Abstract
一种使用标准卷材的新型重叠搭接生产方法,包括以下步骤:挑选符合设计概念的标准卷材;设计和规划至少两层标准卷材的图案;按照每一层标准卷材的设计图案进行激光切割;在每一层标准卷材的互扣位置进行切割或预留插入抽条的空间;将每一层标准卷材按设计顺序交错重叠成型;将一层标准卷材的互扣位置部分材料穿入相邻的标准卷材的互扣位置并与相邻的标准卷材的互扣位置部分材料固定在一起或在每一层标准卷材的预留插入抽条的空间顺序插入抽条,最后卷材合成体与底布结合在一起,即可制成产品。本发明通过标准卷材代替线状或条状材料采用上述生产方法制成产品,不仅生产效率高,成本低,而且制成的产品具有新的交错材料效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及编织技术领域,尤其是一种使用标准卷材的新型重叠搭接生产方法。
背景技术
广义上的编织是指将线状或条状的材料,经过重复交叠的过程,形成一个平面或立体的技术,通过编织制作出来的产品,称作编织物或编织品。狭义上的编织是指利用纱线重复交叠形成布料、衣服或其它物品的技术。传统的编织技术缺点是生产缓慢及成本昂贵。
因此,现有技术有待于改进和提高。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的不足之处,本发明的目的是提供一种利用标准卷材代替线状或条状的材料的新型重叠搭接生产方法,其不仅生产效率高、成本低,而且还能具有新的交错材料效果。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种使用标准卷材的新型重叠搭接生产方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、挑选符合设计概念的标准卷材;
S2、设计和规划至少两层标准卷材的图案;
S3、按照每一层标准卷材的设计图案进行激光切割;
S4、在每一层标准卷材的互扣位置进行切割或预留插入抽条的空间;
S5、将每一层标准卷材按设计顺序交错重叠成型;
S6、将一层标准卷材的互扣位置部分材料穿入相邻的标准卷材的互扣位置并与相邻的标准卷材的互扣位置部分材料固定在一起或在每一层标准卷材的预留插入抽条的空间顺序插入抽条,最后卷材合成体与底布结合在一起,即可制成产品。
作为本发明进一步的方案,标准卷材为布料、皮料、人造皮革或无纺布中的一种。
作为本发明进一步的方案,卷材合成体与底布的结合方式为贴合、溶合、焊接、缝纫或刺绣的一种。
作为本发明进一步的方案,卷材合成体与底布的结合拉力不少于10N/cm。
作为本发明进一步的方案,底布的宽度及长度大于其它标准卷材的10公分以上。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
通过标准卷材代替线状或条状材料采用上述生产方法制成产品,不仅生产效率高,成本低,而且制成的产品具有新的交错材料效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的详细说明:
实施例1:
本实施例制作一种新的包的材料。
请参见图1-4,本发明一种使用标准卷材的新型重叠搭接生产方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、挑选布料作为标准卷材,布料符合包的设计概念;
S2、在布料设计若干个圆形图案单元,该些圆形图案单元包括若干行,该些行平行设置,每一行的圆形图案单元均匀间隔设置,每一行的圆形图案单元与相邻行的圆形图案单元交错设置;
S3、按照设计图案进行激光切割;
S4、在布料的互扣位置进行切割,于本实施例中,将若个行分为两两一组,互扣位置即设置于该一组两行两行之间,即一行的一个圆形图案单元与另一行的相邻的两个圆形图案单元之间;
S5、将两层按设计顺序交错重叠成型,一层布料的同一行互扣位置与另一层布料的同一行互扣位置错位设置;
S6、将一层布料的互扣位置部分材料穿入相邻的布料的互扣位置并与相邻的布料的互扣位置部分材料通过贴合的方式固定在一起,该两层布料互扣位置的结合拉力为10N/cm,即可制成成品。
实施例2:
本实施例制作一种新的包的材料。
请参见图5-8,本发明一种使用标准卷材的新型重叠搭接生产方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、挑选布料作为标准卷材,布料符合包的设计概念;
S2、在布料上设计蜂窝状六角形图案单元;
S3、按照设计图案进行激光切割;
S4、在每一个六角形图案单元中预留有插入插条的空间;
S5、将两层布料按设计顺序交错重叠,并在两层布料的每一行或每一列的预留插入抽条的空间依次交错插入一抽条;抽条连结每一层卷材。
S6、将已被抽条连接的两层布料,以贴合的方式结合底布,结合拉力为10N/cm,即可制成成品。
实施例3:
本实施例制作一种新的包的材料。
请参见图9-12,本发明一种使用标准卷材的新型重叠搭接生产方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、挑选符合设计概念的两层布料;
S2、设计和规划两层布料的图案,其中一层布料上为不规则图案,另一层布料上对应不规则图案的中间轨迹;
S3、按照每一层布料的设计图案进行激光切割;
S4、在两层布料的预设结合位置及轨迹建立进行结合的空间;
S5、将每一层标准卷材按设计顺序重叠成型;
S6、按照预设结合位置及轨迹进行溶合,将两层布料结合和固定在一起,利用溶合工艺,使结合的位置轻微凹压,这过程使没有结合的边缘轻微抽高,制成具有立体效果的产品。
Claims (5)
1.一种使用标准卷材的新型重叠搭接生产方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1、挑选符合设计概念的标准卷材;
S2、设计和规划至少两层标准卷材的图案;
S3、按照每一层标准卷材的设计图案进行激光切割;
S4、在每一层标准卷材的互扣位置进行切割或预留插入抽条的空间;
S5、将每一层标准卷材按设计顺序交错重叠成型;
S6、将一层标准卷材的互扣位置部分材料穿入相邻的标准卷材的互扣位置并与相邻的标准卷材的互扣位置部分材料固定在一起或在每一层标准卷材的预留插入抽条的空间顺序插入抽条,最后卷材合成体与底布结合在一起,即可制成产品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的使用标准卷材的新型重叠搭接生产方法,其特征在于:标准卷材为布料、皮料、人造皮革或无纺布中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的使用标准卷材的新型重叠搭接生产方法,其特征在于:卷材合成体与底布的结合方式为贴合、溶合、焊接、缝纫或刺绣的一种。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的使用标准卷材的新型重叠搭接生产方法,其特征在于:卷材合成体与底布的结合拉力不少于10N/cm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的使用标准卷材的新型重叠搭接生产方法,其特征在于:底布的宽度及长度大于其它标准卷材的10公分以上。
