Background
A ton bag is a flexible transport packaging container. Has the advantages of moisture resistance, dust prevention, radiation resistance, firmness and safety, and has enough strength in structure. The ton bag is matched with a crane or a forklift to realize single-bag transportation. At present, the unloading mode of the ton bag can be only carried out through hoisting equipment and a forklift, the mode needs corresponding equipment, and the working efficiency is low. If the chemical product is unloaded, this mode has potential harm to the workman of unloading.
Present ton bag unloading equipment mostly needs to hang the ton bag after through semi-automatic upset, needs the operation of many workers, nevertheless workman's working strength still does not reduce, and unsuitable production that becomes more meticulous also can not continuously guarantee certain discharge speed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a ton bag unloading trolley which can realize automatic unloading, improve the unloading speed and reduce the labor cost and the labor intensity.
In order to realize the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:

The turnover mechanism is arranged on the supporting plates on two sides of the vehicle body, the rotating shaft of the turnover mechanism is perpendicular to the supporting plates and extends to the middle of the vehicle body, the turnover frame is arranged between the two rotating shafts, and the turnover frame is provided with a ton bag clamping mechanism and a ton bag necking mechanism.
The section of the roll-over stand is U-shaped, the clamping mechanism is two parallel extrusion plates, the extrusion plates are arranged in parallel with two side plates of the roll-over stand, the rear ends of the extrusion plates are fixed on the roll-over stand through a pressing mechanism, and the ton bag is placed on the bottom plate of the roll-over stand and is driven by the pressing mechanism to move towards the middle part to clamp the ton bag.
The upper part of the roll-over stand is provided with a vertical moving device, the vertical moving device is provided with a ton bag necking mechanism, the vertical upper part of a ton bag is provided with two arc plates to form a cylindrical unloading guide cylinder, the outer side surface of each arc plate is provided with a first telescopic mechanism fixed on the upper part of the vertical moving device, the middle part of each arc plate is provided with a T-shaped body of the ton bag necking mechanism, the vertical edge of each T-shaped body is outwards led out from the middle part of each arc plate and is connected with a second telescopic mechanism, the second telescopic mechanism is fixed on the upper part of the vertical moving device, and the transverse edges of the two T-shaped bodies are arranged horizontally and parallelly.
The turnover mechanism further comprises a speed reducing motor fixed on the supporting plate, and an output shaft of the speed reducing motor is the rotating shaft.
And a dust removing mechanism is further arranged on one side of the vehicle body and comprises an inclined dust collecting pipe, the dust collecting pipe inclines from a supporting plate of the vehicle body to the middle part of the vehicle body, a dust collecting opening is not interfered with the turnover mechanism, and the upper part of the dust collecting pipe is connected with a dust collecting system.
The manipulator is four at least groups, and four groups of manipulators are evenly distributed around the bottom of the roll-over stand.
The manipulator is a crossed manipulator, the front end of the manipulator is a crossed clamping arm, the middle part of the crossed clamping arm is hinged at the bottom of the roll-over stand, the rear end of the crossed clamping arm is connected with the linear driving mechanism,
the invention has the advantages that;
the invention is provided with the guide wheel to run in the track, is suitable for the production line in use and realizes remote control movement;
the turnover mechanism provided by the invention can simultaneously clamp the bag body of the ton bag, clamp the opening part of the ton bag, guide discharging and circularly change hands and clear the bottom by a plurality of mechanical arms, so that the unmanned turnover discharging in the discharging process is realized, the discharging efficiency is improved, and the manual use is reduced.

Detailed Description
The invention relates to a ton bag unloading trolley which comprises a trolley body and a turnover frame, wherein the trolley body moves along a track, the turnover frame is used for fixing ton bags, the turnover frame is arranged on the trolley body and is used for fixing the ton bags, a material discharging channel in the ton bags is arranged on the trolley body at the lower part of the turnover frame, the turnover frame is fixed by the turnover mechanisms arranged on two sides of the trolley body and drives the turnover frame, a ton bag clamping mechanism is arranged on the turnover frame, and a manipulator for grabbing the lower parts of the ton bags is arranged at the lower parts of the turnover frames.
The lower part of the vehicle body is provided with guide wheel sets which are symmetrical pairwise, the guide wheel sets move along the track, and the guide wheel sets are provided with driving motors which drive the guide wheel sets to drive the vehicle body to move on the track. The feeding trolley provided with the ton bag is driven to a storage bin needing feeding, the ton bag is clamped tightly by an extrusion plate of the feeding trolley, the manipulator grasps four positions at the bottom of the ton bag, a first telescopic mechanism of the ton bag top control arc plate aligns two arc plates to form a whole circle as a discharging guide cylinder, and meanwhile, a T-shaped body of a second telescopic mechanism clamps a ton bag opening tightly. After all actions are completed, the turnover mechanism of the feeding trolley drives the extrusion plate to turn the ton bag, the discharging guide cylinder guides the ton bag to be aligned with the bin opening, the discharging guide cylinder extends into the bin feed port through the up-down moving device, meanwhile, the dust suction pipe front end flexible connection on the feeding trolley is connected with and compacted by the dust removal port of the bin, the gate valve of the dust removal port on the bin is opened, the dust removal motor on the feeding trolley operates, the gate valve of the bin feed port is opened immediately, the T-shaped body of the second telescopic mechanism retracts at the moment, the ton bag opening is opened, and materials in the ton bag are poured into the bin.
When the materials in the ton bag are not much left, one of the mechanical hands at the bottom of the ton bag is loosened and then grasped, and the rest of the mechanical hands perform the actions in sequence. After the unloading is finished, the T-shaped body of the second telescopic mechanism of the bin opening extends out again to squeeze the ton bag opening, the ton bag opening is clamped tightly, the air cylinder of the up-and-down moving device operates, and the necking mechanism is retracted to the original position. The feeding trolley overturns to the initial position again, the dust removal mechanism withdraws the flexible connection, the gate valve of the dust removal opening on the storage bin is closed, the same gate valve of the storage bin feeding opening is also closed, the storage bin is sealed, the gate valve is closed by the dust removal opening on the same storage bin under the action of the air cylinder, the feeding trolley moves to the feeding position of the ton bag, and the empty ton bag is sent back to enter the next ton bag discharging process.
