针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了防锈阻燃性能好的锻压机滑动轴承用润滑油及其制备方法,使得润滑油不仅润滑效果好,还具有防锈和阻燃的功效。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:
防锈阻燃性能好的锻压机滑动轴承用润滑油,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
石蜡基基础油80-100份、三硬脂酸甘油酯8-12份、石油醚5-10份、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚0.5-1份、丁基羟基茴香醚0.5-1份、柠檬酸2-3份、棕榈酸5-10份、二异氰酸酯5-8份、三乙醇胺8-12份、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸锌1-2份、氟表面活性剂1-3份、季戊四醇5-10份、聚磷酸铵3-5份、磷酸二氢钾4-8份、硼酸锌3-5份、降凝剂10-20份、防锈剂8-12份。

(1)原料准备:按照配方量准备好各原料,备用;
(2)脱水:将三硬脂酸甘油酯、石油醚、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、丁基羟基茴香醚、柠檬酸、棕榈酸、二异氰酸酯,三乙醇胺、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸锌、氟表面活性剂、季戊四醇、聚磷酸铵、磷酸二氢钾、硼酸锌、胺解后的降凝剂和防锈剂混合均匀后,送入脱水机进行脱水,得混合料;
(3)预热:将石蜡基基础油放在反应釜中,在100-120℃的温度下预热5-10min;
(4)混合搅拌:向反应釜中加入混合料,搅拌20-30min后,边搅拌边降温至50-80℃,2-3h后得到润滑油;
(5)冷却:将润滑油用冷凝管冷凝处理,降温到室温后送入成品罐储存。
有益效果:
本发明提供了防锈阻燃性能好的锻压机滑动轴承用润滑油及其制备方法,本发明中阻燃剂为聚磷酸铵、季戊四醇和硼酸锌,在阻燃的过程中,聚磷酸铵、季戊四醇和硼酸锌不仅具有复合阻燃效应,而且具有非常强的抑制烟雾和毒气的作用;本发明中降凝剂由甲基丙烯酸高碳酯、马来酸酐和醋酸乙烯酯共聚而成,生成的三元共聚物对润滑油基础油的降凝效果好,特别是胺解后的三元共聚物对石蜡基基础油的降凝幅度最大;本发明中2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚作为抗氧化剂使用,其与丁基羟基茴香醚配合使用后,再以柠檬酸为增效剂,比单一使用2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚的抗氧化作用更强,抗氧化效果更好。

其中,降凝剂由甲基丙烯酸高碳酯、马来酸酐和醋酸乙烯酯按照质量比3:1:1共聚而成;硼酸锌的粒径小于30nm。
实施例3:
防锈阻燃性能好的锻压机滑动轴承用润滑油,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
石蜡基基础油90份、三硬脂酸甘油酯10份、石油醚8份、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚0.7份、丁基羟基茴香醚0.7份、柠檬酸2.5份、棕榈酸7.5份、二异氰酸酯6.5份、三乙醇胺10份、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸锌1.5份、氟表面活性剂2份、季戊四醇9份、聚磷酸铵4份、磷酸二氢钾6份、硼酸锌4份、降凝剂15份、防锈剂10份。
其中,降凝剂由甲基丙烯酸高碳酯、马来酸酐和醋酸乙烯酯按照质量比3:1:1共聚而成;硼酸锌的粒径小于30nm。
实施例4:
防锈阻燃性能好的锻压机滑动轴承用润滑油,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
石蜡基基础油95份、三硬脂酸甘油酯11份、石油醚8.5份、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚0.6份、丁基羟基茴香醚0.6份、柠檬酸3份、棕榈酸9份、二异氰酸酯6份、三乙醇胺11份、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸锌1.5份、氟表面活性剂2.5份、季戊四醇8.5份、聚磷酸铵4份、磷酸二氢钾6.5份、硼酸锌4份、降凝剂17份、防锈剂11份。
其中,降凝剂由甲基丙烯酸高碳酯、马来酸酐和醋酸乙烯酯按照质量比3:1:1共聚而成;硼酸锌的粒径小于30nm。
实施例5:
防锈阻燃性能好的锻压机滑动轴承用润滑油,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
石蜡基基础油85份、三硬脂酸甘油酯9份、石油醚6份、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚0.8份、丁基羟基茴香醚0.8份、柠檬酸2.5份、棕榈酸6.5份、二异氰酸酯7份、三乙醇胺9份、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸锌1.5份、氟表面活性剂1.5份、季戊四醇6份、聚磷酸铵3.5份、磷酸二氢钾5份、硼酸锌3份、降凝剂12份、防锈剂9份。
其中,降凝剂由甲基丙烯酸高碳酯、马来酸酐和醋酸乙烯酯按照质量比3:1:1共聚而成;硼酸锌的粒径小于30nm。
实施例6:
防锈阻燃性能好的锻压机滑动轴承用润滑油,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
石蜡基基础油90份、三硬脂酸甘油酯10份、石油醚8.5份、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚1份、丁基羟基茴香醚1份、柠檬酸2.5份、棕榈酸10份、二异氰酸酯5份、三乙醇胺10份、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸锌1份、氟表面活性剂3份、季戊四醇5份、聚磷酸铵3份、磷酸二氢钾7份、硼酸锌4.5份、降凝剂16份、防锈剂9份。
其中,降凝剂由甲基丙烯酸高碳酯、马来酸酐和醋酸乙烯酯按照质量比3:1:1共聚而成;硼酸锌的粒径小于30nm。
上述实施例1-6防锈阻燃性能好的锻压机滑动轴承用润滑油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)原料准备:按照配方量准备好各原料,备用;
(2)脱水:将三硬脂酸甘油酯、石油醚、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、丁基羟基茴香醚、柠檬酸、棕榈酸、二异氰酸酯,三乙醇胺、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸锌、氟表面活性剂、季戊四醇、聚磷酸铵、磷酸二氢钾、硼酸锌、胺解后的降凝剂和防锈剂混合均匀后,送入脱水机进行脱水,得混合料;
(3)预热:将石蜡基基础油放在反应釜中,在100-120℃的温度下预热5-10min;
(4)混合搅拌:向反应釜中加入混合料,搅拌20-30min后,边搅拌边降温至50-80℃,2-3h后得到润滑油;
(5)冷却:将润滑油用冷凝管冷凝处理,降温到室温后送入成品罐储存。
综上,本发明实施例具有如下有益效果:由本发明实施例1-6生产出的防锈阻燃性能好的锻压机滑动轴承用润滑油,不仅润滑效果好,使用时间长,而且,还具有阻燃、防锈和抗氧化的功效。

1.防锈阻燃性能好的锻压机滑动轴承用润滑油,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料制成:石蜡基基础油80-100份、三硬脂酸甘油酯8-12份、石油醚5-10份、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚0.5-1份、丁基羟基茴香醚0.5-1份、柠檬酸2-3份、棕榈酸5-10份、二异氰酸酯5-8份、三乙醇胺8-12份、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸锌1-2份、氟表面活性剂1-3份、季戊四醇5-10份、聚磷酸铵3-5份、磷酸二氢钾4-8份、硼酸锌3-5份、降凝剂10-20份、防锈剂8-12份。
2.如权利要求1所述的防锈阻燃性能好的锻压机滑动轴承用润滑油,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料制成:石蜡基基础油90份、三硬脂酸甘油酯10份、石油醚8份、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚0.7份、丁基羟基茴香醚0.7份、柠檬酸2.5份、棕榈酸7.5份、二异氰酸酯6.5份、三乙醇胺10份、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸锌1.5份、氟表面活性剂2份、季戊四醇9份、聚磷酸铵4份、磷酸二氢钾6份、硼酸锌4份、降凝剂15份、防锈剂10份。
3.如权利要求1所述的防锈阻燃性能好的锻压机滑动轴承用润滑油,其特征在于,所述降凝剂由甲基丙烯酸高碳酯、马来酸酐和醋酸乙烯酯按照质量比3:1:1共聚而成。
4.如权利要求1所述的防锈阻燃性能好的锻压机滑动轴承用润滑油,其特征在于,所述硼酸锌的粒径小于30nm。
5.如权利要求1所述的防锈阻燃性能好的锻压机滑动轴承用润滑油,其特征在于,所述2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚和丁基羟基茴香醚的质量比为1:1。
6.如权利要求1所述的防锈阻燃性能好的锻压机滑动轴承用润滑油的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)原料准备:按照配方量准备好各原料,备用;
(2)脱水:将三硬脂酸甘油酯、石油醚、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、丁基羟基茴香醚、柠檬酸、棕榈酸、二异氰酸酯,三乙醇胺、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸锌、氟表面活性剂、季戊四醇、聚磷酸铵、磷酸二氢钾、硼酸锌、胺解后的降凝剂和防锈剂混合均匀后,送入脱水机进行脱水,得混合料;
(3)预热:将石蜡基基础油放在反应釜中,在100-120℃的温度下预热5-10min;
(4)混合搅拌:向反应釜中加入混合料,搅拌20-30min后,边搅拌边降温至50-80℃,2-3h后得到润滑油;
(5)冷却:将润滑油用冷凝管冷凝处理,降温到室温后送入成品罐储存。
