Abstract
The application relates to the field of acne removal products, and particularly discloses acne removal emulsion and a preparation method thereof. The acne-removing emulsion is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2-8 parts of dioctyl ether, 2-8 parts of coconut oil alcohol-caprylate/caprate, 2-8 parts of shea butter, 1-5 parts of glycerol, 0.1-4 parts of behenyl alcohol, 0.1-3 parts of glycerol behenate, 0-2 parts of lecithin, 0-1 part of vitamin E, 0-1 part of sunflower seed oil, 0.1-2 parts of cetyl alcohol, 0.1-2 parts of xanthan gum, 0-1 part of polylysine, 0-2 parts of lemon balm extract, 0-1 part of phenoxyethanol, 0-1 part of ethylhexyl glycerol and the balance of deionized water. The acne-removing lotion has a good acne-removing effect, is high in mildness, low in irritation and not prone to generate allergy after long-term use.
Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of acne-removing cosmetics, in particular to acne-removing emulsion and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Acne, also known as whelk, is caused by, on the one hand, sebaceous gland hyperfunction due to androgen secretion abnormality, on the other hand, abnormal keratinization of hair follicles, and on the other hand, abnormal proliferation of bacteria such as propionibacterium acnes and staphylococcus aureus. For acne treatment, the current practice is to apply anti-androgens, azelaic acid drugs or oral isotretinoin, and the treatment can also be performed by photodynamic therapy and laser therapy, among which the most common and accepted treatments are also improved by using cosmetics with acne-removing effect.
At present, most of acne-removing cosmetics in the market mainly comprise salicylic acids, and the salicylic acid is fat-soluble organic acid and can remove skin cutin and decompose sebum on the surface of the skin so as to control skin oil. However, the horny layer is easy to become thin after long-term use, and then allergic phenomena such as skin erythema, stabbing pain, pruritus and the like are easy to cause, the effect on users with sensitive skin or thin horny layer of the skin is not good, and negative effects can be brought to a certain degree.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to improve the mildness and the applicability of an acne removing product, the application provides an acne removing emulsion and a preparation method thereof.
In a first aspect, the application provides an acne-removing emulsion, which adopts the following technical scheme:
an acne-removing emulsion is prepared from the following raw materials in 100 parts by weight: 2-8 parts of dioctyl ether, 2-8 parts of coconut oil alcohol-caprylate/caprate, 2-8 parts of shea butter, 1-5 parts of glycerol, 0.1-4 parts of behenyl alcohol, 0.1-3 parts of glycerol behenate, 0-2 parts of lecithin, 0-1 part of vitamin E, 0-1 part of sunflower seed oil, 0.1-2 parts of cetyl alcohol, 0.1-2 parts of xanthan gum, 0-1 part of polylysine, 0-2 parts of lemon balm extract, 0-1 part of phenoxyethanol, 0-1 part of ethylhexyl glycerol and the balance of deionized water.
By adopting the technical scheme, the dioctyl ether can moisten the skin and improve the softness and smooth feeling of the skin; the coconut oil alcohol-caprylate/caprate is used as a softening agent, so that the moisture evaporation of the skin can be reduced, and the skin is soft and elastic; the shea butter contains abundant glyceric acid and protein, and has the effects of resisting aging, removing wrinkles, whitening and moisturizing; the glycerin has the effects of supplementing water, preserving moisture and locking water, and can regulate the grease secretion of the skin; the behenyl alcohol can moisten the skin, so that the skin is smooth, and meanwhile, the behenyl alcohol can play roles in emulsification and thickening; the glyceryl behenate can keep the skin moist; lecithin has excellent hydrophilicity and lipophilicity, can increase skin glossiness, and has effects of keeping moisture and resisting oxidation; vitamin E has effects of locking water, keeping moisture, removing wrinkle, and promoting skin absorption of lotion; the sunflower seed oil has anti-inflammatory effect and can promote skin wound healing; the cetyl alcohol has the emulsification effect, can facilitate the smearing of the emulsion, and is also helpful for the emulsion to permeate into the skin and absorb the emulsion; the xanthan gum has the effects of moisturizing, lubricating skin, resisting aging and removing wrinkles; polylysine has certain bactericidal capacity and thermal stability, can inhibit the proliferation of bacteria, can effectively inhibit the further generation of acne, and has the function of moisture preservation; the lemon balm leaf extract can balance skin oil secretion, reduce the possibility of further generation of acne caused by excessive oil secretion, promote skin cell regeneration and increase skin elasticity; the phenoxyethanol has certain antibacterial and antiseptic effects, and is beneficial to the stable storage of the emulsion; the ethylhexyl glycerin has certain moisturizing effect, can keep the skin moist, has certain antiseptic effect, and can increase the storage stability of the emulsion. Through the synergistic cooperation of the components, the acne removing emulsion has a relatively good acne removing effect, is high in mildness and low in irritation, and is not easy to cause allergic phenomena such as skin erythema, stabbing pain and pruritus after long-term use.
In a specific embodiment, the composition is prepared from the following raw materials in 100 parts by weight: 6-8 parts of dioctyl ether, 6-8 parts of coconut oil alcohol-caprylate/caprate, 5-6 parts of shea butter, 3-4 parts of glycerol, 1-2 parts of behenyl alcohol, 1-2 parts of glycerol behenate, 0.5-1 part of lecithin, 0.2-0.3 part of vitamin E, 0.3-0.5 part of sunflower seed oil, 0.1-0.5 part of cetyl alcohol, 0.1-0.5 part of xanthan gum, 0.1-0.5 part of polylysine, 0.8-1 part of lemon pekoe extract, 0.5-0.7 part of phenoxyethanol, 0.3-0.5 part of ethylhexyl glycerol and the balance of deionized water.
In a specific embodiment, the composition is prepared from the following raw materials in 100 parts by weight: 6 parts of dioctyl ether, 6 parts of coconut oil alcohol-caprylate/caprate, 5 parts of shea butter, 3 parts of glycerol, 2 parts of behenyl alcohol, 1 part of glycerol behenate, 1 part of lecithin, 0.2 part of vitamin E, 0.5 part of sunflower seed oil, 0.1 part of cetyl alcohol, 0.3 part of xanthan gum, 0.5 part of polylysine, 1 part of lemon balm leaf extract, 0.51 part of phenoxyethanol, 0.36 part of ethylhexyl glycerol and the balance of deionized water.
By adopting the technical scheme, the specific range and the specific proportion are selected, so that the synergistic effect among the components is optimal, and the lotion is favorable for exerting a better acne removing effect.
In a specific embodiment, the composition further comprises 1-2 parts by weight of nicotinic acid, 1-2 parts by weight of eugenol and 0.5-1 part by weight of ligusticum chuanxiong hort extract.
By adopting the technical scheme, the nicotinic acid can expand blood vessels to a certain extent, and can promote deep skin to absorb the lotion after the lotion is absorbed; the ligusticum chuanxiong hort extract can expand blood vessels to a certain extent and promote deep skin to absorb lotion; eugenol can promote skin to absorb lotion, so that the lotion can penetrate into skin surface layer, the three components are effectively combined, so that the skin can effectively absorb the lotion, and the lotion can exert a better acne removing effect.
In a specific embodiment, the ligusticum chuanxiong hort extract is prepared by the following method:
reflux-extracting rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong with 95% ethanol for 80-100min for 3-4 times, mixing filtrates, and concentrating under reduced pressure to obtain extract;
dissolving the extract in water, filtering and eluting with macroporous adsorbent resin and 30% ethanol, mixing eluates, removing ethanol under reduced pressure, and vacuum drying to obtain rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong extract.
By adopting the technical scheme, the effective components in the ligusticum chuanxiong hort can be fully extracted.
In a specific embodiment, the composition further comprises 0.2-0.5 parts by weight of oroxylum indicum extract, 0.2-0.5 parts by weight of rabdosia rubescens extract, 0.2-0.5 parts by weight of calyx seu fructus physalis extract and 0.2-0.5 parts by weight of phellodendron amurense extract.
By adopting the technical scheme, the oroxylum indicum extract has an anti-inflammatory effect and can improve and eliminate skin inflammation; the rabdosia rubescens extract has anti-inflammatory and bactericidal effects, and simultaneously has a certain blood vessel dilating effect, so that the skin can absorb the lotion; the calyx seu fructus physalis extract has antibacterial and antiinflammatory effects, can inhibit bacterial proliferation, and simultaneously can slow down skin inflammation, and is helpful for improving and treating acne; cortex Phellodendri extract has effects of removing toxic substance, treating sore, and resisting inflammation, and can resist pathogenic microorganism; through the matching of the components, the anti-inflammatory and bactericidal effects of the emulsion can be improved, the skin inflammation can be further improved and eliminated, and the treatment effect of the emulsion on acne can be improved.
In a second aspect, the application provides a preparation method of the acne-removing emulsion, which adopts the following technical scheme:
a preparation method of the acne-removing emulsion comprises the following steps:
s1, adding dioctyl ether, coconut oil alcohol-caprylate or coconut oil alcohol-caprylate, shea butter, behenyl alcohol, glyceryl behenate, lecithin, vitamin E, sunflower seed oil and cetyl alcohol into an oil phase stirring pot according to a ratio, heating to dissolve, and uniformly mixing to obtain an oil phase liquid substance;
s2, adding deionized water into the main pot, heating to 75-80 ℃, adding the uniformly mixed glycerol and xanthan gum treatment solution while stirring, and keeping the temperature for 15-17min;
s3, adding the oil-phase liquid material into the main pot, and homogenizing; cooling to 45-50 deg.C, adding polylysine, citrobacter pekoe extract, phenoxyethanol and ethylhexyl glycerol, and stirring; cooling to room temperature, discharging to obtain the acne-removing emulsion.
By adopting the technical scheme, the raw material components are respectively mixed according to the oil phase and the water phase, which is beneficial to uniformly mixing the raw material components, so that the emulsion can effectively exert the effect of treating acne.
In a specific embodiment, in step S3, homogenizing at 2800rpm for 10 minutes, and after homogenization, maintaining the temperature for 15-17min.
By adopting the technical scheme, the oil phase liquid can be broken into small liquid drops, so that the raw materials with the emulsification effect can wrap the oil phase into fine emulsified particles, and the emulsion is favorably stably stored and absorbed.
In summary, the present application has the following beneficial effects:
1. the acne-removing lotion prepared by selecting specific raw material components is high in mildness and low in irritation, has a better acne-removing effect, and is not easy to generate allergic phenomena such as skin erythema, stabbing pain and pruritus after being used for a long time.
2. The cooperation of nicotinic acid, eugenol and ligusticum chuanxiong hort extract is utilized to this application for skin surface layer and deep homoenergetic effectively absorb emulsion, make the play acne removing effect that emulsion can be better.
3. According to the application, the anti-inflammatory and bacteriostatic effects of the lotion are improved by means of the oroxylum indicum extract, the rabdosia rubescens extract, the calyx seu fructus physalis extract and the cortex phellodendri extract, the inflammation of the skin is improved and eliminated, the proliferation of bacteria is inhibited, and the acne removing effect of the lotion is integrally improved.

The present application will be described in further detail with reference to examples.
Oroxylum indicum extract is purchased from watson biotechnology in the present application; rabdosia rubescens extract was purchased from three-country biological products; calyx seu fructus physalis extract is purchased from Shaanxi Sinuote biotechnology; phellodendron extract was purchased from sienna aprezetil bioengineering.
Preparation examples of raw materials
Preparation example 1
The preparation method of the ligusticum chuanxiong hort extract comprises the following steps:
putting the ligusticum wallichii decoction pieces into 95% ethanol with the weight 8 times of that of the ligusticum wallichii decoction pieces, performing reflux extraction for 3 times, performing 90min each time, combining filtrates, and performing reduced pressure concentration to obtain an extract;
dissolving the extract in 2 times of water, heating for dissolving, performing suction filtration, collecting filtrate, passing the filtrate through a macroporous adsorption resin column, eluting with 30% ethanol, collecting eluate, removing ethanol under reduced pressure, and vacuum drying the residue to obtain rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong extract.

Example 1
Every 1000g of acne-removing emulsion is prepared from the following raw materials: 20g of dioctyl ether, 20g of coconut oil alcohol-caprylate/caprate, 20g of shea butter, 10g of glycerol, 1g of behenyl alcohol, 1g of glycerol behenate, 1g of cetyl alcohol, 1g of xanthan gum and the balance of deionized water.
The acne-removing emulsion is prepared by adopting the following method:
s1, weighing dioctyl ether, coconut oil alcohol-caprylate/caprate, shea butter, behenyl alcohol, glyceryl behenate and cetyl alcohol, adding the materials into an oil phase stirring pot, heating to 75 ℃, and stirring to dissolve to obtain an oil phase liquid material;
s2, adding deionized water into the main pot, heating to 75 ℃, then adding the treatment fluid of the glycerol and the xanthan gum which are uniformly mixed in advance at the rotating speed of 20rpm, and keeping the temperature for 15min;
and S3, adding the oil-phase liquid substances in the step S1 into the main pot in the step S2, homogenizing at the rotating speed of 2800rpm for 10min, preserving the heat for 15min after the homogenization is finished, cooling to room temperature, and discharging to obtain the acne-removing emulsion.
Example 2
Every 1000g of acne-removing emulsion is prepared from the following raw materials: 50g of dioctyl ether, 50g of coconut oil alcohol-caprylate/caprate, 50g of shea butter, 30g of glycerol, 20g of behenyl alcohol, 20g of glycerol behenate, 10g of cetyl alcohol, 10g of xanthan gum and the balance of deionized water.
The acne-removing emulsion is prepared by adopting the following method:
s1, weighing dioctyl ether, coconut oil alcohol-caprylate/caprate, shea butter, behenyl alcohol, glyceryl behenate and cetyl alcohol, adding the materials into an oil phase stirring pot, heating the oil phase stirring pot to 80 ℃, and stirring the materials to dissolve the materials to obtain an oil phase liquid material;
s2, adding deionized water into the main pot, heating to 80 ℃, then adding the treatment fluid of the glycerol and the xanthan gum which are uniformly mixed in advance at the rotating speed of 30rpm, and keeping the temperature for 17min;
and S3, adding the oil-phase liquid material in the step S1 into the main pot in the step S2, homogenizing at the rotating speed of 2800rpm for 10min, preserving heat for 15min after homogenizing is finished, cooling, and discharging to obtain the acne-removing emulsion.
Example 3
An acne-removing emulsion, each 1000g of which is prepared from the following raw materials: 80g of dioctyl ether, 80g of coconut oil alcohol-caprylate/caprate, 80g of shea butter, 50g of glycerol, 40g of behenyl alcohol, 30g of glycerol behenate, 20g of cetyl alcohol, 20g of xanthan gum and the balance of deionized water.
The preparation method of the acne-removing emulsion in the embodiment is the same as that in the embodiment 1.
Example 4
Every 1000g of acne-removing emulsion is prepared from the following raw materials: 20g of dioctyl ether, 20g of coconut oil alcohol-caprylate/caprate, 20g of shea butter, 10g of glycerol, 1g of behenyl alcohol, 1g of glycerol behenate, 1g of cetyl alcohol, 1g of xanthan gum, 2g of lecithin, 10g of vitamin E, 2g of sunflower seed oil, 1g of polylysine, 5g of lemon pekoe extract, 5g of phenoxyethanol, 3g of ethylhexyl glycerol and the balance of deionized water.
The acne-removing emulsion is prepared by the following method:
s1, weighing dioctyl ether, coconut oil alcohol-caprylic acid ester/caprate, shea butter, behenyl alcohol, glyceryl behenate, lecithin, vitamin E, sunflower seed oil and cetyl alcohol, adding into an oil phase stirring pot, heating to 75 ℃, and stirring for dissolving to obtain an oil phase liquid substance;
s2, adding deionized water into the main pot, heating to 75 ℃, then adding the treatment fluid of the glycerol and the xanthan gum which are uniformly mixed in advance at the rotating speed of 20rpm, and keeping the temperature for 15min;

The preparation method of the acne-removing emulsion in the embodiment is the same as that in the embodiment 4.

The preparation method of the acne-removing emulsion in the embodiment is the same as that in the embodiment 4.
Example 7
Every 1000g of acne-removing emulsion is prepared from the following raw materials: 70g of dioctyl ether, 70g of coconut oil alcohol-caprylate/caprate, 60g of shea butter, 40g of glycerol, 30g of behenyl alcohol, 20g of glycerol behenate, 10g of cetyl alcohol, 10g of xanthan gum, 20g of lecithin, 3g of vitamin E, 7g of sunflower seed oil, 7g of polylysine, 5g of lemon balm leaf extract, 7g of phenoxyethanol, 5g of ethylhexyl glycerol and the balance of deionized water.
The preparation method of the acne-removing emulsion in the embodiment is the same as that in the embodiment 4.
Example 8
Every 1000g of acne-removing emulsion is prepared from the following raw materials: 80g of dioctyl ether, 80g of coconut oil alcohol-caprylate/caprate, 80g of shea butter, 50g of glycerol, 40g of behenyl alcohol, 30g of glycerol behenate, 20g of cetyl alcohol, 20g of xanthan gum, 20g of lecithin, 7g of vitamin E, 1g of sunflower seed oil, 10g of polylysine, 20g of lemon balm leaf extract, 10g of phenoxyethanol, 10g of ethylhexyl glycerol and the balance of deionized water.
The preparation method of the acne-removing emulsion in the embodiment is the same as that in the embodiment 4.
Example 9
The difference between this example and example 4 is only that the raw materials further comprise 10g of nicotinic acid, 10g of eugenol and 5g of ligusticum chuanxiong hort extract.
Example 10
The difference between this example and example 4 is only that the raw materials further comprise 20g of nicotinic acid, 20g of eugenol and 10g of ligusticum chuanxiong hort extract.

The difference between this example and example 9 is that the raw materials further comprise 2g of oroxylum indicum extract, 2g of rabdosia rubescens extract, 2g of calyx seu fructus physalis extract and 2g of phellodendron amurense extract.

Performance test
In the first test, the acne-removing emulsion in each embodiment and each proportion is detected by referring to GB/T29665-2013 skin-care emulsion and cosmetic safety technical specification, and the detection results all meet the relevant requirements.
And secondly, selecting 105 healthy adult white rabbits, randomly dividing the rabbits into 21 groups, wherein one group is a blank group, the other groups are test groups, molding all the white rabbits, and specifically, smearing 0.3mL of oleic acid in the range of 2.5cm x 2.5cm at the openings of the ear tubes on the inner sides of the left external auditory canal and the right external auditory canal of the white rabbits once a day for 13 consecutive days, wherein the hair follicles of the ear of the rabbit smeared with the oleic acid are raised to be papuloid, which shows that the acne model is successfully built.
The acne removing lotion in each example and each proportion is respectively smeared on the acne positions of rabbit ears in a test group, 0.5mL of normal saline is smeared once a day each time, the blank group is correspondingly smeared with the same amount of normal saline for 30 days continuously, the change of the rabbit ears in each group is recorded and observed every day, the treatment effect of the acne removing lotion in each group is scored on the 3 rd day, the 7 th day, the 10 th day, the 15 th day, the 20 th day and the 30 th day of the drug administration, and the average value of each group is taken.
Scoring criteria for therapeutic effect:
and 5, dividing: the rabbit ear skin returns smooth and the surface blemishes disappear completely or basically.
And 4, dividing: the rabbit ear skin returns to be flat, spots are still remained on the surface, and the spots can be seen by naked eyes.
And 3, dividing: the rabbit ears have spots on the surface and have concave-convex feeling when touched by hands.
And 2, dividing: the rabbit ears still have acne on the surface, but have no redness and fever.
1 minute: the rabbit ears still have acne on the surface, and still have redness and fever.

As can be seen from Table 1, after 30 days of administration, the ears of the rabbits in the test group are completely smooth and the acne disappears, and the rabbit ears of the rabbits which are normal in the test group are not heated, reddened and swelled for 15 days, which indicates that no allergy phenomenon occurs.
With reference to table 1, compared with the blank group and comparative examples 1 to 8, the acne on the surface of the rabbit ear in example 1 disappears and only scars are left after 15 days of administration, the surface of the rabbit ear returns to be flat after 20 days of administration, the surface of the rabbit ear returns to be smooth and the scars disappear after 30 days of administration, and the acne-removing emulsion prepared by referring to the raw material components disclosed in the application can effectively improve and eliminate the acne, is not easy to generate irritability such as prick pain, erythema, pruritus and the like after long-term use, and shows that the acne-removing emulsion has higher mildness and lower irritation.
Referring to example 1, example 4 to example 8, the rabbit ears in example 1 recovered relatively slowly, which indicates that the acne removing effect of the acne-removing lotion can be further improved by adding lecithin, vitamin E, sunflower seed oil, polylysine, lemon balm leaf extract, phenoxyethanol and ethylhexyl glycerol, and no allergic phenomenon is found in the rabbit ears after long-term use, indicating that the acne-removing lotion still has excellent mildness and low irritation.
Referring to example 4, example 9 and example 10, the rabbit ears recover faster in example 9 and example 10, and analysis shows that the addition of nicotinic acid, eugenol and ligusticum chuanxiong hort extract can promote the penetration of the acne-removing lotion into the skin, and help the skin surface layer and deep layer to absorb the acne-removing lotion, so that the acne-removing lotion can better and faster exert the acne-removing effect.
Referring to example 9, example 11 and example 12, and the rabbit ears recovered faster in example 11 and example 12, it was analyzed that the addition of oroxylum indicum extract, rabdosia rubescens extract, calyx seu fructus physalis extract and phellodendron amurense extract enhanced the anti-inflammatory bactericidal effect of the pox-clearing lotion, so that the pox-clearing lotion enhanced the anti-acne effect, thereby showing that the rabbit ears recovered faster.

The acne-removing emulsion is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in 100 parts by weight: 2-8 parts of dioctyl ether, 2-8 parts of coconut oil alcohol-caprylate/caprate, 2-8 parts of shea butter, 1-5 parts of glycerol, 0.1-4 parts of behenyl alcohol, 0.1-3 parts of glycerol behenate, 0-2 parts of lecithin, 0-1 part of vitamin E, 0-1 part of sunflower seed oil, 0.1-2 parts of cetyl alcohol, 0.1-2 parts of xanthan gum, 0-1 part of polylysine, 0-2 parts of lemon balm extract, 0-1 part of phenoxyethanol, 0-1 part of ethylhexyl glycerol and the balance of deionized water.

The acne-removing emulsion according to claim 1, which is prepared from the following raw materials in 100 parts by weight: 6-8 parts of dioctyl ether, 6-8 parts of coconut oil alcohol-caprylate/caprate, 5-6 parts of shea butter, 3-4 parts of glycerol, 1-2 parts of behenyl alcohol, 1-2 parts of glycerol behenate, 0.5-1 part of lecithin, 0.2-0.3 part of vitamin E, 0.3-0.5 part of sunflower seed oil, 0.1-0.5 part of cetyl alcohol, 0.1-0.5 part of xanthan gum, 0.1-0.5 part of polylysine, 0.8-1 part of lemon pekoe extract, 0.5-0.7 part of phenoxyethanol, 0.3-0.5 part of ethylhexyl glycerol and the balance of deionized water.

The pox-removing emulsion according to claim 2, wherein: the health-care food is prepared from the following raw materials in 100 parts by weight: 6 parts of dioctyl ether, 6 parts of coconut oil alcohol-caprylate/caprate, 5 parts of shea butter, 3 parts of glycerol, 2 parts of behenyl alcohol, 1 part of glycerol behenate, 1 part of lecithin, 0.2 part of vitamin E, 0.5 part of sunflower seed oil, 0.1 part of cetyl alcohol, 0.3 part of xanthan gum, 0.5 part of polylysine, 1 part of lemon balm leaf extract, 0.51 part of phenoxyethanol, 0.36 part of ethylhexyl glycerol and the balance of deionized water.
4. The pox-removing emulsion according to claim 1, wherein: also comprises 1-2 parts of nicotinic acid, 1-2 parts of eugenol and 0.5-1 part of ligusticum chuanxiong hort extract.
5. The pox-removing emulsion according to claim 4, wherein: the ligusticum chuanxiong hort extract is prepared by the following method:
reflux-extracting rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong with 95% ethanol for 80-100min for 3-4 times, mixing filtrates, and concentrating under reduced pressure to obtain extract;
dissolving the extract in water, filtering and eluting with macroporous adsorbent resin and 30% ethanol, mixing eluates, removing ethanol under reduced pressure, and vacuum drying to obtain rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong extract.

s3, adding the oil-phase liquid material into the main pot, and homogenizing; cooling to 45-50 deg.C, adding polylysine, citrobacter pekoe extract, phenoxyethanol and ethylhexyl glycerol, and stirring; cooling to room temperature, discharging to obtain the acne-removing emulsion.
8. The method for preparing a acne-removing emulsion according to claim 7, wherein the emulsion comprises the following components by weight: in step S3, homogenizing at 2800rpm for 10 minutes, and keeping the temperature for 15-17min after homogenizing.
