Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of pesticides, and particularly relates to a granular pesticide fertilizer containing meptyldinocap and matrine and application thereof.
Background
The peanut is one of four oil crops in China, the yield is the first crop in the world, and the peanut is one of foreign exchange crop varieties in the net export in China. In recent years, the planting area of peanuts is rapidly expanded, but is influenced by factors such as climate, variety and cultivation management mode. Among them, the occurrence of southern blight, fruit rot and grub of peanuts worsens year by year, becoming an important factor restricting the yield and quality of peanuts. Southern blight of peanut is caused by sclerotinia rolfsii, is a soil-borne fungus, can infect crops, weeds, woody plants and the like, and has a wide host range. The southern blight of the peanuts is a commonly-occurring soil-borne disease in the world, particularly serious in warm and humid areas, and distribution and damage of the southern blight of the peanuts exist in peanut production areas in China.
The existing pesticide for inhibiting the large-area occurrence of the southern blight and the fruit rot of the peanuts is less, and has no prevention and treatment effects, so that the disease is difficult to eradicate, the disease occurs year after year, and the large-area yield reduction of the peanuts is caused. The current market generally uses the spraying of the meptyldinocap suspending agent for prevention and treatment, the application is inconvenient, the single preparation has a common prevention and treatment effect on the peanut southern blight, the duration is short, and multiple times of application is needed, so that the application cost and the labor cost are increased.
The company is developed through years of tests, adopts different medicaments to compound, and performs outdoor field test demonstration of the peanut white silk and fruit rot. Provides a basis for preventing and controlling the southern blight and the fruit rot of the peanuts in the future. At present, common medicaments for treating southern blight and fruit rot in a large area have no prevention and treatment effects, are difficult to eradicate and cause occurrence in successive years. Resulting in large area production reduction of peanuts. Currently, thiram, carboxin and the like are mainly used in the market, a single agent has a common effect of preventing and treating southern blight and fruit rot, and a large amount of medicines are needed, so that the medicine and labor cost is increased. And many agents are not effective against southern blight. The meptyldinocap can effectively prevent and treat various fungal diseases, and the agent is safe for the next crop but not environment-friendly. Through experimental research, the compound of the two agents greatly improves the control effect of peanut diseases and insect pests, can simultaneously control various diseases of peanut fields and harm of underground and overground pests, and is environment-friendly.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a granular pesticide fertilizer containing meptyldinocap and matrine and application thereof, and aims to solve the problem that the control effect of common pesticide in the prior art on diseases such as southern blight, fruit rot and grub is not ideal.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the granular pesticide fertilizer contains the active ingredients of the meptyldinocap and the matrine, and the mass ratio of the meptyldinocap to the matrine is (0.1-5): 0.1 to 2. Further, the mass ratio of the meptyldinocap to the matrine is 1: 0.5.
according to the preferable technical scheme, the mass of the effective components accounts for 0.2-7% of the total mass of the granular pesticide fertilizer.
As a preferred technical scheme, the granular pesticide fertilizer comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.1-5% of meptyldinocap, 0.1-2% of matrine, 15% of 1-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, 7% of fatty acid polyoxyethylene ether, 25% of ammonium sulfate, 15% of monopotassium phosphate, 3% of sodium octaborate tetrahydrate, 2% of ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid sodium octyl, 1% of ammonium molybdate tetrahydrate, 1.5% of white carbon black and the balance of kaolin.
As a preferred technical scheme, the granular pesticide fertilizer comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.1-5% of meptyldinocap, 0.1-2% of matrine, 10% of N-methyl pyrrolidone, 6% of alkylphenol polyoxyethylene, 15% of monopotassium phosphate, 8% of boric acid, 15% of calcium sodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, 1.5% of white carbon black and the balance of diatomite.
The invention also discloses application of the granular pesticide fertilizer, and the granular pesticide fertilizer is used for preventing and treating diseases and insect pests in peanut fields. Further, the diseases comprise southern blight and fruit rot; the insect pests include grubs and wireworms.
The meptyldinocap used in the invention belongs to dinitrophenol bactericides, and the action mechanism is that uncoupling mitochondria are oxidized and phosphorylated to enable pathogenic bacteria mitochondria membranes to generate gaps, thereby causing H+Directly enter the mitochondria to destroy the inside and outside H of the membrane+The normal gradient concentration of the ATP causes the normal acceleration of the respiration in cells, the ATP production is stopped, and finally the metabolism of pathogenic bacteria is stopped and then the pathogenic bacteria die. Mainly plays a role in protection and treatment in a contact killing way, and has better effect on fungi such as ascomycetes and the like of powdery mildew.
The matrine used in the invention is a botanical pesticide, and has the following characteristics: (1) has the characteristics of specificity and naturalness, can be quickly decomposed in nature, and the final products are carbon dioxide and water; (2) matrine is a plant endogenous chemical substance with activity to pests, and the components are not single, but the combination of a plurality of groups with similar chemical results and a plurality of groups with dissimilar chemical structures supplements each other to play a role together; the matrine is a plurality of chemical substances which play a role together, so that the matrine is not easy to cause the harmful substances to generate drug resistance and can be used for a long time; (3) the corresponding pests are not directly and completely poisoned, but the production and the multiplication of the plant population are not seriously influenced by controlling the quantity of the pest biological population. The principle of pest control in a comprehensive control system is very similar to that obtained by decades of researches after the prevention side effect of chemical pesticides is highlighted. The characteristics can show that the matrine is obviously different from general high-toxicity and high-residue chemical pesticide, and is very green and environment-friendly.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the granular pesticide fertilizer has obvious effect, and compared with a single dose of meptyldinocap, the granular pesticide fertilizer has the advantages of low dosage, low cost and long lasting period, and increases the insecticidal effect after being mixed with matrine. And the control effect is obviously improved, the fertilizer is safe for field crops, and the disease prevention effect is obvious. The soil-borne diseases and insect pests such as southern blight, fruit rot, grub, wireworm and the like can be effectively controlled by one-time application, and the pesticide is environment-friendly, has no residue and is highly safe for the next crop. In addition, the preparation formulation provided by the invention is granular, is convenient to use and has the characteristic of convenient medication.
