the barrel removing assembly comprises a turnover device, one side of the turnover device is the paper barrel conveying line, and the other side of the turnover device is the material conveying line.

the cutting module comprises a rotating shaft, a cutting knife, a cutting shaft, a fixed shaft, a sucking disc and a three-shaft cylinder, wherein the rotating shaft, the cutting knife, the cutting shaft, the fixed shaft, the sucking disc and the three-shaft cylinder are arranged right above the material conveying line;
the fixed shaft is fixed above the paper barrel conveying line through a rack; the top end of the fixed shaft is in transmission connection with the three-axis cylinder to realize movement along an X axis, a Y axis and a Z axis, and the bottom end of the fixed shaft is provided with the sucker; the two cutting shafts are symmetrically arranged by taking the fixed shaft as a center and are fixedly connected with the fixed shaft through a rotating shaft; the bottom end of each cutting shaft is provided with one cutting knife.

a cover opening component 3 is arranged on one side, close to the feeding end, of the paper barrel conveying line 2; the discharge end of the paper barrel conveying line 2 is provided with a barrel removing assembly 4;
the barrel removing assembly 4 comprises a turnover device 44, one side of the turnover device 44 is a paper barrel conveying line 2, and the other side of the turnover device 44 is a material conveying line 5.
In this embodiment, two opposite sides of the frame 1 are respectively provided with an automatic lifting door plate 11; two door plant 11 are located the feed inlet of paper bucket transfer chain 2 and the discharge gate position of material transfer chain 5 respectively.

The feed inlet of the paper barrel conveying line 2 can be in butt joint with other conveying lines, and when the paper barrel needs to be fed, the first telescopic cylinder 13 drives the door plate 11 positioned on one side of the feed end of the paper barrel conveying line 2 to be opened; after the process is finished, the door plate 11 on one side of the discharging end of the material conveying line 5 is opened, an isolation protection effect is achieved, and meanwhile the orderly process is guaranteed.
In the present embodiment, the door opening assembly 3 includes a cutting module and a fixing module;
the fixing module comprises barrel clamping cylinders 31 arranged at two sides of the paper barrel conveying line 2, and an arc-shaped positioning plate 32 is fixed at the end part of a piston rod of each barrel clamping cylinder 31; the cutting module comprises a rotating shaft 34, a cutting knife 35, a cutting shaft 36, a fixed shaft 37, a suction cup 38 and a three-shaft cylinder 33 which are arranged right above the paper barrel conveying line 2; the fixed shaft 37 is fixed right above the paper barrel conveying line 2 through the frame 1; the top end of the fixed shaft 37 is in transmission connection with the three-axis cylinder 33 to realize movement along the X axis, the Y axis and the Z axis, and the bottom end of the fixed shaft 37 is provided with a sucker 38; the two cutting shafts 36 are symmetrically arranged with the fixed shaft 37 as the center and fixedly connected with the fixed shaft 37 through the rotating shaft 34; the bottom end of each cutting shaft 36 is provided with a cutting knife 35.
After a paper barrel is fed to the lower portion of the cover opening assembly 3 through the paper barrel conveying line 2, the barrel clamping cylinder 31 drives the arc-shaped positioning plate 32 to clamp the paper barrel, then the three-shaft cylinder 33 drives the fixing shaft 37 to move right above the paper barrel, the cutting driving cutting device integrally moves towards the barrel cover direction, the cutting shaft 36 drives the cutting knife 35 to rotate and cut, therefore, the barrel cover is cut off, after the cutting is completed, the sucking disc 38 at the end portion of the fixing shaft 37 adsorbs the cut barrel cover, and the barrel cover is moved out through the driving of the three-circumference cylinder.
In the present embodiment, the doffing assembly 4 comprises two clamping arms 41, a vibrating device 42, a vibrating platform 43 and a turnover device 44;
the two clamping arms 41 are arranged on two opposite sides of the vibration platform 43, the vibration platform 43 is in transmission connection with the vibration device 42, the bottom of the vibration platform 43 is movably connected with the upright bearing seat 45 through the turnover device 44, and the upright bearing seat 45 is arranged between the paper barrel conveying line 2 and the material conveying line 5; and the two second telescopic cylinders are connected with the frame 1 and the vibration platform 43.

the fixed shaft is fixed above the paper barrel conveying line through a rack; the top end of the fixed shaft is in transmission connection with the three-axis cylinder to realize movement along an X axis, a Y axis and a Z axis, and the bottom end of the fixed shaft is provided with the sucker; the two cutting shafts are symmetrically arranged by taking the fixed shaft as a center and are fixedly connected with the fixed shaft through a rotating shaft; the bottom end of each cutting shaft is provided with one cutting knife.
