Abstract
本发明公开了一种药物输注装置的输注针结构,包括:输注针,输注针包括前端和后端;设置有辅助卡合位的针座,输注针设置于针座上,当针座位于工作位置,后端刺入皮下,前端与输注装置的储药单元相连通;设置于输注装置内部的辅助卡合部,辅助卡合部与辅助卡合位互相配合以将针座卡合锁定在工作位置;和限位部件,设置于输注装置的壳体上,当针座处于非工作位置,限位部件限制针座的位置。当输注针结构处于中间位置时,输注针前端与输注单元连通,使内外压力平衡,当启动输注单元时,管路得到充盈,可使输注针中的空气排尽,避免空气进入皮下,消除安全隐患,提高用户体验。

技术领域
本发明主要涉及医疗器械领域,特别涉及一种药物输注装置的输注针结构。
背景技术
药物输注装置是通过向患者体内持续注射药物,从而达到疾病治疗目的的一种医疗器械装置。药物输注装置广泛的用于糖尿病的治疗,按照人体需要的剂量将胰岛素持续地输注到患者的皮下,以此来模拟胰腺的分泌功能,从而保持患者血糖的稳定。药物流体通常储存在输注泵体内部,现有的药物输注装置通常是将泵体直接通过医用胶布粘贴在患者身体上,患者操作远程设备进行输注。
目前,现有的药物输注装置在输注过程中由于管路内外压力不平衡,或是管路未能完全充盈,或是不能及时的排出输注针中的全部空气,导致空气进入皮下,影响用户身体健康,存在安全隐患。
因此,现有技术亟需一种能使管路内外压力平衡,同时管路得到充盈,并及时的排出全部的空气的药物输注装置的输注针结构。
发明内容
本发明实施例公开了一种药物输注装置的输注针结构,输注针结构包括限位部件,限位部件限制针座的位置,当输注针结构处于中间位置时,输注针前端与输注装置的储药单元相连通,使内外压力平衡,当启动输注单元,药物可进入输注针,同时管路得到充盈,可使输注针中的空气排尽,避免空气进入皮下,消除安全隐患,提高用户体验。
本发明公开了一种药物输注装置的输注针结构,包括:输注针,输注针包括前端和后端;设置有辅助卡合位的针座,输注针设置于针座上,当针座位于工作位置,后端刺入皮下,前端与所注装置的储药单元相连通;设置于输注装置内部的辅助卡合部,辅助卡合部与辅助卡合位互相配合以将针座卡合锁定在工作位置;和限位部件,设置于输注装置的壳体上,当针座处于非工作位置,限位部件限制针座的位置。
根据本发明的一个方面,针座包括一个导柱,输注装置壳体中设置有导腔,导柱沿所述导腔运动。
根据本发明的一个方面,辅助卡合位设置于导柱上或者设置于针座顶部下方,辅助卡合位或辅助卡合部包括卡孔、卡块、卡槽或卡勾。
根据本发明的一个方面,限位部件上设置有滑块,壳体设置有滑槽,滑块设置于滑槽中,滑块沿滑槽滑动进而使限位部件对针座进行卡合限位。
根据本发明的一个方面,限位部件上设置有卡合臂。
根据本发明的一个方面,还包括第一卡合部,第一卡合位设置于卡合臂上,与针座卡合以限制针座的位置。
根据本发明的一个方面,导柱的侧面设置有凸起或凹陷,卡合臂与凸起或凹陷相配合以限制针座的位置。
根据本发明的一个方面,限位部件前进端的厚度小于后退端的厚度。
根据本发明的一个方面,限位部件上设置有解锁杆。
根据本发明的一个方面,还包括解锁孔,解锁孔开口设置于针座顶部,或者设置于输注装置壳体的顶部或侧面,解锁杆通过解锁孔开口解除辅助卡合部与辅助卡合位的卡合。
根据本发明的一个方面,锁孔开口设置于针座顶部,解锁孔与导柱的长度方向互相平行。
根据本发明的一个方面,座的复位方式包括弹出方式或者移出方式。
根据本发明的一个方面,还包括设置于导腔中的弹簧,当所述针座位于工作位置,弹簧被针座压缩。
根据本发明的一个方面,还包括卡位杠杆,辅助卡合位为卡孔或卡槽,卡位杠杆的第一端部活动设置于辅助卡合位内部,其第二端部与辅助卡合部卡合,卡位杠杆的支点位于其两个端部之间,解锁杆推动第二端部运动,解除辅助卡合部对卡位杠杆的卡合,以释放针座。
与现有技术相比,本发明的技术方案具备以下优点:
本发明公开的药物输注装置的输注针结构中,输注针结构包括限位部件,限位部件限制针座的位置,当输注针结构处于中间位置时输注针前端与输注单元连通,使内外压力平衡,当启动输注单元时药物可进入输注针,管路得到充盈,可使输注针中的空气排尽,避免空气进入皮下,消除安全隐患,提高用户体验。
进一步的,导柱的侧面设置有凸起或凹陷,卡合臂与凸起或凹陷相配合以限制针座的位置,保证针座为限制在非工作位置。
进一步的,限位部件上设置有滑块,壳体设置有滑槽,滑块设置于滑槽中,滑块可以沿滑槽滑动进而方便限位部件对针座进行卡合限位。
进一步的,限位部件前进端的厚度小于后退端的厚度,在推动限位部件前进限位和后退解除限位卡合时与手指更贴合,省力,提高用户体验。
进一步的,导腔中还设置有弹簧,当针座位于工作位置时,弹簧被针座压缩。设置弹簧后,针座被解除锁定之后可自动被弹出复位,优化针座的弹出过程,方便用户的操作。同时在从皮肤上撕下输注装置之前,弹性件可将输注针后端缩回壳体内,避免划伤皮肤,提高用户体验。
进一步的,输注针结构还包括卡位杠杆,辅助卡合位为卡孔或卡槽,卡位杠杆的第一端部活动设置于辅助卡合位内部,其第二端部与卡合部卡合,卡位杠杆的支点位于其两个端部之间。支点位于两个端部之间使得卡位杠杆两端部的运动方向相反,解锁杆推动第二端部,第一端部即可将针座移出复位,不设置弹簧即可将针座复位,增强内部结构设计的灵巧性。
进一步的,解锁孔开口设置于针座顶部,解锁孔与导柱的长度方向互相平行。两者的长度方向平行使得用户施加较小的推力即可移出针座,便于用户操作。

具体实施方式
如前所述,现有的药物输注装置在输注过程中由于管路内外压力不平衡,或是管路未能充盈,或是不能及时的排出输注针中的全部空气,导致空气进入皮下,影响用户身体健康,存在安全隐患。
为了解决该问题,本发明实施例公开了一种药物输注装置的输注针结构,输注针结构包括限位部件,限位部件限制针座的位置,当输注针结构处于中间位置时,输注针前端与输注装置的储药单元相连通,使内外压力平衡,当启动输注单元,药物可进入输注针,同时管路得到充盈,可使输注针中的空气排尽,避免空气进入皮下,消除安全隐患,提高用户体验。

请参考图1a和图1b,本发明实施例的输注装置包括一个壳体100。输注单元设置于壳体100内。输注针结构设置于壳体100上。输注针结构用于固定放置输注针130,使药物流向皮下。
如图1b所示,输注针结构包括输注针130和针座120。输注针130固定设置于针座120上。输注针130包括前端130a与后端130b。前端130a与后端130b均伸出针座120。前端130a用于和储药单元1110的开口20连通。后端130b用于刺入皮下。
如图1c所示,壳体100还设置有包括第一出口31和第二出口32的腔体30。第一出口31与储药单元1110的开口20密封连通。在这里,密封连通是指腔体30与储药单元1110通过开口20与第一出口31相连通,且药物流经此处不发生泄露。第二出口32被弹性密封件40密封。当输注针前端130a刺穿弹性密封件40后,输注针130、腔体30、开口20和储药单元1110四者连通,药物可从储药单元1110进入输注针130,并到达后端130b或者输注至皮下。
请继续参考图1a、图1b和图1c,在本发明实施例中,在输注装置上,针座120具有三个位置:初始位置、中间位置和工作位置。其中,中间位置介于初始位置与工作位置之间。由于输注针130被固定在针座120上,因此,在本发明实施例中,等同于输注针结构也具有上述三个位置。
具体的,在本发明实施例中,当针座120位于初始位置时,输注针前端130a并未刺穿弹性密封件40,输注针前端130a与第二出口32不连通。当针座120到达中间位置或者工作位置时,输注针前端130a刺穿弹性密封件40而与第二出口32连通。此时,沿着腔体30和输注针130,药物从储药单元1110流向输注针后端130b。
明显的,初始时,针座120位于初始位置,输注针130与储药单元1110并不连通,因此,输注针130充满空气。出厂时,输注针130与储药单元1110不连通能够提高设置输注针结构位置的灵活度,优化输注装置的结构设计。
将针座120送至中间位置后,输注针前端130a刺穿弹性密封件40,进而使输注针130与储药单元1110连通,使内外压力平衡。此时,当启动输注单元,药物可以沿着输注针130到达输注针的后端130b,管路得到充盈,并排出输注针130中的空气。此后,当针座120到达工作位置后,后端130b刺入皮下,将药物输入体内。由于针座120位于中间位置时,输注针130内的空气已经被药物排出,因此,针座120到达工作位置后,不会有压力差,也不会有空气被输注至体内,消除安全隐患。
为了确保输注针结构处于不同的位置,本发明的输注装置中还设置有第一卡合部140。第一卡合部140用于将针座120卡合限制在上述不同的位置。第一卡合部140的类型包括卡勾、卡孔、卡块、卡槽中的一种或者多种。具体的,在本发明实施例中,第一卡合部140为卡勾。
请继续参考图1b,在本发明实施例中,针座120包括一个导柱121。输注装置的壳体100中还设置有导腔(未示出)。导柱121可沿着导腔运动,进而使针座120处于不同的位置。针座120被第一卡合部140卡合的位置位于导柱121上,导柱121表面设置有凸起或者凹陷123与第一卡合部140互相配合以限制针座120的位置,如卡合在A处时,针座120位于初始位置,当卡合在B处时,针座120位于中间位置。
请继续参考图1a和图1b,在本发明实施例中,输注装置还包括限位部件110。限位部件110设置于壳体100上,用于限制针座120的位置,所以第一卡合部140设置于限位部件110上。具体的,在本发明实施例中,限位部件110上设置有卡合臂112。第一卡合部140设置于卡合臂112上。卡合臂112与导柱121表面设置的凸起或者凹陷123互相配合以限制针座120的位置,保证针座被限制在非工作位置。
当针座120位于初始位置时,第一卡合部140卡合在导柱121的A位置。用手指直接按压针座120顶部,第一卡合部140将导柱121卡合在B位置,进而使针座120到达中间位置。
需要说明的是,针座120也可以不设置导柱121,而是在其侧壁上设置能够互相卡合的结构,在这里并不做具体限制,只要能够满足将针座120卡合在不同的位置即可。
具体的,在本发明实施例中,使用限位部件110只能够将针座120卡合在初始位置和中间位置。且由于限位部件110的阻挡,针座120无法到达工作位置,可以避免针座120因为活动而脱落,同时可以避免输注针130被误触碰而刺入皮下时由于内外压力不平衡,或管路未得到充盈,或空气未排出或排出不完全,造成安全隐患。同时,壳体100内设置有辅助卡合部150,针座120上还设置有辅助卡合位122,辅助卡合部150和辅助卡合位122互相配合,用于卡合针座120的C位置,以将针座120卡合锁定在工作位置。辅助卡合位122包括卡孔、卡块、卡槽或卡勾等,辅助卡合部150包括卡勾、卡孔、卡槽或卡块等。
需要说明的是,在这里,辅助卡合部150与辅助卡合位122互相配合不仅包括两者直接卡合,还包括两者间接卡合,下文将详细叙述。
辅助卡合位122可以设置于导柱121上,或者设置于针座120的非导柱位置,在这里并不作具体限制。具体的,在本发明实施例中,辅助卡合位122设置于针座120的顶部下方,如图1b所示。
导腔中还设置有弹簧160。设置弹簧160后,用户只需解除互相卡合的辅助卡合部150与辅助卡合位122,针座120将自动复位,优化复位过程,方便用户的操作。在本发明实施例中,弹簧160套在导柱121的底端部分,当针座120处于工作位置,弹簧160被压缩,并向针座120提供回弹力,但由于辅助卡合部150与辅助卡合位122互相卡合,因此,弹簧160的回弹力无法释放。在本发明的另一个实施例中,导柱121的底部与弹簧160的顶部直接接触,并挤压弹簧160。
图2为本发明实施例限位部件110与壳体100相分离的结构示意图。
本发明实施例的限位部件110包括滑块111。壳体100设置有滑槽101,且滑块111设置于滑槽101中。限位部件110能够沿着滑槽101滑动,进而更方便的对针座120进行限位或者解除卡合。具体的,在本发明实施例中,当滑动限位部件110解除对针座120的卡合限位后,限位部件110可从壳体100上被移除,如图2所示。
请继续参考图1a和图2,在本发明实施例中,限位部件110前进端114的厚度小于后退端115的厚度,需要说明的是,在此处限位部件110的前进方向是指向针座120滑动并实现与针座卡合的方向,相应的,限位部件110的后退方向是指离开针座120并解除与针座卡合的方向。限位部件110的前进端114和后退端115的厚度变化可以是以如台阶形式突变的,如图1a和图2,也可以是以平滑的形式渐变,在此不做具体限定。前进端114的厚度小于后退端115的厚度即可。由于前进端114和后退端115的厚度差,在推动限位部件前进限位和后退解除限位卡合时与手指更贴合,更省力,提高用户体验。
因此,本发明实施例针座120到达三个位置的工作原理如下:初始时刻,输注装置未贴在皮肤表面,第一卡合部140卡合在导柱121的A位置,针座120处在初始位置。此时,输注针前端130a未刺穿弹性密封件40,输注针130未与储药单元1110连通。然后,用手指直接按压针座120顶部,第一卡合部140卡合在导柱121的B位置,针座120处在中间位置,输注装置依然未贴在皮肤表面。输注针前端130a刺穿弹性密封件40,输注针130与储药单元1110连通,使内外压力平衡,当启动输注单元时,药物可进入输注针130,同时管路得到充盈,并排出输注针130中的空气。输注针后端130b未伸出壳体100,或者微微伸出壳体100。然后将输注装置粘贴在皮肤表面。并向后滑动限位部件110,第一卡合部140脱离B位置,以解除对针座120的卡合。继续按压针座120顶部,使得辅助卡合部150卡合在针座120的C位置,针座120处在工作位置,输注针后端130b刺入皮下。显然的,输注针130与储药单元1110连通,药物可输注至皮下。
图3为本发明实施例针座120位于工作位置的结构示意图。
如图3所示,辅助卡合位122与辅助卡合部150互相卡合,针座120被安装至工作位置,弹簧160被压缩。此时,药物可通过输注针130从储药单元流入皮下。如前所述,当针座120位于工作位置时,输注针后端130b刺入皮下。药物耗尽后需要更换输注装置。如果在撕下粘贴在皮肤表面的输注装置时,输注针后端130b不缩回输注装置内,后端130b的端部容易划伤皮肤,造成额外的创伤,用户体验较差。因此,本发明实施例设置弹簧160后,在从皮肤撕下输注装置之前,可将输注针后端130b缩回壳体100内,避免划伤皮肤,提高用户体验。
具体的,在本发明实施例中,输注针结构还包括解锁孔170与解锁杆180(如图1a和图2所示)。解锁孔170的开口设置于针座120上或者设置于输注装置壳体100上,并作为解锁杆180的工作通道以解锁针座120。解锁杆180能够插进解锁孔170。推动解锁杆180可以释放被卡合的针座120,使针座120复位。下文将详细叙述针座120复位的工作原理。
解锁杆180可以设置于输注装置中,或者作为一个单独的结构部件附在用户购买到的产品中。优选的,在本发明实施例中,解锁杆180设置于限位部件110上,如设置于限位部件110的一端部(如图1a和图2所示)。在本发明的另一个实施例中,解锁杆180作为输注装置产品中的一个单独部件。
图4a-图4c为本发明不同实施例解锁杆180释放针座120的原理结构示意图。图4a为沿着图3中剖面线B-B’截得的输注针结构示意图。
本发明实施例针座120的复位方式为弹出方式,即针座120的复位需借助于弹簧160的回弹力。针座120复位原理如下:解锁杆180插进解锁孔170,解锁杆180前端作用于辅助卡合部150。推动解锁杆180,辅助卡合部150的端部倾斜移位,进而解除对辅助卡合位122的卡合。在弹簧160的回弹力作用下,针座120从工作位置复位至初始位置,输注针后端130b从皮下移出,甚至缩回输注装置内部。
明显的,根据辅助卡合部150的位置,解锁孔170的开口还可以设置于输注装置壳体100的顶部或者侧面。具体的,在本发明实施例中,解锁孔170的开口设置于输注装置壳体100顶部。
如图4b所示,解锁孔(未示出)的开口设置于输注装置的壳体100侧面。同样的,解锁杆180插入解锁孔,并推动辅助卡合部150,使其顶端向一侧移位,解除辅助卡合部150对辅助卡合位122的卡合,释放针座120。
需要说明的是,解锁孔170的开口还可以设置于针座120的顶部。同样的,推动解锁杆180插入解锁孔170,使辅助卡合部150的端部移位,如图4c所示。
图5a-图5b分别为本发明再一个实施例解锁杆280释放针座220前后的原理示意图。
针座220复位的方式还包括移出方式复位,即针座220的复位过程不借助于弹簧的弹力,而是通过持续推动解锁杆280,进而使针座220复位。
优选的,在本发明实施例中,输注针结构还包括一个卡位杠杆290。辅助卡合部250为卡槽,辅助卡合位222为设置于导柱221上的卡孔或者卡槽。辅助卡合部250通过卡位杠杆290与辅助卡合位222互相配合,实现对针座220的卡合,即辅助卡合部250与辅助卡合位222间接卡合。卡位杠杆290包括第一端部和第二端部,其支点设置于两端部之间的输注装置壳体200上。卡位杠杆290的第一端部活动设置于辅助卡合位222的内部,由于针座220的活动范围有限,因此,卡位杠杆290的第一端部始终位于辅助卡合位222的内部。在解除针座220之前,辅助卡合位222的第二端部与辅助卡合部250互相卡合,将针座220固定在工作位置,如图5a所示。
如图5b所示,解锁杆280解除针座220的原理如下:将解锁杆280插入解锁孔270后,推动解锁杆280,卡位杠杆290的第二端部被推动,辅助卡合部250的端部因受力而向一侧移位,卡位杠杆290被解除锁定,以使针座220被解锁释放。明显的,由于输注装置内部没有设置弹簧,因此,用户需要持续对解锁杆280施加推力,利用杠杆原理(图5b中的箭头分别表示推力F方向和针座220的移出方向D)将针座220复位,进而使输注针的后端230b移出皮下。
为了方便用户对解锁杆280施加较小的推力即可移出针座220,优选的,在本发明实施例中,解锁孔270的开口设置于针座220顶部,且解锁孔270与导柱221的长度方向互相平行。
需要说明的是,在本发明的另一个实施例中,输注装置内部还可以设置弹簧。此时,用户只需要将卡位杠杆290的第二端部被解除锁定,在弹簧回弹力的作用下,针座220即可复位。
综上所述,本发明提供了一种药物输注装置的输注针结构,输注针结构包括限位部件,限位部件限制针座的位置,当输注针结构处于中间位置时,输注针前端与输注装置的储药单元相连通,使内外压力平衡,当启动输注单元,药物可进入输注针,同时管路得到充盈,可使输注针中的空气排尽,避免空气进入皮下,消除安全隐患,提高用户体验。
虽然已经通过示例对本发明的一些特定实施例进行了详细说明,但是本领域的技术人员应该理解,以上示例仅是为了进行说明,而不是为了限制本发明的范围。本领域的技术人员应该理解,可在不脱离本发明的范围和精神的情况下,对以上实施例进行修改。本发明的范围由所附权利要求来限定。
Claims (14)
1.一种药物输注装置的输注针结构,其特征在于,包括:
输注针,所述输注针包括前端和后端;
设置有辅助卡合位的针座,所述输注针设置于所述针座上,当所述针座位于工作位置,所述后端刺入皮下,所述前端与所述输注装置的储药单元相连通;
设置于输注装置内部的辅助卡合部,所述辅助卡合部与所述辅助卡合位互相配合以将所述针座卡合锁定在工作位置;和
限位部件,所述限位部件设置于所述输注装置的壳体上,当所述针座处于非工作位置,所述限位部件限制所述针座的位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的药物输注装置的输注针结构,其特征在于,所述针座包括一个导柱,所述输注装置壳体中设置有导腔,所述导柱沿所述导腔运动。
3.根据权利要求2所述的药物输注装置的输注针结构,其特征在于,所述辅助卡合位设置于所述导柱上或者设置于所述针座顶部下方,所述辅助卡合位或所述辅助卡合部包括卡孔、卡块、卡槽或卡勾。
4.根据权利要求1所述的药物输注装置的输注针结构,其特征在于,所述限位部件上设置有滑块,所述壳体设置有滑槽,所述滑块设置于所述滑槽中,所述滑块沿所述滑槽滑动进而使所述限位部件对所述针座进行卡合限位。
5.根据权利要求4所述的药物输注装置的输注针结构,其特征在于,所述限位部件上设置有卡合臂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的药物输注装置的输注针结构,其特征在于,还包括第一卡合部,所述第一卡合位设置于所述卡合臂上,与所述针座卡合以限制所述针座的位置。
7.根据权利要求6所述的药物输注装置的输注针结构,其特征在于,所述导柱的侧面设置有凸起或凹陷,所述卡合臂与所述凸起或凹陷相配合以限制所述针座的位置。
8.根据权利要求7所述的药物输注装置的输注针结构,其特征在于,所述限位部件前进端的厚度小于后退端的厚度。
9.根据权利要求8所述的药物输注装置的输注针结构,其特征在于,所述限位部件上设置有解锁杆。
10.根据权利要求9所述的药物输注装置的输注针结构,其特征在于,还包括解锁孔,所述解锁孔开口设置于所述针座顶部,或者设置于所述输注装置壳体的顶部或侧面,所述解锁杆通过所述解锁孔开口解除所述辅助卡合部与所述辅助卡合位的卡合。
11.根据权利要求10所述的药物输注装置的输注针结构,其特征在于,所述解锁孔开口设置于所述针座顶部,所述解锁孔与所述导柱的长度方向互相平行。
12.根据权利要求3所述的药物输注装置的输注针结构,其特征在于,所述针座的复位方式包括弹出方式或者移出方式。
13.根据权利要求12所述的药物输注装置的输注针结构,其特征在于,还包括设置于所述导腔中的弹簧,当所述针座位于工作位置,所述弹簧被所述针座压缩。
14.根据权利要求12所述的药物输注装置的输注针结构,其特征在于,还包括卡位杠杆,所述辅助卡合位为卡孔或卡槽,所述卡位杠杆的第一端部活动设置于所述辅助卡合位内部,其第二端部与所述辅助卡合部卡合,所述卡位杠杆的支点位于其两个端部之间,所述解锁杆推动所述第二端部运动,解除所述辅助卡合部对所述卡位杠杆的卡合,以释放所述针座。
