Abstract
本发明公开了一种癌性伤口专用敷料,属于医用敷料技术领域。该敷料包括:固定层和功能层;所述固定层为其表面具有粘胶的PE抗敏固定薄膜;所述功能层贴合于癌性伤口,从上到下依次包括:缓冲层、活性炭纤维层、功能组合层;所述缓冲层为薄型泡沫层;所述活性炭纤维层为浸有茶多酚的活性炭纤维的薄片;所述功能组合层为藻酸盐纤维的薄片与多孔吸水材料的组合。该敷料为针对癌性伤口同时兼具止痛、防浸润,抗菌,除臭的功效的专用敷料,不仅适用于护理癌性伤口,还可适用于伴有疼痛,异味,大量渗液易感染的其他伤口的护理。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种癌性伤口专用敷料,属于医用敷料技术领域。
背景技术
伤口敷料,是包扎伤口的用品,用以覆盖疮、伤口或其他损害的材料。伤口敷料的种类有:被动型敷料、相互作用型敷料、生物活性敷料。被动型敷料为传统敷料,被动覆盖创面和吸收渗出物,为创面提供有限的保护作用;相互作用型敷料,敷料与创面之间存在着多种形式的相互作用,如吸收渗出液以及有毒物质、允许气体交换,从而为愈合创造一个理想的环境;阻隔性外层结构,防止环境中微生物侵入,预防创面交叉感染等;生物活性敷料因可防止创面干燥又称为密闭性敷料。生物活性敷料系采用高分子材料与生物性材料经高新技术方法加工制成的组合性敷料,是创伤敷料开发研究的热点。生物活性敷料具有双层结构,外层应用高分子材料,提供了相当于表皮的屏障功能;内层选用的主要材料为胶原、几丁聚糖护创敷料和海藻酸钙,具有生物相容性、较好的吸水性、透气性、黏附性和抗菌、止血作用。它既能吸收创面渗液,保证充分引流,又能将渗液部分保留代敷料中,维持一个仿效创面生理性愈合的局部湿润环境,有利于伤口肉芽组织和上皮细胞再生,加速创面愈合。在合成敷料中还可加入一些有利于创面愈合的物质,如药物、细胞因子、生长因子等,形成药物敷料、细胞因子敷料、生长因子敷料等各种敷料。但这些敷料都仅适用于一般性伤口,不能针对癌性伤口同时兼具止痛、防浸润,抗菌,除臭的功效。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种癌性伤口专用敷料,为解决上述背景技术中提到的针对癌性伤口同时兼具止痛、防浸润,抗菌,除臭的功效的专用敷料。用于护理癌性伤口,或伴有疼痛,异味,大量渗液易感染的其他伤口的护理。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种癌性伤口专用敷料,该敷料包括:固定层和功能层;所述固定层为其表面具有粘胶的PE抗敏固定薄膜;所述功能层贴合于癌性伤口,从上到下依次包括:缓冲层、活性炭纤维层、功能组合层;所述缓冲层为薄型泡沫层;所述活性炭纤维层为浸有茶多酚的活性炭纤维的薄片,具有除臭功效;所述功能组合层为藻酸盐纤维的薄片与多孔吸水材料的组合,为伤口愈合提供理想的湿润环境,促进伤口愈合,缓解伤口疼痛。
进一步的,所述功能组合层包括中央藻酸盐纤维区域和四周多孔吸水材料区域两部分,中央藻酸盐纤维区域为含银离子抗菌剂、维生素K1、中药提取物的藻酸盐纤维片。
进一步的,所述中药提取物为:金银花提取物、白茅根提取物、三七提取物。所述中药提取物相互作用促进伤口愈合,缓解伤口疼痛。
进一步的,所述多孔吸水材料由玉米秸秆粉末、羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)、新戊二醇二缩水甘油醚(NGDE)为交联剂的新型多孔吸水材料。玉米秸秆粉末在一定的目数下与羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)和新戊二醇二缩水甘油醚(NGDE)在一定的反应温度下能够达到20-30g/g的吸水倍率,同时具有良好的热稳定性。
进一步的,所述缓冲层、活性炭纤维层、功能组合层之间通过热溶胶紧密相叠。
进一步的,所述固定层和功能层可分体使用,可根据伤口位置和大小剪裁。
进一步的,所述功能组合层面积小于缓冲层、活性炭纤维层。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1.本发明提供的一种癌性伤口专用敷料,包括:固定层和功能层,针对癌性伤口同时兼具止痛、防浸润,抗菌,除臭和促进伤口愈合的功效。
2.本发明提供的一种癌性伤口专用敷料,通过功能组合层的中央区域的藻酸盐纤维和四周的多孔吸水材料,使其具有抗菌、防浸润的功效,为伤口愈合提供理想的湿润环境,促进伤口愈合,缓解伤口疼痛。
3.本发明提供的一种癌性伤口专用敷料,通过藻酸盐纤维上含有的中药提取物,使其具有止血、消肿止痛、抗氧化、抗炎、抗肿瘤的功效。
4.本发明提供的一种癌性伤口专用敷料,通过由玉米秸秆粉末、羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)、新戊二醇二缩水甘油醚(NGDE)为交联剂的新型多孔吸水材料,使该敷料周边不仅具有吸收渗液,抗菌等的功能,还能够创造湿性环境以及防浸润的效果。
4.本发明提供的一种癌性伤口专用敷料,可以根据患者伤口具体情况进行剪裁,自由度高,该敷料分为两个部分,可以单独使用,也可以与其他产品配合使用。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例
如图1所示,一种癌性伤口专用敷料,该敷料包括:固定层1和功能层2;所述固定层1为其表面具有粘胶的PE抗敏固定薄膜;所述功能层2贴合于癌性伤口,从上到下依次包括:缓冲层21、活性炭纤维层22、功能组合层23;所述缓冲层21为薄型泡沫层;所述活性炭纤维层22为浸有茶多酚的活性炭纤维的薄片;所述功能组合层23为藻酸盐纤维的薄片与多孔吸水材料的组合。该敷料直接贴敷于所需伤口处,针对癌性伤口同时兼具止痛、防周围皮肤浸润,抗菌,除臭、促进伤口愈合的功效。
如图1所示,进一步的,所述功能组合层23包括:中央藻酸盐纤维232区域和四周多孔吸水材料231区域两部分,中央藻酸盐纤维132区域为含银离子抗菌剂、维生素K1、中药提取物的藻酸盐纤维片。通过功能组合层的中央区域的藻酸盐纤维和四周的多孔吸水材料,使其具有抗菌、防浸润的功效,为伤口愈合提供理想的湿润环境,促进伤口愈合,缓解伤口疼痛。
如图1所示,进一步的,所述中药提取物为:金银花提取物、白茅根提取物、三七提取物。金银花提取物中含有的咖啡酰基奎宁酸,具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗菌以及抗病毒的成分。白茅根提取物含有糖类、三萜类、有机酸类、黄酮类、甾醇类等主要活性成分,具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗肿瘤、免疫调节、止血、调节脂质代谢等药理作用。临床广泛用于治疗恶性肿瘤、慢性肝炎、脂肪肝、慢性肾小球肾炎、心力衰竭、过敏性皮炎等疾病。三七提取物通过作用于F2、F10、PLAT、VEGFA、NOS2、IL6、PTGES、OPRD1等关键蛋白干预了多个与活血止血、消肿止痛相关的生物过程。
如图1所示,进一步的,所述多孔吸水材料231由玉米秸秆粉末、羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)、新戊二醇二缩水甘油醚(NGDE)为交联剂的新型多孔吸水材料。根据现有实验得出:当目数80~100的玉米秸秆粉末用量为3.5g、HPMC为3.0g、NGDE为13mL、反应温度为55℃时,所制吸水材料的吸液倍率最佳,最大吸自来水倍率22.4g/g,吸蒸馏水倍率为32.8g/g;当9次重复吸水以后,吸水恢复率仍能达到45%左右。在扫描电子显微镜下可以看到吸水材料多孔,孔径在20~200μm之间;红外光谱图证实纤维素上羟基与NGDE发生反应;由X射线衍射分析可得吸水材料在结晶区发生了交联反应;由热重分析可知吸水材料具有良好的热稳定性。
如图1所示,进一步的,所述缓冲层21、活性炭纤维层22、功能组合层23之间通过热溶胶紧密相叠,能够使该敷料在使用时更加贴合于人体的皮肤。
如图1-2所示,进一步的,所述固定层1和功能层2可分体使用,可根据伤口位置和大小剪裁。具体的可以根据伤口位置和大小对功能层2进行剪裁,再用固定层1将其粘贴在伤口周围的皮肤上。
如图2所示,进一步的,所述功能组合层23面积小于缓冲层21、活性炭纤维层22。功能组合层23上的中药提取物集中作用于伤口处缓解疼痛,也使其通过多孔吸水材料针对伤口部位吸收渗液,达到更好的防周围皮肤浸润,除臭效果。

1.一种癌性伤口专用敷料,其特征在于:该敷料包括:固定层和功能层;所述固定层为其表面具有粘胶的PE抗敏固定薄膜;所述功能层贴合于癌性伤口,从上到下依次包括:缓冲层、活性炭纤维层、功能组合层;所述缓冲层为薄型泡沫层;所述活性炭纤维层为浸有茶多酚的活性炭纤维的薄片;所述功能组合层为藻酸盐纤维的薄片与多孔吸水材料的组合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种癌性伤口专用敷料,其特征在于:所述功能组合层包括中央藻酸盐纤维区域和四周多孔吸水材料区域两部分,中央藻酸盐纤维区域为含银离子抗菌剂、维生素K1、中药提取物的藻酸盐纤维片。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种癌性伤口专用敷料,其特征在于:所述中药提取物为:金银花提取物、白茅根提取物、三七提取物。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种癌性伤口专用敷料,其特征在于:所述多孔吸水材料由玉米秸秆粉末、羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)、新戊二醇二缩水甘油醚(NGDE)为交联剂的新型多孔吸水材料。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种癌性伤口专用敷料,其特征在于:所述缓冲层、活性炭纤维层、功能组合层之间通过热溶胶紧密相叠。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种癌性伤口专用敷料,其特征在于:所述固定层和功能层可分体使用,可根据伤口位置和大小剪裁。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种癌性伤口专用敷料,其特征在于:所述功能组合层面积小于缓冲层、活性炭纤维层。
