Example 3
The acne-removing and whitening beverage according to the application is prepared by adopting the following preparation method:
respectively dispersing 27kg of pomegranate fruit powder, 14kg of saussurea involucrate culture, 11kg of grape seed extract and 6.5kg of hydrolyzed fish collagen in water, and then filtering by adopting an 80-mesh filter; dissolving 250kg of white granulated sugar in hot water at 45 ℃; and 30kg of vitamin C, 115kg of citric acid anhydrous and 0.8kg of sucralose were dissolved in water, respectively. Mixing the pomegranate fruit powder, the saussurea involucrate culture, the grape seed extract and the hydrolyzed fish collagen which are dissolved and filtered with the dissolved white granulated sugar solution, heating to 80 ℃ for full dissolution, then cooling to 33 ℃, adding the dissolved vitamin C, the citric acid and the sucralose, adding 45kg of edible essence and supplementing water (the total water consumption is 500.7kg), heating to 80 ℃, keeping the temperature for 15min, and sterilizing at 115 ℃ for 30 seconds to obtain the acne-removing and whitening drink.
Example 4
The acne-removing and whitening beverage according to the application is prepared by adopting the following preparation method:
respectively dispersing 24.5kg of pomegranate fruit powder, 15kg of saussurea involucrate culture, 15kg of grape seed extract and 5.5kg of hydrolyzed fish collagen in water, and then filtering by adopting an 80-mesh filter; dissolving 250kg of white granulated sugar in hot water of 50 ℃; and 30kg of vitamin C, 115kg of citric acid anhydrous and 0.8kg of sucralose were dissolved in water, respectively. Mixing the pomegranate fruit powder, the saussurea involucrate culture, the grape seed extract and the hydrolyzed fish collagen which are dissolved and filtered with the dissolved white granulated sugar solution, heating to 83 ℃ for full dissolution, then cooling to 35 ℃, adding the dissolved vitamin C, the citric acid and the sucralose, adding 45kg of edible essence and supplementing water (the total water consumption is 500.2kg), heating to 85 ℃, keeping the temperature for 10min, and sterilizing at 115 ℃ for 30 seconds to obtain the acne-removing and whitening drink.
Example 5
The acne removing and whitening beverage was prepared in the same manner as in example 1, except that 0.02kg of naringin and 0.02kg of rhoifolin were dissolved in water to prepare a solution in advance and added to the system together with vitamin C and the like.
Example 6
The acne removing and whitening beverage was prepared in the same manner as in example 1, except that 0.04kg of naringin and 0.04kg of rhoifolin were dissolved in water to prepare a solution in advance and added to the system together with vitamin C, etc.
Examples of the experiments
The beneficial effects of the present application are further illustrated by experiments as follows:
the acne removing and whitening beverages prepared in examples 1 to 6 were subjected to the following evaluation experiments.
Experimental example 1
The removal effect of the acne removing and whitening beverage according to the application on the golden hamster back acne model is researched.
The experimental method comprises the following steps: selecting 54 golden hamster, breeding for 7 days, dividing the golden hamster into 9 groups on average, each group comprises 6 mice, removing hair on sebaceous gland spots on both sides of the back of the golden hamster 24h before molding, and balancing for 1 day after hair removal. Testosterone was applied to bilateral sebaceous gland plaques of 8 groups of golden hamster 1 time per day, the size of sebaceous gland plaques before and after molding was measured with a vernier caliper and the area was calculated (S ═ 3.14 × 1/4 × DL × DT, where DL denotes the maximum longitudinal diameter and DT denotes the maximum transverse diameter), and the remaining group was used as a blank group. After 8 groups of models were completed, 1 group corresponded to the model building group (physiological saline was applied to the model building site, and the normal saline was applied 2 times a day for 8 weeks), 1 group corresponded to the positive group (acne cryptone gel was applied to the model building site, and the gel was applied 2 times a day for 8 weeks), and the remaining 6 groups corresponded to examples 1 to 6 (acne-removing and whitening beverages prepared according to examples 1 to 6 of the present application were respectively taken), and the area size of each group of sebaceous gland plaques before and after the administration was measured by a vernier caliper and the area change was calculated, and the results are shown in table 1 below.

As can be seen from table 1, the acne-removing whitening beverages prepared in examples 1 to 6 of the present application have good effect on inhibiting sebaceous gland plaques of animals, and compared with the blank group, the significance P is less than 0.01, even slightly more than that of the positive group (the acne-cryptolone gel is applied at the model building site). In particular, examples 5 and 6, in which naringin and rhoifolin were further added to the beverage, enabled further reduction in the sebaceous gland plaque area of the golden hamster.
Experimental example 2
84 healthy subjects who passed a good non-invasive examination of the skin, had no history of any skin and systemic diseases, had no abnormality in the skin at the test site, and had no allergic phenomenon to the test product were invited as subjects (all women aged 25 to 45 years), and the subjects were divided into 7 groups of 12 persons each. During the test period, 6 groups of subjects were each administered the acne-removing whitening beverages prepared according to examples 1 to 6 of the present application, while the other 1 group received the same sour-sweet ratio and perfume type of commercial placebo beverage (blank group); the experiment was performed using a double-blind, double-simulated, placebo-controlled experiment.

The capacitance of the skin stratum corneum is measured to reflect the moisture content of the human skin stratum corneum, and the larger the measured value is, the higher the moisture content of the skin stratum corneum is represented, and the better the moisturizing effect is.
Statistical tests are carried out by adopting IBM SPSS Statistics 23.0 statistical software, the normality test P is more than 0.05, the data is shown to be obeyed with the normality distribution, the pairing t test is carried out, the non-parametric wilcoxon test is adopted when the data is not obeyed with the normal distribution, and the significance is realized when the P is less than 0.05.

As can be seen from table 2, the acne-removing whitening beverages prepared in examples 1 to 6 of the present application have a good effect of inhibiting the melanin content of the skin, and the significance P is less than 0.05 compared with the blank group. In particular, examples 5 and 6, in which naringin and rhoifolin were further added to the beverage, enabled the skin melanin content to be further reduced, demonstrating that a certain whitening effect was exhibited during the test period.

As can be seen from table 3, the acne removing and whitening beverages prepared in examples 1 to 6 of the present application have been applied to the skin L*The improvement in value is good, significance P compared to the blank group<0.05. As can be seen from table 4, the acne-removing whitening beverages prepared in examples 1 to 6 of the present application have a good effect of improving the skin ITA ° value, and the significance P is less than 0.05 compared with the blank group. Particularly, examples 5 and 6, in which naringin and rhoifolin were further added to the beverage, were able to further enhance the skin ITA ° value, demonstrating that a certain whitening effect was exhibited within the test period.
The study of the results proves that the beverage provided by the application can effectively reduce the content of melanin and has certain whitening effect.
Experimental example 3
The stability of the acne-removing and whitening beverages prepared in examples 1 to 6 is observed by standing at room temperature for 180 days, the color is not greatly changed by visual observation, a small amount of precipitate can be seen at the bottom, and the beverage is detected to be a complex product of a small amount of pomegranate fruit powder extract, but the activity of the functional components of the beverage is not influenced.
A small amount of beverage samples are taken to be detected in a 722 spectrophotometer (room temperature, wavelength 550mm), the light transmittance of the product before storage is 87.3-85.8, and the light transmittance of the product after storage for 180 days is 84.8-83.1 without obvious reduction.
The light transmittance of the beverage provided by each example is not reduced by more than 5% before and after storage, which shows that the beverage provided by the invention has good stability.

dissolving the above components in water, mixing, and sterilizing.
10. The method of manufacturing according to claim 9, comprising:
respectively dispersing pomegranate fruit powder, saussurea involucrate culture, grape seed extract, hydrolyzed fish collagen and white granulated sugar in water, mixing, heating to 80-85 deg.C for fully dissolving, cooling to 30-35 deg.C, adding other components, heating to 80-85 deg.C, keeping the temperature for 10-15 min, sterilizing,
preferably, the white granulated sugar is dissolved by hot water with the temperature of 45-55 ℃,
preferably, pomegranate fruit powder, saussurea involucrate culture, grape pip extract and hydrolyzed fish collagen are respectively dispersed in water and then filtered by a 80-mesh filter,
preferably, the preparation method further comprises: dissolving at least part of the other components except water in water to obtain aqueous solution,
preferably, the sterilization is heating at 115 ℃ for 30 seconds.
