Abstract

本发明涉及一种字迹不溶于水、耐光照的喷墨打印机用黑墨水及其制备方法。该黑墨水按下列组分及其重量百分比用量范围配料:60~70%的去离子水、5.5~12.5%的聚乙二醇、3.0~10.0%的直接黑、2.0~10.0%的聚丙烯酸、0.5~2.5%的烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、0.5~2.0%的失水山梨醇三油酸酯、0.5~1.5%的对苯二酚、0.5~1.5%的尿素、5.0~10.0%的氨水、经充分搅拌,过滤后得产品。本黑墨水固化成膜迅速,字迹不被水溶解,耐光照、耐热等,符合打印机各项参数要求。

字迹不溶于水耐光照的喷墨打印机 用黑墨水及其制备方法
本发明涉及精细化工,具体是指一种字迹不溶于水、耐光照的喷墨打印机用黑墨水及其制备方法。
目前市场上所销售的喷墨打印机用墨水,包括国际著名品牌佳能、惠普和EPSON等打印机专用墨水,均为打印后字迹溶于水的产品,而没有将水溶性墨水通过喷墨打印机喷射到纸上字迹不被水溶解的墨水。
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种通过喷墨打印机喷射到纸上的黑墨水字迹能迅速固化成膜,不溶于水、耐紫外光照射、耐热的喷墨打印机用黑墨水及其制备方法。
本发明的目的是通过如下措施来实现的:
一种字迹不溶于水耐光照的喷墨打印机用黑墨水的制备方法,它包括如下工艺步骤及其条件:
步骤一:备料
按下列组分及其重量百分比用量范围配料:
1、去离子水                  60~70%
2、聚乙二醇                  5.5~12.5%
3、直接黑                    3.0~10.0%
4、聚丙烯酸                  2.0~10.0%
5、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚          0.5~2.5%
6、失水山梨醇三油酸酯        0.5~2.0%
7、对苯二酚                  0.5~1.5%
8、尿素                      0.5~1.5%
9、氨水                      5.0~10.0%
步骤二:搅拌
按步骤一的配料序号1~8的顺序,依次投料至正在搅拌的反应釜中,并连续搅拌;
步骤三:加热处理
按每小时50℃的升温速率加热至75~85℃,并在该温度下恒温至少2小时,自然冷却至50℃以下后,再加序号9的氨水;
步骤四:过滤
经滤心小于2μm密度的过滤器至少过滤二次,得喷墨打印机用黑墨水,即可储存于密闭容器中,待分装出厂。
本发明与目前市场上销售的喷墨打印机用墨水相比具有如下优点:
1、本发明解决了现有技术中的难题,使用本喷墨墨水打印后,所打印出来的字迹不溶于水、耐紫外光照射、耐热,能长期保存不褪色,无论打印字体大小一样清晰,可以做为档案资料永久保存。
2、本发明的产品与国际先进的品牌相比成本较低,是一种具有高副加值的产品,另外,随着计算机的普及,打印机墨水用量也随之增大,因此本发明产品具有极好的市场前景。
3、本发明制备的黑墨水完全能够符合各种品牌打印机的各项技术性能指标,并对喷头具有良好的保湿功能,墨水具有良好的流动性能,喷墨喷出的微细墨滴对纸张具有迅速的渗透功能,完全符合永久性档案资料用墨的要求。本实施例的产品已在EPSON等名牌打印机上试用,获满意的效果,证明该墨水能兼容EPSON等名牌打印机。
通过如下实施例对本发明作进一步的说明:
实施例1
一种字迹不溶于水耐光照的喷墨打印机用黑墨水的制备方法,它包括如下工艺步骤及其条件:
步骤一:备料
按下列组分及其重量百分比用量配料:
1、去离子水               69.5%
2、聚乙二醇               10%
3、直接黑(L---3BQ)        5.0%
4、聚丙烯酸               6.0%
5、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚       1.8%
6、失水山梨醇三油酸酯     1.2%
7、对苯二酚               0.5%
8、尿素                   0.5%
9、氨水                   5.5%
步骤二:搅拌
按步骤一的配料序号1~8的顺序,依次投料至正在搅拌的反应釜中,并连续搅拌;
步骤三:加热处理
按每小时50℃的升温速率加热至75℃,并在该温度下恒温3小时,自然冷却至50℃后,再加序号9的氨水;
步骤四:过滤
经滤心小于2μm密度的过滤器过滤二次,得喷墨打印机用黑墨水,即可储存于密闭容器中,待分装出厂。
实施例2
一种字迹不溶于水耐光照的喷墨打印机用黑墨水的制备方法,它包括如下工艺步骤及其条件:
步骤一:备料
按下列组分及其重量百分比用量范围配料:
1、去离子水                   65.7%
2、聚乙二醇                   12%
3、直接黑                     9.0%
4、聚丙烯酸                   2.5%
5、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚           0.5%
6、失水山梨醇三油酸酯         0.8%
7、对苯二酚                   0.5%
8、尿素                       1.0%
9、氨水                       8.0%
步骤二:搅拌
按步骤一的配料按序号1~8的顺序,依次投料至正在搅拌的反应釜中,并连续搅拌;
步骤三:加热处理
按每小时50℃的升温速率加热至85℃,并在该温度下恒温2小时,自然冷却至40℃后,再加序号9的氨水;
步骤四:过滤
经滤心小于2μm密度的过滤器过滤二次,得喷墨打印机用黑墨水,即可储存于密闭容器中,待分装出厂。
实施例3
一种字迹不溶于水耐光照的喷墨打印机用黑墨水的制备方法,它包括如下工艺步骤及其条件:
按下列组分及其重量百分比用量范围:
配料:
1、去离子水                 64%
2、聚乙二醇                 7.0%
3、直接黑                   3.5%
4、聚丙烯酸                 10.0%
5、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚         2.0%
6、失水山梨醇三油酸酯       1.5%
7、对苯二酚                 1.5%
8、尿素                     0.5%
9、氨水                     10.0%
步骤二:搅拌
按步骤一的配料序号1~8的顺序,依次投料至正在搅拌的反应釜中,并连续搅拌;
步骤三:加热处理
按每小时50℃的升温速率加热至80℃,并在该温度下恒温2.5小时,自然冷却至室温后,再加序号9的氨水;
步骤四:过滤
经滤心小于2μm密度的过滤器过滤二次,得喷墨打印机用黑墨水,即可储存于密闭容器中,待分装出厂。

Claims (2)

1、一种字迹不溶于水耐光照的喷墨打印机用黑墨水的制备方法,它包括如下工艺步骤及其条件:
步骤一:备料
按下列组分及其重量百分比用量范围配料:
(1)去离子水                60~70%
(2)聚乙二醇                5.5~12.5%
(3)直接黑                  3.0~10.0%
(4)聚丙烯酸                2.0~10.0%
(5)烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚        0.5~2.5%
(6)失水山梨醇三油酸酯      0.5~2.0%
(7)对苯二酚                0.5~1.5%
(8)尿素                    0.5~1.5%
(9)氨水                    5.0~10.0%
步骤二:搅拌
按步骤一的配料序号(1)~(8)的顺序,依次投料至正在搅拌的反应釜中,并连续搅拌;
步骤三:加热处理
按每小时50℃的升温速率加热至75~85℃,并在该温度下恒温至少2小时,自然冷却至50℃以下后,再加序号(9)的氨水;
步骤四:过滤
经滤心小于2μm密度的过滤器至少过滤二次,得喷墨打印机用黑墨水,即可储存于密闭容器中,待分装出厂。
2、根据权利要求1所述的制备方法所得到的字迹不溶于水耐光照的喷墨打印机用黑墨水。
