Abstract
本申请实施例提供一种图像传感器像素电路及控制方法、图像传感器、终端设备,涉及图像采集技术领域,用于减小收集区域中实际收集的载流子的数量与预期值之间的差异。图像传感器像素电路包括光敏元件、左传输通道、右传输通道。左传输通道包括串联第一左晶体管、第二左晶体管,第一左晶体管未完全导通时,第二左晶体管处于截止状态。右传输通道包括串联的第一右晶体管、第二右晶体管,第一右晶体管未完全导通时,第二右晶体管处于截止状态。在第一左晶体管和第一右晶体管的栅极电压相同时,左转移通道中的载流子无法通过截止的第二右晶体管传输至右转移通道。同理右转移通道中的载流子无法通过截止的第二左晶体管传输至左传输通道。
