The preparation method comprises the following steps:
a. weighing: respectively weighing fish collagen peptide powder NLC-500-G, fish collagen peptide powder P-FC04, pomegranate fruit juice powder DSL-1, pomegranate fruit juice powder BS25-1 and yeast extract for later use;
b. mixing: mixing weighed pomegranate fruit juice powder BS25-1 and yeast extract for 5min, mixing with pomegranate fruit juice powder DSL-1 for 10min, mixing with fish collagen peptide powder NLC-500-G and fish collagen peptide powder P-FC04 for 30 min until the color is uniform and consistent to obtain total mixed powder;
c. packaging, inspecting, and warehousing.

Claims (8)

1. The collagen peptide composition is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-90 parts of fish collagen peptide; 8-40 parts of pomegranate juice powder; 1-3 parts of yeast extract.
2. The composition according to claim 1, characterized in that it consists of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60 parts of fish collagen peptide; 38 parts of pomegranate juice powder; and 2 parts of yeast extract.
3. The composition according to claim 1, characterized in that it consists of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 90 parts of fish collagen peptide; 9 parts of pomegranate juice powder; 1 part of yeast extract.
4. The composition according to claim 1, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 83.34 parts of fish collagen peptide; 15 parts of pomegranate juice powder; 1.66 parts of yeast extract.
5. The composition according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein the fish collagen peptides are a blend of fish collagen peptides of the two specifications NLC-500-G and P-FC04, and the pomegranate juice powder is a blend of pomegranate fruit powders of the two specifications DSL-1 and BS 25-1.

The composition according to claim 5, characterized in that it consists of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 41.67 parts of NLC-500-G fish collagen peptide powder, 41.67 parts of P-FC04 fish collagen peptide powder, 12 parts of DSL-1 red pomegranate fruit juice powder, 3 parts of BS25-1 red pomegranate fruit juice powder and 1.66 parts of yeast extract.
7. The composition according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the composition is formulated as a solid beverage, soft drink, mixed powder, rice milk, milk shake, capsule or tablet.
8. Composition according to claim 7, characterized in that the solid beverage product process is:
a. weighing: respectively weighing raw and auxiliary materials including fish collagen peptide powder NLC-500-G, fish collagen peptide powder P-FC04, pomegranate fruit juice powder DSL-1, pomegranate fruit juice powder BS25-1 and yeast extract for later use;
b. mixing: mixing weighed pomegranate fruit juice powder BS25-1 and yeast extract for 5min, mixing with pomegranate fruit juice powder DSL-1 for 10min, mixing with fish collagen peptide powder NLC-500-G and fish collagen peptide powder P-FC04 for 30 min until the color is uniform and consistent to obtain total mixed powder;
c. packaging, inspecting, and warehousing.
