The invention will be further illustrated with reference to the following specific examples. It should be understood that these examples are for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. Further, it should be understood that various changes or modifications of the present invention may be made by those skilled in the art after reading the teaching of the present invention, and such equivalents may fall within the scope of the present invention as defined in the appended claims.
Fig. 1 to 29 show an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, a fiber bag removing and bag opening machine 13 for a straight bale plucker disclosed in this embodiment includes a fiber bag conveyor 1, a tape hooking device 2, a tape cutting device 3, a waste tape collecting device 4, a bag cutting device 5, a bag clamping device 6, a bag suction device 7, a first waste bag collecting device 8, a second waste bag collecting device 8 ', a first holding and clamping vehicle 9, and a second holding and clamping vehicle 9'.
The bale conveyor 1 is located upstream of the bag cutter 5 and close to the bag cutter 5. The belt hooking device 2 and the belt shearing device 3 are respectively positioned at two sides of the fiber bag conveyor 1. The waste tape collecting device 4 is positioned below the hook tape device 2. The bag clamping device 6 and the bag suction device 7 are respectively positioned at two sides of the bag cutting device 5, and a first waste bag collecting device 8 and a second waste bag collecting device 8' are respectively arranged below the bag clamping device 6 and the bag suction device 7.
The stations of the fiber bag removing and bag opening machine 13 are shown by dashed lines in fig. 2, and comprise a belt removing station 110, a belt hooking station 111, a belt shearing station 112, a waste belt discarding station 113, a bag cutting station 114, a bag clamping station 115, a bag suction station 116, a first waste bag collecting station 117, a second waste bag collecting station 118 and a station to be carried 119. The bag cutting device 5 is arranged at the bag cutting station 114. The tape removing station 110 is located between the tape hooking station 111 and the tape cutting station 112, the tape hooking device 2 is arranged at the tape hooking station 111, and the tape cutting device 3 is arranged at the tape cutting station 112. The scrap tape collecting apparatus 4 is disposed at the scrap tape discarding station 113. The bagging device 6 is arranged at a bagging station 115. The first waste bag collecting device 8 is arranged at a first waste bag collecting station 117. The suction bag device 7 is arranged at the suction bag station 116. A second waste bag collecting device 8' is arranged at the second waste bag collecting station 118.
As shown in fig. 3, the bale fiber conveyor 1 is used for successively conveying a bale fiber, which is not removed by a baling belt and a packaging bag, to a belt removing station 110 and a bag cutting station 114, and is of a plate-chain type conveyor structure and comprises a conveyor frame 101, a driving mechanism 102, a side baffle 103, a side rib plate 104 and a bale fiber supporting plate 105. The side baffle plates 103 and the side rib plates 104 are positioned at two sides of the fiber bag supporting plate 105. The side baffle 103 is fixedly connected with the side rib plate 104 and is positioned above the side rib plate 104. The side rib plates 104 are fixedly connected with the conveyor frame 101 and are positioned above the conveyor frame 101. The fiber bag supporting plate 105 is driven by the driving mechanism 102 to convey the fiber bag thereon to the belt removing station 110 and the bag cutting station 114.
As shown in fig. 4 to 7, the hook tape device 2 is used for sequentially hooking the packing tape on the fiber bag, and is composed of a hook tape device frame 201, a hook tape mechanism 202, a hook tape mechanism carrying mechanism 203, a hook tape box 204, and a hook tape box carrying mechanism 205. The hook belt device frame 201 is fixedly connected with the conveyor frame 101. The hook belt box 204 is connected to the hook belt device frame 201 through the hook belt box carrying mechanism 205, the hook belt box 204 is driven by the hook belt box carrying mechanism 205 to move on the hook belt device frame 201, and the moving direction of the hook belt box 204 is perpendicular to the conveying direction of the fiber bales. In the present invention, the feeding direction of the fiber bales is defined as the front-back direction, the moving direction of the hook tape box 204 is the left-right direction, and the up-down direction is perpendicular to the plane of the front-back direction and the left-right direction. The hook tape mechanism 202 is mounted on the case 204 by the hook tape mechanism carrier 203, and the hook tape mechanism 202 is driven by the hook tape mechanism carrier 203 to move up and down on the hook tape case 204.
Referring to fig. 5, the strap hooking mechanism 202 is used for hooking the strapping tape before shearing the strap, and comprises a strap hooking pressing plate 2021, a sliding table cylinder 2022, a strap hooking connecting shaft 2023, a hook-jade-shaped trigger switch 2024, a coil spring 2025, and a partition plate 2026. The hook tape mechanism 202 is mounted on the hook tape mechanism carrier mechanism 203 by a hook tape connecting shaft 2023. The pressing plate 2021 is located outside the hook-and-jade-shaped trigger switch 2024, the partition plate 2026 and the coil spring 2025 are installed on the sliding table cylinder 2022, and the sliding table cylinder 2022 drives the hook-and-jade-shaped trigger switch 2024, the partition plate 2026 and the coil spring 2025 to move in the left-and-right direction, so that the partition plate 2026 and the hook-and-jade-shaped trigger switch 2024 are close to the hook tape pressing plate 2021 or far away from the hook tape pressing plate 2021. The hook-jade-shaped trigger switch 2024 and the coil spring 2025 are respectively arranged at two ends of the rotating shaft in a penetrating way. A vertical gap is formed on the partition plate 2026, the front end of the hook-jade-shaped trigger switch 2024 extends out of the vertical gap of the partition plate 2026, and the packing belt is positioned between the partition plate 2026 and the pressing plate 2021.
As shown in fig. 6, the hook mechanism carrier 203 is composed of a hook mechanism carrier motor 2031, a hook mechanism carrier gear 2032, a hook mechanism carrier rack 2033, a hook mechanism carrier motor base 2034, and a guide rail 2035. The hook belt box 204 is provided with a vertical displacement slot, and the hook belt connecting shaft 2023 of the hook belt mechanism 202 passes through the vertical displacement slot to be connected and fixed with the hook belt mechanism carrying motor base 2034. The hook-and-band mechanism carrying motor 2031 is mounted on the hook-and-band mechanism carrying motor base 2034, the hook-and-band mechanism carrying motor base 2034 is mounted on the guide rail 2035, and the hook-and-band mechanism carrying motor base 2034 can move up and down along the guide rail 2035. The guide rail 2035 and the hook strip mechanism carrying rack 2033 are both fixed on the hook strip box 204 and located on the front and rear sides of the hook strip mechanism carrying motor base 2034. A hook-belt mechanism carrying gear 2032 engaged with the hook-belt mechanism carrying rack 2033 is arranged on the output shaft of the hook-belt mechanism carrying motor 2031 in a penetrating manner, and the hook-belt mechanism carrying motor 2034 and the hook-belt mechanism 202 connected with the hook-belt mechanism carrying motor 2031 are driven by the hook-belt mechanism carrying motor 2031 to move up and down.
As shown in fig. 7, the hook-tape box carrying mechanism 205 is composed of a box carrying motor 2051, a box carrying gear 2052, a box carrying rack 2053, a box carrying motor base 2054, a first guide rail 2055, and a second guide rail 2055'. The box carrying motor seat 2054 is fixedly connected with the hook belt box 204. The box carrying motor 2051 is mounted on a box carrying motor base 2054, a box carrying gear 2052 is inserted into an output shaft of the box carrying motor 2051, and the box carrying gear 2052 is engaged with a box carrying rack 2053 fixed on the hook belt device frame 201. A first guide rail 2055 and a second guide rail 2055 'are provided on the front and rear sides of the box carrier rack 2053, respectively, and the hook tape box 204 is driven by the box carrier motor 2051 to move in the left-right direction on the first guide rail 2055 and the second guide rail 2055'.
As shown in fig. 8 to 9, the tape cutting device 3 is used for cutting the strapping tape hooked by the tape hooking device 2, and includes a tape cutting frame 301, a tape cutting mechanism 302, a tape cutting mechanism carrying mechanism 303, a tape cutting case 304, and a tape cutting case carrying mechanism 305. The tape cutting box 304 is connected to the tape cutting frame 301 through the tape cutting box carrying mechanism 305, and the tape cutting box carrying mechanism 305 drives the tape cutting box 304 to move on the tape cutting frame 301 along the left and right directions. The tape cutting mechanism 302 is connected to the tape cutting box 304 through the tape cutting mechanism carrying mechanism 303, and the tape cutting mechanism carrying mechanism 303 drives the tape cutting mechanism 302 to move on the tape cutting box 304 along the up-down direction. The structure and composition of the tape cutting mechanism carrier 303 is similar to that of the tape hooking mechanism carrier 203, and the structure and composition of the box carrier 305 is similar to that of the box carrier 205, and thus the description thereof is omitted.
As shown in fig. 9, the tape cutting mechanism 302 is composed of a tape cutting press plate 3021, a tape cutting connecting shaft 3022, a revolving cylinder 3023, a fixed blade 3024, and a rotary blade 3025. A rotary blade 3025 is mounted on the rotary cylinder 3023. The rotary cylinder 3023 is mounted on the rotary cylinder mounting base, the tape cutting press plate 3021 is fixedly connected to the rotary cylinder mounting base, and the fixed blade 3024 is fixed to the tape cutting press plate 3021. The tape cutting mechanism 302 is mounted on the tape cutting mechanism carrier mechanism 303 through a connecting shaft 3022.
As shown in fig. 10, the waste belt collecting device 4 is a belt conveyor structure for collecting all the cut packing belts, and is composed of a waste belt collecting rack 401, a waste belt collecting belt 402, a waste belt collecting motor 403, a waste belt collecting transmission assembly 404, a waste belt collecting box 405 and a side baffle 406. The waste tape collecting motor 403 drives the waste tape collecting belt 402 to rotate through the waste tape collecting transmission assembly 404, and the waste tape collecting belt 402 drives the sheared packing belts thereon, so that all sheared packing belts fall into the waste tape collecting box 405.
As shown in fig. 11a and 11b, the bag cutting device 5 is composed of a bottom bag cutting mechanism 501, a side bag cutting mechanism 502 and a bag cutting table 503. The bottom bag cutting mechanism 501 is located right below the bag cutting table 503, and the side bag cutting mechanism 502 is located on the left side or right side of the bag cutting table 503. In this embodiment, the bottom bag cutting mechanism 501 has a known structure, for example, similar to the structure of the bag cutting device disclosed in the chinese patent application No. 201911264359.9 entitled "automatic bag discharging machine and automatic bag discharging method for straight bale plucker", and is used to cut the package bag outside the bale with the bale strip removed along the bottom diagonal. The bottom bag cutting mechanism 501 includes a cutter 5011, a top bag holder 5012, a motor 5013, and a transmission assembly 5014.
The side bag cutting mechanism 502 is used for cutting the left side or the right side of the packaging bag outside the fiber bag with the removed packaging bag, and comprises a first linear module 5021, a second linear module 5021 ', a first cutter 5022, a second cutter 5022', a third cutter 5022 ″ and a bag cutting rodless cylinder 5023. The first linear module 5021 and the second linear module 5021' are located on the front and rear sides of the side tape cutting mechanism 502. The first linear module 5021 is used for driving the first cutter 5022 to move up and down so as to cut one sideline in the left or right vertical direction of the packaging bag, and the second linear module 5021 'is used for driving the second cutter 5022' to move up and down so as to cut the other sideline in the left or right vertical direction of the packaging bag. The bag cutting rodless cylinder 5023 is used for driving the third cutter 5022' to move left and right, so that the upper sideline on the left side or the right side of the packaging bag is cut.
The bale cutting station 503 comprises a conveyor belt 5031, a roller 5032 and a bale placing platform 5033. The conveyor belt 5031 is divided into a front section and a rear section, a gap is left between the two conveyor belts 5031, and two rollers 5032 are arranged on the left side and the right side of the gap. When the roller 5032 is not actuated, the fiber bag in the gap is still, and at this time, the bottom bag cutting mechanism 501, the side bag cutting mechanism 502 and the bag clamping device 6 cooperate to complete cutting and clamping of the packaging bag of the fiber bag. When the rollers 5032 are operated, the fiber package from which the packaging bag is not removed is fed from the front conveyor 5031 to the gap, or the fiber package from which the packaging bag is removed is fed to the rear conveyor 5031, and the fiber package is conveyed to the standby conveying station 119 by the conveyor 5031.
The bag clamping device 6 is matched with the bag suction device 7 and is used for taking off the cut packaging bags on the two sides of the bag cutting device 5. As shown in fig. 12, the bag clamping device 6 is used for generating clamping force on the packaging bag and is composed of a cylinder bracket 601, a guide rail bracket 602, a cylinder 603, a guide rail 604, a pneumatic clamping jaw connector 605, a first pneumatic clamping jaw 606 and a second pneumatic clamping jaw 606'. The air cylinder 603 is mounted on the air cylinder bracket 601, and the guide rail 604 is mounted on the guide rail bracket 602. The first and second pneumatic jaws 606, 606' are mounted on the pneumatic jaw connection 605. Pneumatic jaw connectors 605 are driven by air cylinders 603 to slide left and right on rails 604.
As shown in fig. 13, the bag suction device 7 is used for sucking the packaging bag and is composed of a bag suction frame 701, a bag suction rodless cylinder 702, a pneumatic suction cup connector 703 and a pneumatic suction cup 704. The pneumatic suction cup 704 is connected with the bag suction rodless cylinder 702 through a pneumatic suction cup connecting piece 703, the bag suction rodless cylinder 702 is installed on the bag suction rack 701, and the bag suction rodless cylinder 702 drives the pneumatic suction cup 704 to move left and right.
As shown in fig. 14, the first waste bag collecting device 8 and the second waste bag collecting device 8' have the same structure and are used for conveying and collecting waste packaging bags, and each waste bag collecting device comprises a waste bag collecting rack 801, a waste bag collecting belt 802, a waste bag collecting motor 803, a waste bag collecting transmission assembly 804, a waste bag collecting side baffle 805 and a waste bag collecting box 806. The waste bag collecting motor 803 drives the waste bag collecting belt 802 to operate via the waste bag collecting gear assembly 804, thereby feeding the waste bag into the waste bag collecting box 806.
As shown in fig. 15, the first holding and clamping vehicle 9 and the second holding and clamping vehicle 9 'have the same structure, the first holding and clamping vehicle 9 is used for placing the fiber bales, which are not removed by the packing belt and the packing bag, into the fiber bale conveyor 1, and the second holding and clamping vehicle 9' is used for taking out the fiber bales at the station 119 to be conveyed. The first holding and clamping vehicle 9 or the second holding and clamping vehicle 9' is composed of a hand grip assembly 901, a packing stop device 902 and a carrying trolley 903. The bag retaining device 902 is mounted on a gripper assembly 901, and the gripper assembly 901 is fixed to the carrying cart 903. The gripper assembly 901 is composed of a gripper head 9011, a sliding assembly 9012 and an oil cylinder 9013. The bag blocking device 902 is composed of a fiber bag supporting plate 9021 and a cylinder 9022.
In this embodiment, the operation steps of the fiber bag removing and bag opening machine are as follows:
(1) as shown in fig. 16, 17a and 17b, the first clamp truck 9 places the bale 10' from which neither the baling band 10a nor the packaging bag 10b has been removed on the bale supporting plate 105 of the bale conveyor 1. In the present embodiment, the bale 10' placed on the bale support plate 105 has a length direction perpendicular to the plane of the bale support plate 105, a thickness direction perpendicular to the movement direction of the bale support plate 105, and a width direction parallel to the movement direction of the bale support plate 105, and the bale length direction is defined as the up-down direction, the width direction as the front-back direction, and the thickness direction as the left-right direction. When the bale support plate 105 is moved in the direction of the arrow in fig. 17a, the bale 10' is transported to the strip removal station 110, whereupon the bale support plate 105 stops moving.
(2) As shown in fig. 18a and 18b, the box carrier mechanism 205 drives the hook tape box 204 of the hook tape device 2 to move to the hook tape station 111, and the hook tape mechanism 202 is located at the highest position of the stroke; the box body carrying mechanism 305 drives the tape cutting box body 304 of the tape cutting device 3 to move to the tape cutting station 112, and the tape cutting mechanism 302 is located at the highest position of the stroke, so that the preparation work before tape cutting is completed.
(3) As shown in fig. 19, the slide cylinder 2022 is located at the maximum stroke, at which the partition plate 2026 and the hook-and-jade-like trigger switch 2024 of the hook tape mechanism 202 are closest to the hook tape pressing plate 2021. The hook belt mechanism 202 moves downwards under the driving of the hook belt mechanism carrying mechanism 203, and after the hook-jade-shaped trigger switch 2024 contacts the packing belt 10a at the corresponding position of the fiber package, the hook belt mechanism 202 continues to move downwards for a certain distance to stop. The hook-and-loop trigger switch 2024 can only rotate within a certain angle due to the coil spring 2025. The strapping means 202 holds the strapping band 10a at that position of the fiber bale 10' by means of the divider plate 2026 and the strapping pressure plate 2021, and then the strapping means 203 stops.
(4) As shown in fig. 20, the tape cutting mechanism 302 is driven by the tape cutting mechanism carrying mechanism 303 to move downward until the packaging tape 10a at the corresponding position of the fiber package moves to a position between the fixed blade 3024 and the rotary blade 3025, and the tape cutting mechanism 302 stops moving; the rotary cylinder 3023 rotates the rotary blade 3025 to close the fixed blade 3024, thereby cutting the bale ribbon 10 at the position of the fiber bale 10'.
(5) As shown in fig. 21a and 21b, the steps 3 to 4 are repeated to cut off all the wrapping tapes 10a on the fiber bundle 10'; the hook tape mechanism 202 grasps all the cut packaging tapes 10a and moves to the lowest part of the stroke; the hook belt device 2 is driven by the hook belt box carrying mechanism 205 to move to the waste belt discarding station 113 in the direction away from the fiber bag 10', so as to drag out all the cut packing belts 10 a; the slide table cylinder 2022 is actuated so that the partition plate 2026 of the hook tape mechanism 202 is away from the hook tape pressing plate 2021, thereby discarding all the packing belts 10a onto the scrap tape collecting belt 402, and the scrap tape collecting belt 402 conveys the discarded packing belts 10a into the scrap tape collecting box 405; the fibre bale 10 'with the strapping band 10a not removed is converted into a fibre bale 11' with the strapping band removed.
(6) As shown in fig. 22, the hook strip cassette carrier 205 drives the hook strip device 2 in the direction of the solid arrow shown to the farthest distance from the bale of fibers 10'; the hook belt mechanism carrying mechanism 203 drives the hook belt mechanism 202 to move to the highest position of the stroke according to the direction of the solid arrow; the tape-cutting box carrying mechanism 305 drives the tape-cutting device 3 to move to the position farthest away from the fiber package 10' in the direction of the solid arrow; the tape-cutting mechanism carrier 303 drives the tape-cutting mechanism 302 to move to the highest position of the stroke in the direction of the solid arrow, and the tape hooking device 2 and the tape-cutting device 3 complete the reset action.
(7) As shown in fig. 23a and 23b, the bale support plate 105 of the bale conveyor 1 cooperates with the conveyor belt 5031 and the rollers 5032 of the bag slitting device 5 to convey the bale 11' with the removed bale tie 10a to the bag slitting station 114 in the direction of the solid arrow shown.
(8) As shown in fig. 24, the bottom cutting mechanism 501 cuts the outer portion of the fiber package from which the wrapping tape has been removed along the bottom diagonal line, and then lifts the fiber package 11' up to a certain height.
(9) As shown in fig. 25a and 25b, the air cylinder 603 drives the bag clamping device 6 to move to the bag clamping station 115, and then the first pneumatic clamping jaw 606 and the second pneumatic clamping jaw 606 'are closed to clamp two corners of the packaging bag 10b of the fiber bag 11'; the bag suction rodless cylinder 702 drives the bag suction device 7 to move to the bag suction station 116, and then the pneumatic suction cups 704 suck the side faces of the packaging bags 10b of the fiber bags 11'.
(10) As shown in fig. 26, the first linear module 5021 drives the first knife 5022 to cut one side line of the left side of the packing bag 10b in the vertical direction of the arrow, the second linear module 5021 'drives the second knife 5022' to cut the other side line of the left side of the packing bag 10b in the vertical direction, and the rodless cylinder 5023 drives the third knife 5022 ″ to cut the upper side line of the left side of the packing bag 10b in the arrow direction.
(11) As shown in fig. 27a and 27b, the air cylinder 603 drives the bag clamping device 6 and the waste packaging bag 11b 'to move to the first waste bag collecting station 117, and the waste packaging bag 11 b' is discarded to the first waste bag collecting device 8; the first waste-bag collecting device 8 then conveys the waste packing bag 11 b' into the waste-bag collecting box 806; meanwhile, the bag suction rodless cylinder 702 drives the bag suction device 7 and the waste packaging bag 11b 'to move to the second waste bag collecting station 118, the waste packaging bag 11 b' is discarded to the second waste bag collecting device 8 ', and the second waste bag collecting device 8' conveys the waste packaging bag 11b 'to the waste bag collecting box 806'; then the first cutter 5022, the second cutter 5022 ', the third cutter 5022' and the top package frame 5012 complete the reset action; the bale 11 'with the strapping band removed is converted into a bale 12' with both strapping band and packaging bag removed.
(12) As shown in fig. 28, the conveyor 5031 and the rollers 5032 of the bag slitting device 5 convey the fiber pack 12' in the direction of the illustrated arrow to the station 119 to be carried.
(13) As shown in fig. 29, the second clamp car 9 'carries the fibre bale 12' to the discharge position.
The above steps 1-13 are repeated until the bale discharge position is automatically filled with fiber pieces.

Claims (10)

1. A fiber bag removing and bag opening machine for a straight-moving bale plucker is characterized by comprising a fiber bag conveyor, a belt hooking device, a belt shearing device, a waste belt collecting device, a bag cutting device, a bag clamping device, a bag sucking device, a waste bag collecting device and a fiber bag holding and clamping vehicle;
feeding the fiber bags with the packaging belt and the packaging bags not removed into a fiber bag conveyor by using a fiber bag holding and clamping vehicle, and taking the fiber bags positioned at the station to be carried away by using the fiber bag holding and clamping vehicle; defining the transmission direction of the fiber package as front and back directions, defining the direction perpendicular to the front and back directions in the plane of the surface of the fiber package conveyor as left and right directions, and defining the direction perpendicular to the plane of the surface of the fiber package conveyor as up and down directions, then:
the fiber bag conveyor is used for conveying the fiber bags which are not removed by the packaging belt and the packaging bag to the belt removing station and the bag cutting station in sequence;
remove and take the station to be located between hook tape station and the shearing tape station, hook tape station and shearing tape station are located the left and right both sides of fibre package conveyer respectively, and the hook tape device arranges in hook tape station, and the shearing tape device arranges in the shearing tape station, utilizes hook tape device and shearing tape device to detach all packing area on the fibre package, wherein:

the bag cutting device is arranged at the bag cutting station and is used for cutting the bottom surface of the packaging bag of the fiber bag with the packaging belt removed at the bag cutting station along a diagonal line and simultaneously cutting the left side surface or the right side surface of the packaging bag along a side line, and then conveying the packaging bag and the fiber bag with the packaging belt removed to the station to be conveyed from the bag cutting station;

after the packaging bag is divided into two parts by the bag cutting device, the two parts are respectively clamped by the bag clamping device and adsorbed by the bag absorbing device, wherein the bag clamping device is arranged at a bag clamping station, and the bag absorbing device is arranged at a bag absorbing station;
the waste bag collecting device conveys and collects the packaging bags clamped by the bag clamping device and adsorbed by the bag adsorbing device.
2. A bale breaker and bag opener for a straight-traveling bale plucker as in claim 1 wherein said bale conveyor is of a plate chain conveyor construction having side dams on both the left and right sides.

The fiber bale breaking and bag opening machine for the straight-moving bale plucker as claimed in claim 1, wherein the strap hooking mechanism comprises a strap hooking pressing plate and a separation plate, the separation plate is driven by the sliding table cylinder to move left and right, so that the separation plate is close to or away from the strap hooking pressing plate, when the separation plate is close to the strap hooking pressing plate, the separation plate cooperates with the strap hooking pressing plate to grasp the bale strap on the fiber bale between the strap hooking pressing plate and the separation plate, when the separation plate is away from the strap hooking plate, the grasped bale strap is loosened; a vertical gap is formed in the partition plate, the front end of the jade hooking trigger switch penetrates through the vertical gap and then is positioned between the partition plate and the hook belt pressing plate, and the rear end of the jade hooking trigger switch and the coil spring are respectively arranged at two ends of the rotating shaft in a penetrating manner, so that the jade hooking trigger switch can rotate around the rotating shaft and the rotating stroke of the jade hooking trigger switch is limited by the coil spring; in the downward moving process of the belt hooking mechanism, the jade-hooking trigger switch positioned between the separation plate and the belt hooking pressure plate is driven by the packing belt to rotate so as to judge the moving distance of the belt hooking mechanism.
4. The fiber bale removal and bag opener of claim 1, wherein the strap cutting mechanism includes a fixed blade and a rotating blade, and wherein the strap held by the strap hooking device is positioned between the fixed blade and the rotating blade when the strap cutting mechanism is moved down into position, and the rotating blade rotates to cut the strap in cooperation with the fixed blade.
5. A fiber bag stripper and stripper for a straight-line bale plucker as in claim 1 wherein said waste tape collection means and said waste bag collection means are of belt conveyor construction.
6. The fiber bag removing and opening machine for the straight bale plucker as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bag cutting table comprises a bag placing platform, the bag placing platform is provided with a front section of conveying belt and a rear section of conveying belt, a certain space is formed between the two sections of conveying belts, and the arrangement is composed of two rollers, and the two rollers are symmetrically arranged left and right.
7. A fiber bag stripper and bagger for a straight bale plucker as defined in claim 1 wherein said bag gripping means grips said bag with pneumatic jaws; the bag suction device sucks the packaging bag by using a pneumatic sucking disc.
8. A fiber bag stripper and stripper for a straight-traveling bale plucker as in claim 1, wherein said waste bag collecting means comprises a first waste bag collecting means and a second waste bag collecting means respectively located on the left and right sides of said bag cutting means; the first waste bag collecting device is arranged at a first waste bag collecting station and is positioned below the bag sucking device; the second waste bag collecting device is arranged at the second waste bag collecting station and is positioned below the bag clamping device.
9. A bale breaker and bag breaker for a straight-traveling bale breaker, as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bale conveyor has a bale support plate for transporting the bale of fiber having a width greater than the width of the bale of fiber in a direction perpendicular to the direction of transport of the bale of fiber; the width of a belt used for conveying the waste packaging tape on the waste tape collecting device is equal to the width of the side face of the fiber bag opposite to the tape hooking mechanism.
10. A fiber bag removing belt and bag opening method for a straight-moving bale plucker, which is characterized in that the fiber bag removing belt and bag opening machine for the straight-moving bale plucker, which is disclosed by claim 1, is adopted, and comprises the following steps:
step 1: placing the fiber bags with the packaging belts not removed on a fiber bag conveyor by the fiber bag holding and clamping vehicle, conveying the fiber bags to a belt removing station by the fiber bag conveyor, and stopping the fiber bag conveyor;
step 2: the hook belt mechanism is positioned at the highest position of the stroke, and the hook belt box body carrying mechanism of the hook belt device drives the hook belt box body to approach the fiber bag and move to a hook belt station, so that a hook belt pressing plate on the hook belt mechanism is pressed into the fiber bag to a set depth;
the tape cutting mechanism is positioned at the highest position of the stroke, and a tape cutting box body carrying mechanism of the tape cutting device drives a tape cutting box body to approach the fiber package and move to a tape cutting station, so that a tape cutting pressing plate on the tape cutting mechanism is pressed into the fiber package to a set depth;
and step 3: the carrying mechanism of the strap hooking mechanism drives the strap hooking mechanism to move from top to bottom, so that the carrying mechanism of the strap hooking mechanism stops operating after the strap hooking mechanism hooks a packaging strap;
and 4, step 4: the tape cutting mechanism carrying mechanism drives the tape cutting mechanism to move from top to bottom to a position corresponding to the packaging tape hooked by the tape hooking mechanism, and the tape cutting mechanism works to cut the packaging tape;
and 5: the steps 3 and 4 are repeatedly executed until the strap hooking mechanism moves to the lowest position of the stroke, and at the moment, the strap hooking mechanism grabs all the sheared packing straps; a hook belt box body carrying mechanism of the hook belt device drives the hook belt box body to move to a waste belt discarding station in a direction far away from the fiber bag, all the cut packing belts are dragged out, the hook belt mechanism acts to enable all the packing belts to be bounced to a waste belt collecting device, and the waste belt collecting device conveys and collects the received packing belts;
step 6: the hook belt mechanism carrying mechanism drives the hook belt mechanism to move from bottom to top, return to the highest position of the stroke and pause working;
the tape cutting box body carrying mechanism of the tape cutting device drives the tape cutting box body to move for a set distance in the direction away from the fiber package, so that a tape cutting pressing plate of the tape cutting mechanism is away from the fiber package for the set distance, and the tape cutting mechanism carrying mechanism drives the tape cutting mechanism to move from bottom to top, return to the highest position of the stroke and pause working;
and 7: the fiber bag conveyor is matched with the bag cutting table, and the fiber bags with the packaging belt removed are conveyed to a bag cutting station;
and 8: after the fiber bag reaches the bag cutting station, the bottom bag cutting mechanism works to cut off the packaging bag outside the fiber bag with the packaging belt removed along the diagonal line of the bottom, and then the fiber bag is jacked up;
and step 9: the bag suction device moves to a bag suction station, the bag clamping device moves to a bag clamping station, the bag suction device sucks the side part of the packaging bag opposite to the bag suction device, and the bag clamping device clamps the packaging bag;
step 10: the side bag cutting mechanism cuts the lifted fiber bag along the side line of the left side or the right side;
step 11: the bag suction device and the bag clamping device move to a waste bag collecting station, the waste packaging bags are discarded to the waste bag collecting device, the waste bag collecting device conveys and collects the waste packaging bags, and then the bag cutting device resets and temporarily stops working;
step 12: the bag cutting device conveys the fiber bags with the packaging belts and the packaging bags removed to a station to be carried;
step 13: carrying the fiber bag to a discharge position by a fiber bag holding and clamping vehicle;
