金属板的强度和硬度不足,易于脱离,长时间后会造成金属板发生锈蚀腐化,降低其防腐性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术问题,而提供基础油制成膜稳定防锈油及其制备方法,从而实现制备的防锈油具有优秀的防腐性和防锈性,金属表面成膜稳定,不会轻易脱落或氧化,耐候性能稳定,适用于后续进行喷涂或覆膜工艺,表面涂覆性能较好。为了达到上述目的,本发明技术方案如下:
基础油制成膜稳定防锈油,包括如下质量百分比的组分,75SN基础油70-72%、石油磺酸钡6-8%、PE9010防腐剂4-5%、十二烯基丁二酸5-6%、二丁酯1-2%、苯骈三氮唑8-9%。
具体的,所述75SN基础油的运动粘度17.68-18.2CST,40℃,其密度为843-845kg/m3,20℃。
具体的,所述石油磺酸钡中钡含量不小于7%,所述石油磺酸钡的平均分子量为900-1200。
具体的,所述PE9010防腐剂的密度为1.102-1.109g/cm3,20℃。
具体的,所述二丁酯的密度为1.042-1.048g/cm3,20℃。
具体的,所述苯骈三氮唑的pH值为5.3-6.3,其熔点不低于96℃。
具体的,包括如下质量百分比的组分,75SN基础油72%、石油磺酸钡8%、PE9010防腐剂4%、十二烯基丁二酸6%、二丁酯1%、苯骈三氮唑9%。
基础油制成膜稳定防锈油制备方法,包括以下步骤:
向反应釜中加入一定质量比例的75SN基础油,升温至120℃脱水搅拌;
向反应釜中加入一定质量比例的石油磺酸钡,温度控制90-100℃,搅拌调和;
向反应釜中加入一定质量比例的PE9010防腐剂、十二烯基丁二酸,温度控制80-85℃,搅拌调和;
二丁酯、苯骈三氮唑按一定质量比例预溶解后,加入反应釜,温度控制70-75℃,搅拌调和,制备得到基础油制成膜稳定防锈油。
具体的,反应釜加入一定质量比例的75SN基础油,搅拌时间2-3h;反应釜加入一定质量比例的石油磺酸钡,搅拌时间0.5h;反应釜加入一定质量比例的PE9010防腐剂、十二烯基丁二酸,搅拌时间0.5h;二丁酯、苯骈三氮唑按一定质量比例预溶解后,加入反应釜,搅拌时间2h。
与现有技术相比,本发明基础油制成膜稳定防锈油及其制备方法的有益效果主要体现在:
通过加入PE9010防腐剂、石油磺酸钡、十二烯基丁二酸、苯骈三氮唑协同配合,制备的防锈油具有优秀的防腐性和防锈性,组分中还包括二丁酯,促进防锈油成膜,金属表面成膜稳定,粘附金属板具有强度和硬度,不会轻易脱落或氧化,耐候性能稳定,适用于后续进行喷涂或覆膜工艺,表面涂覆性能较好。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整的描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
实施例1:
本实施例为基础油制成膜稳定防锈油制备方法,包括以下步骤:
向反应釜中加入75SN基础油72kg,升温至120℃脱水搅拌,搅拌时间2h;加入石油磺酸钡8kg,温度控制90℃,搅拌调和,搅拌时间0.5h;加入PE9010防腐剂4kg、十二烯基丁二酸6kg,温度控制80℃,搅拌调和,搅拌时间0.5h;二丁酯1kg、苯骈三氮唑9kg预溶解后,加入反应釜,温度控制70℃,搅拌调和,搅拌时间2h,制备得到基础油制成膜稳定防锈油。
75SN基础油选自山东鲁润特种油品,牌号75SN,作为抗氧化剂,75SN基础油的运动粘度17.68CST,40℃,密度为843kg/m3,20℃。75SN基础油的闪点192℃,粘度指数109。
石油磺酸钡选自济南金隅化工,牌号T701,作为防锈添加剂,石油磺酸钡为棕褐色、半透明、半固体,适用于防锈油脂中作防锈剂,石油磺酸钡的静态腐蚀试验情况较好,对钢、黄铜、紫铜、铝合金、锌等多种金属无腐蚀作用,加热后油溶性好,能吸附于金属表面形成保护膜,防止对金属的腐蚀和锈蚀,对黑色和有色金属有良好的防锈性能。石油磺酸钡中钡含量不小于7%,石油磺酸钡的平均分子量为900。石油磺酸钡的水份不大于0.3%。
PE9010防腐剂选自广州博峰化工科技,牌号PE9010,作为防腐剂,PE9010防腐剂的密度为1.102g/cm3,20℃,其熔点为11℃。PE9010防腐剂为油状液体,具有抗菌防锈和防腐效果。
十二烯基丁二酸选自金坛市建春宝胶鞋,牌号T746,作为防锈添加剂,总酸值235(mgK0H/g),其pH值不小于4.2。
二丁酯选自山东佰斯特新材料,作为增塑剂,二丁酯的密度为1.042g/cm3,20℃,其闪点不小于160℃。
苯骈三氮唑选自南京顺恒信化工,牌号T706,作为防锈剂,用于铜及铜合金的气相缓蚀剂,苯骈三氮唑的pH值为5.3。苯骈三氮唑的外观为白色或浅黄色针状晶体,熔点不低于96℃,灰分不大于0.1%,湿热试验中不小于7天,采用H62号黄铜片进行涂刷实验,7天内无锈迹。
实施例2;
与实施例1的区别在于,
向反应釜中加入75SN基础油70kg,升温至120℃脱水搅拌,搅拌时间3h;加入石油磺酸钡6kg,温度控制100℃,搅拌调和,搅拌时间0.5h;加入PE9010防腐剂5kg、十二烯基丁二酸5kg,温度控制85℃,搅拌调和,搅拌时间0.5h;二丁酯2kg、苯骈三氮唑8kg预溶解后,加入反应釜,温度控制75℃,搅拌调和,搅拌时间2h,制备得到基础油制成膜稳定防锈油。
75SN基础油的运动粘度18.2CST,40℃,密度为845kg/m3。石油磺酸钡的平均分子量为1200。PE9010防腐剂的密度为1.109g/cm3,20℃。二丁酯的密度为1.048g/cm3,20℃。苯骈三氮唑的pH值为6.3。
实施例1-2制备的防锈液分别进行符合国标的湿热试验,均为合格,将防锈液涂刷在金属材料表面,置于室外35天未见明显锈迹。
应用上述实施例时,通过加入PE9010防腐剂、石油磺酸钡、十二烯基丁二酸、苯骈三氮唑协同配合,制备的防锈油具有优秀的防腐性和防锈性,组分中还包括二丁酯,促进防锈油成膜,金属表面成膜稳定,粘附金属板具有强度和硬度,不会轻易脱落或氧化,耐候性能稳定,适用于后续进行喷涂或覆膜工艺,表面涂覆性能较好。

1.基础油制成膜稳定防锈油,其特征在于:包括如下质量百分比的组分,75SN基础油70-72%、石油磺酸钡6-8%、PE9010防腐剂4-5%、十二烯基丁二酸5-6%、二丁酯1-2%、苯骈三氮唑8-9%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的基础油制成膜稳定防锈油,其特征在于:所述75SN基础油的运动粘度17.68-18.2CST,40℃,其密度为843-845kg/m3,20℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的基础油制成膜稳定防锈油,其特征在于:所述石油磺酸钡中钡含量不小于7%,所述石油磺酸钡的平均分子量为900-1200。
4.根据权利要求1所述的基础油制成膜稳定防锈油,其特征在于:所述PE9010防腐剂的密度为1.102-1.109g/cm3,20℃。
5.根据权利要求1所述的基础油制成膜稳定防锈油,其特征在于:所述二丁酯的密度为1.042-1.048g/cm3,20℃。
6.根据权利要求1所述的基础油制成膜稳定防锈油,其特征在于:所述苯骈三氮唑的pH值为5.3-6.3,其熔点不低于96℃。
7.根据权利要求1所述的基础油制成膜稳定防锈油,其特征在于:包括如下质量百分比的组分,75SN基础油72%、石油磺酸钡8%、PE9010防腐剂4%、十二烯基丁二酸6%、二丁酯1%、苯骈三氮唑9%。
8.基础油制成膜稳定防锈油制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
向反应釜中加入一定质量比例的75SN基础油,升温至120℃脱水搅拌;
向反应釜中加入一定质量比例的石油磺酸钡,温度控制90-100℃,搅拌调和;
向反应釜中加入一定质量比例的PE9010防腐剂、十二烯基丁二酸,温度控制80-85℃,搅拌调和;
二丁酯、苯骈三氮唑按一定质量比例预溶解后,加入反应釜,温度控制70-75℃,搅拌调和,制备得到基础油制成膜稳定防锈油。
