Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of bee breeding, in particular to a Chinese herbal medicine preparation for preventing and treating bee brood, a preparation method and a use method thereof.
Background
Bee brood is a bee viral infectious disease which is commonly generated in the world, is caused by the bacillus larvae, is bred in rotten larvae, and is spread by nurturing other larvae by worker bees. The bee colony is weakened day by day due to strong infection and high death rate of pathogenic bacteria until the bee colony flies away or dies. Causing destructive loss, no specific medicine is radically cured at present, and antibiotic medicines such as chloramphenicol and the like are generally adopted for treatment. Antibiotics can not be decomposed by self and remain in bee products, so that the problem of food safety is increasingly serious.
Disclosure of Invention
Because the prior art mostly uses antibiotics to treat the rotten son disease, the antibiotics are remained in honey and other products, so that the honey and bee products do not meet the food safety requirements, and the food safety problem is caused.
The invention aims at the technical problems and provides a Chinese herbal medicine preparation for preventing and treating bee brood, a preparation method and an application method thereof.
The invention aims to solve the technical problems and provides a Chinese herbal medicine preparation for preventing and treating bee rotten son disease, which comprises raw materials of rhizoma corydalis, barbed skullcap herb, sweet wormwood herb, honeysuckle flower, amur corktree bark, astragalus root, longhairy antenoron herb, liquorice and honey.
Further, 20-30 parts of rhizoma corydalis; 15-20 parts of barbed skullcap herb; 10-15 parts of sweet wormwood herb; 8-12 parts of honeysuckle; 8-12 parts of phellodendron; 8-12 parts of astragalus; 8-12 parts of desmodium; 8-12 parts of liquorice; and 30-40 parts of honey.
Specifically, the Chinese herbal medicine preparation for preventing and treating bee rotten son disease is prepared by crushing and mixing rhizoma corydalis, barbed skullcap herb, sweet wormwood herb, honeysuckle flower, golden cypress, astragalus mongholicus, desmodium and liquorice root, and soaking the mixture in honey to prepare a paste.

Comparative test
The Chinese herbal medicine preparation for preventing and treating bee brood in the first embodiment is adopted for comparison test.
Test No.)
And (5) performing an effect test for treating bee brood.
The Chinese bees suffering from the rotten son disease are divided into three groups according to the number of the bees, and the groups are far enough from each other so as not to be infected mutually.
Example set: the first group of bee colonies are fed with the Chinese herbal medicine preparation for preventing and treating bee brood disease of the first embodiment, and the feeding method comprises the following steps: the Chinese herbal medicine preparation of the first embodiment is placed on the upper beam of the hive frame of the sick bee colony, the amount of each frame of bees corresponding to the Chinese herbal medicine preparation of the first embodiment is 5g, and the feeding is carried out for 1 time every other day and for 3-5 times continuously.
Comparative example group: the second group of bee colony is fed with chloramphenicol by the following feeding method: the chloramphenicol is added into white sugar water to attract bees to eat. 100 ten thousand units of chloramphenicol were fed to 20 swarm bees.
Natural control group: the third group of swarms did not receive any drug.
After continuously observing for 15 days, the death number of worker bees is recorded, and the statistical data of the table 1 are obtained.
TABLE 1
As can be seen from Table 1, the number of deaths in the three groups was comparable at the beginning of the drug administration (day 2 of the test), indicating that no drug effect was apparent.
In the middle stage of drug use (test day 5, test day 10), the drug effects of the example group and the comparative example group are shown, the death number of the example group is reduced from 80 to 25, and the drug effects are excellent and remarkably effective compared with the comparative example group and the natural control group. The number of deaths of the comparative example group was slightly reduced, but by the 10 th day of the test, the number of deaths increased again, indicating that chloramphenicol was used, and the symptoms were treated but not the root causes, and the affected bee colony developed drug resistance.
By the end of the drug application (day 15 of the trial), no dead worker bees were produced in the example group, indicating a complete cure of the rotten son disease of the colony. The Chinese herbal medicine preparation of the invention has fast and good curative effect. Compared with the comparative example group, the death number of the comparative example group is greatly increased, the death number of the comparative example group is 3/5 of the natural control group, and the treatment effect is poor.
The data in the example group show that from day 2 of the test, the number of worker bees died continues to decrease without rebound, and by day 10, the number of died is the first 1/8, indicating that the threat of the rotten son disease to the diseased bee colony has been relieved, and from treatment to cure, only day 15, the faster the rotten son disease is treated, the better the rotten son disease is preserved, the loss is saved, and the cost is reduced.
In conclusion, the Chinese herbal medicine preparation for treating bee rotten son disease has the advantages of quick response, stable and continuous drug effect and short curing time, adopts natural environment-friendly raw materials, has no drug residue on bee products, and meets the production safety requirement of pollution-free food.
Test No. two
And (5) performing an effect test for preventing bee brood.
Three healthy Chinese bee fields are selected and divided into three groups, and the groups have enough distance without mutual infection.
Example set: the bee colony of the first group of bee farms comprises 55 bee colonies, and the bee colonies are fed with the Chinese herbal medicine preparation for preventing and treating bee brood diseases in the embodiment I, and the feeding method comprises the following steps: the Chinese herbal medicine preparation of the first embodiment is placed on the upper beam of the hive frame of the bee colony, the amount of each frame of bees corresponding to the Chinese herbal medicine preparation of the first embodiment is 5g, and the Chinese herbal medicine preparation is used for 1 time in one month.
Comparison group: the bee field of the second group has 60 bee colonies, and the bee colonies are fed with chloramphenicol by the feeding method: the chloramphenicol is added into white sugar water to attract bees to eat. 100 ten thousand units of chloramphenicol were fed to 20 swarm bees.
Control group: the third group of bee farms had 50 colonies, which were not fed any drug, as a natural control.
After continuously observing for 15 days, the number of the bee colonies suffering from the rotten son disease is recorded, and the statistical data in the table 2 are obtained.
TABLE 1
As can be seen from Table 2, only one diseased colony appeared in the control group at the initial stage of the test (test day 2), indicating that both the herbal formulation of example one and chloramphenicol of comparative example have the effect of preventing the rotten son disease.
In the middle period of the test (test day 5, test day 10), the diseased bee colonies of the control group gradually expanded and were difficult to control, and the control group also produced a small amount of diseased bee colonies and had an increasing trend, indicating that chloramphenicol was not effective in suppressing the occurrence of the rotten son disease. By contrast, the group of examples still did not show diseased bee colonies, indicating that the herbal formulation of example one can provide a sustained and effective prophylaxis against rotten son's disease.
By the end of the test (day 15 of the test), the example group still has no diseased bee colony, which shows that the Chinese herbal medicine preparation of the first embodiment can continuously and effectively prevent the rotten son disease. In contrast to the control group, the diseased bee colonies have risen dramatically to 10 and 23 colonies, respectively, indicating that chloramphenicol is not effective in preventing and curing the diseased bee colonies.
In conclusion, the Chinese herbal medicine preparation provided by the invention is used for preventing bee rotten son disease, the medicine effect is continuous and stable, and the natural environment-friendly raw materials are adopted, so that the Chinese herbal medicine preparation has no medicine residue on bee products, and meets the safety requirements of pollution-free food production.
