Abstract

本发明公开了一种深孔用压紧定位机构,液压缸或气缸活塞杆前端卡接有活接头;斜楔滑块可滑动地连接在滑槽的滑动槽内;活接头顶接在斜楔滑块的容纳槽内;压板置于压板支座的限位槽内,压板支座限位槽的两侧壁上固定有正好穿在压板上开有的长圆槽内的定位销轴;压板后端的下端安装有滚轮;回拉杆穿在斜楔滑块穿越槽内,前端固定在回拉杆固定孔内,其上穿有弹簧;滚轮置于斜楔滑块的倾斜面上;定位销轴位于长圆槽左端,弹簧处于自然状态时,滚轮处于倾斜面的低端,不与上端的压板接触;当定位销轴阻挡在长圆槽最右端,弹簧被压缩到位时,滚轮处于倾斜面的高端,顶接压板促使压板前压头压紧工件。本发明能够深入到工件深孔内进行定位和压紧。

技术领域
本发明属于工件的加工制造领域,涉及一种深孔用压紧定位机构。
背景技术
在机械制造的批量生产中,工件的加工往往通过液压或气动夹具来实现定位和夹紧,从而缩短装夹时间,提供生产效率,而工件形状的复杂性往往导致自动化装夹的困难,如必须伸入孔内较深的位置进行夹紧的话,现有的连杆夹紧、转角夹紧均不能伸入较深的位置。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中存在的上述问题,提供一种能够深入到工件深孔内进行定位和压紧的深孔用压紧定位机构。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术解决方案是:一种深孔用压紧定位机构,包括基板、工件支撑座、滑槽、液压缸或气缸、支座、活接头、斜楔滑块、T形回拉杆、弹簧、滚轮、销轴、压板、压板支座和定位销轴;滑槽、支座和压板支座分别固定基板上;液压缸或气缸固定在支座上;液压缸或气缸活塞杆前端卡接有活接头;斜楔滑块下端可滑动地连接在滑槽的滑动槽内;活接头前端顶接在斜楔滑块后端壁下端的容纳槽内;斜楔滑块为横臂的上端面为向前向下倾斜的倾斜面,竖臂上端开有与回拉杆大间隙配合的穿越槽;压板置于压板支座的限位槽内,压板支座限位槽的两侧壁上固定有定位销轴,定位销轴正好穿在压板上开有的长圆槽内;压板后端的下端通过销轴可升降高度地安装有滚轮,其后端的上端开有回拉杆固定孔;回拉杆穿在所述穿越槽内,其前端固定在回拉杆固定孔内,其上穿有限位在压板后端面和斜楔滑块前端面之间的弹簧;滚轮置于斜楔滑块的倾斜面上;定位销轴位于长圆槽左端,弹簧处于自然状态时,滚轮处于倾斜面的低端,不与上端的压板接触;当定位销轴阻挡在长圆槽最右端,弹簧被压缩到位时,滚轮处于倾斜面的高端,顶接压板促使压板前压头压紧工件;工件置于工件支撑座上,工件支撑座的高度保证压板前压头正好与工件的水平深孔的底面微间隙配合。
进一步优选地,所述压板后端的下端通过销轴可升降高度地安装有滚轮的结构是:压板后端的下端开有滚轮的安装槽,安装槽壁上对称开有竖直的条形孔,滚轮中心固定的销轴两端限位在对称的两条形孔内。
进一步优选地,所述斜楔滑块的倾斜面的倾斜角度为10-30°。
液压缸或气缸带动斜楔滑块在滑槽内前进,斜楔滑块通过穿在回拉杆上的弹簧带动压板前进,压板在压板支座内滑动,并通过其上的长圆槽与销轴的配合进行限位,当压板在液压缸或气缸、斜楔滑块的带动下到达终点时被销轴阻挡后,斜楔滑块在液压缸或气缸的带动下继续前进,此时弹簧被压缩,斜楔滑块的倾斜面将滚轮顶起,从而使压板围绕销轴旋转,压紧工件。
总之,本发明通过液压缸或气缸做动力源,通过工件支撑座、斜楔滑块、滚轮、弹簧、带长圆孔的压板实现自动化配合,使压板前压头伸入工件深孔内并进行压紧。压紧稳定,工作可靠性高。对连杆、转角等工件的夹紧能够自动伸入较深的位置,对工件的加工带来了方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施对本发明做进一步的描述。
如图1、图2和图3所示,本实施例包括基板1、工件支撑座16、滑槽2、液压缸或气缸3、支座4、活接头5、斜楔滑块6、T形回拉杆7、弹簧8、滚轮9、销轴10、压板11、压板支座12和定位销轴13。滑槽2、支座4和压板支座12分别固定基板1上。液压缸或气缸3固定在支座4上。液压缸或气缸3活塞杆前端卡接有活接头5。斜楔滑块6下端可滑动地连接在滑槽2的滑动槽内。活接头5前端顶接在斜楔滑块6后端壁下端的容纳槽18内。斜楔滑块6为横臂的上端面为向前向下倾斜的倾斜面19,竖臂上端开有与T形回拉杆7大间隙配合的穿越槽。优选地,所述斜楔滑块6的倾斜面19的倾斜角度为20-45°。压板11置于压板支座12的限位槽内,压板支座12限位槽的两侧壁上固定有定位销轴13,定位销轴13正好穿在压板11上开有的长圆槽17内。压板11后端的下端通过销轴10可升降高度地安装有滚轮9,其后端的上端开有回拉杆固定孔。优选地,所述压板11后端的下端通过销轴10可升降高度地安装有滚轮9的结构是:压板11后端的下端开有滚轮9的安装槽,安装槽壁上对称开有竖直的条形孔,滚轮9中心固定的销轴10两端限位在对称的两条形孔内。回拉杆7穿在所述穿越槽内,其前端固定在回拉杆固定孔内,其上穿有限位在压板11后端面和斜楔滑块6前端面之间的弹簧8。滚轮9置于斜楔滑块6的倾斜面19上。定位销轴13位于长圆槽17左端,弹簧8处于自然状态时,滚轮9处于倾斜面19的低端,不与上端的压板11接触。当定位销轴13阻挡在长圆槽17最右端,弹簧8被压缩到位时,滚轮9处于倾斜面19的高端,顶接压板11促使压板前压头压紧工件15。工件15置于工件支撑座16上,工件支撑座16的高度保证压板前压头正好与工件的水平深孔的底面微间隙配合。
当然,本发明还有其它多种实施例,在不违背本发明精神和实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员可根据本发明作出相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于等同技术的改进,属于本发明权利要求的保护范围。

1.一种深孔用压紧定位机构,其特征在于:包括基板、工件支撑座、滑槽、液压缸或气缸、支座、活接头、斜楔滑块、T形回拉杆、弹簧、滚轮、销轴、压板、压板支座和定位销轴;滑槽、支座和压板支座分别固定基板上;液压缸或气缸固定在支座上;液压缸或气缸活塞杆前端卡接有活接头;斜楔滑块下端可滑动地连接在滑槽的滑动槽内;活接头前端顶接在斜楔滑块后端壁下端的容纳槽内;斜楔滑块为横臂的上端面为向前向下倾斜的倾斜面,竖臂上端开有与回拉杆大间隙配合的穿越槽;压板置于压板支座的限位槽内,压板支座限位槽的两侧壁上固定有定位销轴,定位销轴正好穿在压板上开有的长圆槽内;压板后端的下端通过销轴可升降高度地安装有滚轮,其后端的上端开有回拉杆固定孔;回拉杆穿在所述穿越槽内,其前端固定在回拉杆固定孔内,其上穿有限位在压板后端面和斜楔滑块前端面之间的弹簧;滚轮置于斜楔滑块的倾斜面上;定位销轴位于长圆槽左端,弹簧处于自然状态时,滚轮处于倾斜面的低端,不与上端的压板接触;当定位销轴阻挡在长圆槽最右端,弹簧被压缩到位时,滚轮处于倾斜面的高端,顶接压板促使压板前压头压紧工件;工件置于工件支撑座上,工件支撑座的高度保证压板前压头正好与工件的水平深孔的底面微间隙配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的深孔用压紧定位机构,其特征在于:所述压板后端的下端通过销轴可升降高度地安装有滚轮的结构是:压板后端的下端开有滚轮的安装槽,安装槽壁上对称开有竖直的条形孔,滚轮中心固定的销轴两端限位在对称的两条形孔内。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的深孔用压紧定位机构,其特征在于:所述斜楔滑块的倾斜面的倾斜角度为10-30°。
