Abstract

本发明涉及一种低黏度节能兼顾低速早燃控制性能的发动机油组合物,包含以下组分:清净剂2.5~4%、分散剂1.5~5.5%、抗氧剂0.5~2%、降凝剂1~2%、减摩剂0.3~1.0%、黏指剂0.1~0.5%、抗氧剂复合剂0.1~0.8%;中性基础油补足余量。本发明采用油溶性清净剂、分散剂、抗氧剂、降凝剂、减摩剂、中性基础油以特定比例调合成低黏度节能兼顾低速早燃控制性能的发动机油,由于添加量合理,比例选择适当,解决了低粘度节能油品,采用无镁盐的纯钙盐配方已发生低速早燃现象的问题,此外还解决了金属减摩剂带来金属腐蚀性的问题。

技术领域
本发明属于润滑油技术领域,具体涉及一种低黏度节能兼顾低速早燃控制性能的发动机油组合物。
背景技术
近年来随着汽车行业环保法规制度愈加严苛,低粘度节能型油品亟待开发,在满足节能要求的同时还需具有良好的清净分散性能、抗磨性、抗氧化、沉积物控制能力等,特别是控制低速早燃性能成为原始制造商安全要素中关注点之一。
现有技术公开的低黏度节能兼顾低速早燃控制性能的发动机油的技术方案中,多采用含钼减摩剂以达到节能效果,根据现有技术了解到,含钼减摩剂会对金属腐蚀有不利影响,但是低黏度节能兼顾低速早燃控制性能的发动机油对减摩性有非常高的要求,而且减磨剂性能的发挥也与油品的整体配方有关,直接将钼减磨剂进行替换常常无法保证减磨性能。
现有技术公开的黏度节能兼顾低速早燃控制性能的发动机油技术方案中,多采用钙盐与镁盐复配的清净剂以达到控制低速早燃的作用,而对于纯钙盐体系目前难以达到。
发明内容
本发明的目的首先是提供一种含纯钙盐体系的发动机油,包括如下重量份的组分:

中性基础油补足余量;
所述清净剂选自长链烷芳基磺酸钙、硫化烷基酚钙、烷基水杨酸钙中的一种或多种;
所述减摩剂为有机酸减摩剂;
所述抗氧剂中包括N-苯基-α-萘胺与二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸酯按质量比例(1~2)∶2组成的混合物。
本发明所述的组合物通过在抗氧剂中添加N-苯基-α-萘胺与二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸酯的复合物,可实现在体系中添加纯钙盐体系的清净剂,即可得到具有良好的低速早燃控制性能的发动机油组合物,而且通过上述对油组合物的整体调整,可实现仅添加有机减摩剂即可满足抗磨性的要求,同时可以满足较高的清净分散性和抗高温氧化的性能要求。
优选的,所述清净剂为长链烷芳基磺酸钙或硫化烷基酚钙。

优选的,所述减摩剂为动物脂肪酸酯。采用上述有机酸抗氧剂而避免采用含有金属盐的减摩剂,可使金属腐蚀得到了良好控制。
优选的,所述抗氧剂由酚型抗氧剂和氨型抗氧剂按比例(0~1.5)∶(0.5~2)复配而成;优选由酚型抗氧剂和氨型抗氧剂按比例1∶2复配而成。
优选的,所述降凝剂为聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚a-烯烃中的一种或两种;优选为聚甲基丙烯酸酯其结构如下所示:

优选的,所述分散剂选自聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺无灰分散剂、硼化双聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺分散剂和高分子无灰分散剂中的任意两种或三种组合;
进一步优选地,所述聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺无灰分散剂在组合物中所占比例为1~2%,硼化双聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺分散剂在组合物中所占比例为0~1.5%,高分子无灰分散剂在组合物中所占比例为0.5~2%。
优选的,所述黏指剂选自聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚异丁烯或梳状聚乙烯丙烯,优选聚甲基丙烯酸酯。
本文中涉及的其他添加剂,添加其他添加剂的主要功能是抗氧化同时抑制低速早燃。
所述的组合物黏度级别为SAE系列多级油,包含但不局限于0W-16、0W-20级润滑油。
所述中性基础油为黏度指数为120以上的III类、III+类、IV类或V类基础油中的一种或几种。

本发明还保护本发明所述低黏度节能兼顾低速早燃控制性能的发动机油组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
将中性基础油与减摩剂在55~60℃下进行混合,搅拌均匀后,再加入分散剂、清净剂、抗氧剂、降凝剂、黏指剂、减摩剂、抗氧剂复合剂进行混合,搅拌均匀,即可。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明采用清净剂、分散剂、抗氧剂、降凝剂、减摩剂、黏指剂、其他添加剂和基础油以特定比例调合,特别是由于对抗氧剂的组成进行了特别地调整,使得纯钙盐体系可以有良好的控制低速早然的性能这一技术难题。内加具有抗氧功能的其他添加剂,溶解性能良好,可以直接进行调合,可操作性强,经过大量的模拟试验和行车试验证明,所用技术效果明显,技术应用范围广,可推广应用于其他发动机油产品,而且本发明所述的油品体系可在仅添加有机减磨剂的情况下取得较好的抗磨效果。

1.一种低黏度节能兼顾低速早燃控制性能的发动机油组合物,其特征在于,由如下重量百分比的组分制备得到:
清净剂2.5~4%;
分散剂1.5~5.5%;
抗氧剂0.5~2%;
降凝剂1~2%;
减摩剂0.3~1.0%;
黏指剂0.1~0.5%;
中性基础油补足余量;
所述清净剂为长链烷芳基磺酸钙;
所述减摩剂为动物脂肪酸酯;
所述抗氧剂中包括N-苯基-α-萘胺与二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸酯按质量比例(1~2):2组成的混合物,所述抗氧剂中N-苯基-α-萘胺与二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸酯按质量比例(1~2):2组成的混合物在所述发动机油组合物中的质量百分数为0.1~0.8%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的发动机油组合物,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂中还包括酚型抗氧剂和氨型抗氧剂,所述酚型抗氧剂和氨型抗氧剂的质量比为(0~1.5):(0.5~2)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的发动机油组合物,其特征在于,酚型抗氧剂和氨型抗氧剂的质量比为1:2。
