Abstract
本发明公开了一种锂离子电池的极片双面保护胶带,该极片双面保护胶带包括自上而下依次分布的上胶层、基膜和下胶层;基膜的上下两侧表面分别完全覆盖有一层上胶层和一层下胶层;或者,基膜的上表面左右两端分别覆盖有一层上胶层,以及基膜的下表面中间位置覆盖有一层下胶层;锂离子电池中,正极片和负极片相对的一侧之间设置有第一隔膜,负极片的另一侧外部设置有第二隔膜;下胶层粘接在负极片的焊斑处上下两侧;上胶层,用于粘贴在与负极片相对的第一隔膜或第二隔膜的一侧表面。本发明还公开了一种锂离子电池。本发明可以省去正极片贴胶带步骤,有效规避了正极和负极上胶带的错位风险,同时减少正极片上贴胶带的冗余量,有利于电池容量的提升。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及电池保护胶带技术领域,特别是涉及一种锂离子电池的极片双面保护胶带及锂离子电池。
背景技术
锂离子电池具有能量密度高、使用寿命长等优点,广泛用于新能源汽车、储能、3C数码、小动力等领域。
当前,锂离子电池的极耳中置结构,因其具有更低的直流内阻和交流内阻,受到越来越多的青睐。采用极耳中置结构,需要在极片清除粉料位置焊接极耳,在焊接过程中会产生焊斑、毛刺,这些形成的焊斑、毛刺在电池中存在短路的隐患,因此,需要在极片的焊斑处粘贴上一层焊斑保护胶带,以消除短路隐患,焊斑保护胶带面积大于清除粉料面积。
在现有工艺中,参见图5,在负极片的极耳处(具体是负极片的焊斑31处)上下两侧粘贴焊斑保护胶带(如图5的负极片胶带301)时,相应地需要在与贴胶带位置相对应的正极片上两处位置贴面积更大的保护胶带(如图5的正极片胶带101)。负极片焊斑31处因进行清除粉料处理,损失相应的负极材料,当与正极片共同卷绕成电池时,与负极片焊斑31处相对正极片的对应位置,需通过粘贴胶带,使正极片上被胶带覆盖的正极材料容量无法发挥,为满足N/P(即负极和正极材料的实际容量的比)大于1的设计准则,正极片贴胶带面积应大于负极片焊斑保护胶带面积,进一步考虑生产制造的可行性,为保证正极片和负极片在卷绕成电池的过程中,能够使得正极片胶带完全包覆负极片胶带,在设计时,正极片胶带面积相对负极片胶带面积要有一定冗余(即更大),以减小生产控制的压力,避免出现因为胶带错位无法包覆负极片上对应位置的风险,如图5所示。
参见图5,锂离子电池中(例如是卷绕类型的锂离子电池),正极片10和负极片30相对的一侧之间设置有第一隔膜20,负极片30的另一侧外部设置有第二隔膜40;正极片10的上下两侧分别粘贴有正极片胶带101,以及负极片30的上下两侧分别粘贴有负极片胶带301。
但是,现有工艺的操作方式,相对繁琐,且需要严格控制正极片上粘贴胶带的位置,以保证正极和负极上的贴胶带位置能够准确对应,因此,严重影响了电池的整体生产效率。此外,正极片胶带面积相对负极片面积存在的较大冗余,导致较大的容量损失。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术存在的技术缺陷,提供一种锂离子电池的极片双面保护胶带及锂离子电池。
为此,本发明提供了一种锂离子电池的极片双面保护胶带,该极片双面保护胶带包括自上而下依次分布的上胶层、基膜和下胶层;
基膜的上下两侧表面分别完全覆盖有一层上胶层和一层下胶层;
或者,基膜的上表面左右两端分别覆盖有一层上胶层,以及基膜的下表面中间位置覆盖有一层下胶层;
所述锂离子电池中,正极片和负极片相对的一侧之间设置有第一隔膜,负极片的另一侧外部设置有第二隔膜;
下胶层,用于直接粘接在负极片的焊斑处上下两侧;
上胶层,用于直接粘贴在与负极片相对的第一隔膜或第二隔膜的一侧表面。
优选地,当基膜的上表面左右两端分别覆盖有一层上胶层时,每端的上胶层的横向宽度,等于基膜横向宽度的1/8~3/8;
当基膜的下表面中部覆盖有一层下胶层时,下胶层的横向宽度,等于基膜横向宽度的1/2~3/4。
优选地,基膜,为聚丙烯膜或聚酰亚胺膜,厚度为5~30um。
优选地,上胶层,为通过上胶层乳液在基膜上涂布而得,厚度为5~15um;
上胶层乳液,包含的各组分重量百分比为:PVDF乳液65~95%,粘结剂乳液5~35%;
优选地,PVDF乳液,其具有的溶质包括聚偏氟乙烯、偏氟乙烯-六氟丙烯、偏氟乙烯-三氟乙烯和偏氟乙烯-四氟乙烯中的一种或至少两种的混合物;
PVDF乳液的各组分重量百分比为:溶质30~45%,水55~70%;
粘结剂乳液的各组分重量百分比为:聚丙烯酸酯35~50%,水50~60%。
优选地,上胶层,当其粘接到第一隔膜或第二隔膜表面后,还进行热压处理操作;
在对上胶层热压处理操作时,热压的温度等于上胶层中聚合物熔点的70~80%,热压压力为1.0~2.5Mpa。
优选地,下胶层,为通过压敏胶在基膜上涂布而得,厚度为2~6um;
压敏胶的固含量为40~60%;
压敏胶,具有的溶质包含的各组分重量百分比为:聚合物30~50%、增粘剂20~40%、增塑剂0~10%、填料0~10%、粘度调节剂0~10%和硫化剂0~2%。
优选地,聚合物包括硅橡胶、聚氨酯橡胶、氯丁橡胶、改性丙烯酸树脂、酚醛树脂、聚乙烯基醚及氟树脂中的一种或至少两种的混合物;
增粘剂包括芳香族树脂,松香改性酚醛树脂,改性松香树脂和石油树脂中的一种或至少两种的混合物;
增塑剂包括苯二甲酸酯和葵二酸酯中的一种或至少两种混合物;
填料包括氧化锌、氧化钛、二氧化锰和黏土中的一种或至少两种的混合物;
粘度调节剂包括蓖麻油、大豆油、液体石蜡和机油中的一种或至少两种的混合物;
硫化剂包括硫磺和过氧化物中的一种或两种的混合物;
溶剂包括汽油、甲苯、乙酸乙酯和丙酮中的一种或至少两种的混合物。
此外,本发明还提供了一种锂离子电池,包括前面所述的锂离子电池的极片双面保护胶带;
锂离子电池中,正极片和负极片相对的一侧之间设置有第一隔膜,负极片的另一侧外部设置有第二隔膜;
对于锂离子电池,负极片的焊斑处的上下两侧,分别与一个前面所述的极片双面保护胶带中的一层下胶层相粘接;
第一隔膜和第二隔膜,分别在与负极片相对的一侧表面,粘贴一个前面所述的极片双面保护胶带中的一层上胶层。
由以上本发明提供的技术方案可见,与现有技术相比较,本发明提供了一种锂离子电池的极片双面保护胶带及锂离子电池,其结构设计科学,一方面可以省去正极片贴胶带步骤,操作方便,并且有效规避了正极和负极上胶带的错位风险,极大地提高了电池的工程可制造性;另一方面,通过胶带双面结构设计,实现N/P(即负极和正极材料的实际容量的比)大于1的设计准则,还减少正极片上贴胶带的冗余量,有利于电池容量的提升,具有重大的实践意义。

参见图1至图4,以及图6至图8b,本发明提供了一种锂离子电池的极片双面保护胶带,具体应用锂离子电池中,该极片双面保护胶带包括自上而下依次分布的上胶层1、基膜2和下胶层3;
参见图1,基膜2的上下两侧表面分别完全覆盖有一层上胶层1和一层下胶层3;
或者,参见图2,基膜2的上表面左右两端分别覆盖有一层上胶层1,以及基膜2的下表面中间位置覆盖有一层下胶层3;
所述锂离子电池中(例如是卷绕类型的锂离子电池),正极片10和负极片30相对的一侧之间设置有第一隔膜20,负极片30的另一侧外部设置有第二隔膜40;
下胶层3,与负极片30相对设置,用于在电池制造过程中,直接粘接在负极片30的焊斑31处上下两侧(每侧粘贴一层),实现保护负极片的焊斑、防止电池短路的目的;
上胶层1,与隔膜相对设置,用于在电池制造过程中,直接粘接在与负极片30相对的第一隔膜20或第二隔膜40的一侧表面。
在本发明中,具体实现上,当基膜2的上表面左右两端分别覆盖有一层上胶层1时,每端的上胶层1的横向宽度,等于基膜2横向宽度的1/8~3/8;
当基膜2的下表面中部覆盖有一层下胶层3时,下胶层3的横向宽度,等于基膜2横向宽度的1/2~3/4。
需要说明的是,对于本发明,图2中的双面保护胶带结构,其目的之一为减少上胶层1和下胶层3胶液的用量,其目的之二为从结构设计上,实现锂电池N/P(即负极和正极材料的实际容量的比)大于1的设计准则,降低析锂风险,提升锂电池的安全性。
需要说明的是,对于本发明,相对于本发明采用的图1的结构(即基膜2的上下两侧表面分别完全覆盖有一层上胶层1和一层下胶层3),本发明采用的图2的结构(即基膜2的上表面左右两端分别覆盖有一层上胶层1,以及基膜2的下表面中间位置覆盖有一层下胶层3),由于胶液仅覆盖部分的基膜,故能减少胶液的用量。
对于本发明,在图2所示的结构中,上胶层1所包围的正极片面积大于下胶层2所覆盖的负极片面积,因此,能够实现锂电池N/P(即单位面积上负极和正极材料的实际容量的比)大于1的设计准则,降低析锂风险。
需要说明的是,在电池设计时,需满足N/P大于1,否则电池使用时会析锂,导致容量损失且存在安全隐患;同时,由于电池使用过程中材料的老化问题,N/P会动态变化,所以,对于本发明,为保证电池长期的使用安全,在N/P大于1时需留有一定冗余,保证电池不仅初始状态不析锂,且长期使用也不析锂。
本发明中,具体实现上,基膜2,可以为聚丙烯膜或聚酰亚胺膜,厚度为5~30um。
本发明中,具体实现上,上胶层1,为通过上胶层乳液在基膜2上涂布而得,厚度为5~15um;
上胶层乳液,包含的各组分重量百分比为:PVDF乳液65~95%,粘结剂乳液5~35%。
具体实现上,粘结剂乳液的各组分重量百分比为:聚丙烯酸酯35~50%,水50~65%。
具体实现上,PVDF乳液的各组分重量百分比为:溶质30~45%,水55~70%;其中,溶质包括聚偏氟乙烯、偏氟乙烯-六氟丙烯、偏氟乙烯-三氟乙烯和偏氟乙烯-四氟乙烯中的一种或至少两种的混合物。
需要说明的是,在本发明中,上胶层1,包含结晶程度不同的均聚物和共聚物,在初始状态下不具有粘性,在高温热压和电解液(具体可以是锂离子电池常规的普通电解液)浸泡过程中,聚合物分子处于柔韧状态,在施压时,通过范德华力可以实现与隔膜界面的良好粘接,因聚合物层的致密性及较差的锂离子导电性,可实现粘接区域隔膜孔隙完全堵塞,锂离子无法通过。
例如,电解液可以包括锂盐和无水有机溶剂,锂盐可以包括六氟磷酸锂LiPF6,所述电解液中六氟磷酸锂LiPF6的摩尔浓度为1.0mol/L;所述无水有机溶剂包括碳酸丙烯酯PC、碳酸乙烯酯EC和碳酸二甲酯DMC,三者之间的重量比为1:2:5。
需要说明的是,对于本发明提供的锂离子电池的极片双面保护胶带,包含基膜、上胶层和下胶层,本发明的胶带应用于锂离子电池的极耳中置结构中,下胶层在常温下与负极的极耳焊斑粘接,上胶层与相邻的隔膜相对粘接,在初始状态下无粘性,经高温热压和电解液浸泡溶胀,可与隔膜粘接且在长度和宽度方向延伸0.5~2mm,使粘接区域隔膜上的锂离子通道完全堵塞,在保护负极片焊斑的同时,避免出现局部N/P过小问题。
本发明中,具体实现上,上胶层1,当其粘接到第一隔膜20或第二隔膜40表面后,还进行热压处理操作(具体可以通过热压机进行)。
具体实现上,在对上胶层1热压处理操作时,热压的温度等于上胶层中聚合物(例如聚偏氟乙烯)熔点的70~80%,热压压力为1.0~2.5Mpa。在热压时,上胶层1会在厚度方向压缩4~12um、宽度和长度两个方向延伸0.5~2mm,如图3或图4所示。
本发明中,具体实现上,下胶层3,为通过压敏胶在基膜2上涂布而得,厚度为2~6um。
具体实现上,压敏胶的固含量为40~60%;
压敏胶,其具有的溶质包含的各组分重量百分比为:聚合物30~50%、增粘剂20~40%、增塑剂0~10%、填料0~10%、粘度调节剂0~10%和硫化剂0~2%;
预设比例(例如40~60%)的溶剂,用于调节压敏胶的固含量为40~60%。
具体实现上,对于压敏胶,聚合物包括硅橡胶、聚氨酯橡胶、氯丁橡胶、改性丙烯酸树脂、酚醛树脂、聚乙烯基醚及氟树脂中的一种或至少两种的混合物。
具体实现上,对于压敏胶,增粘剂包括芳香族树脂,松香改性酚醛树脂,改性松香树脂和石油树脂中的一种或至少两种的混合物。
具体实现上,对于压敏胶,增塑剂包括苯二甲酸酯和葵二酸酯中的一种或至少两种混合物。
具体实现上,对于压敏胶,填料包括氧化锌、氧化钛、二氧化锰和黏土中的一种或至少两种的混合物。
具体实现上,对于压敏胶,粘度调节剂包括蓖麻油、大豆油、液体石蜡和机油中的一种或至少两种的混合物。
具体实现上,对于压敏胶,硫化剂包括硫磺和过氧化物中的一种或两种的混合物。
具体实现上,对于压敏胶,溶剂包括汽油、甲苯、乙酸乙酯和丙酮中的一种或至少两种的混合物。
需要说明的是,本发明提供的锂离子电池的极片双面保护胶带,具体应用锂离子电池中。
基于上述本发明提供的锂离子电池的极片双面保护胶带,本发明还提供了一种锂离子电池,包括前面所述(即图1至图4以及图6所示)的锂离子电池的极片双面保护胶带100。
锂离子电池中(例如是卷绕类型的锂离子电池),正极片10和负极片30相对的一侧之间设置有第一隔膜20,负极片30的另一侧外部设置有第二隔膜40;
具体实现上,参见图6,对于锂离子电池,负极片30的焊斑31处的上下两侧,分别与一个如前面所述的极片双面保护胶带中的一层下胶层3相粘接;
第一隔膜20和第二隔膜40,分别在与负极片30相对的一侧表面,粘贴一个如前面所述的极片双面保护胶带中的一层上胶层1。
需要说明的是,图6所示的正极片10,包括正极集流体(箔材)101以及正极集流体上下两侧分别涂覆的正极活性物质层102;
图6所示的负极片30,包括负极集流体(箔材)301以及负极集流体上下两侧分别涂覆的负极活性物质层302。
为了更加清楚地理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合具体实施例来对本发明进行进一步说明,但并不将本发明局限于这些具体实施方式。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明的目的在于提出一种锂离子电池的极片双面保护胶带,以解决上述背景技术中提到的问题。
实施例1。
在实施例1中,极片双面保护胶带的结构如图1所示,基膜2为聚丙烯膜,厚度为12um。
上胶层1为上胶层乳液涂布而得,厚度为6um,按重量百分比,上胶层乳液含PVDF乳液80%,粘结剂乳液20%,PVDF乳液为聚偏氟乙烯。
下胶层3为压敏胶涂布而得,厚度为2um,压敏胶含聚合物50%、增粘剂30%、增塑剂10%、填料5%、粘度调节剂5%。聚合物为改性丙烯酸树脂,增粘剂为芳香族树脂和松香改性酚醛树脂混合物,增塑剂为苯二甲酸酯,填料为二氧化锰和黏土的混合物,粘度调节剂为液体石蜡。实施例1未使用硫化剂。
采用上述极片双面保护胶带,制作锂离子电池(电池中正极片、负极片和隔膜的分布状态如图6所示),本发明的极片双面保护胶带,可以很好地与负极片、隔膜(第一隔膜和第二隔膜)粘接,采用上述极片双面保护胶带制成电池的容量与现有工艺的普通胶带(对比例1的普通胶带)所制备的电池的对比情况,见表1所示。经过检验,本发明所制备的锂离子电池,放电容量平均提升3.02%;进行循环测试,电池的循环容量保持率见图7a所示,并且在循环结束后,对电池解剖观察,贴胶带区域周围无析锂现象。图7b是对比例1的电池循环容量保持曲线示意图。

实施例2。
在实施例2中,极片双面保护胶带的结构如图2所示,基膜2为聚丙烯膜,厚度为12um。上胶层涂在基膜左、右两边,宽度为基膜宽度1/4,下胶层涂在基膜中间,宽度为基膜宽度的1/2。
上胶层1为上胶层乳液涂布而得,厚度为8um,按重量百分比,上胶层乳液含PVDF乳液80%,粘结剂乳液20%,所述PVDF乳液为聚偏氟乙烯。
下胶层3为压敏胶涂布而得,厚度为3um,所述压敏胶含聚合物50%、增粘剂30%、增塑剂10%、填料5%、粘度调节剂5%。聚合物为改性丙烯酸树脂,增粘剂为芳香族树脂和松香改性酚醛树脂混合物,增塑剂为苯二甲酸酯,填料为二氧化锰和黏土的混合物,粘度调节剂为液体石蜡。实施例2未使用硫化剂。
采用上述极片双面保护胶带,制作锂离子电池(电池中正极片、负极片和隔膜的分布状态如图6所示),本发明的极片双面保护胶带可以很好地与负极片、隔膜粘接,采用上述极片双面保护胶带制成电池的容量与现有工艺的普通胶带(对比例2的普通胶带)所制备的电池的对比情况,见表2。经过检验,本发明所制备的锂离子电池,放电容量平均提升3.05%;进行循环测试,电池的循环容量保持率见图8a所示,并且在循环结束后,对电池解剖观察,贴胶带区域周围无析锂现象。图8b是对比例2的电池循环容量保持曲线示意图。
需要说明的是,本发明提供的极片双面保护胶带,主要用于具有极耳中置结构的卷绕式锂离子电池,此结构的电池需要通过清除粉料来焊接极耳,本发明的胶带贴在负极片清除粉料位置(如焊斑的位置),以保护负极片清除粉料、焊接极耳位置。
在本实施例1、2中,电池为软包的卷绕式锂离子电池,制作工艺为现有常规的工艺,主要包含:匀浆、涂布、碾压、分切、极片烘干、制片、卷绕、冲壳、双边封、注液、单边封、热压、封口、化成等生产工序。

综上所述,与现有技术相比较,本发明提供的一种锂离子电池的极片双面保护胶带及锂离子电池,其结构设计科学,一方面可以省去正极片贴胶带步骤,操作方便,并且有效规避了正极和负极上胶带的错位风险,极大地提高了电池的工程可制造性;另一方面,通过胶带双面结构设计,实现N/P(即负极和正极材料的实际容量的比)大于1的设计准则,还减少正极片上贴胶带的冗余量,有利于电池容量的提升,具有重大的实践意义。
需要说明的是,在制片工序中,本发明的实施例只需要在负极片清除粉料、焊接极耳处(即焊斑的位置)两侧对贴两条本发明的极片双面保护胶带,双面保护胶带的下胶层与负极片粘接,实现保护焊斑和清除粉料位置,防止短路的功效;上胶面通过热压和电解液浸泡,与隔膜(例如第一隔膜或者第二隔膜)粘接,实现隔膜孔隙(即正、负极片锂离子传输通道)堵塞的功能,使与上胶面对应的正极片上的锂离子无法传输到负极片,保证贴胶带位置N/P大于1。
而在目前现有的工艺中,负极片清除粉料、焊接极耳处对贴两条普通的单面保护胶带,仅具有保护焊斑和清除粉料位置(即焊斑的位置)、防止短路的功效。为了实现N/P大于1,则需要在卷绕后与负极片贴胶带位置对应的正极片上预先贴两条保护胶带,在实际生产中,为了保证卷绕后正极片贴胶带位置完全包覆负极片贴胶带位置,正极片胶带的面积远大于负极片胶带面积,这种为了避免生产中胶带错位风险而预留的正极片胶带相对负极片胶带的面积冗余,会造成电池容量的损失。
本发明的实施例通过双面保护胶带设计,不仅省去了正极片贴两条胶带的操作,同时也有效规避了正、负极片卷绕胶带错位风险,不需要通过正极片胶带面积冗余来保证N/P大于1,减少了电池容量的损失。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种锂离子电池的极片双面保护胶带,其特征在于,该极片双面保护胶带包括自上而下依次分布的上胶层(1)、基膜(2)和下胶层(3);
基膜(2)的上下两侧表面分别完全覆盖有一层上胶层(1)和一层下胶层(3);
或者,基膜(2)的上表面左右两端分别覆盖有一层上胶层(1),以及基膜(2)的下表面中间位置覆盖有一层下胶层(3);
所述锂离子电池中,正极片(10)和负极片(30)相对的一侧之间设置有第一隔膜(20),负极片(30)的另一侧外部设置有第二隔膜(40);
下胶层(3),用于直接粘接在负极片(30)的焊斑(31)处上下两侧;
上胶层(1),用于直接粘贴在与负极片(30)相对的第一隔膜(20)或第二隔膜(40)的一侧表面;
上胶层乳液,包含的各组分重量百分比为:PVDF乳液65~95%,粘结剂乳液5~35%;
PVDF乳液,其具有的溶质包括聚偏氟乙烯、偏氟乙烯-六氟丙烯、偏氟乙烯-三氟乙烯和偏氟乙烯-四氟乙烯中的一种或至少两种的混合物;
上胶层(1),当其粘接到第一隔膜(20)或第二隔膜(40)表面后,还进行热压处理操作;
上胶层(1),是经过高温热压和电解液浸泡过的胶层。
2.如权利要求1所述的锂离子电池的极片双面保护胶带,其特征在于,当基膜(2)的上表面左右两端分别覆盖有一层上胶层(1)时,每端的上胶层(1)的横向宽度,等于基膜(2)横向宽度的1/8~3/8;
当基膜(2)的下表面中部覆盖有一层下胶层(3)时,下胶层(3)的横向宽度,等于基膜(2)横向宽度的1/2~3/4。
3.如权利要求1所述的锂离子电池的极片双面保护胶带,其特征在于,基膜(2),为聚丙烯膜或聚酰亚胺膜,厚度为5~30um。
4.如权利要求1所述的锂离子电池的极片双面保护胶带,其特征在于,上胶层(1),为通过上胶层乳液在基膜(2)上涂布而得,厚度为5~15um。
5.如权利要求4所述的锂离子电池的极片双面保护胶带,其特征在于,
PVDF乳液的各组分重量百分比为:溶质30~45%,水55~70%;
粘结剂乳液的各组分重量百分比为:聚丙烯酸酯35~50%,水50~65%。
6.如权利要求1所述的锂离子电池的极片双面保护胶带,其特征在于,在对上胶层(1)热压处理操作时,热压的温度等于上胶层中聚合物熔点的70~80%,热压压力为1.0~2.5Mpa。
7.如权利要求1所述的锂离子电池的极片双面保护胶带,其特征在于,下胶层(3),为通过压敏胶在基膜(2)上涂布而得,厚度为2~6um;
压敏胶的固含量为40~60%;
压敏胶,具有的溶质包含的各组分重量百分比为:聚合物30~50%、增粘剂20~40%、增塑剂0~10%、填料0~10%、粘度调节剂0~10%和硫化剂0~2%。
8.如权利要求7所述的锂离子电池的极片双面保护胶带,其特征在于,聚合物包括硅橡胶、聚氨酯橡胶、氯丁橡胶、改性丙烯酸树脂、酚醛树脂、聚乙烯基醚及氟树脂中的一种或至少两种的混合物;
增粘剂包括芳香族树脂,松香改性酚醛树脂,改性松香树脂和石油树脂中的一种或至少两种的混合物;
增塑剂包括苯二甲酸酯和葵二酸酯中的一种或至少两种混合物;
填料包括氧化锌、氧化钛、二氧化锰和黏土中的一种或至少两种的混合物;
粘度调节剂包括蓖麻油、大豆油、液体石蜡和机油中的一种或至少两种的混合物;
硫化剂包括硫磺和过氧化物中的一种或两种的混合物;
溶剂包括汽油、甲苯、乙酸乙酯和丙酮中的一种或至少两种的混合物。
9.一种锂离子电池,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-8任一项所述的锂离子电池的极片双面保护胶带;
锂离子电池中,正极片(10)和负极片(30)相对的一侧之间设置有第一隔膜(20),负极片(30)的另一侧外部设置有第二隔膜(40);
对于锂离子电池,负极片(30)的焊斑(31)处的上下两侧,分别与一个权利要求1-8任一项所述的极片双面保护胶带中的一层下胶层(3)相粘接;
第一隔膜(20)和第二隔膜(40),分别在与负极片(30)相对的一侧表面,粘贴一个权利要求1-8任一项所述的极片双面保护胶带中的一层上胶层(1)。
