Abstract
本发明公开了一种农药悬浮剂及其生产工艺。这种农药悬浮剂,包括如下质量百分比的原料:戊唑醇5.0~15.0%,咪鲜胺20.0~30.0%,分散剂3.0~7.0%,润湿剂1.0~3.0%,防冻剂3.0~7.0%,消泡剂0.3~0.7%,增稠剂0.1~0.3%,膨润土2.0~4.0%和余量的去离子水。本发明设计合理,采用高分子聚合羧酸盐作为分散剂,分子量为8000,松香改性磺酸盐为乳化剂进行一步研磨法制得稳定的戊唑醇咪鲜胺悬浮剂,简化了戊唑醇咪鲜胺的生产工艺。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及农药技术领域,尤其是一种农药悬浮剂及其生产工艺。
背景技术
农药是农业保产丰收的保证。全世界由于病、虫、草、鼠害而损失的农作 物收获量相当于潜在收获量的三分之一,如果一旦停止用药或严重的用药不当, 一年后将减少收成25~40%,两年后将减少40~60%以至绝产。
现有的戊唑醇咪鲜胺悬浮剂因为咪鲜胺熔点较低,多为两步法加工,即悬 浮剂+水乳剂法,这种方法存在产品加工步骤繁多,且产品难以稳定,为觖决这 一难点,我们通过大量配方改进,采用高分子聚合羧酸盐作为分散剂,松香改 性磺酸盐为乳化剂进行一步研磨法制得稳定的戊唑醇咪鲜胺悬浮剂。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:克服现有技术的不足,提供一种农药悬 浮剂及其生产工艺。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种农药悬浮剂,具有 如下质量百分比的原料:

(1)、根据上述的质量百分比称取原料;
(2)、将称取的原料投入高剪切分散机,进行预分散工序,制得分散液;
(3)、开启高剪切分散机底阀,开启浓浆泵,将分散液转入分散液中 间槽;
(4)、开启分散液中间槽底阀,将分散液转入砂磨机,开启砂磨机冷 却循环水,砂磨机进行粗研磨,调节进料速度,调节主轴速度,制得粗砂 磨液;
(5)、砂磨机完成后,打开研磨机,粗砂磨液转入砂磨液中间槽;
(6)、开启砂磨液中间槽底阀,开启浓浆泵,将粗砂磨液转入分散液 中间槽;
(7)、开启分散液中间槽底阀,将粗砂磨液转入砂磨机,开启砂磨机 冷却循环水,砂磨机进行精研磨,调节进料速度,调节主轴速度,制得精 砂磨液;
(8)、精砂磨液装桶待检入库。
进一步地,所述步骤(2)中分散机分散转速为2800转/分钟,预分散时间 为20分钟。
进一步地,所述步骤(4)粗研磨中,进料速度为300~350kg/分钟,主 轴速度为20~30转/分钟。
进一步地,所述步骤(7)精研磨中,进料速度为150~200kg/分钟,主 轴速度为30~40转/分钟。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明设计合理,采用高分子聚合羧酸盐作为分 散剂,分子量为8000,松香改性磺酸盐为乳化剂进行一步研磨法制得稳定的戊 唑醇咪鲜胺悬浮剂,简化了戊唑醇咪鲜胺的生产工艺。
具体实施方式
现在通过实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
一种农药悬浮剂,具有如下质量百分比的原料:
分散剂采用HDB-3800E,外观:疏松粉末、不结块、无明显机械杂质。
润湿剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠,外观:白色粉末、疏松、不结块、无明显机械 杂质。
乳化剂松香改性磺酸盐,外观:黄色粘稠状液体,质量百分数≥96%。
防冻剂乙二醇,外观:无色粘稠状液体,质量百分数≥98%。
消泡剂有机硅,外观:乳白色液体,pH6.0~8.0。
增稠剂黄原胶,外观:浅黄褐色粉末,pH6.5~8.0,粒度:60~80目。
稳定剂膨润土,外观:呈类白色粉末,PH6.5~8.0,细度:220目99%通过。
通过以上组合得到优异稳定的制剂配方。
一种农药悬浮剂的生产工艺,具有如下步骤:
(1)、根据权利要求1所述的质量百分比称取原料;
(2)、将称取的原料分次投入高剪切分散机,进行预分散工序,制得分散 液;每次投入量为500L;分散机分散转速为2800转/分钟,预分散时间为20 分钟;
(3)、开启高剪切分散机底阀,开启浓浆泵,将分散液转入分散液中 间槽;该步骤除了确保砂磨腔体内压力稳定上,有利于砂磨物料的连续性 和均匀性;还有利于降低物料温度,降低冷冻机组工作压力;
(4)、开启分散液中间槽底阀,将分散液转入砂磨机,开启砂磨机冷 却循环水,砂磨机进行粗研磨,调节进料速度,调节主轴速度,制得粗砂 磨液;进料速度为300~350kg/分钟,主轴速度为20~30转/分钟;
(5)、砂磨机完成后,打开研磨机,粗砂磨液转入砂磨液中间槽;该 步骤除了确保砂磨腔体内压力稳定上,有利于砂磨物料的连续性和均匀性; 还有利于降低物料温度,降低冷冻机组工作压力;
(6)、开启砂磨液中间槽底阀,开启浓浆泵,将粗砂磨液转入分散液 中间槽;
(7)、开启分散液中间槽底阀,将粗砂磨液转入砂磨机,开启砂磨机 冷却循环水,砂磨机进行精研磨,调节进料速度,调节主轴速度,制得精 砂磨液;进料速度为150~200kg/分钟,主轴速度为30~40转/分钟;采用 高分子聚合羧酸盐作为分散剂,松香改性磺酸盐为乳化剂,通过一步研磨法, 提高了生产效率,为低熔点物质做稳定悬浮剂提供了一条新的路径;
(8)、精砂磨液装桶待检入库。
本实施例制得的农药悬浮剂可以兑水喷雾,也可以适用于飞防。防治 小麦赤霉病每亩用本制剂40克即可达到优异防效。

本发明设计合理,采用高分子聚合羧酸盐作为分散剂,分子量为8000, 松香改性磺酸盐为乳化剂进行一步研磨法制得稳定的戊唑醇咪鲜胺悬浮剂,简 化了戊唑醇咪鲜胺的生产工艺。

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的农药悬浮剂,其特征在于:所述分散剂是分子量为8000的梳状聚合羧酸盐,润湿剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠,乳化剂为松香改性磺酸盐,防冻剂为乙二醇,消泡剂为有机硅,增稠剂为黄原胶。
4.一种如权利要求1~3任一项所述农药悬浮剂的生产工艺,其特征在于:具有如下步骤:
(1)、根据权利要求1所述的质量百分比称取原料;
(2)、将称取的原料投入高剪切分散机,进行预分散工序,制得分散液;
(3)、开启高剪切分散机底阀,开启浓浆泵,将分散液转入分散液中间槽;
(4)、开启分散液中间槽底阀,将分散液转入砂磨机,开启砂磨机冷却循环水,砂磨机进行粗研磨,调节进料速度,调节主轴速度,制得粗砂磨液;
(5)、砂磨机完成后,打开研磨机,粗砂磨液转入砂磨液中间槽;
(6)、开启砂磨液中间槽底阀,开启浓浆泵,将粗砂磨液转入分散液中间槽;
(7)、开启分散液中间槽底阀,将粗砂磨液转入砂磨机,开启砂磨机冷却循环水,砂磨机进行精研磨,调节进料速度,调节主轴速度,制得精砂磨液;
(8)、精砂磨液装桶待检入库。
5.根据权利要求4所述的农药悬浮剂的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中分散机分散转速为2800转/分钟,预分散时间为20分钟。
6.根据权利要求4所述的农药悬浮剂的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(4)粗研磨中,进料速度为300~350kg/分钟,主轴速度为20~30转/分钟。
7.根据权利要求4所述的农药悬浮剂的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(7)精研磨中,进料速度为150~200kg/分钟,主轴速度为30~40转/分钟。
