Description
第1の例示的な実施形態は、皮膚表面の上側3mmを精密に標的にする皮内針挿入を実行するための接着剤で固定された、自動注入セット組立体1を備える。注入セット組立体1は、皮膚表面に接着式に取り付けられることが可能であり、解放ピン56が、そこから取り外されて、針2を所望の挿入位置に自動的に傾斜させて挿入することができる。針2の挿入位置は、ばね部材62および63によって維持され、それによって、わずかに荷重された状態に留まって、ハブ3の後方向の移動をほぼ防止する。
本発明の第2の例示的な実施形態による注入セット組立体101が、図22〜50に示される。図22および図23に示されるような注入セット組立体101は、剛性鋼針102と、ハブ103と、固定の基部部材104と、摺動基部部材105とを含む。接着剤パッドまたはパッチ106が、基部部材104を皮膚表面に固定する。剛性針102は、ハブ103に据え付け式に連結され、ハブ103は、摺動基部部材105に据え付け式に連結され、摺動基部部材105は、固定の基部部材104に移動可能に連結される。ハブ103および摺動基部部材105は、固定の基部部材104に対して、針102が、注入セット組立体101の外部に露出されない第1の位置から、針102が、注入セット組立体101の外部に露出される第2の位置まで移動する。接着剤パッド106内の開口部107は、針102が、そこを通り抜けることを可能にする。コネクタ108は、チュービング(図1の8)を注入ポンプ(図示せず)から注入セット組立体101まで連結する。
Claims (10)
- 皮膚表面に固定されるように適合された注入セットであって、
皮膚表面に接続されることが可能な固定の基部部材と、
接続された針またはカニューレを有し、前記固定の基部部材に対し相対的に可動である可動部材であって、前記針またはカニューレが前記固定の基部部材の外部に露出していない第1の位置から、前記針またはカニューレが前記固定の基部部材の外部に露出している第2の位置に移動可能である可動部材と、
前記可動部材を前記第1の位置に保持する解放部材と、を備え、皮膚表面に実質的に垂直方向への前記注入セットから前記解放部材の除去によって、前記可動部材が前記第2の位置へ移動される、注入セット。 - 請求項1に記載の注入セットにおいて、
前記可動部材が、皮膚表面に平行でない方向で移動することを特徴とする注入セット。 - 請求項1に記載の注入セットにおいて、
前記可動部材を前記第1の位置から前記第2の位置へと移動させるために、前記固定の基部部材と前記可動部材との間に、ばね部材が接続されていることを特徴とする注入セット。 - 請求項1に記載の注入セットにおいて、
前記可動部材が前記第2の位置にあるときに、前記針またはカニューレは、皮膚表面に対して非垂直な角度で配置されることを特徴とする注入セット。 - 請求項1に記載の注入セットにおいて、
前記可動部材が前記第2の位置にあるときに、前記針またはカニューレは、皮膚表面に対して約20度の角度で配置されることを特徴とする注入セット。 - 請求項1に記載の注入セットにおいて、
前記可動部材が前記第1の位置から前記第2の位置に移動したときに、前記注入セットの長さが減少することを特徴とする注入セット。 - 請求項3に記載の注入セットにおいて、
前記ばね部材が、前記第2の位置から前記第1の位置に向かう方向への前記可動部材の移動を実質的に防止することを特徴とする注入セット。 - 請求項1に記載の注入セットにおいて、 前記可動部材の前記第1の位置から前記第2の位置への移動が、第1の方向の第1の移動と第2の方向の第2の移動とを含み、前記第1の方向と前記第2の方向とは同一線上にないことを特徴とする注入セット。
- 請求項8に記載の注入セットにおいて、
前記第1の方向は、皮膚の表面に向かうように角度づけられていることを特徴とする注入セット。 - 請求項9に記載の注入セットにおいて、
前記第2の方向は、皮膚の表面に実質的に平行であることを特徴とする注入セット。
