药物输注装置是通过向患者体内持续注射药物,从而达到疾病治疗目的的一种医疗器械装置。药物输注装置广泛的用于糖尿病的治疗,按照人体需要的剂量将胰岛素持续地输注到患者的皮下,以此来模拟胰腺的分泌功能,从而保持患者血糖的稳定。药物流体通常储存在输注泵体内部,现有的药物输注装置通常是将泵体直接通过医用胶布粘贴在患者身体上,患者操作远程设备进行输注。
目前,现有的药物输注装置在药物耗尽之后需要更换新的输注装置,而且从皮肤撕下的过程中,输注针的一部分仍然位于皮下。此部分输注针容易误伤皮肤,带来创伤,加重了用户的痛感,增加了用户感染几率。
因此,现有技术亟需一种在更换输注装置时能够将输注针解锁复位的药物输注装置的输注针结构。
发明内容
本发明实施例公开了一种药物输注装置的输注针结构,在更换输注装置时,用户通过解锁杆和解锁孔将位于输注装置中间位置的针座解锁复位,使输注针的皮下端移出皮肤,减少更换过程中输注针对皮肤的损伤,增强用户体验。
本发明公开了一种药物输注装置的输注针结构,包括:输注针,输注针包括前端和后端;设置有辅助卡合位的针座,输注针设置于针座上,当针座位于工作位置,后端刺入皮下,前端与储药单元相连通;设置于输注装置内部的卡合部,卡合部与辅助卡合位互相配合以将针座卡合锁定在工作位置;解锁孔,解锁孔设置于针座上或者输注装置的壳体上;和可插入解锁孔的解锁杆,推动插入解锁孔的解锁杆以释放被卡合锁定的针座,针座复位。
根据本发明的一个方面,针座包括一个导柱,输注装置壳体中设置有导腔,导柱沿导腔运动。
根据本发明的一个方面,辅助卡合位设置于导柱上或者设置于针座顶部下方,辅助卡合位或卡合部包括卡孔、卡块、卡槽或卡勾。
根据本发明的一个方面,针座的复位方式包括弹出方式或者移出方式。
根据本发明的一个方面,还包括设置于导腔中的弹簧,当针座位于工作位置,弹簧被针座压缩。
根据本发明的一个方面,卡合部与辅助卡合位两者互相卡合,当解锁时,解锁杆推动卡合部的端部移位,以解除被卡合部卡合的辅助卡合位,弹簧向针座施加回弹力。
根据本发明的一个方面,还包括卡位杠杆,辅助卡合位为卡孔或卡槽,卡位杠杆的第一端部活动设置于辅助卡合位内部,其第二端部与卡合部卡合,卡位杠杆的支点位于其两个端部之间,解锁杆推动第二端部运动,解除卡合部对卡位杠杆的卡合,以释放针座。
根据本发明的一个方面,还包括设置于输注装置壳体上的限位部件,当针座处于非工作位置时,限位部件限制针座的位置。
根据本发明的一个方面,解锁杆设置于限位部件上。
根据本发明的一个方面,导柱的侧面设置有凸起或凹陷,限位部件设置有卡合悬臂,卡合悬臂与凸起或凹陷相配合以限制针座的位置。
根据本发明的一个方面,解锁孔开口设置于针座顶部,或者设置于输注装置壳体的顶部或侧面。
根据本发明的一个方面,解锁孔开口设置于针座顶部,解锁孔与导柱的长度方向互相平行。
与现有技术相比,本发明的技术方案具备以下优点:
本发明公开的药物输注装置的输注针结构中,解锁孔设置于针座上或者输注装置的壳体上;和可插入解锁孔的解锁杆,推动插入解锁孔的解锁杆,以释放被卡合锁定的针座,针座复位。针座被解锁复位之后,输注针进入皮下的一端可从皮下移出,避免输注针在更换输注装置时暴露出来损伤皮肤。
进一步的,导腔中还设置有弹簧,当针座位于工作位置时,弹簧被针座压缩。设置弹簧后,针座被解除锁定之后可自动被弹出复位,优化针座的弹出过程,方便用户的操作。
进一步的,输注针结构还包括卡位杠杆,辅助卡合位为卡孔或卡槽,卡位杠杆的第一端部活动设置于辅助卡合位内部,其第二端部与卡合部卡合,卡位杠杆的支点位于其两个端部之间。支点位于两个端部之间使得卡位杠杆两端部的运动方向相反,解锁杆推动第二端部,第一端部即可将针座移出复位,不设置弹簧即可将针座复位,增强内部结构设计的灵巧性。
进一步的,输注针结构还包括设置于输注装置壳体上的限位部件。限位部件用于限制针座处于非工作位置时的位置,避免针座因为活动而脱落,以及避免输注针被误触碰而刺入皮下。
进一步的,解锁孔开口设置于针座顶部,解锁孔与导柱的长度方向互相平行。两者的长度方向平行使得用户施加较小的推力即可移出针座,便于用户操作。

具体实施方式
如前所述,现有技术的药物输注装置在药物耗尽之后需要从皮肤表面撕下更换新的输注装置,但未缩回的输注针会在撕下的过程中划伤皮肤,带来创伤,加重用户的痛感,增大了用户感染的机率。
为了解决该问题,本发明提供了一种药物输注装置的输注针结构,用户配合使用解锁杆和解锁孔将针座解锁复位,使输注针的皮下端移出皮肤,减少更换过程中输注针对皮肤的损伤,增强用户体验。
现在将参照附图来详细描述本发明的各种示例性实施例。应理解,除非另外具体说明,否则在这些实施例中阐述的部件和步骤的相对布置、数字表达式和数值不应被理解为对本发明范围的限制。
此外,应当理解,为了便于描述,附图中所示出的各个部件的尺寸并不必然按照实际的比例关系绘制,例如某些单元的厚度、宽度、长度或距离可以相对于其他结构有所放大。
以下对示例性实施例的描述仅仅是说明性的,在任何意义上都不作为对本发明及其应用或使用的任何限制。这里对于相关领域普通技术人员已知的技术、方法和装置可能不作详细讨论,但在适用这些技术、方法和装置情况下,这些技术、方法和装置应当被视为本说明书的一部分。
应注意,相似的标号和字母在下面的附图中表示类似项,因此,一旦某一项在一个附图中被定义或说明,则在随后的附图说明中将不需要对其进行进一步讨论。
图1a为本发明实施例药物输注装置部分结构的示意图。图1b为沿着图1a中剖面线A-A’截得的输注针结构的示意图。图3b、图3c、图4a和图4b中的结构的视角与图1b的相同,下文不再赘述。
如图1a所示,本发明实施例的输注装置为贴片式药物输注装置,即输注针集成在输注装置上。输注装置包括一个壳体100。输注单元各个结构(如驱动单元、储药单元等)设置于壳体100内,这里不再赘述。输注针结构设置于壳体100上,输注针结构用于设置输注针130,使药物流向皮下。在本发明实施例中,输注针结构设置于输注装置的中间位置,这样能够最大限度优化输注装置内部结构设计,减小输注装置的体积。
输注针结构包括针座120和输注针130。输注针130设置于针座120上。输注针130包括前端130a与后端130b,且均伸出针座120,如图1b所示。前端130a用于和储药单元连通,后端130b用于刺入皮下。
一般的,在输注装置粘贴在皮肤表面之前,输注针后端130b并未暴露在装置的壳体100外部,避免误伤皮肤;当被粘贴在皮肤表面之后,输注针后端130b才能够被操作进入皮下。因此,在本发明的实施例中,针座120具有多个位置,如初始位置和工作位置等。当针座120处于初始位置时,前端130a未与储药单元连通,药物不能进入输注针130,且输注针的后端130b未暴露在装置的壳体100外部。当针座120处于工作位置,前端130a与储药单元连通,后端130b刺入皮下,药物可被输入至皮下。
需要说明的是,在本发明的其他实施例中,针座120还可以包括如初始位置、中间位置和工作位置3种不同的位置。中间位置用于充盈,使得药物排尽输注针130中的空气。
为了使输注针130正常工作,针座120上还设置有辅助卡合位122,用于将针座120固定卡合在特定位置。药物输注装置内部还设置有卡合部150,用于和辅助卡合位122互相配合,将针座120卡合锁定在工作位置。辅助卡合位122包括卡孔、卡块、卡槽或卡勾等,卡合部150包括卡勾、卡孔、卡槽或卡块等。
需要说明的是,在这里,卡合部150与辅助卡合位122互相配合不仅包括两者直接卡合,还包括两者间接卡合,下文将详细叙述。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,输注针结构还包括一个限位部件110。限位部件110设置于输注装置壳体100上。限位部件110用于将输注针结构限制在非工作位置,避免针座120因活动而脱落,也避免输注针130被误触碰而使后端130b进入体内。
请继续参考图1a与图1b,优选的,在本发明实施例中,输注针结构的针座120还设置有导柱121,输注装置的壳体100中还设置有导腔(未示出)。导柱121可沿着导腔运动,进而使针座120处于不同的位置。具体的,在本发明实施例中,限位部件110上还设置有卡合悬臂112。限位部件110通过卡合悬臂112与导柱121表面设置的凸起或者凹槽123互相配合以将针座120限制在初始位置。
需要说明的是,在本发明的实施例中,在针座120被安装至工作位置之前的操作步骤中,限位部件110需从输注装置的壳体100上被移除,以消除针座120的运动障碍。当需要将针座120复位(如下文所述)时,用户可重新使用限位部件110。
辅助卡合位122可以设置于导柱121上,或者设置于针座120的非导柱位置,在这里并不作具体限制。具体的,在本发明实施例中,辅助卡合位122设置于针座120的顶部下方,如图1b所示。
导腔中还设置有弹簧160。设置弹簧160后,用户只需解除互相卡合的卡合部150与辅助卡合位122,针座120将自动复位,方便用户的操作。在本发明实施例中,弹簧160套在导柱121的底端部分,当针座120处于工作位置,弹簧160被压缩,并向针座120提供回弹力,但由于卡合部150与辅助卡合位122互相卡合,因此,弹簧160的回弹力无法释放。在本发明的另一个实施例中,导柱121的底部与弹簧160的顶部直接接触,并挤压弹簧160。
图2为在本发明实施例针座120安装在工作位置的立体结构示意图。
如图所示,辅助卡合位122与卡合部150互相卡合,针座120被安装至工作位置,弹簧160被压缩。此时,药物可通过输注针130从储药单元流入皮下。
本发明实施例的输注针结构还包括解锁孔170与解锁杆180(如图1a所示)。解锁孔170的开口设置于针座120上或者设置于输注装置壳体100上,并作为解锁杆180的工作通道以解锁针座120。解锁杆180能够插进解锁孔170。推动解锁杆180可以释放被卡合的针座120,使针座120复位。下文将详细叙述针座120复位的工作原理。
解锁杆180可以设置于输注装置中,或者作为一个单独的结构部件附在用户购买到的产品中。优选的,在本发明实施例中,解锁杆180设置于限位部件110上,如设置于限位部件110的一端部(如图1a所示)。在本发明的另一个实施例中,解锁杆180作为输注装置产品中的一个单独部件。
图3a-图3c为本发明不同实施例解锁杆180释放针座120的原理结构示意图。图3a为沿着图2中剖面线B-B’截得的输注针结构示意图。
本发明实施例针座120的复位方式为弹出方式,即针座120的复位需借助于弹簧160的回弹力。针座120复位原理如下:解锁杆180插进解锁孔170,解锁杆180前端作用于卡合部150。推动解锁杆180,卡合部150的端部倾斜移位,进而解除对辅助卡合位122的卡合。在弹簧160的回弹力作用下,针座120从工作位置复位至初始位置,输注针后端130b从皮下移出,甚至缩回输注装置内部。
明显的,根据卡合部150的位置,解锁孔170的开口还可以设置于输注装置壳体100的顶部或者侧面。具体的,在本发明实施例中,解锁孔170的开口设置于输注装置壳体100顶部。
如图3b所示,解锁孔(未示出)的开口设置于输注装置的壳体100侧面。同样的,解锁杆180插入解锁孔,并推动卡合部150,使其顶端向一侧移位,解除卡合部150对辅助卡合位122的卡合,释放针座120。
需要说明的是,解锁孔170的开口还可以设置于针座120的顶部。同样的,推动解锁杆180插入解锁孔170,使卡合部150的端部移位,如图3c所示。
图4a-图4b分别为本发明再一个实施例解锁杆280释放针座220前后的结构原理示意图。
针座220复位的方式还包括移出方式复位,即针座220的复位过程不借助于弹簧的弹力,而是通过持续推动解锁杆280,进而使针座220复位。
优选的,在本发明实施例中,输注针结构还包括一个卡位杠杆290。卡合部250为卡槽,辅助卡合位222为设置于导柱221上的卡孔或者卡槽。卡合部250通过卡位杠杆290与辅助卡合位222互相配合,实现对针座220的卡合,即卡合部250与辅助卡合位222间接卡合。卡位杠杆290包括第一端部和第二端部,其支点设置于两端部之间的输注装置壳体200上。卡位杠杆290的第一端部活动设置于辅助卡合位222的内部,由于针座220的活动范围有限,因此,卡位杠杆290的第一端部始终位于辅助卡合位222的内部。在解除针座220之前,辅助卡合位222的第二端部与卡合部250互相卡合,将针座220固定在工作位置,如图4a所示。
如图4b所示,解锁杆280解除针座220的原理如下:将解锁杆280插入解锁孔270后,推动解锁杆280,卡位杠杆290的第二端部被推动,卡合部250的端部因受力而向一侧移位,卡位杠杆290被解除锁定,以使针座220被解锁释放。明显的,由于输注装置内部没有设置弹簧,因此,用户需要持续对解锁杆280施加推力,利用杠杆原理(图4b中的箭头分别表示推力F方向和针座220的移出方向D)将针座220复位,进而使输注针的后端230b移出皮下。
为了方便用户对解锁杆280施加较小的推力即可移出针座220,优选的,在本发明实施例中,解锁孔270的开口设置于针座220顶部,且解锁孔270与导柱221的长度方向互相平行。
需要说明的是,在本发明的另一个实施例中,输注装置内部还可以设置弹簧。此时,用户只需要将卡位杠杆290的第二端部被解除锁定,在弹簧回弹力的作用下,针座220即可复位。
综上所述,本发明公开了一种药物输注装置的输注针结构,在更换输注装置时,用户通过解锁杆和解锁孔将针座解锁复位,使输注针的皮下端移出皮肤,减少更换过程中输注针对皮肤的损伤,增强用户体验。
虽然已经通过示例对本发明的一些特定实施例进行了详细说明,但是本领域的技术人员应该理解,以上示例仅是为了进行说明,而不是为了限制本发明的范围。本领域的技术人员应该理解,可在不脱离本发明的范围和精神的情况下,对以上实施例进行修改。本发明的范围由所附权利要求来限定。

Claims (12)

1.一种药物输注装置的输注针结构,其特征在于,包括:
所述输注针包括前端和后端;
设置有辅助卡合位的针座,所述输注针设置于所述针座上,当所述针座位于工作位置,所述后端刺入皮下,所述前端与储药单元相连通;
设置于输注装置内部的卡合部,所述卡合部与所述辅助卡合位互相配合以将所述针座卡合锁定在工作位置;
解锁孔,所述解锁孔设置于所述针座上或者所述输注装置的壳体上;和
可插入所述解锁孔的解锁杆,推动插入所述解锁孔的所述解锁杆以释放被卡合锁定的所述针座,所述针座复位。
2.根据权利要求1所述的药物输注装置的输注针结构,其特征在于,所述针座包括一个导柱,所述输注装置壳体中设置有导腔,所述导柱沿所述导腔运动。
3.根据权利要求2所述的药物输注装置的输注针结构,其特征在于,所述辅助卡合位设置于所述导柱上或者设置于所述针座顶部下方,所述辅助卡合位或所述卡合部包括卡孔、卡块、卡槽或卡勾。
4.根据权利要求3所述的药物输注装置的输注针结构,其特征在于,所述针座的复位方式包括弹出方式或者移出方式。
5.根据权利要求4所述的药物输注装置的输注针结构,其特征在于,还包括设置于所述导腔中的弹簧,当所述针座位于工作位置,所述弹簧被所述针座压缩。
6.根据权利要求5所述的药物输注装置的输注针结构,其特征在于,所述卡合部与所述辅助卡合位两者互相卡合,所述解锁杆推动所述卡合部的端部移位,以解除被所述卡合部卡合的所述辅助卡合位,所述弹簧向所述针座施加回弹力。
7.根据权利要求4所述的药物输注装置的输注针结构,其特征在于,还包括卡位杠杆,所述辅助卡合位为卡孔或卡槽,所述卡位杠杆的第一端部活动设置于所述辅助卡合位内部,其第二端部与所述卡合部卡合,所述卡位杠杆的支点位于其两个端部之间,所述解锁杆推动所述第二端部运动,解除所述卡合部对所述卡位杠杆的卡合,以释放所述针座。
8.根据权利要求2所述的药物输注装置的输注针结构,其特征在于,还包括设置于输注装置壳体上的限位部件,当所述针座处于非工作位置,所述限位部件限制所述针座的位置。
9.根据权利要求8所述的药物输注装置的输注针结构,其特征在于,所述解锁杆设置于所述限位部件上。
10.根据权利要求8所述的药物输注装置的输注针结构,其特征在于,所述导柱的侧面设置有凸起或凹陷,所述限位部件设置有卡合悬臂,所述卡合悬臂与所述凸起或凹陷相配合以限制所述针座的位置。
11.根据权利要求2所述的药物输注装置的输注针结构,其特征在于,所述解锁孔开口设置于所述针座顶部,或者设置于所述输注装置壳体的顶部或侧面。
12.根据权利要求11所述的药物输注装置的输注针结构,其特征在于,所述解锁孔开口设置于所述针座顶部,所述解锁孔与所述导柱的长度方向互相平行。
