Abstract
本公开涉及一种显示基板及显示装置。显示基板包括：衬底基板，包括显示区和位于显示区外围且包括扇出区的非显示区；信号线层，设置在衬底基板上，且包括位于扇出区内的多个信号线；第一金属层，设置在信号线层远离衬底基板的一侧，且包括位于非显示区的第一电源线；第一电极层，位于第一金属层远离衬底基板的一侧，包括第一电极部，第一电极部在衬底基板上的正投影与第一电源线的正投影至少部分重叠，且与第一电源线电连接；和有机绝缘层，位于第一金属层和第一电极层之间，且具有位于非显示区的凹槽，凹槽边缘在衬底基板的正投影与扇出区的正投影之间至少部分地重合在第一重合区域，至少部分第一重合区域与第一电极部在衬底基板的正投影不重合。
