Putting the cleaned toona sinensis leaves obtained in the first step into an oven, baking the toona sinensis leaves for 36h, turning over the toona sinensis leaves after 24h, and drying until the moisture content is not higher than 10%;
step three, crushing
Crushing the dried Chinese toon leaves, and sieving the crushed Chinese toon powder with a 120-mesh sieve;
step four, drying and post-processing the Chinese toon powder
Baking the cedrela sinensis powder in an oven at 25 ℃ for 24h, and drying until the water content is reduced to 4-8% to obtain the cedrela sinensis powder.
The seasoning comprises the following components:
50 parts of salt, 40 parts of Chinese toon powder, 2 parts of chicken essence, 3 parts of starch, 2 parts of wheat fiber and 3 parts of water.
Mixing the above flavoring agents uniformly, sieving with 120 mesh sieve, baking at 35 deg.C for 48 hr, and oven drying to obtain the final product.
Embodiment 4 preparation method and application of cedrela sinensis powder
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
step one, cleaning

The seasoning comprises the following components:
10 parts of salt, 60 parts of Chinese toon powder, 5 parts of cassia bark, 5 parts of rhizoma kaempferiae, 5 parts of clove, 5 parts of cardamom and 10 parts of fructus amomi.
Mixing the above flavoring agents uniformly, sieving with 120 mesh sieve, baking at 35 deg.C for 48 hr, and oven drying to obtain the final product.
The cedrela sinensis powder prepared by the method can be eaten independently, and can be matched with other seasonings to obtain a new seasoning, so that the taste of the seasoning is improved, and the variety of the seasoning is increased.

Claims (8)
1. The preparation method of the cedrela sinensis powder is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step one, cleaning
Picking fresh Chinese toon leaves in the beginning spring season, and cleaning the Chinese toon leaves by using tap water;
step two, drying
Putting the cleaned toona sinensis leaves obtained in the first step into an oven for drying, turning over for 24-48h, and drying until the moisture content is not higher than 10%;
step three, crushing
Crushing the dried Chinese toon leaves, and sieving the crushed Chinese toon powder;
step four, drying and post-processing the Chinese toon powder
Oven drying the Toona sinensis powder again until water content is reduced to 4-8% to obtain Toona sinensis powder.
2. The method for preparing toona sinensis powder as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the first step, the toxic toona sinensis bottom buds are removed from picked toona sinensis leaves.
3. The method for preparing toona sinensis powder according to claim 1, wherein in the second step, the oven drying temperature is 30-45 ℃.
4. The preparation method of toona sinensis powder as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the second step, the oven drying time is 36-72 h.
5. The preparation method of cedrela sinensis powder as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the third step, 80-120 meshes of cedrela sinensis powder is obtained after sieving treatment.
6. The method for preparing toona sinensis powder according to claim 1, wherein in the fourth step, the temperature for drying in the oven is 25-45 ℃.
7. The preparation method of cedrela sinensis powder as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the fourth step, the drying time of the oven is 24-72 h.
8. The toona sinensis powder prepared by the method for preparing toona sinensis powder according to any one of claims 1 to 7 can be used for preparing seasonings.
