1.2. control group samples 1-4:
control group, sample 1: based on the formulation of example 1, a filler prepared from sodium sulfate and water in a weight ratio of 0.2:1 was added in place of the hair conditioner and the scalp conditioner in equal mass, and the prepared shampoo was used as a control sample 1;
control group, sample 2: on the basis of the formulation of example 1, a filler prepared from sodium sulfate and water in a weight ratio of 0.2:1 was added in place of the hair conditioner in equal mass, and the prepared shampoo was used as a control sample 2;
control sample 3: on the basis of the formulation of example 1, a filler prepared from sodium sulfate and water in a weight ratio of 0.2:1 was added in place of the scalp conditioner in equal mass, and the prepared shampoo was a control sample 3;
commercial products: some brand shampoo with non-anti-hair loss efficacy on the market is purchased as a detection sample.
2. Detecting an object: female volunteers are recruited in a certain area, the female volunteers have medium and long hair, are aged 20-50 years, have no scalding and hair dyeing experience within 3 months recently, the volunteers are randomly divided into 7 groups, 10 volunteers in each group are correspondingly used for an experimental group sample 1-3, a control group 1-3 and shampoo of a commercial product, each volunteer keeps the prior shampoo frequency and shampoo manipulation habit to use the shampoo sample for daily hair washing, and after the shampoo sample is used for 1 day, continuously used for 30 days and continuously used for 90 days, the test detection of the hair strength and the hair loss degree is carried out on each volunteer.
3. And (3) detecting the strength and toughness of the hair:
3.1. the detection device comprises: shanghai xiangjie XJ810 hair tensile property tester;
3.2. the detection method comprises the following steps: after the volunteers use the shampoo samples for the first time and dry, and use the shampoo samples for the second time and dry at 30 days and 90 days, the hairs of the volunteers are cut at the three time nodes for detecting the hair tensile property, 10cm of the middle section of each hair strand is placed in a hair tensile property detector, and the tensile strength of each single hair strand is detected;
3.3. and (3) detection data processing:
the hair toughness detection data of each volunteer is the average value of the detection results of 20 hairs, the hair toughness increase rate of the volunteer is calculated by using the detection data before and after shampoo, and the calculation formula is as follows:
Figure BDA0003469416830000081
the average value of the hair strength increase rate of 10 volunteers per group using the corresponding shampoo samples is shown in Table 2.
4. And (3) detecting the anti-hair loss effect:
4.1. the detection method comprises the following steps: combing hair 3h before using a shampoo sample by a volunteer, removing hair separated from the hair, wrapping the hair with a bath cap after combing, waiting for hair washing at 25 +/-3 ℃, not doing violent movement in the waiting process, controlling the water temperature of hair washing at 37 +/-1 ℃, collecting all sewage in the hair washing process with a water bucket, combing the hair once with a comb before finishing hair washing, flushing the hair fallen off into the water bucket together, filtering the water in the water bucket with a filter screen, taking out the water, counting all the hair fallen off after filtering and recording the number of hair fallen off;
4.2. and (3) detection data processing: the growth rate of the number of hair loss of each volunteer was calculated on the 30 th day and the 90 th and 1 st days after the application of the corresponding shampoo sample, and the calculation formula was as follows:
Figure BDA0003469416830000091
the average of the growth rate of the number of dropped hairs of 10 volunteers per group is recorded in table 2.
5. Performance test results and analysis:
TABLE 2 Performance test results
Figure BDA0003469416830000092
According to the detection data of the shampoo samples in the table 2, after the volunteers use the shampoos in the experimental group samples 1-3 for a period of time, the obdurability of the hair is obviously improved, and the hair falling quantity during hair washing is effectively controlled, compared with common hair washing products on the market, the shampoo can condition the scalp environment, reduce the condition that the hair root is loosened and falls off, and meanwhile, can repair and moisten fragile hair, improve the condition that the hair is easy to break, and realize double conditioning and repairing of the scalp and the hair, and the comparison of the detection results of 30 days and 90 days shows that the improvement effect in the early period just before using the shampoo is especially obvious, which shows that the shampoo has the effects of quickly relieving the hair loss condition and improving the fragile and easy-to break hair quality.
In addition, by combining the detection results of the control group samples 1-3, the key point of the shampoo provided by the application is that the scalp conditioner and the hair conditioner are added, the sweet orange extract, the citronella oil, the lemon peel oil and the ginger root oil are compounded to be used as the scalp conditioner component of the shampoo, the hair roots are firmer and are not easy to fall off by promoting the blood circulation of the scalp, dredging the hair root hair follicle grease blocking objects and activating the metabolism of scalp cells, and the hair phosphorus of the hair is fully nourished by matching the hair conditioner component of the shampoo, which is compounded by the polyquaternium-10, the polydimethylsiloxane, the anoectochilus formosanus hance root extract, the citrus extract, the garden balsam stem extract, the cacumen biotae extract, the tropaeolum majus extract, the licorice root extract, the sophora flavescens extract and the ginger root extract, inhibiting the breeding of microorganisms, ensuring that the scalp environment is healthier, the hair is tougher, the hair falling amount of hair roots in hair follicles is reduced, and the hair brittle and broken falling amount is also reduced, thereby showing the effect of quickly and effectively preventing alopecia.
The present embodiment is only for explaining the present application, and it is not limited to the present application, and those skilled in the art can make modifications of the present embodiment without inventive contribution as needed after reading the present specification, but all of them are protected by patent law within the scope of the claims of the present application.
