Abstract
本发明公开了一种天然洗手液制备方法,具体步骤如下:(1)原料处理;(2)酶解;(3)原料粉萃取;(4)浓缩;(5)山茶花萃取;(6)调配天然洗手液。本发明的有益条件在于:制备方便,成本低,可将油茶饼粕与油茶壳中有效成分有效提取,保证手部清洁效果,促进清洁杀菌,减压干燥。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种天然洗手液制备方法。
背景技术
在日常生活中我们经常需要吸收,使用皂类产品能够快速清洁双手,然而皂类的清洁方式具有高碱性,使用后手部非常干涩,而且对手具有较大的刺激。现在的皂类产品与洗手液类产品中都会添加杀菌剂,但是杀菌剂的增加对皮肤具有损害。在榨油过程中会产生油茶壳和油茶饼粕,一般都会当废料作为肥料,非常浪费资源,而且油茶中含有多种天然成分,具有抗氧化左右,同时也可作为具有一定活性作用的活性剂,是一种制作洗手液的有益原料。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种制备方便、成本低、可将油茶饼粕与油茶壳中有效成分有效提取、保证手部清洁效果、促进清洁杀菌、减压干燥的天然洗手液制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案:
一种天然洗手液制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)原料处理:油茶饼粕和油茶壳混合粉碎,过60目筛,得原料粉,原料粉在2.1MPa、240s条件下蒸汽闪爆;
(2)酶解:原料粉在恒温55℃,调节pH值6,固液比9:1,加入复合酶 0.5%,搅拌均匀后酶解1.5h;
(3)原料粉萃取:通过微波灭酶萃取,微波功率6W/g物料,反应时间15 分钟,过滤得到滤液,用回收乙醇洗涤滤渣三次,固液分离后滤渣干燥,回收乙醇;
(4)浓缩:滤液加热到50℃,0.04MPa真空浓缩至原体积的15%,测定茶皂素含量,备用;
(5)山茶花萃取:山茶花去花萼4℃预冷2小时,破壁粉碎,加95%乙醇,微波萃取15分钟,过滤得滤液,滤液加热到40℃,0.02MPa真空浓缩至原体积的15%,备用;
(6)调配天然洗手液:加入葡萄糖酸氯已定0.25%、复合季铵盐0.25%、原料粉提取液15%、山茶花提取液15%、用去离子水补足到100%。
作为优选,所述的步骤(2)中的复合酶为质量比为1:1的蛋白酶和纤维素酶。
作为优选,所述的步骤(5)中山茶花破碎粉与乙醇的料液比为1:5。
本发明的有益条件在于:制备方便,成本低,可将油茶饼粕与油茶壳中有效成分有效提取,保证手部清洁效果,促进清洁杀菌,减压干燥。
具体实施方式

本发明的步骤(1)中进行蒸汽闪爆,使得空间间隙更大,提高提取率,酶解破坏细胞壁,是的溶出量更多,原料粉萃取中微波使蛋白变性,更易分离有效成分,本产品洗手液减压干燥,保留更多天然有效成分,步骤(6)中的的葡萄糖酸氯已定与复合季铵盐两种物质本身就有消毒功效,加入原料粉提取液与山茶花提取液后更加增强,提高清洁效果。

Claims (3)
1.一种天然洗手液制备方法,其特征在于,具体步骤如下:
(1)原料处理:油茶饼粕和油茶壳混合粉碎,过60目筛,得原料粉,原料粉在2.1MPa、240s条件下蒸汽闪爆;
(2)酶解:原料粉在恒温55℃,调节pH值6,固液比9:1,加入复合酶0.5%,搅拌均匀后酶解1.5h;
(3)原料粉萃取:通过微波灭酶萃取,微波功率6W/g物料,反应时间15分钟,过滤得到滤液,用回收乙醇洗涤滤渣三次,固液分离后滤渣干燥,回收乙醇;
(4)浓缩:滤液加热到50℃,0.04MPa真空浓缩至原体积的15%,测定茶皂素含量,备用;
(5)山茶花萃取:山茶花去花萼4℃预冷2小时,破壁粉碎,加95%乙醇,微波萃取15分钟,过滤得滤液,滤液加热到40℃,0.02MPa真空浓缩至原体积的15%,备用;
(6)调配天然洗手液:加入葡萄糖酸氯已定0.25%、复合季铵盐0.25%、原料粉提取液15%、山茶花提取液15%、用去离子水补足到100%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种天然洗手液制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤(2)中的复合酶为质量比为1:1的蛋白酶和纤维素酶。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种天然洗手液制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤(5)中山茶花破碎粉与乙醇的料液比为1:5。
