the bin assembly (4) comprises a first top plate (402), a supporting frame (401) is fixedly arranged on the workbench (9), the first top plate (402) is fixedly arranged on the supporting frame (401), a groove (4021) is formed in the first top plate (402), L-shaped stop blocks (405) are fixedly arranged around the groove (4021), a moving air cylinder (403) is fixedly arranged on the first top plate (402), and a sliding plate (404) is fixedly arranged on a piston rod of the moving air cylinder (403);
