Description

Ruminant feed additive for improving gastrointestinal tract health and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of feed additives, in particular to a ruminant feed additive for improving gastrointestinal tract health and application thereof.
Background
Ruminants with high production performance, such as dairy cows, often have great nutrition metabolism pressure, so that the oxidation and oxidation resistance balance of the dairy cows is broken, the ruminants face an oxidative stress state for a long time, the utilization of nutrient substances is seriously influenced, the risk of the dairy cows suffering from diseases is increased, and the production performance is reduced.
Rumen health of dairy cows is the core of pasture management, as the quality of rumen function can affect all other functions of dairy cows. However, rumen environment is affected by factors such as inconsistent feed raw material quality, poor feeding management, environmental differences and the like, so that the proliferation of cellulolytic bacteria is inhibited, the pH is reduced, harmful bacteria and bacterial endotoxin are increased, and the health of rumen is damaged.
The intestinal tract is the largest immune organ of the body and the most important place for absorbing nutrient substances, and for ruminants, the health of the intestinal tract is necessarily affected by the damage of the rumen health because: bacterial endotoxin and harmful bacteria passing through the rumen further harm the intestinal health, often cause the damage of intestinal barrier, cause diarrhea diseases and inflammation increase of the intestinal tract of the ruminant and increase the body diseases.
More and more ruminant feed additives are put into cultivation production, but most products are single, rumen health is too much concerned, and after-intestinal health and organism anti-stress level are ignored, so that application effect is unstable. Therefore, how to effectively improve the body health of the ruminant and improve the production performance should be considered from the perspective of the whole intestinal health, and the food safety of the product needs to be considered at the same time when the healthy growth of the animal is ensured, which is a technical problem to be solved urgently.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide the mixed feed additive for improving the gastrointestinal tract health and stress resistance of the ruminant and the application thereof, which can effectively improve the rumen health of the ruminant, enhance the rumen function, improve the health environment of the rear intestinal tract and enhance the stress resistance level of the organism. The technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows.
In a first aspect, the present invention provides a feed additive comprising: saccharomyces boulardii, Saccharomyces cerevisiae ruminants, selenium yeast and polyphenol.
The saccharomyces boulardii is the only approved fungus probiotics in the feeding yeast, the identification of the strain is accurate, the strain number is CNCM I-1079, the safety and functionality evaluation is carried out, and a large number of clinical tests are carried out. The biological activity of the saccharomyces boulardii is 50 times that of the liver cells, the optimal growth temperature is close to the rumen temperature of 39 ℃, the activity of 65 percent is still achieved in the environment of 52 ℃, the activity of 75 percent is still achieved in the environment with low pH value of 2.0, and the saccharomyces boulardii is incomparable with other saccharomyces cerevisiae. And other saccharomyces cerevisiae on the market hardly has stable effect in the using process, and the effect is gradually reduced after long-term use, and the main reasons are as follows: 1) the optimal growth temperature of the yeast is about 30 ℃, and the rumen temperature acts at 39 ℃, so that the yeast cannot effectively proliferate in the rumen; 2) the acid resistance of the yeast is poor, the survival rate is only 30 percent under the action of the pH2.0 of the abomasum of the ruminant, and the survival rate is low; 3) budding is prone to variant formation, leading to reduced function and development of drug resistance.
The yeast selenium is the only organic selenium source which is certified by the US FDA and European Union, and can overcome the problems of low absorption rate, high toxicity, secondary pollution and the like of inorganic selenium. Selenium is one of the core components of glutathione peroxidase, participates in the action of scavenging oxygen free radicals of cells, and can improve the level of glutathione peroxidase in vivo by supplementing sufficient high-quality selenium, and effectively improve the antioxidation level of organisms. The selenium yeast is a commercially available product and has universal application.
The polyphenol is a general name of plant components which are widely present in plants and have a plurality of hydroxyl groups, is an important secondary metabolite in the plants, and has a polyphenol structure. The main components of the polyphenol comprise catechin, resveratrol, flavonol glycoside, epigallocatechin, procyanidine, proanthocyanidin, quercetin, theaflavin, castanonin and the like, most of polyphenol compounds are water-soluble substances, exist in vacuoles of plant cells, are combined with sugar in a naturally existing form to form glucoside, are absorbed into cells after being ingested by animals, and are used as exogenous oxygen free radical scavengers to participate in oxidative balance metabolism of the cells. The polyphenol used in the invention is a product sold in Italian Shihua company, has different degrees of effects in the aspects of oxidation resistance, aging resistance, cancer resistance, inflammation reduction, health improvement and the like, and a plurality of polyphenols can be combined together to realize the effect of improving the health of animals. Common polyphenol products in the market are single products, the components are single, and the application effect on animals is difficult to reproduce.
Further, the Saccharomyces boulardii is 1-2X 1012cfu/kg, 1-2X 10 Saccharomyces cerevisiae ruminants12cfu/kg, selenium yeast 50-150g/kg, polyphenol 10-100 g/kg.
Further, the polyphenol is commercially available from Shihua Italy company, and comprises one or more of catechin, resveratrol, flavonol glycoside, epigallocatechin, gallic acid, procyanidin, proanthocyanidin, quercetin, theaflavin, castanonin or castanonin;
further, a carrier is also included; the carrier is preferably zeolite powder, and/or rice hull powder.
In a second aspect, the invention provides a feed for ruminants, which contains the feed additive prepared by the above-mentioned idea.
The use of the feed additive described above in the preparation of feed for ruminants is also claimed in the present invention, as will be appreciated by those skilled in the art.
In a third aspect, the present invention provides a method for preparing the feed additive, comprising:
(1) pulverizing Saccharomyces boulardii, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, selenium yeast, and polyphenol to 16 mesh;
(2) uniformly mixing the crushed raw materials in the step (1), adding carrier auxiliary materials in proportion, mixing for 3-5min by adopting a single-paddle bidirectional mixer, and obtaining a feed additive product uniformly mixed, wherein the CV value is 3%;
in a fourth aspect, the invention also claims the use of the feed additive as described above or the feed as described above in any one of:
(1) the invention further provides application of the feed additive or the feed in improving the rumen health of the ruminant, including enhancing the rumen function of the ruminant, reducing the risk of rumen acidosis of the cow and increasing the number of rumen cellulolytic bacteria.
(2) The invention further provides the use of the feed additive or the feed for improving the intestinal health of ruminants, including increasing the number of beneficial bacteria lactic acid bacteria in the intestinal tract, decreasing the number of harmful bacteria, and decreasing bacterial toxins.
(3) The invention further provides the application of the feed additive or the feed in enhancing the stress resistance of the ruminant organism.
As a preferred embodiment, the present invention provides a feed additive comprising per kilogram parts by weight: saccharomyces boulardii 1-2X 1012cfu, 1-2X 10 of Saccharomyces cerevisiae ruminants12cfu, 50-150g of selenium yeast, 10-100g of polyphenol and the balance of carrier; wherein the carrier is zeolite powder and/or rice hull powder.
In the application provided by the invention, the feed additive or the feed is used for raising dairy cows.
In the application provided by the invention, the feeding amount of the feed additive is 10-20g per day, and the feeding period is the early lactation period and/or the perinatal period of the dairy cow.
