本发明提供一种通用型冲压成型油及其制备方法,涉及冲压成型油技术领域,所述通用型冲压成型油的制备材料是由二烃基五硫化物莱茵RC2541、非活性硫化猪油、超碱值磺酸钙、抗磨剂、不干性油、合成酯、氧化石蜡丁酯、噻二唑衍生物、矿物油、抗氧化剂、防腐剂、分散剂和润滑性添加剂构成。本发明,通过采用二烃基五硫化物莱茵RC2541,可提供很好的极压性,且对有色金属腐蚀较低,使成品冲压成型油可用于有色金属的加工,且具有极好的极压性,使成品冲压成型油适宜于加工不锈钢、合金钢等难加工金属,且成品冲压成型油具有优良的防锈性,适用于铸铁、碳钢等易生锈金属,以便使成品冲压成型油能够具有更广的使用范围,以便达到更好的使用效果。

背景技术
在对不锈钢、合金钢等难加工材质加工时,往往需要油品具备很好的极压性,但常用的活性硫、含氯极压剂等又会对铜、铁等金属材质产生腐蚀,含磷极压剂又和许多添加剂的兼容性有冲突,这导致现有的冲压成型油在使用时,使用范围往往较为局限,难以达到较好的使用效果。
中国专利号CN102965177B公开了一种冲压油,其原料组分及重量百分比如下:蓖麻油88-92%、大豆油6-9%、猪脂肪1.5-3%,该冲压油虽然具有润滑性、且较为环保,同时不会对铜、铁等金属材质产生腐蚀,但其极压性较差,在加工不锈钢、合金钢的过程中,难以形成均匀连续、完整的液体介质膜,难以达到较好的润滑效果,需要进行改进。
中国专利号CN105296085B公开了一种冲压油组合物及其用途,其原料组分及重量份数比如下:精制矿物油60-85份、油性剂5-25份、防锈剂0.5-10份、表面活性剂2-10份、极压剂2-10份,该冲压油组合物虽然具有良好的极压性,且清洗工件表面的污渍,但其会对对铜、铁等金属材质产生腐蚀,难以达到较好的使用效果,需要进行改进。

本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种通用型冲压成型油及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:一种通用型冲压成型油,所述通用型冲压成型油的制备材料是由二烃基五硫化物莱茵RC2541、非活性硫化猪油、超碱值磺酸钙、抗磨剂、不干性油、合成酯、氧化石蜡丁酯、噻二唑衍生物、矿物油、抗氧化剂、防腐剂、分散剂和润滑性添加剂构成,且由以下重量百分数的组分组成:二烃基五硫化物莱茵RC2541 0.1-1%,非活性硫化猪油0.5-10%,超碱值磺酸钙1-5%,抗磨剂0.1-5%,不干性油1-10%,合成酯1-20%,氧化石蜡丁酯0.1-1%,噻二唑衍生物0.05-0.5%,矿物油40-90%,抗氧化剂0.5-1%,防腐剂0.1-0.5%,分散剂0.4-1%,润滑性添加剂1-5%。

一种通用型冲压成型油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将矿物油、非活性硫化猪油、不干性油与氧化石蜡丁酯一同倒入调合釜内,然后将调合釜的温度调节至40-60℃,进行搅拌,搅拌时间为15-30分钟,从而得到初始混合物;
S2:将硫化烯烃、超碱值磺酸钙、抗磨剂、合成酯与噻二唑衍生物一种倒入调合釜内,保持调合釜的温度进行搅拌,搅拌时间为10-20分钟,从而得到次混合物;
S3:将抗氧化剂、防腐剂、分散剂与润滑性添加剂一同倒入调合釜内,然后将调合釜的温度调节至30-40℃,进行搅拌,搅拌时间为20-30分钟,从而得到成品冲压成型油。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点和积极效果在于,
本发明中,通过采用二烃基五硫化物莱茵RC2541,该添加剂含高活硫(活性硫含量约38%),可提供很好的极压性,同时该添加剂铜片腐蚀为1b,并且加入噻二唑衍生物进行补强,保证成品冲压成型油对铜、铝等有色金属不产生腐蚀,可用于有色金属的加工,且加入超碱值磺酸钙,使成品冲压成型油具有极好的极压性,使成品冲压成型油适宜于加工不锈钢、合金钢等难加工金属,且超碱值磺酸钙本身也有极佳的防锈性,同时加入氧化石蜡丁酯进行协同增效,使成品冲压成型油具有优良的防锈性,可提供工序间防锈,适用于铸铁、碳钢等易生锈金属,以便使成品冲压成型油能够具有更广的使用范围,以便达到更好的使用效果,同时润滑性添加剂能够使成品具有良好的润滑效果,以便成品冲压成型油能够达到更好加工使用效果,同时加入抗氧化剂防止氧化,加入防腐剂防止变质,使成品冲压成型油能够具有更长的保存时间,而分散剂能够使成品冲压成型油内的各种材料不易分层,以便成品冲压成型油能够具有更好的使用效果。

为了能够更清楚地理解本发明的上述目的、特征和优点,下面结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步说明。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“长度”、“宽度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。此外,在本发明的描述中,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上,除非另有明确具体的限定。
请参阅图1-2,本发明提供一种通用型冲压成型油,通用型冲压成型油的制备材料是由二烃基五硫化物莱茵RC2541、非活性硫化猪油、超碱值磺酸钙、抗磨剂、不干性油、合成酯、氧化石蜡丁酯、噻二唑衍生物、矿物油、抗氧化剂、防腐剂、分散剂和润滑性添加剂构成,且由以下重量百分数的组分组成:二烃基五硫化物莱茵RC2541 0.1-1%,非活性硫化猪油0.5-10%,超碱值磺酸钙1-5%,抗磨剂0.1-5%,不干性油1-10%,合成酯1-20%,氧化石蜡丁酯0.1-1%,噻二唑衍生物0.05-0.5%,矿物油40-90%,抗氧化剂0.5-1%,防腐剂0.1-0.5%,分散剂0.4-1%,润滑性添加剂1-5%,二烃基五硫化物莱茵RC2541可提供很好的极压性,同时该添加剂铜片腐蚀为1b,并且加入噻二唑衍生物进行补强,保证成品冲压成型油对铜、铝等有色金属不产生腐蚀,可用于有色金属的加工,超碱值磺酸钙,使成品冲压成型油具有极好的极压性,使成品冲压成型油适宜于加工不锈钢、合金钢等难加工金属,且超碱值磺酸钙本身也有极佳的防锈性,同时加入氧化石蜡丁酯进行协同增效,使成品冲压成型油具有优良的防锈性,可提供工序间防锈,适用于铸铁、碳钢等易生锈金属,以便使成品冲压成型油能够具有更广的使用范围,以便达到更好的使用效果。
抗磨剂为硫代氨基甲酸酯与烷基硫代磷酸锌中的一种或两种,润滑性添加剂为异氰尿酸三聚氰胺,油酸异辛酯、三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯、偏苯三酸酯、多元醇酯、季戊四醇油酸酯、双季戊四醇油酸酯、中的一种或多种任意比例混合物,润滑性添加剂能够使成品具有良好的润滑效果,以便成品冲压成型油能够达到更好加工使用效果。
不干性油为碘值为100以下的脂肪酸三甘油酯,优选棕榈油、蓖麻油与橄榄油中的一种,合成酯为单酯、双酯与多元醇酯的任意比例混合物。
分散剂为单烯基二酰亚胺、双烯基丁二酰亚胺、多烯基丁二酰亚胺聚与异丁烯丁二酰亚胺中的一种或多种,防腐剂为硫磷丁辛基锌盐、硫磷烷基酚锌盐、硫磷二烷基锌盐中的一种或多种,抗氧化剂为2,6二叔丁基对甲酚、2,6-二叔丁基混合酯、丁基羟基茴香醚与叔丁基对苯二酚中的一种,加入抗氧化剂防止氧化,加入防腐剂防止变质,使成品冲压成型油能够具有更长的保存时间,而分散剂能够使成品冲压成型油内的各种材料不易分层,以便成品冲压成型油能够具有更好的使用效果。
实施例一
由以下重量百分数的组分组成:二烃基五硫化物莱茵RC2541 0.1%,非活性硫化猪油10%,超碱值磺酸钙1%,抗磨剂5%,不干性油10%,合成酯5%,氧化石蜡丁酯1%,噻二唑衍生物0.05%,矿物油63.15%,抗氧化剂0.6%,防腐剂0.5%,分散剂0.6%,润滑性添加剂3%。
一种通用型冲压成型油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将矿物油、非活性硫化猪油、不干性油与氧化石蜡丁酯一同倒入调合釜内,然后将调合釜的温度调节至58℃,进行搅拌,搅拌时间为25分钟,从而得到初始混合物;
S2:将硫化烯烃、超碱值磺酸钙、抗磨剂、合成酯与噻二唑衍生物一种倒入调合釜内,保持调合釜的温度进行搅拌,搅拌时间为13分钟,从而得到次混合物;
S3:将抗氧化剂、防腐剂、分散剂与润滑性添加剂一同倒入调合釜内,然后将调合釜的温度调节至35℃,进行搅拌,搅拌时间为26分钟,从而得到成品冲压成型油。
实施例二
由以下重量百分数的组分组成:二烃基五硫化物莱茵RC2541 1%,非活性硫化猪油0.5%,超碱值磺酸钙5%,抗磨剂2%,不干性油1%,合成酯20%,氧化石蜡丁酯0.1%,噻二唑衍生物0.5%,矿物油65%,抗氧化剂0.8%,防腐剂0.4%,分散剂0.7%,润滑性添加剂3%。
一种通用型冲压成型油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将矿物油、非活性硫化猪油、不干性油与氧化石蜡丁酯一同倒入调合釜内,然后将调合釜的温度调节至55℃,进行搅拌,搅拌时间为22分钟,从而得到初始混合物;
S2:将硫化烯烃、超碱值磺酸钙、抗磨剂、合成酯与噻二唑衍生物一种倒入调合釜内,保持调合釜的温度进行搅拌,搅拌时间为16分钟,从而得到次混合物;
S3:将抗氧化剂、防腐剂、分散剂与润滑性添加剂一同倒入调合釜内,然后将调合釜的温度调节至36℃,进行搅拌,搅拌时间为24分钟,从而得到成品冲压成型油。
实施例三
由以下重量百分数的组分组成:二烃基五硫化物莱茵RC2541 0.5%,非活性硫化猪油5%,超碱值磺酸钙3%,抗磨剂3%,不干性油5%,合成酯10%,氧化石蜡丁酯0.5%,噻二唑衍生物0.2%,矿物油66.5%,抗氧化剂1%,防腐剂0.3%,分散剂1%,润滑性添加剂4%。
一种通用型冲压成型油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将矿物油、非活性硫化猪油、不干性油与氧化石蜡丁酯一同倒入调合釜内,然后将调合釜的温度调节至48℃,进行搅拌,搅拌时间为24分钟,从而得到初始混合物;
S2:将硫化烯烃、超碱值磺酸钙、抗磨剂、合成酯与噻二唑衍生物一种倒入调合釜内,保持调合釜的温度进行搅拌,搅拌时间为18分钟,从而得到次混合物;
S3:将抗氧化剂、防腐剂、分散剂与润滑性添加剂一同倒入调合釜内,然后将调合釜的温度调节至32℃,进行搅拌,搅拌时间为25分钟,从而得到成品冲压成型油。
对实施例一、实施例二、实施例三得到的成品冲压成型油进行检测,检测结果如说明书附图所示,由此可知本发明的成品冲压成型油是一种极压性好,且对有色金属不产生腐蚀的冲压成型油产品。

Claims (10)
1.一种通用型冲压成型油,其特征在于:所述通用型冲压成型油的制备材料是由二烃基五硫化物莱茵RC2541、非活性硫化猪油、超碱值磺酸钙、抗磨剂、不干性油、合成酯、氧化石蜡丁酯、噻二唑衍生物、矿物油、抗氧化剂、防腐剂、分散剂和润滑性添加剂构成,且由以下重量百分数的组分组成:二烃基五硫化物莱茵RC2541 0.1-1%,非活性硫化猪油0.5-10%,超碱值磺酸钙1-5%,抗磨剂0.1-5%,不干性油1-10%,合成酯1-20%,氧化石蜡丁酯0.1-1%,噻二唑衍生物0.05-0.5%,矿物油40-90%,抗氧化剂0.5-1%,防腐剂0.1-0.5%,分散剂0.4-1%,润滑性添加剂1-5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的通用型冲压成型油,其特征在于:所述抗磨剂为硫代氨基甲酸酯与烷基硫代磷酸锌中的一种或两种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的通用型冲压成型油,其特征在于:所述润滑性添加剂为异氰尿酸三聚氰胺,油酸异辛酯、三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯、偏苯三酸酯、多元醇酯、季戊四醇油酸酯、双季戊四醇油酸酯、中的一种或多种任意比例混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的通用型冲压成型油,其特征在于:所述不干性油为碘值为100以下的脂肪酸三甘油酯,优选棕榈油、蓖麻油与橄榄油中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的通用型冲压成型油,其特征在于:所述合成酯为单酯、双酯与多元醇酯的任意比例混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的通用型冲压成型油,其特征在于:所述分散剂为单烯基二酰亚胺、双烯基丁二酰亚胺、多烯基丁二酰亚胺聚与异丁烯丁二酰亚胺中的一种或多种,所述防腐剂为硫磷丁辛基锌盐、硫磷烷基酚锌盐、硫磷二烷基锌盐中的一种或多种,所述抗氧化剂为2,6二叔丁基对甲酚、2,6-二叔丁基混合酯、丁基羟基茴香醚与叔丁基对苯二酚中的一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的通用型冲压成型油,其特征在于:由以下重量百分数的组分组成:二烃基五硫化物莱茵RC2541 0.1%,非活性硫化猪油10%,超碱值磺酸钙1%,抗磨剂5%,不干性油10%,合成酯5%,氧化石蜡丁酯1%,噻二唑衍生物0.05%,矿物油63.15%,抗氧化剂0.6%,防腐剂0.5%,分散剂0.6%,润滑性添加剂3%。
8.根据权利要求1所述的通用型冲压成型油,其特征在于:由以下重量百分数的组分组成:二烃基五硫化物莱茵RC2541 1%,非活性硫化猪油0.5%,超碱值磺酸钙5%,抗磨剂2%,不干性油1%,合成酯20%,氧化石蜡丁酯0.1%,噻二唑衍生物0.5%,矿物油65%,抗氧化剂0.8%,防腐剂0.4%,分散剂0.7%,润滑性添加剂3%。
9.根据权利要求1所述的通用型冲压成型油,其特征在于:由以下重量百分数的组分组成:二烃基五硫化物莱茵RC2541 0.5%,非活性硫化猪油5%,超碱值磺酸钙3%,抗磨剂3%,不干性油5%,合成酯10%,氧化石蜡丁酯0.5%,噻二唑衍生物0.2%,矿物油66.5%,抗氧化剂1%,防腐剂0.3%,分散剂1%,润滑性添加剂4%。
10.一种通用型冲压成型油的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:将矿物油、非活性硫化猪油、不干性油与氧化石蜡丁酯一同倒入调合釜内,然后将调合釜的温度调节至40-60℃,进行搅拌,搅拌时间为15-30分钟,从而得到初始混合物;
S2:将硫化烯烃、超碱值磺酸钙、抗磨剂、合成酯与噻二唑衍生物一种倒入调合釜内,保持调合釜的温度进行搅拌,搅拌时间为10-20分钟,从而得到次混合物;
S3:将抗氧化剂、防腐剂、分散剂与润滑性添加剂一同倒入调合釜内,然后将调合釜的温度调节至30-40℃,进行搅拌,搅拌时间为20-30分钟,从而得到成品冲压成型油。
