Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of hair care products, and particularly relates to anti-hair loss shampoo and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the accelerated pace of life, the pressure of life of people is high, people often work overtime, stay up all night, and the life is irregular, so that health problems are caused, the hair quality is influenced, and the problems of poor hair quality, dryness, easy shedding and the like are often caused. The normal hair loss is the hair in the catagen and telogen phases, and the normal amount of hair can be maintained because the hair entering the catagen phase and the hair newly entering the anagen phase are constantly in dynamic balance. Pathological alopecia refers to abnormal or excessive hair loss, and has many causes, and pathological alopecia is a common skin disease and can cause alopecia symptoms such as seborrheic alopecia, premature alopecia, baldness, alopecia areata, alopecia totalis and the like. Alopecia has a great influence on the overall appearance of people, psychological and physiological problems can be derived, and the normal life of the people suffering from alopecia can be seriously influenced.
The root causes of alopecia are unhealthy scalp, pore blockage, atrophy and degeneration of hair follicles, and cells in the hair follicles shrink and even die due to excessive secretion of grease, hair pore blockage and the like, so that the hair follicles can not absorb nutrients of surrounding hair, and the hair can not grow. Under normal conditions, the hair papilla in the hair follicle has abundant capillary vessels, and can absorb nutrients necessary for hair growth from blood to ensure the normal growth of the hair. The hair can be about 50-100 hairs lost per day due to metabolism, but the whole quantity of the hairs is not affected. However, due to the excessive secretion of sebaceous glands, the blockage of pores, etc., the environment for normal hair growth is damaged, so that the hair cannot grow normally, and phenomena such as alopecia, hair breakage, etc. occur.
At present, the medicines for treating alopecia and growing hair on the market are more and more, and because the research on the reasons of alopecia is not thorough, the existing alopecia-stopping and growing medicines cannot treat both symptoms and root causes, not only has high price, but also has the problems of easy relapse and non-ideal effect after stopping the medicines.
Chinese patent CN111714429A discloses an anti-hair loss shampoo, which comprises the following substances in parts by weight: 30-42 parts of water, 4-12 parts of sodium lauroamphoacetate, 3-12 parts of lauryl hydroxy sulfobetaine, 4-11 parts of sodium methyl cocoyl taurate, 2-12 parts of potassium cocoyl glycinate, 1-8 parts of sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, 0.1-1 part of butanediol, 0.1-2 parts of a ginger root extract, 0.3-2.5 parts of a ginseng root extract, 0.3-1.5 parts of a rhizoma anemarrhenae root extract, 0.1-1 part of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.5-1 part of a angelica root extract, 0.3-1.8 parts of a polygonum multiflorum root extract and the like. The invention can improve scalp blood circulation, inhibit hair from being damaged by external environment, and prevent alopecia. However, the shampoo does not have the effects of cleaning pores and reducing oil on the scalp, and cannot solve the problem of hair loss caused by pore blockage.
Therefore, the anti-hair loss shampoo has the effects of cleaning pores, reducing scalp oil, resisting damage, repairing scalp and the like, and has important significance in solving the problems in the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the defects of the prior art, one of the purposes of the invention is to provide the anti-hair loss shampoo, which can effectively clean pores, reduce oil on the scalp, resist damage and repair the scalp, thereby achieving the anti-hair loss effect.
In order to achieve the purpose, the specific technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
the anti-hair loss shampoo comprises the following components in percentage by weight:

Test examples
Test one: alopecia preventing effect
The hair loss prevention shampoo prepared in the examples and the comparative examples selects 70 hair loss patients with age of 20-60 years and no other diseases for evaluating the hair washing effect, namely 60 men and 12 women.
The test method comprises the following steps: the anti-hair loss shampoos prepared in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were used to randomly divide 72 hair loss patients into six groups of 12 patients, 10 male patients and 2 female patients. Before trial, the condition of the health condition of the hair is tracked, so that a bald person combs the hair through 10 times by using a provided standard oak comb before washing the hair in each trial, the number of the hair falling in each time is recorded, the tracking is continued for 3 months, and the test result is shown in table 1.
In the product trial process, the testee is required to wash the hair once every two days, the anti-hair loss shampoo is kept on the hair for 3 minutes and is properly massaged, and then the hair is washed clean by water.
TABLE 1 alopecia before and after use by alopecia patients
As can be seen from table 1, the average daily hair loss amount is significantly reduced after the anti-hair loss shampoos of examples 1 to 3 are used, and the average daily hair loss amount is less than 100 after 28 days of continuous use, which falls within the range of normal hair loss, and thus, the anti-hair loss shampoo of the present invention has an excellent anti-hair loss effect. Wherein the hair loss preventing effect is optimal when the weight ratio of the glycerol to the chlorella extract to the tetrahydro-methyl pyrimidine carboxylic acid is 6:3: 1; example 2 the alopecia preventing effect was slightly reduced due to the adjustment of the weight ratio of glycerin, chlorella extract and tetrahydro-methylpyrimidine carboxylic acid and the reduction of the amounts of piroctone olamine and o-cymene-5-ol. By comparing comparative example 1 and example 1, it can be found that the weight percentages of piroctone olamine salt and o-cymene-5-ol are reduced and the anti-falling effect is remarkably reduced. Comparing comparative example 2 with example 1, it can be found that the addition of the use amounts of piroctone olamine, o-cymene-5-ol and chlorella extract in comparative example 2 is not favorable for the balance of scalp flora due to excessive oil control and sterilization, is not favorable for scalp health after long-term use, and is likely to cause alopecia; meanwhile, the anti-dropping agent does not contain tetrahydro-methyl pyrimidine carboxylic acid, so that the barrier function of the anti-dropping agent is weakened, the anti-damage effect is poor, and the anti-dropping effect is obviously reduced. Generally, the hair loss treatment effect is better when the dosage of the plant essential oil is increased, however, when the dosage of the plant essential oil exceeds a proper content, as in comparative example 3, the dosage of the essential oil is increased, and the solvent is also increased in a proper proportion, so that shampoo is easy to remain, hair follicle blockage is caused, the hair is burdened, and the hair loss is aggravated.
And (2) test II: oil index detection
The hair loss prevention shampoo prepared in the examples and the comparative examples selects 72 hair loss patients with age of 20-60 years and no other diseases for evaluating the hair washing effect, namely 60 men and 12 women.
The test method comprises the following steps: 72 hair loss patients were randomly divided into six groups of 12 persons each, 10 persons for male and 2 persons for female, and the hair loss prevention shampoos prepared in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were used for 1 month, respectively. Corresponding oil index was measured on the top hairline and forehead of 72 hair loss patients by CK skin tester, and the results of the oil index are shown in Table 2.
TABLE 2 fat index before and after use for alopecia patients
As can be seen from table 2, after the anti-hair-loss shampoo of examples 1 to 3 is used, the grease indexes of the forehead and the top hair curl positions are significantly reduced, which indicates that the anti-hair-loss shampoo of the present invention has a good oil control effect. By comparing comparative example 1 with example 1, it was found that the weight percentage of piroctone olamine salt and o-cymene-5-ol was reduced in comparative example 1, the oil control effect was deteriorated, and the grease index was increased. Comparing comparative example 2 with example 1, it can be seen that comparative example 2 increased the amounts of piroctone olamine, o-cymene-5-ol and chlorella vulgaris extract, resulting in excessive oil control and sterilization, and although the oil index was significantly reduced, it was not good for scalp health and easily resulted in alopecia from the data of alopecia preventing effect. By comparing comparative example 3 with example 1, it can be seen that in comparative example 3, the amount of the essential oil is increased, and the solvent is also increased in a proper proportion, so that shampoo is easy to remain, hair follicles are easy to block, and the oil index is obviously increased.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
