the H partition plate material folding mechanism (5) comprises folding guide plates (17) arranged on two sides of a mold assembly (9), a folding rack (18), a folding driving motor (19) and a folding cutter (20) which are arranged above the mold assembly (9), and two sides of the H partition plate material are folded and formed through the folding guide plates (17); the folding cutter (20) is installed on the folding rack (18) through a transmission rack (21), the transmission rack (21) is vertically connected with the folding rack (18) in a sliding mode, a transmission shaft (22) is connected to the driving end of the folding driving motor (19), a gear (23) matched with the transmission rack is sleeved on the transmission shaft (22), the folding driving motor (19) drives the gear (23) to rotate through the transmission shaft (22), the transmission rack (21) is driven to move up and down, and the folding cutter (20) is driven to fold the H-shaped partition plate material and press the H-shaped partition plate material into the mold assembly (9) for molding;

the main body plate folding mechanism (7) comprises folding assemblies symmetrically arranged on two sides of the die assembly (9) along the conveying direction of the main body plate, each folding assembly comprises a second folding rack (25), a folding cylinder (26), a folding arm sliding plate (27), a folding arm fixing plate (28) and a folding arm (29), the upper end of the folding cylinder (26) is hinged to the second folding rack (25), the upper end of the folding arm sliding plate (27) is hinged to the driving end of the folding cylinder (26), the other end of the folding arm sliding plate is connected with the folding arm fixing plate (28), the inner side of the folding arm (29) is rotatably connected with the folding arm fixing plate (28) through a connecting shaft (30), and the connecting shaft (30) is fixedly connected with the folding arm (29); a folding part fixing seat (31) is arranged on the second folding rack (25), the folding part fixing seat (31) is clamped below the second folding rack (25), a folding arm sliding plate (27) is in sliding connection with the folding part fixing seat (31) along the stretching direction of a folding cylinder, the lower end of the folding part fixing seat (31) is connected with a folding arm (29) through a folding part, the folding part comprises a connecting rod (32) and a cam (33), one end of the connecting rod (32) is hinged with the folding part fixing seat (31), the other end of the connecting rod is hinged with the small end of the cam (33), and the large end of the cam (33) is fixedly connected with a connecting shaft (30);
and a pressing die shaping cylinder (34) is arranged in the direction perpendicular to the folding part fixing seat (31), the driving end of the pressing die shaping cylinder (34) is fixedly connected with the folding part fixing seat (31), and after the main body plate (1) is folded, the pressing die shaping cylinder (34) pushes the folding part fixing seat (31) to compress and shape the bonding surface of the main body plate (1) and the H partition plate (2).
