weighing Lavender powder, placing in a drying container, adding distilled water according to a liquid-to-material ratio of ml/g=12:1 by using a traditional steam distillation method, soaking 6-8 h, heating in an oil bath at 110 ℃ to extract 4 h to obtain distilled volatile oil, adding a small amount of anhydrous sodium sulfate into the volatile oil to absorb water, drying, and filtering to obtain Lavender essential oil;
