硫与磷是目前常用抗磨首选材料,具有极压性,由于国家对环保的要求,无论是汽车尾气排放,还是工业生产排放,都被限制限量使用。然而在美国较为环保的钼近几年才被应用于国内市场,通过对比,虽然钼有着出色的抗磨性,但减磨和极压较差,需要进一步改进。

所述改性二硫化钼的制备步骤为:
(1)将磁性钼酸盐、油溶性钛化合物、纳米石墨烯在酸性溶液中混合,加入乙烯基硅烷偶联剂,在70~80℃水浴、紫外光条件下回流搅拌混合10~15小时,静置、过滤、烘干获得磁钼钛复合物。
所述磁性钼酸盐通过以下步骤制备得到:
以锌片为阳极板,以惰性电极为阴极,以钼酸钠水溶液为阳极液,以盐酸为阴极液的电解环境下,电解完后,将阳极室得到的产物干燥,焙烧,冷却至室温,得到磁性钼酸盐;
所述电解控制温度范围为50℃~70℃;所述的钼酸钠水溶液的浓度为 0.2~1mol/L;
所述盐酸的溶液浓度为1~2mol/L;
所述磁钼钛润滑油还包括清净分散剂0.1-3份、极压抗磨剂1-5份、二苯胺类抗氧剂0.01-0.8份、消泡剂0.3-1份。
所述清净分散剂选自聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺、硼化聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺、聚异丁烯丁二酸酯、双烯基丁二酰亚胺、单烯基丁二酰亚胺中的一种或几种。
所述极压抗磨剂包括磷酸酯、烷基亚磷酸酯、烷基磷酸酯胺盐、酸性磷酸酯胺盐、二苄基二硫、硼酸盐中的一种或几种;
所述二苯胺类抗氧剂选自4,4'-二甲基二苯胺,2-辛基二苯胺,4-叔丁基-N- 苯基苯胺、4,4'-二辛基二苯胺、邻甲基间羟基二苯胺、4,4'-二(苯基异丙基)二苯胺、2,4-二甲基二苯胺,4-辛基二苯胺、辛基丁基二苯胺中的一种或几种。
一种磁钼钛润滑油的制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
基础油100重量份、磁钼钛复合物0.01-0.5份混合,制备得到磁钼钛润滑油。

基础油1000重量份、磁钼钛复合物0.1-0.5份,所述磁钼钛复合物由磁性钼酸盐、油溶性钛化合物、氧化石墨烯组成,所述磁性钼酸盐、油溶性钛化合物、氧化石墨烯的质量比为1:(2-3):(3-5)。
所述改性二硫化钼的制备步骤为:
(1)将磁性钼酸盐、油溶性钛化合物、纳米石墨烯在酸性溶液中混合,加入乙烯基硅烷偶联剂,在70~80℃水浴、紫外光条件下回流搅拌混合10~15小时,静置、过滤、烘干获得磁钼钛复合物。
所述磁性钼酸盐通过以下步骤制备得到:

一种磁钼钛润滑油的制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
基础油100重量份、磁钼钛复合物0.01-0.5份混合,制备得到磁钼钛润滑油。
下述的纳米石墨烯粒径均在50-200纳米。其他材料都是市购。
实施例1
基础油1000份、磁钼钛复合物0.3份,磁钼钛复合物中磁性钼酸盐、油溶性钛化合物、氧化石墨烯的质量比为1:2:4。
清净分散剂1份、极压抗磨剂2份、二苯胺类抗氧剂0.2份、消泡剂0.5份。
根据GB/T3142对润滑油进行四球磨斑直径测试,本实施例的PD为375KG,磨斑直径为0.357mm。
实施例2
基础油1000份、磁钼钛复合物0.4份,磁钼钛复合物中磁性钼酸盐、油溶性钛化合物、氧化石墨烯的质量比为1:2:3。
清净分散剂1份、极压抗磨剂2份、二苯胺类抗氧剂0.2份、消泡剂0.5份。
根据GB/T3142对润滑油进行四球磨斑直径测试,本实施例的PD为400KG,磨斑直径为0.328mm。
对比例1
与实施例1相同,不加入磁性钼酸盐。
根据GB/T3142对润滑油进行四球磨斑直径测试,本实施例的PD为315KG,磨斑直径为0.598mm。
对比例2
与实施例1相同,不加入油溶性钛化合物。
根据GB/T3142对润滑油进行四球磨斑直径测试,本实施例的PD为350KG,磨斑直径为0.610mm。
对比例3
与实施例1相同,不加入氧化石墨烯。
根据GB/T3142对润滑油进行四球磨斑直径测试,本实施例的PD为300KG,磨斑直径为0.563mm。
本发明的有益效果:磁钼钛复合物能使润滑油具有优异抗磨减摩性,能有效减小发动机部件之间的摩擦,提高汽油里程数和耐久性,确保发动机发挥极致性能。

1.一种磁钼钛润滑油,其特征在于,以质量份计,原料组分至少包括:
基础油1000重量份、磁钼钛复合物0.1-0.5份,所述磁钼钛复合物由磁性钼酸盐、油溶性钛化合物、氧化石墨烯组成,所述磁性钼酸盐、油溶性钛化合物、氧化石墨烯的质量比为1:(2-3):(3-5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种磁钼钛润滑油,其特征在于,所述改性二硫化钼的制备步骤为:
将磁性钼酸盐、油溶性钛化合物、纳米石墨烯在酸性溶液中混合,加入乙烯基硅烷偶联剂,在70~80℃水浴、紫外光条件下回流搅拌混合10~15小时,静置、过滤、烘干获得磁钼钛复合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种磁钼钛润滑油,其特征在于,所述磁性钼酸盐通过以下步骤制备得到:

4.根据权利要求3所述的一种磁钼钛润滑油,其特征在于,所述电解控制温度范围为50℃~70℃;所述的钼酸钠水溶液的浓度为0.2~1mol/L。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种磁钼钛润滑油,其特征在于,所述盐酸的溶液浓度为1~2mol/L。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种磁钼钛润滑油,其特征在于,所述磁钼钛润滑油还包括清净分散剂0.1-3份、极压抗磨剂1-5份、二苯胺类抗氧剂0.01-0.8份、消泡剂0.3-1份。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种磁钼钛润滑油,其特征在于,所述清净分散剂选自聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺、硼化聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺、聚异丁烯丁二酸酯、双烯基丁二酰亚胺、单烯基丁二酰亚胺中的一种或几种。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种磁钼钛润滑油,其特征在于,所述极压抗磨剂包括磷酸酯、烷基亚磷酸酯、烷基磷酸酯胺盐、酸性磷酸酯胺盐、二苄基二硫、硼酸盐中的一种或几种。
9.根据权利要求6所述的一种磁钼钛润滑油,其特征在于,所述二苯胺类抗氧剂选自4,4'-二甲基二苯胺,2-辛基二苯胺,4-叔丁基-N-苯基苯胺、4,4'-二辛基二苯胺、邻甲基间羟基二苯胺、4,4'-二(苯基异丙基)二苯胺、2,4-二甲基二苯胺,4-辛基二苯胺、辛基丁基二苯胺中的一种或几种。
10.一种磁钼钛润滑油的制备方法,其特征在于所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
基础油100重量份、磁钼钛复合物0.01-0.5份混合,制备得到磁钼钛润滑油。
