Abstract
The invention provides a functional chewing gum, which comprises the following raw materials of food components and medicinal components, wherein the food components comprise: starch, animal skin, xanthan gum, chicken breast; the medicine components comprise: dandelion extract, coptis extract, phellodendron extract, honeysuckle extract, mint extract, platycodon root extract and liquorice extract; and the mass of the medicine components is 1-5% of the total mass of the raw materials. Compared with the prior art, the optimized raw material formula contains abundant animal protein, is easy to digest and absorb by pets, has stronger mouthfeel, can be chewed by the pets fully, and enhances the interestingness and entertainment. Meanwhile, the components and the addition amount of the medicinal components are further optimized, and dental plaque in the pet mouth can be effectively inhibited while the desire of the pet mouth is met and the good appetite of the pet is maintained.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of food, in particular to a functional type chews and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Dog chews are snack products that clean pet mouth and dental plaque, which are typically formed by extrusion or compression molding processes. The friction force between the product and teeth can remove tartar in the process of eating by pets, and simultaneously some effective components can refresh breath, so that the product can be used as food for cleaning oral cavity and tartar of pets.
The existing dog chews are mainly divided into two categories: granular leather and full leather products. The traditional dog chews are produced by using cattle second-layer skins or pigskins as main raw materials and through chemical rinsing, manual pressing/mechanical compression molding and drying. However, the above-mentioned manufacturing process generates a lot of leftover materials, which has many problems such as high cost and environmental pollution. In addition, the traditional dog chew preparation process mainly based on manual preparation has two hidden troubles of unstable product quality and insufficient labor supply.
In addition, the existing chewy pet food has the problem that the sterilization link needs to be optimized in the production process. The sterilization link is closely related to the appearance quality and the microbial indicators of the product, and the problem that the microbial indicators of the granular leather products exceed the standard is often caused according to the process characteristics and risk analysis of the product.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of unstable quality of dog chews, high cost in the manufacturing process, serious environmental pollution and the like in the prior art, the invention provides a functional chews, and the functional chews with excellent antibacterial performance are obtained by adjusting the raw material formula of the chews.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
in one aspect, a functional chew is provided, wherein the raw materials of the functional chew comprise a food component and a pharmaceutical component; the food ingredients include: starch, animal skin, xanthan gum, chicken breast; the medicine comprises the following components: dandelion extract, coptis extract, phellodendron extract, honeysuckle extract, mint extract, platycodon root extract and liquorice extract;
wherein the mass of the medicine component is 1-5% of the total mass of the raw materials.
In other preferred technical schemes, the pharmaceutical ingredients comprise the following components in parts by weight: 2-5 parts of dandelion extract, 3-10 parts of coptis extract, 5-10 parts of phellodendron extract, 1 part of honeysuckle extract, 1-3 parts of mint extract, 2-5 parts of platycodon extract and 3-5 parts of liquorice extract.
In other preferred technical schemes, the pharmaceutical ingredients comprise the following components in parts by weight: 4 parts of dandelion extract, 5 parts of coptis extract, 6 parts of phellodendron extract, 1 part of honeysuckle extract, 2 parts of mint extract, 3 parts of platycodon extract and 4 parts of liquorice extract.
In other preferable technical schemes, the mass of the medicine component is 1 to 3 percent of the total mass of the raw materials.
In another preferred embodiment, the mass of the pharmaceutical ingredient is 3% of the total mass of the raw materials.
In other preferable technical schemes, the medicine component also comprises ginseng extract, and the mass of the ginseng extract is 0.1-1% of the total mass of the raw materials.
In other preferred technical schemes, the mass of the ginseng extract is 0.5 percent of the total mass of the raw materials.
In other preferred technical solutions, the functional chews further include pigments and essences.
On the other hand, a preparation method of the functional type chew is provided, the raw material of the functional type chew is as described in any one of the above technical schemes, and the preparation method comprises the following steps:
s1: weighing the food ingredients for later use;
s2: extracting the medicinal components, and weighing for later use;
s3: mixing the food component and the medicinal component, and molding;
