Abstract
本发明涉及一种卫生洁具釉料及其制备方法,属于卫生陶瓷领域。本发明卫生洁具釉料,由底釉和面釉组成,其中底釉为高白高粘度乳浊釉,其组成为(按质量分数):钾长石20‑40,石英20‑40,粘土30‑45,锆英石5‑15;面釉为低粘度半熔块乳浊釉,其组成为(按质量分数):钾长石10‑20,石英15‑25,粘土10‑20,硅酸锆0‑5,半白熔块45‑55。本发明克服了现有技术卫生陶瓷釉面光泽度差、棕孔多等外观缺陷,有效解决了南方瓷区生坯强度普遍低带来的釉面多凹坑的现象。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种卫生洁具釉料及其制备方法,属于卫生陶瓷领域。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,越来越多样的卫生洁具制品走入我们的生活,多样化、高档化、人性化、艺术化成为潮流和趋势。目前,卫生洁具釉料多采用一次釉,釉面组成为光泽或无光泽乳浊釉,釉面耐磨性好,但是卫生陶瓷的釉面外观非常差,尤其是釉面棕孔严重,表面光滑度、平整度等外观质量难以满足人们对于审美的需要,更难以与国际大品牌卫生陶瓷制品进行同台竞技,特别是长江以南地区,卫生洁具的生坯强度较低,釉面凹坑、棕孔现象非常严重。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于有效克服卫生洁具生坯强度低带来的釉面凹坑、棕孔等缺陷,提高卫生陶瓷制品外观质量,提供一种新型卫生洁具釉料及其制备方法,制备的釉面平滑、光亮,无棕孔、无凹坑等外观缺陷。
本发明的目的可以通过以下方式来实现:
本发明卫生洁具釉料,该釉料由底釉和面釉组成,其中底釉为高白高粘度乳浊釉,其组成为(按质量分数):钾长石20-40,石英20-40,粘土30-45,锆英石5-15;面釉为低粘度半熔块乳浊釉,其组成为(按质量分数):钾长石10-20,石英15-25,粘土10-20,硅酸锆0-5,半白熔块45-55。
所述面釉的化学组成(质量分数)为:SiO2 70-75,Al2O3 8-15,CaO 5-12,MgO 0-3,K2O 3-4.5,Na2O 0-2.5,B2O3 2-5,ZrO2 0-3;底釉的化学组成(质量分数)为:SiO2 70-75,Al2O3 15-20,CaO 0-1,MgO 0-1%,K2O 3-4.5%,Na2O 0.5-4.5%。
进一步,本发明所述釉料由底釉和面釉组成,其中底釉为高白高粘度乳浊釉,其组成为(按质量分数):钾长石25-35,石英25-35,粘土35-45,锆英石5-10;面釉为低粘度半熔块乳浊釉,其组成为(按质量分数):钾长石15-20,石英15-20,粘土15-20,硅酸锆1-3,半白熔块45-50。
本发明釉料的制备方法为:底釉和面釉的各种原料准确配料后球磨,达到要求细度后,采用二次喷釉工艺上釉,采用厚底薄面的喷釉方法,底釉厚度为0.5-1.5mm,面釉厚度为0.25-0.5mm。所述釉料面釉和底釉喷涂间隔时间为1-5h。所述釉料的细度控制如下:底釉细度要粗,D50=10um,面釉的细度要细,D90=10um,获得的釉面细腻均匀。
所述釉料的底釉中外加质量分数为0.5-1.5%的有机粘合剂,有机粘合剂为甲级纤维素、羧甲基纤维素、聚乙烯醇的混合物或其中之一。
所述釉料的烧成温度为1200-1250℃,保温时间为30-60min。
所述面釉半白熔块的组成为(质量分数):SiO2 65-70,Al2O3 6-9,CaO 10-15,MgO2-5,K2O 3-7,Na2O 1-3.5,B2O3 3-7。
本发明采用厚度大的高粘度乳浊底釉,一方面可以实现对低强度生坯表面的加固,避免了喷面釉时凹坑的产生,另一方面,可以实现对卫生洁具瓷胎的有效遮盖,避免坯体中的气泡进入面釉,同时保证了釉面白度;采用薄的低粘度的乳浊面釉,可以保证釉面的光亮、平滑,无棕孔,从而达到高外观质量釉面的目的。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:
1、本发明釉面在理化性能不改变的前提下,实现了釉面外观质量优异的目的,克服了现有技术卫生陶瓷釉面光泽度差、凹坑多、棕孔多等外观缺陷。
2、本发明有效解决了南方瓷区生坯强度普遍低带来的釉面多凹坑的现象。
具体实施方式
本发明卫生洁具釉料,由底釉和面釉组成,其中底釉为高白高粘度乳浊釉,面釉低粘度半熔块乳浊釉,其具体实施方式如下。

2、面釉实施方式(各原料质量分数):

(1)底釉和面釉的各种原料准确配料后球磨,达到要求细度后,采用二次喷釉工艺上釉,采用厚底薄面的喷釉方法,底釉厚度为0.5-1.5mm,面釉厚度为0.25-0.5mm,面釉和底釉喷涂间隔时间为1-5h。
(2)所述釉料的细度控制如下:底釉细度要粗,D50=10um,面釉的细度要细,D90=10um,获得的釉面细腻均匀。
(3)底釉中外加质量分数为0.5-1.5%的有机粘合剂,有机粘合剂为甲级纤维素、羧甲基纤维素、聚乙烯醇的混合物或其中之一。
(4)所述釉料的烧成温度为1200-1250℃,保温时间为30-60min。

1.一种卫生洁具釉料,其特征在于,该釉料由底釉和面釉组成,其中底釉为高白高粘度乳浊釉,其组成为(按质量分数):钾长石20-40,石英20-40,粘土30-45,锆英石5-15;面釉为低粘度半熔块乳浊釉,其组成为(按质量分数):钾长石10-20,石英15-25,粘土10-20,硅酸锆0-5,半白熔块45-55。
2.如权利要求1所述的卫生洁具釉料,其特征在于,所述面釉的化学组成(质量分数)为:SiO2 70-75,Al2O3 8-15,CaO 5-12,MgO 0-3,K2O 3-4.5,Na2O 0-2.5,B2O3 2-5,ZrO2 0-3;底釉的化学组成(质量分数)为:SiO2 70-75,Al2O3 15-20,CaO 0-1,MgO 0-1%,K2O 3-4.5%,Na2O 0.5-4.5%。
3.如权利要求1所述的卫生洁具釉料,其特征在于,所述釉料由底釉和面釉组成,其中底釉为高白高粘度乳浊釉,其组成为(按质量分数):钾长石25-35,石英25-35,粘土35-45,锆英石5-10;面釉为低粘度半熔块乳浊釉,其组成为(按质量分数):钾长石15-20,石英15-20,粘土15-20,硅酸锆1-3,半白熔块45-50。
